LP from Sunday, 4/24. Just finished lunch at Neiman Marcus and decided to pop into LV and see what's new. My poor wallet has been on its last legs for the past 5 years and was in desperate need of retirement (edges are tearing, button does not close and the inside stitching is coming undone). On the plus side, I've had it over 20 years so I'm happy to say that it was money well spent. I would like to disclose that I have previously had bad experiences in a couple of high end stores (one incident was years ago in the LV store in Hawaii) probably due to the fact that I'm a jeans and t-shirt kinda girl, usually make-up free, hair in a ponytail or bun, and wearing sneakers or timbz and they automatically assume that I can't afford anything in the store. So it's always interesting to see which salesperson is willing to help you despite what you're wearing. Maricela C. greeted us as we walked up to the display counter and was very warm and welcoming. We asked to see a couple of the bags and she graciously accommodated our requests. I was immediately drawn to the Sac Plat PM, the Sac Plat BB in Noir and the City Steamer MM. The City Steamer was just way to heavy so that ruled it out. It was now down to the Sac Plat PM and the BB. The PM won as the BB had a pink LV monogram and I'm so not a fan of pink. I wanted to think about it for a minute and Maricela was totally understanding she gave me her card and checked the status of the bag and said they had one left in the store. She was not trying to pressure me into purchasing the bag, just wanted to let me know the inventory status. I thanked her and we left the store. We stood outside for about 5 minutes so I could contemplate my life choices and went back in :-) Maricela was busy attending to another customer so I browsed around a bit until she was done. The Sac Plat PM was already in the bag (pun intended), but wait, didn't I say that my wallet needed replacing :-). So....she brought out the zippy wallet in the epi leather noir (to match the bag) and the monogram zippy to match my other bags for my consideration. The monogram zippy won that battle as the Sac Plat PM came with a reversible strap and the wallet could easily be used with the new bag as well as the old ones. I just want to say much mahalo to Maricela C. Keep up the excellent customer service and you are definitely my go to at the LV Fashion Show Mall location. read more

I came not too long after they opened and the wait wasn't too long; about 15 minutes or so. However, the wait varies depending on the staff working and the number of visitors. I wanted to try on the Woodland Ranger Boots and I fell in love with them that I ended up taking them with me. The boots the display and Vincent cleaned them up for me and packed it in front of me as well. The store itself is very small and selection seems limited. I highly suggest visiting the LV City Center store for more of a "wow" factor when you're in Las Vegas. read more

I'm amazed at how many locations Louis Vuitton has in Nevada in such close proximity of each other. I was seeing sooooo many LV stores while walking around the strip area. I walked right into this one, no one at the store, no security, and many ppl just walking around shopping in the store. I felt a sense of belonging. I was asked if I needed help, and I asked a question about the LV perfume pricing and tax. $280 with tax $303 and to refill $180 with tax $200. Their perfume is the bomb. I tried on some glasses I'm going to buy. I love to try on before I buy. I snap pics of things I liked. I love LV Vegas way more than LV Cali. Their customer service feels better. read more

Total turn off/buzz kill today. I'm on a girls trip shopping around and my girlfriends decided to go to Burberry a couple stores down and purchased items, so I wanted to join the fun but wanted another LV instead to add to my collection from Paris. Started out fine, although no greeting or acknowledgment until I saw a cute pink Speedy 20 by the window not realizing I was what I guess was behind the counter. An associate approached me and said, "I can't have you be behind the counter." Instead of asking if I needed any assistance, the associate pretty much gestures me to be behind an invisible line. I may not have been dressed for the part but I guess a $3,100 purse is just chump change in Vegas. After that, decided maybe just buy elsewhere. Walked out empty handed as my girlfriends were happy and excited with their Burberry purchases. Nicer and more approachable employees there. Too bad we were in a hurry to go lose our money at the casino before leaving to fly out of Vegas, otherwise woulda just gone back to Burberry. 