This store at the outlet mall has really good deals. The staff is very friendly and greet you upon arrival and talk about the deals for the day. The selection is great. My only issue is there is only one dressing room so it can be a long wait sometimes. read more

I love sneakers and like to check out the outlets to find good deals. This outlet was ok. It was a decent size and clean. It wasn't too busy. No associate helped us the whole time we were in there. I browsed around and didn't see too many shoes for women. My hubby found a pair of shoes for himself. They do offer a 10% military discount on top of whatever sale that they're having. read more

The store it self is located in the outdoor mall of north premium outlets which is nice. The store had a good selection and Black Friday sales going on. So got some good deals. The associates on the main floor were attentive and sweet. But when it came to check out the cashier wasn't respectful... I think hospitality anywhere you go is important! And explaining promotions and discounts in a well manner & tone without any hostility. I can understand it's the holidays but, that's also not an excuse to treat customers. read more

Thank you Cesar for your amazing customer service that you provide, Cesar took the time and patience to help me find different sizes of jerseys that I want, found one yay ! Keep that positive vibe going not most store carry that energy anymore. read more

Was running some errands and decided to stop in and see what sales were going on at Adidas. Loved how I was greeted by not one but two people at the door. The store is huge, and everything was organized. I needed help finding a new pair of shoes for an Xmas gift, the sales associate who helped me wasn't able to find the shoe I wanted in the right size. She did offer to look on line and see if they could have it delivered. In the end it's a good place to shop if you need shows or clothes. Parking was crazy so if your not a local you should go to a different mall. Prices are fair it's the mall so I expect it to be kind of high and it's downtown. They just need to work on keeping more stock in there store, instead of me having to wait after Xmas to get my gift. read more

Before visiting, I called to request a specific shoe in my size. The team promptly located the item and reserved it at the register. Upon my arrival in the late afternoon, the shoe remained reserved. This thoughtful gesture spared me from navigating the crowded outlet. Notably, busy periods often result in diminished customer consideration. I greatly appreciate the exceptional service provided. Plus, prices here are better then any other Adidas store. read more

In regards to COVID JULY 2020, it was terrible. Nobody checking the front door, no mandatory hand sanitizer, you can try on multiple shoes, as many shoes as you want, you can walk around barefoot and try on shoes, but you cannot try on clothes. But they won't tell you that until you get yelled at for it. And it's easier to wash clothes than shoes when you purchase them from stores. It was a mess in there. And it was super packed, no limit on how many people can be inside. I'll admit their sales are good. If you are in and out quick, then it's not bad. Lines weren't long at all. I gave a star for that read more

The store was nice with a good sale going on. It is NOT wheelchair friendly. The aisles are not wide enough. Also, can't stack my coupons that I've earned with my points anymore. For those two reasons, I've deducted two stars. read more

This place is awesome! It is clean and the staff are super helpful. I bought a pair of $140 shoes and a pair of $35 shorts. Try to guess how much I payed? $56 including tax. They have great sales and deals. read more

This store is a bit smaller than the other locations, so be prepared for a slightly smaller selection. The store is located right in the middle of the outlet complex, right next to the food court. The employees were helpful once you could flag one down as they were all running around trying to help customers. Overall a decent selection of items, though I did not find what I was looking for. In the future, I may visit the other store at the north outlet for larger selection. read more

Adidas outlet staff unfriendly and insulting me when i ask them to help me looking for my size.

Large selection of shoes and gear. The employees were very helpful in assisting me in buying the right shoes. A great selection of soccer jerseys. read more

I dropped into this Adidas store while we were at the Las Vegas North Premium Outlet. The store was packed with people and merchandise. Considering how many folks were there, the shop looked pretty good. Not too messy or disorganized. This visit did not produce any bargains for me. Won't deter me from dropping in again in the future. read more

Came here to shop for a pair of shoes for my son. We didn't find anything that he liked but the customer service here was excellent. When we walked into the store, we were welcomed by a cashier who had a huge line of people. Then while we were browsing the aisles there were several salespersons who approached us and asked us if we needed assistance. Overall, it was a nice shopping experience. Will I return? Absolutely....maybe next time we'll find something we like. read more

Adidas - Shoe Stores Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

It's my favorite workout brand- period. I actually got the majority (90%) of my Adidas workout clothes from here- t-shirts, capri workout pants, shorts, jackets, and shoes in so many different colors (it's what makes going to the gym fun, right?) plus gifts for my husband here (yup, his favorite too), over the years. In fact, I got my most comfortable shoes here; my go-to/all-day trip (to Disneyland) shoes (similar to Nike Shox) in green, grey, and white. Lately we haven't shopped here much but it's still nice to browse. 'Cause you never know when a good sale pops us. Usually has a BOGO sale- 2nd item for 50% off. Also, participates in extra passport savings (AAA members get this free booklet at the customer service desk). Good store overall for the Adidas fan. read more

