I went back to the store hoping to exchange them, but the employee was very rude and refused to help. She simply told me to call Customer Service and offered no assistance whatsoever. What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and concern for a customer who had just made a purchase the day before. Unfortunately though, I have a very popular shoe size (8 - 8 1/2) and of the several shoes I wanted to try on, there was not one in my size. However, in anticipation of trying on some shoes, I was walking around the store with one shoe on and one shoe off (for about 20-30 minutes) and when I went to leave and bent down to put my shoe on, the bottom of my foot was filthy! I was shocked at the amount of dirt I had picked up in the short time I was in there AND how much of it stuck to my foot... gross! I stopped and got a wet wipe from my purse and wiped off my foot and that wipe was black! The need to mop that floor, probably a few times! (and no a Swiffer or any kind of dry mop does not clean) Its a shoe store, I feel like at some point everyone is going to have their shoes off! Also, felt like the A/C was either not working or not functioning properly. Half of the store was very warm while the other half was cool (definitely not cold, but much better than the other side) Summers in Vegas are no joke, and it was very uncomfortable in that store. But on a positive note... Skechers are the BEST shoes and if you are looking for variety, this is your place! I own several pairs of Skechers and they are truly saving my life right now as I'm battling some plantar fasciitis! They are truly the only shoes I can wear right now and not have to limp in pain.

So I was definitely up for a change in footwear. My best friend told me about Hoka shoes, he said that his chiropractor recommended him and he had never had anything like them. Them. He suggested I go get some before I go on my big trip over the summer to a bunch of car shows. So I decided to head out and go to the Hoka store outlet. Walking into the store. They have a great selection all over the place. I will say this if you are looking for wide shoes as I was that narrows the field down a bit. You might be better going online to get them there. That being said, I was actually able to find a pair of wide shoes in my size. They have a cool little machine that you stand on and digitally models your foot so that they can see exactly what the size and width is. I am about a 12 single wide, so it was off to the races to find a pair. I settled on a pair of Clifton TENS, and let me tell you they feel like I'm walking on a cloud. My life. I am so excited to try these out. Just walking from the store back to the parking structure was an absolute pleasure. Bottom line? I can only imagine how these shoes are going to feel after a long day. My feet already feel a million times better just from wandering around. If you're looking for more styles and size options. I would definitely check out the online store, but if you're in Las Vegas and looking for a pair of shoes to wander around the strip in, you could do no better than to pay the Hoka store a visit!