05/22/2021 After work headed to fashion show mall to pick up my bag and wallet that I preordered on Sunday on Mother's Day 5/09. Btw, on that day Anthony helped me and was very nice. Although we had to stand in line for about 30 minutes. Anyways, again...there was a line at the store. We stood in line like everyone else but I believe that if your picking up your order that was shipped they should have a separate line for that. So a lady helped us but it didn't feel so professional in presenting and checking out my items. Would I come back here....no. Not much of a selection to begin with. Let me start off by saying how pleasantly surprised I was by the friendly service and helpful girls in the store! When we walked in we were greeted nicely and the girl saw me looking at the wallets and almost immediately started showing me other colors and patterns that I may have been interested in. She even looked up if another pattern would be available close by since they didn't have it. Once we decided on my wallet, my boyfriend was helped by another girl at the counter and she was more than willing to look at his old wallet and help him decide on something similar to replace it. I honestly could not have been more shocked based on what we had read online. Before visiting my boyfriend and I had looked up reviews of the different LV locations on the strip to see which store we should go to since there are so many options close by. Basically all of the locations had some complaints about bad customer service if you didn't look the part or seem pretty baller. Being a pretty casual girl I was in jeans and a hoodie with some converse on and thought I may be ignored or treated poorly based on some of these reviewers experiences. But we were close by and I had my heart set on it so we went anyways. I've been a Louis fan for over 20 years now and it all began a very long time ago when I received my first monogram speedy! I'm now an owner of 7 of their bags and keep coming back for more. On my most recent trip I purchased my very first noir bag and was specifically looking to replace my older everyday pochette that carries just the essentials (wallet, chapstick, & cell phone). Since phones keep getting bigger I needed something just a tad larger as my current bag couldn't hold everything any longer. I was shown tons of options and fell in love with the all black Félicie Pochette which just happens to be the exact size I was looking for. This particular bag also comes with two inserts (a card holder and a zipped up pocket that can be used individually). Louis builds incredible products that are meant to last forever. These products are also timeless. Really poor customer service. My family and I strolled into the store to look for my birthday present. A bag caught my eye and I was going to look at it. As I touched the bag, unpleasant Asian sales rep in her 40's asked rudely of if was looking for something. I said no, just looking. I was looking for a place to buy my wife a purse and I must say this mall has them all. It has Gucci, Versace, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Coach and others. My wife was set on a Louis purse so what better place than to come to the biggest Louis Vuitton store in the nation!!! It's three stories high, with one floor dedicated to the fashionable men of America. I didn't want my wife to feel rushed in picking out a purse, so I sat down at one of their waiting tables on the first floor. She looked around and wasn't really finding anything she liked. She talked to one of the girls regarding their display of purses, and she wasn't much help. She continued to look and came across Elizabeth V. who asked my wife if she needed any help. My wife asked her about other purses that were not on display, and Liz gladly brought out some purses from behind the displays. The Misses was super excited to see some of the old skool purses they had, and immediately found the one she liked. We even bought a little key pouch to go with the purse. I purchased a pair of shoes two days ago, when i was in the store i told them i do not want the floor sample and the lady promised me to get another brand new pair, however when I opened the shoe box today I realized it is still the floor sample which made me have to go down to the store and return it. When i got into the store, there's a "Cathy" lady came to me and help me to do the refund process, and then i was being told they are short of cash so there's nothing they could do, and she literally said that she was so concerned her health due to the coronavirus so she suggested me to take the Uber to another location to do the refund myself! And i told her i am concern about that too, plus I purchased my shoes in their store, due to their unprofessional services that causing me so much unnecessary troubles, they just came up with the final solution that going to another location is my ONLY option! And, that "Cathy" lady throw me the last sentence said "I don't want to talk to you any more" and she just walked to the back!! Very rude and TERRIBLE customer's service!!! Not recommended at all! There is no rhyme or reason to how the line is managed. Ostensibly, people get to go in when a corresponding number