Got my messenger bag from this journeys & the lady who helped me was very nice and didn't seem bothered at all by my wanting to look inside the bag and wanting to try it on. I'm one of those customers that want to see all my options and has to see how the bag fits and everything because I don't like having buyers remorse. Located on the south end of the outlet mall. Good size store with great selection. Mia and Tati in the store were fantastic. So pleasant and helpful. Offered to look online and order in the size they didn't have and explained it would be free shipping or in store pickup. Highlighted my receipt with the order number and the number to call if I had any issues. Such a pleasant shopping experience with sweet girls who gave you the feeling they wanted to help rather than you're a bother to them just collecting a paycheck. Kinda made my day to come across young hardworking girls with great attitudes. read more

I was looking for something specific when i entered the store. It was not physically in stock but the employee was so kind and helped me order the shoes online. I got a great price on them too! Less than what i was expecting to pay. I wish I had the employees name but she was young and I believe she had red hair. She saw I had my baby with me and we got into a conversation about her niece and my baby both being the same age and hitting similar milestones. I had a lovely time shopping. These employees are extremely unprofessional. We received a damaged shoe from the store and when we tried to return it the employees were very unhelpful. The manager refused to give us any sort of discount or credit after receiving a damaged shoe. The manager, Nadia didn't care that we were unhappy & said she isn't losing anything from us returning the shoe anyways. I went into the location at the South Outlets! I was immediately greeted. I had a return from an online purchase. Hayden offered to help me. She offered an exchange. I had already made a replacement purchase but she was still very helpful with my transaction. The Manager Tatyana walked her staff through my transaction. You can tell she is the type of manager that coaches her staff and steps in when needed to guide! Appreciate the customer service! Love the white Adidas too! read more

Walked into this Journeys locations today when the employee greeted me and asked if there was anything I was looking for, I said "no but if I see something I'll let you know". She then pointed me to the Red Adidas NMD's, a pair that I really wanted. They had a size 10 left and I decided to get it. When I was ready to pay until the employee realized he had mixed up the same shoe, different size to a previous customer. They sold a size 8.5 of the left shoe and a size 10 of the right shoe to the previous customer. Then he gave me the option to "pre-pay" for the shoes for the shoes and ship them to me when the previous customer returned/exchanged the misconfigured shoes. Definitely not paying my hard earned money to make an under the table transaction for a shoe that isn't eligible for ordering in store. No disrespect to the employees working there at the moment, I understand we all make mistakes but you should always double check the sizes of the shoes before you sell to a customer. It was also wrong of that employee to give me the option to leave my name, phone number and address so I can "pre-pay" for shoes. Anybody could've just kept the shoes for themselves and screwed me out of my hard earned money. Terrible experience. read more

Helpful staff, clean store with a nice variety. I stopped in for a pair of sneakers for the kids. The young lady was energetic but listened attentively. She helped the kids out with some new sneakers and they look great. Not a huge store but they get a lot of product in there. read more

I stopped in this morning to buy a pair of shoes for my girlfriend. The employee (I believe his name was Brian) greeted me and was super nice. Only having a picture of the shoes and not a being a normal Journeys customer, I kinda right to Brian for help. They didn't have the color of the shoes my girlfriend showed me but he offered to order them for me and have them shipped to my house for free. I ended up going with the color they did have (my girlfriend may yell at me for that one haha) but Brian informed me of the returning process, which was definitely good to know before I headed out. Brian (I really hope his name was Brian) was awesome! Being in that store for not even 5 minutes definitely gave me a great start to my day! read more

I came into this business, not really expecting to be helped, but I was wrong. There were 2 employees and both interacted with me. I've been into other Journey's before , but never really got more than a hello. I ended up purchasing some Tiger Onitsuka's for about $40. I'd definitely recommend this place. Pros- * Good clearance deals for all (includes tshirts) * Awesome customer service Cons- * lack of sizes in everything I was interested in. Was in the area and decided to take a look at some shoes for my daughter. The sales woman was helpful but didn't have a large selection of shoes in my daughter size. Infact she only had 4 pair of shoes I could choose from for her. I would have thought they would and should of had more shoe sizes on hand. The sales woman just kept appolagizing. Not sure who does thier inventory but they need to replace that person and hire someone else that can keep the store stocked. read more

The sales rack are a great place to search for great sales. I bought a pair of Top Side Boat Shoes for $12. When they are not having a sale, the prices are not that bad. I came in to buy a pair of boots I saw at another location and they did not carry them. They called over to the other store to make sure they still had them and in my side. Journeys offers to get them shipped over to a convenient location for no extra cost if you want to wait a week or get them expedited for a fee. I just went down the street to the other store to pick them up. There are so many stores that it is not a hassle to go to the next one. read more

All I have to say is Brian is amazing. I'm huge with matching shoes to clothes, super picky all the way to lil details. Finding Brian is the same way, he's helped me match other outfits i was indecisive about. The most recent was this week for Christmas, I found the perfect sweater and I needed certain vans to match that another journeys had just not my size. I went and talked to Brian and come to find out, that style shoe came out months ago and was basically sold out. I ended up buying a different pair of vans just to have with my outfit and he contacted other locations and found my shoe in Texas and had it overnighted and emailed to tell me he got it AND it was here just in time for Christmas. Needless to say I'm stoked and cant thank Brian enough to have my matching Christmas outfit with my son. read more
