The associates on the main floor were attentive and sweet. But when it came to check out the cashier wasn't respectful... I think hospitality anywhere you go is important! Was running some errands and decided to stop in and see what sales were going on at Adidas. Loved how I was greeted by not one but two people at the door. The store is huge, and everything was organized. I needed help finding a new pair of shoes for an Xmas gift, the sales associate who helped me wasn't able to find the shoe I wanted in the right size. She did offer to look on line and see if they could have it delivered. In the end it's a good place to shop if you need shows or clothes. Parking was crazy so if your not a local you should go to a different mall. Prices are fair it's the mall so I expect it to be kind of high and it's downtown. They just need to work on keeping more stock in there store, instead of me having to wait after Xmas to get my gift. read more

This store is a bit smaller than the other locations, so be prepared for a slightly smaller selection. The store is located right in the middle of the outlet complex, right next to the food court. The employees were helpful once you could flag one down as they were all running around trying to help customers. Overall a decent selection of items, though I did not find what I was looking for. In regards to COVID JULY 2020, it was terrible. Nobody checking the front door, no mandatory hand sanitizer, you can try on multiple shoes, as many shoes as you want, you can walk around barefoot and try on shoes, but you cannot try on clothes. But they won't tell you that until you get yelled at for it. And it's easier to wash clothes than shoes when you purchase them from stores. It was a mess in there. And it was super packed, no limit on how many people can be inside. I'll admit their sales are good. If you are in and out quick, then it's not bad. Lines weren't long at all. Considering how many folks were there, the shop looked pretty good. Not too messy or disorganized. This visit did not produce any bargains for me. Came here to shop for a pair of shoes for my son. We didn't find anything that he liked but the customer service here was excellent. When we walked into the store, we were welcomed by a cashier who had a huge line of people. Then while we were browsing the aisles there were several salespersons who approached us and asked us if we needed assistance. Overall, it was a nice shopping experience. Will I return? It's my favorite workout brand- period. I actually got the majority (90%) of my Adidas workout clothes from here- t-shirts, capri workout pants, shorts, jackets, and shoes in so many different colors (it's what makes going to the gym fun, right?) plus gifts for my husband here (yup, his favorite too), over the years. In fact, I got my most comfortable shoes here; my go-to/all-day trip (to Disneyland) shoes (similar to Nike Shox) in green, grey, and white. Lately we haven't shopped here much but it's still nice to browse. 'Cause you never know when a good sale pops us. Usually has a BOGO sale- 2nd item for 50% off. Also, participates in extra passport savings (AAA members get this free booklet at the customer service desk). Good store overall for the Adidas fan. read more

I have never been more disappointed with the help at a store, or should I say lack thereof...the manager made me feel so small and little for asking simple questions. I called before hand to make sure the return would run smoothly because I live out of town and have limited access to Las Vegas. They confirmed with me the return would be good for the amount I paid. Once there they were dismissive and told me I would receive the lowest amount even though the item I purchased was still in stock for full price. This is not an outlet store. I mean yeah, they do have a few pairs of cheap shoes but for an outlet store, the prices are not cheap. We went to find an old school addidas jacket for my BF. The jacket was marked for 39.99. Then we were told that the price was marked incorrectly and the actual price was $75. The original addias price tag was still on the jacket and was marked $59.99. I mean excuse me if I'm wrong but aren't outlets supposed to mark down prices not up? We were told we would be given a deal and they could discount it to $65. Screw that! I found a pair of predator soccer shoes on te sale wall for 29.99 that had no ticket and and was labeled with a sale tag. The wall advertisement said to take an additional 50% off the lowest price. As I go to pay the cashier tells me that the shoes are actually 64.99. Now I work retail and would understand if the prices were similar in range I would have said ok fine I'll take it. But to have the store staff make such a blatant labeling mistake and let the consumer take responsibility for it by being misled?! That's a clear sign of poor management. Needless to say, we went to the Nike store. The service is always decent and I have yet to worry about mislabeled merchandise. The bottom line? Don't shop here. They don't honer the vip coupon book given by the premium outlet information, the cashier told me it's because the item is on sale which no where in the coupon mention anything that said exclude discounted item, and 95% of the items in store is on sale, so there is no way you can use the coupon. read more
