I came to the store #91 with the intention on buying a pair of Jordan's. I went to the cashier to ask a question about the shoes. I was explaining to her about the shoe when she said "I can't see that far" (still not moving away from her desk area). Me noticing this told her "lets go take a look." When she told me "can you bring them to me?!" This is why I hate living in Vegas. Customer service is a joke here! Was here yesterday and yeah not much to choose from but that's fine. What I want people too watch out for is the customers. Bunch of people here with face masks and not acting right. Kids running around everywhere, and even saw this woman take her face mask off and sneeze on the shoes then put it back on. Yeah there's a line outside but makes no sense if you're all huddling at the door when people come out. Don't come here while people and the situation is still active. read more

Cashier was very nice and understanding with our concerns. The manager was very rude to us and talked back. Gave us ugly facial expressions.

The shoes I bought my son have a tear so you can't lace them all the way up, pay close attention to detail while buying from this store. And keep the box just in case! I've learned the hard way and now my poor kiddo has damaged shoes :( read more

Everytime I place a pick up order for this location they always cancel my shoe order, but charge me for the other items in my cart. I've tried ordering 2 shoes from their website, and they have been canceled each time. This was before the store closed due to COVID-19. They should atleast send an option to ship it to your house instead of just canceling one item in your cart and getting charged for accessories. I would've paid shipping & handling in this situation. I called 9 shoes stores in town looking for a specific pair of shoes not one had them at the store or online. Wss was the only store shoe store that had them the person who answered the phone offered to put them on hold for a few hours he was very nice. They had been so hard to find we were gonna buy a second pair but that was the last one in that size the lady at the register was so sweet offered to get a second pair shipped or call other wss stores to see if they had any ! I've always had good experiences at the store but this one was a game changer. Next time I won't waste my time and come straight here instead !! read more

I bought 2 pairs of shoes for work. Even though they were the same size the Filas ran small. After walking around my house I realized that my big toe was not happy in the Filas. So instead of taking them back I gave them to my youngest daughter. She never wore them and they sat and got dusty over the holidays. Fast forward to today, I am starting a new job on Monday and I need new sneakers. Lakshima (hope I'm spelling it correctly ) the assistant store manager was absolutely amazing!! You know we are all tired of hearing the same sorry excuse about "we aren't taking returns because of covid 19" which i was very much expecting, but she let me explain my situation without argument or pushback and actually was....wait for it....HELPFUL!!! I KNOW I KNOW... I was not expecting much but she cleaned my dusty shoes to return them and did it with a kind demeanor!! Classy lady!! I was so impressed I actually bought something I didn't even need because of her helpful nature. I will be returning to buy here soon. Love the place. I've been here a few times and have not had a bad experience once. Each time u walk in, you are always greeted. The employees ask if u need any help with anything. As we we paying the cashier asked if we wanted to get a second pair of sandals because they were buy one get one free. I swear I thought I had the second pair but I guess I missed it. She went back to get me the pair I wanted. Super helpful staff. Super clean location. The place is big and of course the price is always right. read more

Came in here once to grab my girlfriend some new shoes. Not once was I approached by a representative for assistance. After she picked out a pair I browsed the store to see if I can find some Nikes that I saw on their website. I asked a representative if they had them in stock he snickered , didn't even check just repeated what I had asked for in condescending tone and said no. I walked away the guy is talking smack about how I'm asking for some lame shoes and I should just kill myself. Now I'm not asking him about Astrophysics , I'm asking about shoes cause I'm in a shoe store. Just horrible customer service don't waste your time or money. Initially tried to exchange my UNWORN shoes and security and manager said they looked worn. I was trying to exchange them because I had gotten the display shoe that ended up being loose but the manager sarcastically said "Really? Because it looks like both shoes were worn." Whatever. I proceed to look for the same shoe and size, but this one was dirty too and the laces were torn up. So I just wanted to get my money back. They refused to do a refund because my shoes were "worn." Mind you, if you look at the bottom of any white shoe in their store, there will be some minor dust. If I had worn them, wouldn't the shoes be creased? And wouldn't the sole have more than a few specks of dust? And why was the display shoe considerably "dirtier" than the one that wasn't? What, I'm walking around with one shoe? Maybe it was because it was the DISPLAY SHOE and people were wearing it??? Security, manager, and cashier were rude and unhelpful. Didn't even try to hear me out. Went to a different branch and they returned it NO PROBLEM. Don't go to this one. Save yourself the headache. read more

This was truly a sad experience since I truly planned on making this our family's place for shoes. Our first time going there and as we looked around for shoes no one even noticed we were there, no one greeted us and no one ever asked if we needed help or where ok. After several min my husband found a pair for our son, and I noticed a clearance section in the back I saw there where several good deals. My daughter grabbed a pair of sneakers that she loved the price tag was grey and said 10.89 or 10.98 any how, I thought it was fairly low so I asked an associate walking by if the price was correct he glanced over at the section that I was in and saw there where 2 more boxes same shoe different size one in a 7 and 2 in a 10 I had one of the size 10 pairs. He said yup there all marked the same. I said awesome and walked away with the pair. unfortunately i did not find a shoe for my self and after asking an employee for a white pair of shoes she stated all they had in white was Reebok classic and that's all. I said thanks and proceeded to check out as they are ringing up the shoes I noticed the total did not match up so the cashier states oh these are not 10 dollars, so I stated but your employee in the back stated they where she said well this tag is for a flat and customers switch tags all the time, so I then stated but you have 2 to 3 of the same shoe same tag back there she just looked at me and said yeah im sorry people switch tags all the time. On the same shoe?? and the same price??? very hard to believe, she did not offer to go look, she did not even try to call the associate over that had told us it was 10 and she just continued with the transaction. As a General Manager with over 15 years retail experience as well as customer service experience the situation should have been handled totally different, specially with so much competition these days, I would have loved to continue to shop here but when im treated as a dollar sign and not even shown any care to even check the situation out it makes you not want to give that company the money. I decided to actually return a pair of the shoes I bought and really hope you guys have better customer service skills so the store cna actually succeed. Most employees think because the store is in a not so good area the customers are not so good people. I assure you my husband is in the military and in law enforcement we love all people, and it sucks when you enter a store that you will be spending your money in and when a problem arises it is made seemed like its not their fault at all and we need to get over it pay and go.
