The following is an honest review of Crystals Dior luxury store. Of the many stores at Crystals and throughout the world. When it comes to luxury, this Dior store is my hands down favorite luxury store. The staff is consistently polite, humorous, and enthusiastic, which has made my shopping experience a pleasant one. It's beyond! So many SA's have treated me with the utmost love and respect. Even if they are not my SA, they always care and are helpful. Whenever I step into the store, Levant my SA greets me as if it's a homecoming. He is a gem. With a wealth of information and experience, if you are lucky enough to have him service you....you will know what I mean. Though I only go there 2 to 3x a year, I spend hours there. Lingering in the back section. Levant brings me coffee. When my sugar goes down, he looks for sweets. And when you feel like you have had enough, he offers me champagne. I love that they have such amazing items. Their bags, their RTW...and on and on. And if you just want to browse...they let you do that without any pressure to buy. It's a fantastic store. I appreciate the entire staff of the store for their kindness and friendliness. They make me feel right at home every time I visit the store. It's the best luxury store that I have ever shopped in. I was sold a display pair of shoes without knowing and when I went to exchange them for a different color, they wouldn't take them back because they said they looked worn! I never took them out of the box! One shoe is perfect, and the other shoe was clearly the floor sample! I grabbed the other floor samples in the store and looked at the bottoms and they look just how mine does! Their customer service is awful. My husband bought me 2022 Valentine's gift and our anniversary gift from Dior. He knew we will be spending Feb,March and April in Taiwan. He also knows I am very particular with my gifts. The sales LIED to my husband and assured him that he could exchange these gifts in Taiwan. He also guided my husband into buying the exact same watch for me with a different face. I did NOT like both gift. For a rose gold bracelet-its upsetting that the clap is not in rose gold especially due to the $$$$$ We are in Taiwan, the store confirmed that it is IMPOSSIBLE to exchange my gifts here. Plus fine jewelry is even more impossible even though I didn't try them on and they were in the original boxes. I got furious, emailed Dior headquarter with no response. They did confirm the receipt of my emails and that was it. The sales of Dior texted me and apologized but wouldn't return my follow up calls or texts again I am left with 2 pieces of jewelry that I absolutely wouldn't wear. Would you be disgusted with their customer service? Would you want to support a brand that doesn't treat customer with care? Would you ever want to spend another $$$$$ on brands that LIED to you? I have honestly never been LIED to by a Luxury brand. Not at Cartier, not at Chanel and never at Hermes. Visited the store today and immediately walked right out. My friends came in with the intention to shop and the employee (short man with glasses) casually greeted us with a "What's going on?" We were unsure of how to respond to that. Then he proceeded to ask it again. After a painful awkward silence from his unprofessionalism, it continued to go downhill from there. He asked, "Who's shopping?" We told him we were all interested in looking around then going from there. He completely cut us off and asked if we wanted to look at the discounted shoes. Lol. We told him we were okay, we came in with the intention of looking at the bags for the most part. He insisted on showing us even after we had said we were fine. It felt a bit odd since you would think the idea would be for him to try to sell us something at a full price point. I'm not sure if he just assumed we couldn't afford anything. The small window of time in between meetings gave me an excuse to cross the bridge from the Waldorf to check out the Shops at Crystals. I am a huge fan of Christian Dior, so when I saw the sign I beelined it over. Although I didn't have anything in mind that I needed, there is always something that I want. I can't help it. The sales clerk who helped me, Pricilla, was so warm and welcomed me upon entering. She showed me everything I asked to see and was extremely patient with me. Once I narrowed down my choices, she gave me plenty of time and water to make a good choice. It wasn't all just to close a sale though, she asked about my interest in fashion, which designers I liked (she noticed my Gucci shoes) and where I like to shop. While she rang me up and prepared my item, I was free to explore the new fall collection (swoon) and the new colors for the season. The size of the store is pretty large. Maybe not as large as the one in San Francisco but just as beautiful. Great experience. read more

Love that all the staff are wearing masks, but they aren't wearing gloves even when they bring out the bags we want. I purchased my first My ABC Lady Dior bag in this flagship store and it was a pleasant experience during the purchase. I was really looking forward to purchasing this bag for awhile. The service was good, however, i don't know if the SA noticed or not but the bag that she was gonna give me had scratches on the handle. Fortunately my mom has sharp eyes and she noticed it immediately. We asked for a newer one since the scratch was pretty noticeable. She looked pretty annoyed. Then we checked again for the one she brought out. Transaction was done and we went home. Later that night, when I opened the box I realized there was no dust bag. Since I was on vacation, I had to go back there the next day only to get the dust bag. It was such a hastle to do that for a dust bag but it is important. When I got back to SF, I realized there was no authenticity card inside the box or the bag. This was partly my fault for not checking everything thoroughly at the hotel. But buying from Dior, you expect everything to be taken care of. So I had to call the Dior boutique to send me an authenticity card which again, is so important. Overall the in store purchase experience was good and I'm glad I bought the bag. But the post-purchase experience was definitely a hastle, which shouldn't be my job in the first place. read more

