I looked at a few highly rated florists in town, and Whispers and Honey had a great selection and reasonable prices compared to others in the space, so I decided to go with them. I placed my order mid-morning having easily navigated their website and made my selection. I appreciated the ease of the website, and the follow-up emails they sent with receipts and such. Imagine my surprise when I received a notification just over an hour later that the order had been delivered! Truly the fastest flower service I think I have ever experienced! The friend texted me that they were absolutely beautiful. Given this experience, I would not only recommend them but will definitely use them for future floral needs.

Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the orchids. First of all, ALL the buds from the 4 stems were physically removed. I called DiBella and spoke with Alexis (hopefully, I'm remembering the name correctly) and she was extremely helpful. She told me to email photos of the 4 "bud-less" stems which I did immediately. Soon after I received a call from the "manager" who basically said "too bad"... "that's how ALL the orchids in their hot house look." Well that's not how expensive orchids are supposed to look. Now, the orchids I received will have a shorten "shelve life" because of an orchid disfigurement practice at DiBella. I was offered "a bundle of loose flowers" if and when I'm ever in the area. Well, thank you, but no thank you. I'm extremely disappointed in the product and the customer service. I will be contacting the California florist to request that they never use DiBella again.
