Zales outlet in the Premium Outlet. I was introduced to Ozzi, He is one of the salesman there. I will highly recommend him for any of your next jewelry purchases. He is very personable! Ozzi was also knowledgeable when it came to their jewelry and his recommendations are very valid. . I purchased a pair of earrings , after getting home , I realized I didn't like them, so I returned back to the store, where he greeted me again with a smile and ask what he could do to make me feel good about my purchase. I realized that he had showed me another pair that I really liked so I decided to return the original pair for those. while making that Purchase, he mentioned, he thought they were a little small and showed me a larger pair that I liked but I didn't purchase them. Long story short I went back a third time to purchase the larger pair.. the moral of the review is he was pleasant each and every time he went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied as a customer. There isn't many salespeople that would have been happy to see me come back not once but 3 times to return an item and still maintain a positive attitude with such grace.. I definitely will make more purchases through him.. I will definitely recommend going to meet Ozzi at the premium outlet in Vegas for your next Jewelry purchase... Thank you Ozzi, you made my experience well worth the purchase... read more

I was recently in Vegas for a wedding, my daughter and I teamed up with my sister and niece and decided to go shopping. We walked into Zales fully expecting that we were just window shopping and all ended up walking out with new diamonds. We had the best service from Ossie! The sale was amazing and between that and Ossie we couldn't pass it up. Thanks for a great shopping experience. read more

Came to this location since I was doing my shopping around the mall the other day. The place was very clean and well kept. The sales associates were busy helping other people so I didn't want to bother them. They seemed the have a very good amount of a jewelry selection to choose from. The prices do seem high, but I also understand it's the mall and rent doesn't come cheap. read more

PREDATORY SALES & WILL LIE TO KEEP THEIR SALES. Purchased a ring from the retailer and when I went to return it before the 30-day return window expired, the Sales associated *promised* me he would let me return it for a full refund after within 60 days (instead of the normal 30-days on the receipt). I relied upon his commitment as the Manager / Assistant Manger and I kept the ring that I went to the store to return. I did the same thing the next month -- tried to return the ring and was *promised* they would do it one final time despite what the receipt said and I made it clear I would only do it they would still allow me to refund for a full money back return at the end of the 30 days (Sept 23rd). Finally, I went to return the ring on Sept 23rd. Once the store realized I wasn't going to just go away and let them keep the sale, they flipped their story and said returns are only accepted in 30 days. I relied on their verbal commitments on 2x visits and multiple receipts show me showing up and returning/exchanging for the same ring as it was their way of refreshing the 30-day window. Now they're telling me they're refusing me service and to contact zales corporate, who of course, only points at the 30-day return policy. I hate to throw around words like predatory or false advertising, but they clearly lied to me to get me to just keep the ring beyond the period I could return it as it was a big sale for them. They accused me of lying about the exchanges and acted appalled when I got mad about the switcheroo they pulled on me. BBB and Consumer Protection Agency have been alerted with cases created. read more

Zales Outlet - How the hell my Diamond fall out . This is wild . My husband pissed at yall - Jewelry Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Initially came in to look at some pre-owned jewelry, as California stores do not sell pre-owned anymore. I scheduled an appointment a week or two in advance. On the day I arrived I tried to call the store to let them know I was running late due to parking issues. No one answered until I called the 3rd time. They were extremely busy that day so have a bit of patience during the busy holiday season. When I got to the store I was greeted by Jared. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and informative. We ended up getting a fantastic deal and didn't have to go with anything pre-owned after all. Additionally we got a great warranty. If you're in the market for something special for someone or yourself, you'll want to ask for Jared! read more

We bought my engagement ring with Heleina. She went over above what was required to make sure we were happy. She even found discounts we didn't know about. She was thorough and cared about details of the ring and the buying process. She wasn't a pushy sale person and had a warm smile when we stopped in. Definitely worth the drive. read more

I bought a watch with cash for $200 about 20 days ago and decided to return it. At 2pm the assistant manager told me that he can send me a check that would take 2 weeks or give me a call when someone make a cash purchase because the store didn't have any cash. He stated he only have the cash the store opened up with but he couldn't give me a refund with it. I have never heard of this before and I would understand that they may not have enough money to make a $2000 refund but it's only $200. What fine jewelry store doesn't have enough money for a $200 refund? ZALES THATS WHO!!!!! Have have been a customer for over 10 yrs ZALES and this is how you do your loyal customers. I packed up my 3 yr old daughter and drove 30 min to your store for no reason and 30 min back home. Now I have to do it all again and hopefully I can get MY money in cash like I have you not a check or a excuse. PLEASE read more

Horrible service!!!!! FRANK THE STORE MANAGER IS A TOTAL DICK AND EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE. I like their jewelry- at one point I had the credit card, which tells you something. We were looking at wedding bands. When a salesperson has a condescending tone with me, you better believe that I am taking my business elsewhere. When the lady scoffed at my wanting to put it on "layaway," I was really turned off. Needless to say, we haven't been inside since, but I doubt that the salesperson is still there; she had the wrong attitude. I'm giving high marks for the selection, the variety, and the beauty of the pieces. It's a small store, but close to the food court, in a corner location. BTW, I still have my jewelry from Zales (the ones that I charged). read more

Zales Outlet - My ring! - Jewelry Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