Diorissimo bag is fabullisimo! My older sister got the sewing gene and she use to make all of my dresses when I was a little girl. She also always bought designer patterns and for my 8th grade graduation I wore Givenchy courtesy of my sister (who should have went to Fashion Design school!). So high-end couture is appreciated by the women in my family. We were in Crystals and this was a must stop for her. She wants the Diorissimo bag. (It's only $4,500) it was in the window display. So we walked in and a huge plasma has the latest Dior fashion show playing so you're transported to a front-row seat on the runway instantaneously. Beautiful store, beautiful clothes. We were shown the bag and we fell in love. I can appreciate a store that allows us to see the merchandise and not treat us like peasants. When it comes to bags, I am all for Chanel these couple of years, it's been a very long time since I purchased a Dior bag. We wanted to walk the champagne buzz off from the brunch, nothing better than a little bit of walking and shopping at The Crystals. Basically it was the mini Lady Dior bags caught my eye, they were displayed right in front of the shop, new colors, I couldn't tell it was purple or blue of that newest color. A very nice salesman told me they had pink, hot pink and blush colors. I was going for the blue or purple color until I saw the hot pink one, so bright and pretty! Mostly it's matching my fair skin tone perfectly! Hot pink it is! Didn't even need to think about other colors! Like all high end stores these days, they have salespeople speaking Chinese of course, but I was OK communicating in English I guess so they didn't ask for that Chinese speaking lady for me. All staffs were very friendly and helpful, you don't even need to buy anything really, they would still gladly to show you some cute bags just for fun! And I came home with a super cute hot pink Lady Dior bag! What a great ending for this Vegas trip! read more

Dior has the best customer service, ever. I wish there was a Dior in San Diego because I could stare and try on their bags all day. Seriously it's one of those brands that make me wish I had a lot of disposable income just so I could buy a Diorama in the spot without wincing, lol. I came in here on a late night and the SAs in there were super helpful and attentive. While I was ooohing and aahing over their Lady Dior bags (which they were more than willing to show me!), a very sweet SA explained the history of its design (its quilted pattern was inspired by the design of Christian Dior's chairs during his runway shows) and how it was sort of named after Princess Diana, who received this bag as a gift from the First Lady of France. Before that the bag was called "Chouchou". How cool/cute is that? Anyway it became Diana's favorite bag that she ordered several more afterwards. While this bag is much younger than the Chanel flap, I still find the Lady Dior bag to be just as iconic. Although this brand is still eye-watering expensive, Dior is still miles "cheaper" than its luxe competitor Chanel, the latter of which does not seem to be stopping in its price increases. If you are wanting to dip your toes into Dior, I highly recommend coming here. Not only is this boutique large, they have a large selection, the SAs are top notch, and you will be inspired by the fashion house. read more

I initially walked in and wanted to for sure purchase the metallic diorama cross body bag but when I saw their other ones I totally lost it. I was extremely confused but thankfully Priscilla and her team welcomed me and helped me come to a decision. They handed me a few options - which fitted my description. It was my first time their and she asked the manager if we could access the mezzanine. We were shocked at how she went above and beyond to make our first time so me maybe. I originally went in looking to buy my boyfriend some new sneakers. She noticed my jewelry and said that the oui bracelet would be a good fit. My wife purchased a pair of sunglasses marked at $350 that she had seen Tuesday night. When she took them to the register and paid, she found she had been charged $375. Manager was called by helpful and friendly sales assistant, the manager, Jennifer was unapologetic and rude to my wife - no "sorry, there's nothing we can do" she outright refused to make a change and stated that stickers on products could go "anywhere" she wanted them to. While we know there is no obligation to honour sticker price under Nevada law, to state that you can sticker products as you please is something else entirely. To talk down to a customer who has already purchased something is the height of bad manners. We would have been happy to have swallowed the extra $25 cost, as my wife was very much in love with the sunglasses, but the attitude of the manager led to us asking for a refund. A big "thank you" to manager Jennifer who upset my wife and spoiled what was supposed to be a lovely birthday gift. We have made a complaint to their corporate office. read more

