From being promised my online order would be ready in 2 hrs, if I didn't call the store my online order would have never been fulfilled to being antagonized by an employee when walking in to pick up my order. When I called i asked for an update on my order, provided all my information then without notice London picks up the phone, another person in the store who I then had to repeat the same information. London tells me to call customer service tell them to fulfill the order & tell customer service to call the store. Without telling me, London handled the phone over to someone else as I was in the middle of asking the store to call customer service to get an update on my order. ALAN then called customer service, saved the day & advised my order was ready for pick up. When I went to pick up my order, I asked if the person helping me was Alan, he said yes. I then asked who was London (just to note for reference) Alan gestured the woman behind him & stated her, London then became aggressive asking me why multiple times as I ignored her & continued to speak with Alan & advised I didn't have any malicious intentions I just wanted to put a face to the name. I finally acknowledged & advised I just wanted to know due to our previous interaction on how she passed the phone in the middle of me talking then in a condescending way she said "well you got your shoes babes....". After her being aggressive with me in person & making me uncomfortable to shop in that store I decided this is incident should be shared.

It's a pretty dope store. You should at least go check it out. Price is very and it is a boutique type shop so don't expect super cheap items. Whenever I was walking the strip I'd step in to take a look around, but nothing ever wowed me, as far as their collection of kicks. It just seemed to be general release retail shoes, not many grails or exclusives. But I follow their socials and saw this location was getting a special limited release so I decided to pop in, and luckily they had a few left! It was definitely a score, but I still feel the same about the boutique: it's regular shoes with some t-shirts and whatever. On top of that, when I walked in, three regular dudes looked at me like I was out of place. "Where are the employees?", I thought. Turns out, all three work there lol. Anyways, I don't know how this place still has affords a prime spot inside this swanky casino. But if there's another exclusive release, I know what to expect and will definitely buy!

I figured the outlet would offer good pricing. I came in and was early greeted by Michael. He complimented the current On shoes I had on and then asked me what I came in for. He also listened and was sympathetic when he heard my story about my shoes not being under warranty since I bought it through a third-party on Amazon. He asked me what my preference for styles. After that he brought one out that he thought I would like. I was super interested in the style, but unfortunately I wasn't a fan on the color and unfortunately they were out of my size in the color I liked. He also tried to look in the back for another show I was interested in, but unfortunately they were out of my size. He also helped to explain the different styles of soles and shoes and what each shoe is best for. He was super knowledgeable and was soooo helpful! I honestly feel bad that I didn't buy a shoe because he was so helpful and catered so much to me. But he totally understood and didn't pressure me to buy a pair of shoes, which made me want to buy a pair even more. He also let me know to come during the week and often because their stock is constantly changing. I will definitely be back to see Michael! I'm so glad I met him as I learned so much more about the On brand. The shoes here were definitely cheaper than retail price. I would have definitely bought a pair of two if they had my size in the style I wanted. Definitely a great store with great employees!

I got my first pair of On at this location!…read more The location is in the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets. The staff here were awesome. Everyone was so nice and helpful the moment we stepped in. The selection was pretty massive. I did not know they had many different style and pairs. The pairs are all marked down about $30-$60 from the retail prices for the shoes. They also have selections of apparel and accessories. Shoutouts to the staff that really took time to show me a few pairs as I never tried any before. She recommend 4 different pairs as I mentioned to her I'm a healthcare worker and always look for comfortable pairs of shoes for work. The staff is very knowledgeable on the products and the recommendations were great. I ended up leaving with a pair of Cloudsurfer 2 as they fit my style and comfort! On is a comfy shoes and I'm happy with the first pair I purchased. Thanks to the staff here for putting me On! ;D