My Now Husband and I purchased our wedding rings at Zales at the Outlet back in Jan 2022, the sales couple that sold us the set of wedding rings at the time seemed very polite and excited for us to finally tie the knot and I really thought I was getting the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE till I showed up today to re size my wedding ring the gentleman "that helped me" was Jared. I let him know that back when I bought my rings the sales man mentioned I can re size my ring 1 time as long as I had the receipt. He mentioned that this was false and that I can purchase the guarantee for $275 today. I again mentioned if he can see who sold me these rings and if he can get a hold of them to let them know I didn't appreciate the false advertisement. Jared mentioned the sales man was on vacation and rather than offering a solution he mentioned "Did you want to purchase the guarantee or not." I felt like after they got my $$$$ their word and my business was not important ANYMORE! Please stay away! I don't wish this upon ANYONE, they make you believe that you will still be a valued customer BUT seems like it was just at the time I was making the purchase NOT after. Shame on you Zales! read more

Had an amazing experience with Ossie today when me and fiancé walked into the store. He was wearing a mask the whole time and was being polite. My fiancé got my engagement ring here and I have been very impressed with the customer service. They really went above and beyond with their services. My ring had to be sent out for 5 weeks for a repair and I had it for a week when another diamond fell out. I called and told them that I would be in the next day. I came in on a Wednesday and dropped my ring off. I got a call two days later saying that ring was ready. They said that if I had any more issues that they'd order me a new ring. A side note - my fiancé got the lifetime warranty on the ring so all of these services were free. I ordered my fiancé's ring here as well. I will be coming back! read more

The worst experience of my life. All I can say is lies lies lies! I left so happy after my boyfriend bought my engagement ring here. We fell in love with a setting that is supposedly custom made...they promised that I can upgrade my diamond later for any if I wanted to, that they will send the setting certification and diamond certification to us by mail, that Canadian diamonds are nicer...that Bluenile would not even match the diamond value...the lies continued...being the non-diamond experts we are...they got us...he bought me the $10, 000 of my dreams....and that's when the nightmare begun...we called and called....and they had excuse after excuse on why we weren't receiving the certification...we then found out at our local Zales that we can only replace the diamond if we double the value of it, and we found better quality diamonds at the jewelry market certified by the GIA (which now I know should be the only diamond certifications we should trust) and a setting with the same "uniqueness" and quality for half the price. Returning my engagement ring brought tears to my eyes, I imagined that being the ring of my life....please don't buy your dream girl dream ring here...there is no such thing...unless you don't care you are getting ripped off and maybe given rhinestones instead of diamonds. Please learn from our mistake. Do your research before falling in love with a ring. The time I wasted with customer service, the headaches, and tears....save yourself. P.S: our seller's name was Jessica and the store manger is useless. read more

I brought my vintage bulova accutron here to replace the battery. Apparently their watch guy knows so little about watches that he thought it was a hand wind movement and not battery powered. I took it somewhere else and got it taken care of. Absolutely embarrassing. read more

Don't go here to send your jewelry for repair! I came in to send my pearl earrings because the gold stick broke off from the base of the pearl. I wanted to see how much it would be to fix it. They sent it out to their repair shop, they were charging way more than what I purchased the earrings for so I asked for them back. When my bf went to go pick them up, they didn't give him back the box I turned them in. Instead they gave him a little clear baggy and not only was the box missing but so was the gold stick that goes thru your ear hole! I called and they said I never gave them a gold stick so i asked for the pictures that a lady took before sending them out and instead of sending me the pics she took that day, she sent me pics of what she took today! Called back and she said those are the pics she took that day but she lied because the earrings were inside a box when she took the pics and the pics she sent me were on some sort of plastic cushion and when I said the gold stick could have been stuck inside the box she said she didn't have the box anymore!! Also when I gave her the earrings 1 of the plastic circles so the earring can stay in place in your ear, was missing because I couldn't find it when it fell, well what do you know they gave me a plastic circle but not the gold stick!!! read more

Jared Rupley is the kindest person I dealt with in Las Vegas. My husband and I are celebrating our 10 year anniversary this year and decided to just stop in and LOOK. after meeting Jared and him showing us a few different styles of rings we decided to buy a new ring. It is the most beautiful you would ever lay your eyes on. Jared was very knowledgeable in pricing, styles, warranty, and how we would take care of everything back in Indiana. The ring did not fit and needed to be sized. With only two days left in Vegas, Jared had the ring taken to where it needed to be sized and back before we left. This place is awesome and will treat you the way you should be treated. Please tell Jared that the crazy couple from Indy sent you. read more

The employees were really helpful and nice when my fiancé went in and picked out my ring, which is the reason he bought it there. However I do not think ANYONE should have to wait 2 months to be able to wear their engagment ring, which is what happens when you have small fingers and have to special order your ring in a small enough size. If they design a ring that cannot be resized small enough without special orders, I think that they should at least have the ring back to you in a realistic amount of time. AND I don't think I should be treated like I am an idiot when I call to check in on my order since they are the only ones who can track it. No calls back with updates, and bad customer service. read more

at the beginning of December I had all of my money set to the side ready for Christmas. Unfortunately several things happened taking away my money leaving me where two days before Christmas I had to rush to the store to get my beautiful wife something she actually deserved. When I got to the store Heleina immediately greeted me. I told her what I was looking for my price range and within minutes she had it narrowed down not only did she give me what I could afford but she used the discounts that were in the store and the 50 dollars off coupon that I had downloaded for joining the Zales mailing list. Heleina was absolutely wonderful she was so sweet so amazing she answered every question she made me feel like I was the most important person and I was buying for the most important person in the world (which I was!!!) Thank you Heleina I will be back to see you you are amazing. If you are a manager at Zales and you are reading this you need to promote Heleina to the very very tippity top she is amazing! read more
