In many ways this is a VERY special review for me - it is my 1,000th review all time on Yelp!! So I had to choose a very positive and a very important place for this momentous event (how long will it take me to get the 2,000???). I remember Farrah A (my Houston Yelp manager at the time) talking about her decision process for her 1,000 review several years ago! Now to business. This was a very special visit for Mrs G because she loves great purses/handbags of various shapes and sizes - but she really wanted a Prada bag because of the quality, style and ability to retain their value. This store is magnificent and is in a beautiful shopping emporium attached to the Aria hotel/casino in the middle of the Strip. We went to Prada first and spent maybe 30 minutes there with Gabby looking at all the options. Then we decided to look at the competition such as LV, Chanel etc. Then we returned to Prada but Gabby was busy with another customer and so we were invited to sit down, choose a (non-alcoholic) beverage, relax, enjoy and chat with one of the other associates. A while late Gabby joined us and we went through all the different options and eventually made the big choice and Mrs G walked out with a big beautiful Prada bag, in an even bigger Prada shopping bag and an EVEN bigger smile (see the pic!!). It's such a shame that a prestigious brand have employees such as the nasty-no manners- full of himself employee. This review is in regards to my 2/22/23 experience at 7:30 PM. I want a manager to address this and fire this person. I came in with the intention of buying sunglasses and a bag but I wanted to show my husband first. This black gay guy (whatever his name is - everyone in that store who worked that shift knows who I'm talking about) I did research on the models I wanted and was set on the Prada symbole PR17WS but I wasn't sure of the color and that's why I was trying it on. I asked this ill mannered employee if I could try the white ones and he just pointed at it. He then proceeded to ridicule me as if I'm stupid. He said it's there hahahahhaa right in front of you. He laughed and laughed instead of helping me - the sunglasses were stacked looking outward so there was no way for me to know which model is which. His demeanor was so sarcastic and degrading and he felt superior to his customers. Such a crap of a person! I always shop at Prada but you are why loyal customers never go back!!!! read more

I purchased the Oxford blue mini dress online 2/4/24, received it from the Prada Las Vegas boutique, didn't like the fit or quality for the value and mailed it back the next day. They received it 2/14/24 and I am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted and spoke with someone each time at Prada customer service several times. Each service representative has contacted the Las Vegas boutique promising me that they will process my refund. I am done ordering from Prada online. read more

I purchased a wallet from the store and it was sent from Beverly Hills to My home since the Las Vegas location did not have it. When I tried to return it to the store they said I had to ship it back to the Beverly Hills store and they could not take it back. With a high end item and a high end store you would think it would be very easy and would want to make each person happy especially in today's economy. This Prada, in the Venetian shops, was filled with friendly staff who showed my friend a lot of purses she could wear cross-body and showed me a nice pair of sunglasses I almost bought but they were sold out and I would've had to purchase the floor set with some scratches. Everyone was super sweet and tho they were a little busy, it wasn't too bad and they paid plenty of attention to us. My only issue is it was almost too much. Like once someone spoke to you you belonged to them and they wouldn't leave you alone. Sometimes I just need some time with the sunglasses to look in the mirror and think about it and I don't wanna be stared at from 3 feet away and watched like a hawk. I'm sure it's their policy for attentive care. But it doesn't help me make a decision Bc then I feel like I have to be polite and interact when I can't actually focus on if I like the item and it suits me and my face. Ah well. Small issue. Still had a great experience. They offered us cold water and sparkling water while we shopped. read more

I was in Las Vegas speaking at the Microsoft Ready conference, and my wife was enjoying herself poolside at The Mirage. In between my work duties, we were able to get to see the sights, play some table games ( love me some roulette! ) and with some of the proceeds we went to Prada. I admit, I know nothing (jon snow) about purses, bags, and fashion pretty much in general. What I do know, is that my wife has wanted a Prada bag for a very long time. With some casino winnings to ease the purchase, we found the perfect handbag for her that was versatile enough to wear out to a nice event or to dress down for something casual. I still long for Prada's bowling bag days...Am I the only one? I still think that the cool capacitive touchscreen display of LG PRADA phone was a stunning design of all when they released in 2007. I've always been a fan of their style. They are chic, modern, sophisticated, & classy. They often use the traditional black, white and gray which is the color of most of their clothing & hand bags, with other color piece here and there. To me, these shades are usually easy to mix and match with other colors. But I haven't been keeping up with their style for a while..,so I recently went to check out the current fashion trends of Prada. As I walked into the store, all the current seasoned purses were displayed on the dark tinted mirror type shelves. The sales Associate greeted me with nice smile. So here I was at Prada store(the one in Crystals @CItyCenter) during holiday season. I assumed that it would be packed with lot of tourists who loved to shop for Christmas. But it wasn't too bad because they were all scattered around at this large sized store doing their holiday shopping. Particularly, this store has a huge layout with several escalators going up & down from 1st to 3rd floor. They have a great collection from small accessories to beautiful clothing. Fortunately, you may find an occasional deal like 30% off on some of the selected items (applying only for those colorful & funky designed items,, :P) The person who was helping me out was very professional, inquisitive, appropriate, and patient. He knew how to gave some space while I was browsing and he had a good knowledge on new items and was willing to gave an honest opinion. I've been in a few Prada stores in Chicago and Detroit, and this one is the best! The sales associate who assisted me in finding the perfect handbag was very sweet and informative. She worked very hard too- brought out about 7 bags to look at. I was looking for a particular type and color and she researched and dug around in the back room until we found one that I would love. She wasn't pushy at all. She also gave me a water and was cracking some silly jokes. :) I was able to find the perfect handbag for me....after looking in 3 other Prada stores, that was a huge deal! :) I received a very nice handwritten thank you note in the mail from the girl who helped me. Very cool. This store had more variety than the other stores I looked in. It's a wonderful store. They were also more accommodating and ok with me touching the bags and inspecting them further. read more

