On July 10th, I picked up my parcel from Staples and opened it in my car. At first, I didn't notice that one item from my order was missing. I discarded the parcel packaging right away. Later, when I got home, I suddenly realized that I had ordered three items, not two. I immediately contacted customer service to report the issue. Beth S. responded to my inquiry and asked me to provide a photo of the packing slip. Unfortunately, as I had already discarded the packaging, I was unable to do so. I explained this to her and suggested that she check with the shipping department or the delivery company to verify the parcel's weight or other relevant details. However, instead of trying to help solve the issue, her responses felt dismissive and accusatory. I felt that I was being judged rather than assisted. As an international student, this is my first time encountering such a situation, and I expected support and guidance from your customer service--not added stress. I respectfully request that someone from your team investigate this issue properly and help resolve it. As a paying customer, I believe I deserve fair and respectful treatment. read more

This chapter store is awful. I love undefeated as a brand - it is one of my favorites and I have been a customer since 2012. The Phoenix store is one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I consistently have. I recently relocated to Las Vegas, and was extremely excited to check out their location. I have been here 3x now. Tonight I got here at 6:50 (they close at 7) to buy a specific pair of new balances I know they have in stock. A size 9. I just need to check out with that one shoe. To my dismay the door was already locked ten minutes early despite calling the store ahead of time and verifying they closed at 7:00pm tonight. I drove 35 minutes out to make the purchase, this big dude is blocking the door and shakes his head mouthing "closed" through the door. I tell him I just need one shoe and point at my watch he just shakes his head. The other two times I have been here they have been rude and unfriendly, despite coming for specific reasons (buying the undefeated G Shock, buying a pair of Jordan air ships). The Phoenix location and staff is great, I absolutely love undefeated as a brand. This Las Vegas location needs to hire new employees and get a new manager, customer service is subpar and they are not friendly whatsoever. Closing early is also BS. read more

Big Corey & Pat hold it down at this Undftd store in Las Vegas. Good people. I always try to stop by & catch up with them whenever I'm in town. Located next to Stussy LV and across the street from Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. They have a decent amount of shoes. Jordans, Nike SBs, Vans, Adidas and your typical limited collabos Undefeated is famous for. Good sized section of shoes on sale. Definitely more than the other 3 Undftd stores in the Los Angeles area. In fact i found a pair of houndstooth Vans Sk8-Hi's here after giving up on finding them in LA. It had been months after it was sold out and I copped them at the Vegas location on sale for $65. Come up! I was so stoked to find those shoes there I called my friends at the Undftd Silver Lake store from the parking lot to tell them what I found. They were pleasantly surprised cause it had been sold out for a while and they never got my size to begin with. They've got some apparel, hats and accessories too. Shirts are legit. Having been a long time fan...It was my 1st time setting foot in an actual UNDFTD. Located in an unassuming strip mall right across the street from the Hard Rock...This place is tres kool (unlike the sweltering triple-digit heat outside the store). Black paint coats the walls with a larger-than-life mural of James Worthy on one side. At the back of the store glows a mesmerizing UNDFTD strike logo. The store carries a ton of shoes and clothing brands like Rogue Status in addition to their own label. Nice overall selection. The crew that runs the store are all super nice...Chris helped indulge the tourist in me and even assumed the role of photographer. An embroidered UNDFTD tee and a limited-edition Play Dirty hat helped me mark this momentous visit...Don't worry though...I'll be back 4 more...mos def! read more

My usual spot to swing by every time I'm in town. It's definitely bigger than the one on Fairfax. They've got a much better selection compared to the one in Fairfax and the dudes who hold down the place are always cool and don't come off snobby. Well if you don't look like a streetwear clown then you can be sure that you will be treated as if you're in the way at this store. Looks at all these reviews about how bad the employees are. They have done nothing about it because a lot of the people that warranted these bad reviews are still there! Most of the workers seem to be in complete misery behind the counter. If you go to other sneaker shops in Vegas the people are actually nice. Feature has great employees and so does Urban Necessities and Mag Park. Go to those stores because this one is a complete joke of a place. Want any hard to get sneakers for your sons and daughters? Good luck getting them here. They give out the hard to get stuff by declining people their raffle wins (Undefeated's way of releasing popular sneakers) and then giving them to their friends right out the backdoor. Undefeated implemented the raffle system to try and stop employees from giving them to friends on the first-come-first-serve basis. Now the employees there just deny those who won raffles and still backdoor them. I've managed stores that release hard to get items and employees trying to get them to friends or partners for a few extra bucks was a real problem. Undefeated mgmt doesn't even care about this. Don't give them your business unless the current staff is replaced. The employees that work there now are the worst there is. read more

Been coming here ever since I moved to Vegas. This was the first place I was introduced to get all my SBs and Jordans back in '09. Ever since then, nothing was the same. Typical boutique vibes where no one greets, and no customer service skills, but I feel like this is a place where they don't care what other people have to review on their store because they know people will still come in on release days. Only came here to purchase some exclusive Nikes since this place was the only one in town that got them (s/o to them for having a Tier 0 account). I'm beginning to think that Undefeated is more show than substance. They have some cute brands and some decent retros, but you can tell that their inventory is very limited. The store has a boutique feel so don't expect racks and racks of gear. Don't expect to find strapped Blazer Lows either. I usually end up coming in here with my boyfriend, sitting on the benches they have in the store, and staring at the shoes while my boyfriend shops around. That's because they typically don't have any sneakers in my size and they definitely don't have any women's shirts and clothing. That's what Stussy next door is for. The hats are premium quality, better than your usual 59/50 New Era fitted. I love that Las Vegas has an UNDFTD location because we're more likely to pay this place a visit rather than the location in LA. UNDFTD is essentially heaven for hypebeasts.