Staff was very rude and demanding upon being greeted at the entrance which turned us off from even shopping there.

ive been catching myself lately buying tons of adidas apparel and footwear.. the brand is an icon of streetwear for me.. matching track suits, shell toes and etc.. lately ive had the need for basketball sneakers and had my eyes set on dame 5s.. unfortunately they were too good to be true in to find in the outlet stores let alone affordably priced.. my luck came today and it was all due to the EXCELLENT customer service from the staff.. from the knowledgeable salesman(Arturo) to the accommodating store manager Ms. Z.. and as i was rung up Ms. Sydney made sure i was taken care of. i am trully happy with my shopping experience considering the i almost had to settle with a shoe that was not my first choice.. sincerely full of gratitude and excitement of using these in next week gam!!!. #3stripelife4lyf read more

I shop here because I am slightly masochistic by nature. Everything -- or nearly everything -- is mispriced. (How is that even possible?) And, it will always be to the benefit of Adidas, naturally. I think more than half the shit I have purchased here has been "mispriced," although I have my doubts that it is actual, sincerely honest, price-label mistakes. Everything -- or nearly everything -- is strewn everywhere, as if a category four hurricane hit the interior of this structure on the morning of one's patronage. Everything -- or nearly everything -- points to masochism as the primary reason to visit this location at the Premium Outlets North. Don't. You're welcome. Postscript. But if you do, the golf shorts are pretty comfortable, and durable. Good luck on the price roulette though: 24.99$? 29.95$? 29.99$? 39.99$? Who knows. read more

I adore Adidas. Not quite sure why, but it's alwayz been one of my favorite athletic stores. I found $36 running shoes here! Although I did spend over $100 overall, I was so really happy with all my purchases. And an employee Jasmine who helped me was incredibly nice and so helpful! She made my shopping experience 5 starred! read more

Great store!!!!! Got some ultra boost for my lady with 30 percent off!!!! Great customer service and they had some good sales today. I need to come back and get more stuff. Highly recommend.

I have never been more disappointed with the help at a store, or should I say lack thereof...the manager made me feel so small and little for asking simple questions. I called before hand to make sure the return would run smoothly because I live out of town and have limited access to Las Vegas. They confirmed with me the return would be good for the amount I paid. Once there they were dismissive and told me I would receive the lowest amount even though the item I purchased was still in stock for full price. I will never shop here again and I encourage you all to rethink as well. read more

The staff are great and always check up on their costumers. They have good deals for the most part, we can't try on clothes right now because of COVID but they have a good return or exchange policy so not too bad. read more

Super friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff (Q and Chris Rock it!), clean and well stocked store, and great prices! There was a long line due to their great sale, but the cashiers were fast and efficient and moved it along quickly! read more

I've been to this adidas location numerous times, but have never received the service that I received today. Fonzy (not sure how to spell It) went above and beyond helping me pick out a pair of ultra boost. Words can't describe his service but thank you! This place is a winner in the Chelsea Premium Outlets in Downtown Vegas. My girl got a Stella McCartney top for $18, that is like a 90% markdown...and it isn't ugly! They are practically giving the shit away here. I got some soccer stuff that were samples on the real cheap, you can't beat that. My rule of thumb, shop in the hood for hood prices! read more

This is not an outlet store. I mean yeah, they do have a few pairs of cheap shoes but for an outlet store, the prices are not cheap. We went to find an old school addidas jacket for my BF. The jacket was marked for 39.99. Then we were told that the price was marked incorrectly and the actual price was $75. The original addias price tag was still on the jacket and was marked $59.99. I mean excuse me if I'm wrong but aren't outlets supposed to mark down prices not up? We were told we would be given a deal and they could discount it to $65. Screw that! So not an outlet....and the shoes are ugly read more

I found a pair of predator soccer shoes on te sale wall for 29.99 that had no ticket and and was labeled with a sale tag. The wall advertisement said to take an additional 50% off the lowest price. As I go to pay the cashier tells me that the shoes are actually 64.99. Now I work retail and would understand if the prices were similar in range I would have said ok fine I'll take it. But to have the store staff make such a blatant labeling mistake and let the consumer take responsibility for it by being misled?! That's a clear sign of poor management. Needless to say, we went to the Nike store. The service is always decent and I have yet to worry about mislabeled merchandise. The bottom line? Don't shop here. You're better off going to another addidas or nike. read more

They don't honer the vip coupon book given by the premium outlet information, the cashier told me it's because the item is on sale which no where in the coupon mention anything that said exclude discounted item, and 95% of the items in store is on sale, so there is no way you can use the coupon. read more
