I really like this location, especially because it is well stocked with the most popular shoes and the sizes my kids actually want. Jordans, Adidas Sambas, and other hard to find styles are usually available. Parking is in a nearby garage and locals get one hour of free parking. I wish locals had a little more time, but since the store is close to the garage I can usually get in and out without paying. Once inside, shopping is easy and the prices are sometimes even better than Amazon or other shoe stores. I have also picked up clothing here in the past and been happy with those purchases too. Overall, it is a convenient stop when you know what you are looking for. read more

My sister went in to school shop for niece and nephew but left out upset as well as my niece and nephew. I'm not sure if the 2 Hispanic employees are poorly trained etc or just don't like black folks. The female Hispanic employee made it her business to pull the sneakers my sister requested, she then proceeded to sell the shoes my sister chose to another Hispanic lady with a bad BBL! ULTIMATELY my sister had a verbal back and forth to no avail. They spoke in Spanish, which was inappropriate due to the situation and made my sister feel uncomfortable. read more

Ask for the exact shoe I want and they point me to it then let me stare at it for 20 minutes. Whatever lady is working by the front needs to go. Just lost 2 shoe sales. read more

I live in California and I have been to many shoe palaces. I must say this store is a breath of fresh air. I can't name just one employee because every single one of them are top notch. And I do mean every single employee. They treated my family and I like VIP's. This is now my go to spot for new kicks. Enjoy the Labubu as well. Highly recommended!!!! read more

They don't know how to mark their shelves and all the prices are wrong when you report it they get all mad and and they don't think that customers are always right read more

It's been almost a year since I've traveled to Las Vegas and after checking into my hotel I headed over (again) to SP! I've been purchasing a pair of kicks here for several years. Jordan's and OG patent leather were on my mind. This location always has the latest releases and well stocked in the most sizes. I wear a 42 or 43 they got them here. Always helpful staff and no pressure. Try on whatever you want as many times as you care! read more

I'm only giving Shoe Palace 2 stars because of the poor customer service. I found my favorite shoes- Air Force 1. For all the staff working, they weren't interested in helping me get the shoes. They were all tied up in personal conversations. The young guy who finally helped me pick out my shoes was exceptionally nice and apologetic. He took my shoes to the register but couldn't ring me up. Literally, we stood there and listened to the lady & guy hold a whole conversation in front of us. Finally, I was going to walk off and just leave. The young employee asked them to please ring me up. The lady went through the process but wasn't friendly or engaging. The Apple Pay nor the tap didn't work. Her comment was, "it's an old system." I got my shoes. They got my money. We're even. read more

The Caesar's Palace of shoes! This place has all sorts of cool kicks as well as clothes for babies, kids and adults. I ended up buying a pear of shoes for my son - Allen Iverson's Classic Reebok "The Answer" for an unbelievable price. Needless to say, my son loves his shoes and I love this store. I'll be back for sure when visiting Vegas!! read more

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Amanda, the manager, for the outstanding service. Super attentive, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and had such a positive, welcoming experience! read more

Footlocker knockoff, but without the selection and overpriced. On the strip in Las Vegas, so that might attribute to some of the prices.

Cool place! The employees are all smiling and laughing and having a good time, and interacted with us like we were friends of theirs. That's an awesome feeling. The shoe selections were really great, and they were quick at getting sizes to try. Great place! read more

I called about Kobe shoes . They said fcfs at 1pm I asked for size 12 they said they have 2. I get there at 1230 the lady at front says if nobody comes by 1 u can get it. So I wait in the front and it's 12:55 and the manager says no it's not fcfs . Liars liars liars . Worst place . I will make sure corporate knows. He said at 12:55 wait till 1 and I will see than leaves the store and the other workers give me crap. He probably wanted the shoe for himself . I can't believe the treatment I got. Maybe cuz I was Armenian. Damn bs . The manager was a tall African American male. Didn't catch his names very rude . I can't bet the service the give at this place . I hope corporate finds out. They even said only fcfs. Damn liars . Ed his name as they said . I think they even gave me fake name . This place is horrible. I will call corporate for sure. Discrimination for sure. I just called the store they said ed. May I ask why like it matters why. Very rude and horrible place . All the workers are rude and liars read more

Placed two orders minutes after getting a notification from them of a sale starting. Woke up the next day and the orders were cancelled. I had two friends that this also happened too. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes the only answer they could give me was inconsistencies in their inventory system was the reason for the canceled orders. I guess they just got a nice 50k+ interest free loan from their customers. Would not recommend whatsoever. read more

What a great local business that gives back to the community.. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

Good selection mostly. Terrible/NO customer service whatsoever. Walked around the store for more than 15 minutes and not a single person offered help. Store was nearly empty of other customers read more

The shoe selection here was great. Mostly the newer trendy type. The prices, for being in Las Vegas, are actually not too bad. Yes, there is a slight markup, but overall they are okay. Service was great here too. A gentleman welcomed us as we entered the store and came around a few minutes later to see if we had any questions. I requested a few shoes to try on, and unlike some other stores that are always out of the typical men's sizes, they brought all of the shoes out. They have active attire here as well. Not a bad place to stop by for some comfortable shoes for walking on the long Vegas strip. read more

This is the nicest Shoe Palace I have ever been in. As a retail manager myself game respects game. T shirts all folded perfect and all the hangars....I mean ALL the hangars facing the same direction. Where are the workers? I found a Jordan I wanted, zero help, no workers. Okay...? Then I found a guy by the cashier station. He wouldn't smile, barely would make eye contact. I asked him if he could help me. He said my shoe only had a size 8.5... looked it up, yeah, no other sizes. No workers on the way out either. Just get something online. read more

I want to give a huge thank you to Ashley for allllllll her help today. My daughter is handicapped and it's very difficult finding her shoes because her feet are extremely wide. Ashley was very patient and extremely knowledgeable in the shoes and their comfort. I also would like to thank Tremell for his professionalism. These two are a GREAT asset to your organization. Came in with my buddy literally right before they closed.. We had just came from a similar shoe/ apparel store where I bought a few things.. Was greeted by a Kenny who helped us from start to finish.. i grabbed like 4-5 things and Kenny helped me the entire time.. We literally were in the store 10 minutes after they closed and I asked Kenny where the manager was because he literally gave us the best experience and did it with a smile after they closed.. That's when he told me he was the manager, I've never reviewed anything before but his service and attitude shouldnt be unrecognized.. I live in Vegas and deff be back read more

The people here are PUSHY. I wish they could realize how they treat customers. This young girl approached me and told me not to receive help from anyone else yet walked away. I went to this store yesterday. The woman who rung me up was extremely rude. Obnoxious. I went to pay for my items. I was the only person in line. The woman was at the cash register, folding shirts. She just ignored me for 10 minutes. She just kept giving me dirty looks. I had no interaction with her prior to this. In the meantime, she yelled at several of her co-workers (maybe she was the manager?), very loudly. The entire store could hear her yelling. Then after 10 minutes, she looks at me and says, "Are you ready?" Uh, yeah, I've been ready for 10 minutes, genius. She rang me up, yelled at her co-workers more, and then didn't bother to say thank you or any other normal pleasantries. She was just mean and cranky and full of herself. She acted like she was too good for that job and like she was better than everyone else, including the customers. Another customer came by to pay for her items but she witnessed that behavior and left the store. Overall, a horrible experience. Shoe Palace, do better. read more