Prada sells cheaply made garbage. I wanted to spoil my wife and spent $500 on a lovely keychain. It broke after 2 days. We will never spend another penny with them. Sales people are helpful but slow to respond with customer service requests. It took two weeks to work out how to return. My parents, husband, and I go to Vegas about three to four times a year as a quick vacation, usually to celebrate a birthday or holiday. A little over a year ago, we visited the Prada store at Crystals because we always stay at Aria. They have a large selection to choose from, both men and women. Since then, we have always gone back, not only for the great products, but also for the extraordinary service! There is an amazing Prada consultant named Stephen who helped us from day one, and even when we don't go to Prada to shop, we just stop by to say hi! He's so sweet and super helpful, always texting me on holidays or just to ask how I'm doing. One time, Stephen wasn't working, and another gentleman named Desmond helped us with our shopping experience, and he was wonderful, as well. We recently went to the Prada stores in Italy and bought a few items that were only in Italy at the time, and I felt guilty for purchasing an item without Stephen around. That's how much we love Stephen and the Prada in Vegas! I highly recommend this place for all your Prada needs! read more

Of course, reading some of the reviews, I'm not surprised that others have also mentioned his professionalism already! I get a little self-conscious when I'm not dressed well and walk into a luxury store. I was wearing combat boots, mom jeans, a faded t shirt and had a phone and lipstick in my hand. However, Desmond greeted me like he would have anyone else. He showed me multiple options for what I was looking for and was patient with my wishy washiness. I ended up leaving undecided. After sleeping on it, I went back to the same store looking specifically for Desmond because of his great hospitality and was happy that was he working again. Still can't believe I was followed around the store! My mom and I went in to buy a new purse. I was so excited that my mom found something she liked, but soon after she abruptly said let's go. I asked her why and she said the man was following us around the store. He was always a couple of steps behind us and never offered any help. This is unacceptable because we went to the other boutiques in the mall and were never followed. We were shown bags and offered help instead. We weren't dressed "bummy" and I was carrying a designer bag so I'm not sure what his significant problem was. Oh that's right I'm still a black woman looking at very expensive bags. Apparently that warranted the stalker treatment from this one ignorant associate. The more I thought about it the madder I got so I called the next day to complain to Amanda the store manager. She didn't seem very apologetic. She asked me to describe the associate but I genuinely didn't remember too much about him. She questioned me like I was in the wrong. I'm trying to buy some of your merchandise, you don't follow me around and give me an inquisition when I follow up with a complaint. I took her to the store 2 days later and they told us they did not have another one so we decided not to purchase anything else but wouldn't return it. While this new location is absolutely beautiful, I was a bit disgusted with the customer service, or lack thereof. I admit, I'm a Prada aficionado, so it kills me to write this. My experience was pretty bad and almost painful . My salesperson, Lisa, was aloof and sarcastic. We were browsing before dinner and I was interested in a few items. She seemed bothered that I was even asking questions. Even when I asked for her card, she said she didn't have one. She handed us a catalog and told us to look through it, come back and ask her for it. Seriously? Yeah, I won't be back ever. Now I have to admit, I worked in retail for many years before I went into corporate America, so I really don't get the 'tude. I guess the stuffy sales people never learned that they shouldn't judge a book by it's cover. I'd seriously advise the store manager to reevaluate their sales training and start back at sales 101. Vegas is a resort town where people are on vacation and are looking to spend their hard earned money. They either bring it to the casinos or to buy items of luxury. I was extremely happy to spend my hard earned money elsewhere, like Barneys and the Prada store at the Bellagio where I definitely received much better service. Not that we were that lucky in gaming, we just wanted to look at the merch. And when I say we, of course it wasn't really for me. It's very classy of course, and feels similar to being back in BH, but again to be expected. Oddly, you won't feel like you need to fancy yourself up at all to take a stroll here, being that the majority of the clientele they get year round is likely to be in shorts and flip flops. We weren't, but that's my guess, since there was a couple from middle America dressed down and nobody seemed to care. Certainly I didn't. The only real tip I think that is useful is to note that if you like shoes, they gots lots. I get dragged around to a lot of shoe stores. The ones that have seating areas for the men are appreciated by me. I didn't use any here because Prada has of course a men's section. Enjoy if this is your cup of tea. read more