I have been to this boutique before and the service was amazing. This past weekend we were visiting and decided to stop by and check out some of the new pieces. The asian female that walked us in was no where to be found shortly after when we were browsing and wanted to try a few things on. She never came to ask if we needed anything. The manager was kind enough to ask if we needed anything in the mens area. He was busy helping out another client so we didnt want to bother him. Shortly after another asian female came to assist and brought out the jacket and pair of shoes that I wanted to try on. She kept insisting that the shoe size i picked could run small. I advised her that I owned a few pairs of Dior shoes in the size I was asking for but she kept insisting. This experience by far has been the worst here in Las Vegas. Luckily we have a Dior boutique here in Scottsdale where the service is amazing. I was very disappointed because I was really looking forward into purchasing the jacket and shoes but because of the lack of customer service we just said thank you and left. I took a trip to Las Vegas, with no intention of buying anything. But lo and behold I stopped by Dior and found shoes that I fell in love with. The associate who sold them to me was very nice. Sadly, they did not have the shoes in my size, other then the ones on display. They gave me the option to ship them to my house. They made it sound like the package would arrive before I even got home. WRONG. Not only have the shoes not arrived, I have been unable to even get ahold of ANYONE regarding this. I had to reach out to the Dior website customer service. It has been almost a month since my purchase and there hasn't been a day where I wasn't trying to contact the store, the associate, or the mall. Once the client advisor was able to get ahold of the boutique and get back to me, they informed me that the shoes haven't been shipped out AND they weren't even available. They had all of my information to get ahold of me, it would've been nice to have an update before almost a month had gone by. I spent a pretty big chunk of change on these shoes and after all of this I'm finally getting my refund. I don't suggest buying anything that isn't available in store, you'll never hear from them again. read more

Bags, clutches, wallets in the front, shoes to the left in the back & clothing on the right While waiting for the bag to be brought over so I could take a closer look, saw more than a few adorable dresses & matching shoes in a nice pastel pink......this place is dangerous! Pumps, sandals & a few flats to boots, I was digging the color scheme of the season The bag was a limited edition Lady Dior & the construction was awesome. Combining a deep royal blue & black, this was very versatile & the size would hold more than your standard clutch. Alas, it was also $5200 & for a bejeweled bag that would't be appropriate for every day & was a little too large for an evening bag, I couldn't justify the indulgence But the staff was extremely nice & the stock is of course, outstanding. Being one of the only Dior Homme Men's stores on the Strip, I had very high expectations. I've gone back and forth between purchasing denim and finally decided to pull the trigger this time around. Adam was the gentleman who helped me find the right fit, offered his insight, and overall found me the pair of denim I was really looking for. Above all things, customer service was top notch. I can't say enough good things about Adam as well as the friendliness of each employee I ran into while walking around the store. Unlike previous experiences at other retailers in Las Vegas, I wasn't judged or shunned based on what I was wearing. Most high end retailers will do that to you... but not here. I was also fitted for a tux for my upcoming wedding even though I only came in looking for jeans. I have to say the whole overall experience was top notch, and everything you would expect from a store like Dior. If you are ever in need of anything Mens, you NEED to see Adam Sullinger. GORGEOUS. Crystal's at City Center is a stunning mall in itself, and the space at Dior didn't need much more to show itself off - pale, neutral grays, square layout, but with bright yet soft lighting that allowed the elegant clothing pieces to speak for themselves. And oh, did they speak! I've always admired the designs of this fashion house and was especially interested to see what their newest designer (Raf Simons, I believe) had come up with, and wandered in on Tuesday. I wasn't dressed particularly nice and was lugging my old ratty handbag, so I was a bit intimidated as I walked by the suited security guard. But immediately a salesman, Barry, greeted me and quietly allowed me to browse the women's items after asking if I was looking for anything in particular (no). Honestly, I wasn't sure if they'd look down their noses at me and it was obvious that I was just there to browse (unless I found a to-die-for garment). However, Barry was AWESOME. I saw a beautiful outfit and just had to try it on even though both the top and skirt were a size too large at FR38. Barry installed me in a very spacious dressing room with a large mirror and a sleek sofa, and once I had my outfit on, I showed him. His mild manner suddenly became very animated, excited with how I carried off the expensive outfit even though the size was too big. Either he was genuinely pleased with how I looked, or he was a very, very good salesguy. He found me a pair of cute shoes that paired perfectly with it, and then asked if it was ok if he found something else for me to wear that was actually my size just to make sure. He handed me a really cool leather dress (FR36), one which I had sort of glanced at and touched earlier. I tried it on, and it was SO adorable and edgy! I loved it. Barry was glad he had me try it on since it fit perfectly and now he knew my size, but he wondered if he could find the first outfit in the right size on the computer. While he was searching, I finally looked at the pricetag of this one and nearly died. 5 digits!! Ok, so now I knew Barry wasn't expecting me to buy this thing, but he was truly there to help me out and make me feel good. He did find the original outfit, but it was after a long search because it wasn't in the back - it was a on the window mannequin! Once I tried on the mannequin's clothes, I realized we landed a winner. He had me march out in front of the store manager, an elegant, warm woman who made a few tweaks to the top and skirt before she was satisfied. I'm not a vain person, but I couldn't help admiring my reflection of just how the clothes seemed to transform my humble self and figure. It was going to be SO hard to walk away from this stunning outfit, but it was simply not in my budget... (yet). I'm financially responsible and this just wasn't fitting in today. Barry, I'm so sorry I couldn't buy this today, but please know you were of great help! I had more fun than I thought possible at Dior thanks to you, and perhaps next time we meet I will be able to buy something from you! read more