of people exit. I went to Louis Vuitton initially to purchase my sister a Christmas gift. The item that I was looking for was unfortunately sold out at that particular Louis Vuitton. The client consultant that assisted me was very kind and located the item at the LV Store in the Bellagio, because I was pressed for time I wasn't able to purchase it. Upon walking into the store I was greeted by a gentleman who asked if we would like a beverage. I also noticed that it was fairly busy as it was the Thanksgiving Holiday. There were a couple of staff busy assisting other shoppers. After standing the line for 2 minutes, the gentleman that offered us a beverage when we first came in put his tray down and helped us locate the items that we were looking for. After speaking with the store associate, I was able to purchase a wallet that I had my eye on. The gentleman was very kind and made the transaction very fast and efficient. The Louis Vuitton client consultant also assisted me with setting up a client profile. The consultant informed me that this would make it easier making future purchases at Louis Vuitton. The consultant also informed me that NV's sales tax is cheaper than CA, so I guess I'll be buying Louis Vuitton in Las Vegas! read more

I came here to shop for my birthday and I had an amazing experience even with waiting in line to get inside until I was paired with an SA who was just rude and all over the place. I first wanted a bandeau so I asked her to show them to me but she didn't even know where they were (maybe she was new or new to the location) so she asked another associate and the other one pulled whatever they had left for me. While in Vegas, I decided to get a Louis Vuitton bag. Since we stayed in The Venetian, I walked to the nearest LV store located in Palazzo. It's a smaller store and was pretty busy given it's a holiday weekend. I was attended to immediately by the sales associates. One of the ladies, Vanessa was pretty helpful- she helped answer questions and helped me narrow down some options based on things I was looking for. I went back the next day and bought my bag- The Neverfull MM. I was looking for a crossbody bag too, I had liked the Pochette Felicie and the Favorite online but they are backordered everywhere. The SA offered to take down my information and call me once it's available, but I just wasn't comfortable leaving my credit card information on a piece of paper like that so decided that I'll just keep looking online and hopefully one of those will be available. On 07/26/2018, I went to Luis Vuitton #177 and purchased a purse by my closed female friend's request who is currently live in mainland of China since I have an other friend was planning to go back soon, Thus, he can bring the purse to her. I've told the sale representive the purpose and we both understood if my female friend dosen't like the purse, I would bring it back to trturn during the valid returning period, which is in 30 days from the purchasing. I took photos of the purse before the sales representive took it away from my eyesight and packed it in a box in the back room. Then I paid and took the packed box home. Due to the time difference,I didn't got hold of my female friend while I bought the purse, when she saw the photos, she told me that she didn't like it. On 07/31/2018, I went to an other Luis Vuitton store and purchased an other purse but my female friend was still dislike them.So I told her:"I'm not going to waste my time shopping untill she send me the picture of her idea purse!" On 08/10/2018, I went back to Luis Vuitton #177 to return the purse, to my surprise, when one of the sales representatives opend the box, she found there are marks inside the purse, thus, the store refused to change nor take it back! 1. I bought the purse to my friend, with NO intention to use it, it sit in the box when it be purchased; Also, I have text message from the slaes representative, the contents can prove that I was shooping for my female friend instead of to my personal use;That is to say, from the very beginning, my mind is set to NOT use NOR touch that purse, because it would be sent to my friend! 2. From packing untill reopening the box, my hands were never on the purse! 3. After this inccedent, I heard some Luxary stores play TRICKS like that to prevent customer returning the merchandises. In conclusion, I'm not going to pay for the defective merchandise, I showed my good faith by taking it back twice but been rejected. I'm still willing to return it whenever the merchant contact me.It still in box and never be used. Besides, I have two witnesses who can be testified that the sales representative took the purse away, he didn't pack it in front of me nor in the exhibition room, he took it to the back room, none of us was present while his packing, he has plenty of time to do SOMETHING or switch the purse, since he knew I might be back to return it, that would harm his sales quota.