Kudos what Jeff from San Francisco has to say. They have 3 stories but I didn't find many items that really caught my eyes. Went in with two girl friends of mine who blew nearly 4k on one handbag and two purses. The result was a very nice treat by the sales people and a huge Prada bag. It was huge, I've never seen any other store gives bags that big to pack all the stuff you shop there. The funny thing is: my girl friends were whining about how hard to be a woman while they're looking around the store trying to wear on everything. Last time I heard that was a nice lady asking me if I ever wanted to be a girl after she complained how difficult to be one in an elevator inside Encore as she was putting on make-ups on her face before hitting the clubs. read more

O-M-G. Walked in here and walked into a slice of heaven on earth. This almost beat my Prada shopping experience in Italy - ALMOST. Three floors, and the shoe selection hosted on the middle floor. Which was where I sat for like ten minutes waiting for someone to help me as I cradled five different pairs I wanted to try on. It was my birthday - I was ready to spend all my card money! When the sales associate came to assist she ended up being amazing. She endured me and my girlfriends oohing and ahhing for twenty minutes, adding in her thoughts as well. I bought two fabulous pairs of shoes and have a feeling I'll be sneaking back again when I have to go back to work in Vegas ;) read more

This is the biggest Prada store in the United States & really fun to shop at. Don't leave Las Vegas without stopping here. It's one of the reasons I like to visit this town. They carry items from the runway as well and have historical clothes on view upstairs. Also Raiven can find ANYTHING for you and her knowledge of all things Prada is impressive. After stopping in the Fashion Show Mall, I decided to swing back to the Prada store at Wynn, I had previously stopped in looking for a bag for my GF which they did not have in the right size. It was funny to watch the sales people run around looking when they had two of the same bag in store display, both the same size but not the large size I wanted..You would think they know what they have available? I guess not.. So I decided to look to see if they had a wallet I wanted, the second time around.. a wallet which I saw in their location at City Center and since Wynn is closer, why not....WRONG.. The sales rep, Eden, whom is obviously new to selling, lied about the wallet saying the print on it is the only one available which I new it was not.. There were a few different prints available in Mens wallets at the time.. At check out I decided to go to City Center, told the manager, Amanda, I'm not buying there.. This was after she tried to push the saLe saying, we're checking out now...I'm sooo glad I said no, had I gone through with purchase, I know they would not refund and only do store credit from past experience. What a bunch of crooks! I'm SO glad I didn't purchase a handbag here as I would have made a HUGE mistake! My friend purchased a bag here for $2300 and noticed some scratches on it so of course she took it back. They have a ridiculous return policy! "NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 14 DAYS. NO REFUNDS" (not even after two minutes and still being in the store with the new purchase in the bag). It's really sad too because she spends a lot of money there and the ONE time she wants her money back for something they won't even budge. What a joke. Negative 100 stars if I could. read more

I was sold a defected bag. It was Xmas day my husband and I came in here looking for a crossbody the sales associate was very helpful and nice. They sell straight from the display which I don't like at all. I was assured the bag was in great condition so I trusted them to wrap it up for me. 2days later I wanted to use my bag and I noticed that there was a defect on the clasp. My husband and I brought it back and was told that their items are final sale and we should've double checked the product before we left the store. What a crock of crap. The male manager in charge that day was very rude he even argued with my husband. By that time I didn't even want the bag anymore and he wouldn't return it even though it was defected!!!! What kind of company does this? We tried to call corporate but no one called back, we reached out to the general manager here in Vegas & left her 2 messages and she never returned a call. Honestly, the nicest staff are in here and Rowena, the lady who helped me, was extremely sweet and honest with what I picked.

Ok, it probably come across as incredibly pretentious to review Prada, but here it goes. So I was on the hunt for a very specific Prada frame that had gone out of style (this is what some of my friends would call "rich people problems"). I had no luck in about a half dozen stores. When I entered this space, I was immediately drawn to the wall of sunnies. I encountered none of the service issues the other reviewers did; in fact I got 1.5 salespersons to help me (one guy and a woman who kept diving into the backroom right by the sunglasses). I probably tried on twenty different frames and asked snooty questions about "polarization" and "ombre tinting" before narrowing it down a pair, which they agreed "fit my face" (thanks, I think). After making my purchase, I checked out the men's collections (not really my style) and the women's (for work) and was politely greeted on each floor. Perhaps they were nice because they knew I had already bought something or I looked like some Hong Kong high roller (note, I am not). Or perhaps it's just good service. Anyway, I was pretty satisfied with the whole experience. read more
