Been a customer of Nordstrom Rack or Nordies for many years and they have never disappointed. Always something you need inside whether you know it or not . From shoes and socks to clothes, dresses, sunglasses, suits and ties to household goods and luggage. They have a huge selection of brand name goods at low prices. Picked up some Cole Hanns and some crazy socks recently. Great value and good quality. Always, worth a visit if you are near and see what treasures you can find within! read more

This is like a staple for me. I come here for everything and then I usually I'm not made to feel so uncomfortable and today I encountered their security detail being the most uncomfortable that I even went up to him and acknowledge that I saw him that I knew our work that he worked from the store and how could I help him? It was so uncomfortable. I sat here for my children my grandchildren, myself anything this is like my Dillards, but that's the end of it because this is absolutely unnecessary. I was browsing looking for a purse even had to the counter person come over select the purse for me take it back to the counter and it was weird., I'm sure it wasn't me. I'm just gonna say it wasn't me that they have people stealing from in the place all the time but they I think it's out of order that it makes someone shopping experience, awkward. . The product is great and the markdowns can be better. When I would normally give them 5, today I give them a 1 read more

I absolutely love to shop at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. They always have great sales. I just wish that they had more sales on their cosmetics. I chose to drive down here today since they were having 40% off clearance. I found a Chantel padded soft stretch bra for $13. It was originally $64. I also purchased some nice tops for work. This location is sometimes a hit or miss. During my last trip, I purchased a lot of nice items too and I scored on some free people tops that were on sale. Thank goodness this store was not busy when I arrived. It's a nice large store in a decent strip mall. My visit was quick. The customer service was pleasant. Parking was abundant. I will definitely go back whenever I need to get my shopping fix. read more

I began shopping st the Eastern location which I liked better but the Stephanie location is actually closer to my home. I've never been disappointed with anything that I have bought at Nordstrom rack. I don't find the price is outrageous. I find them affordable and it's been my go to shoe store for quite some time. I found some wonderful shoes one of a kind even at the Nordstrom rack stores, both the one that used to be on Eastern and the one on Stephanie . When I'm in that area I stop in just to see if there's anything I can't do without sometimes I leave without purchasing anything, but the next time I go, I usually do find more than one thing that I can't do without! read more

My favorite store for good brands and styles at affordable prices. Check out the clearance racks for footwear and clothing too, bargains to be found and get the most bang for your buck. Except this time the air carrier footed our bill cuz they were oversold and instead of meal vouchers or hotel overnite stay we got to select the vendor of our choice from a handful of shops for gift cards: dang so nice to go shopping for the inconvenience of arriving the day of our cruise instead of a day prior- like that Guy's show on the Food channel, just dump items we find usable & shop to our heart's content into our cart as fast as we can, rack to rack. Found 3 pairs of footwear(fit flop slippers, Vionic shoes & an athletic shoe starting with a T, oops actually S forStealth- sorry brain fart- I didn't recognize the name.) Also got a soft sleep shorts, several tops in brands I like: BP, Madewell, Susina, gosh and others.) Won't drag this on longer. Hubs and daughter both found things too so it was worth the little side excursion to Henderson from Paris Hotel's Mon Ami Gami. read more

I didn't find items in Nordstrom Rack a bargain. I tend to buy leather handbags, and I ended up buying a tan one the last time I was there. It was nice but not particularly inexpensive. I won't be purchasing clothes anywhere for a long time with tariffs, but I have enough to last me at least the next four years. read more

5 years since my original review of this location and I still give it 5 stars! I ALWAYS find things here from pjs to bras to shoes to clothes to workout wear, etc!! My 14 yo daughter also finds so many things from clothes to all the great toiletry and cosmetics they carry. I love the quality, and prices are very fair for what you get. I was raised a Nordy girl and my love for Nordy and Nordy Rack just grows over the years!! read more

My love for Nordstrom Rack runs deep. I have scored so many amazing deals over the years. The best time to shop is when they're offering an additional % off clearance for Clear the Rack, usually during holiday weekends. They may also run promos like 40% off dresses or sandals from time to time. They've extended their holiday return policy for 2020, until Feb 2021. Typically it's a 45-day policy so this is awesome, especially since I believe fitting rooms are closed during COVID. They are really conscientious about masks, sanitizing between customers (carts and checkout areas) and having hand sanitizer available. read more

When you enter this store, a guard watches that everyone is wearing a mask. He is also wiping down all shopping carts as people leave the store. The store is well stocked, although the men's shoe department is pretty picked over. There are lots of deals at this store, but I still feel that $25.00 - $35.00 for a man's T-shirt is no discount at all. It seems like the men's department in this and other Nordstrom Rack Stores has been shrinking over the years, and today, it appeared to me that it's down to less than half the size it used to be a few years ago. However, I never reduce stars because of marketing decisions, which will sink or swim the store. Nordstrom Rack is well maintained, clean, nicely stocked, and has plenty of courteous and helpful staff. They are striving to adhere to all COVID-19 regulations from the moment you enter until your exit. It's one of the busiest shopping weeks of the year as Christmas is a week out. The line is 30 people deep and 3 people checking out. An associate comes by to straighten out the display I politely ask her how long the wait is she replies long. I asked why they aren't staffed during such a crazy retail week she rudely responds people need breaks. I said yes they do I understand that and also customers shouldn't be standing in line for 45 minutes to check out. She was just nasty. I was asking a legitimate question and I was not being rude as I know this time of year is hard for everyone in retail. I just needed an idea of how long the line would be as I needed to be at an appointment in 20 minutes. She was rude and disrespectful as an associate and terrible customer service. I will be making my trips here less frequent as my money is good everywhere. read more

I love their Christmas stocking stuffer stuff! I got seven stockings filled with really great quality gifts for $200!

I'm reviewing based on my history of finding some amazing deals on Men's items throughout the years. The most time I'll spend is 35 minutes in here and I'm either walking out with multiple items or nothing it seems. Which is a great thing, because I hate wasting time. Service: Consistently well staffed & easy to find with the lime green shirts. Anyone wearing one can check you out throughout the store if you're paying with a card. Everyone has been consistently friendly and efficient on the floor and the dressing room area. Inventory: I seem to score really well with shoes and accessories here. I'll find the most random things at a heavily discounted price. I'll keep updating pics on my visits but it's been great. The size of the store and the layout on the men's side is perfect for me. Time is my most precious commodity right now and it's the perfect sized stored to walk in and out for a quick browse. It's the staff that keeps me coming back. If I do purchase something, I know I'll be checked out in a short amount of time. Keep up the great work! read more

Nordstrom Rack - $23.98...totally random and lucky find on my search for summer all white sneakers. =) - Department Stores Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

As Christmas is getting closer you will start seeing more and more last minute shoppers crowding the stores to buy things and if you are one of those people I would suggest coming out to a Nordstrom Rack. This location has plenty of free parking so don't have to worry about that. The store is large with a wide variety of gifts you can buy for the family. I recently came inside this store and found it pretty organized and easy to find what your looking for. If you want to get a pair of boots for the winter, come here first. If you want to get a nice scarf for a co worker you'll be able to find it. Overall they have things for women and men but a larger selection for women I would say. Jewelry and even watches to sunglasses can all be bought here. Tip- Check the store hours because during the holidays they do change them! read more

I've shopped at many Nordy Racks in my time, so I will say that this location stand out in the fact that their customer service is pretty on point. I accompanied my husband in so that he can find a dress shirt and some dressy shoes for an outing we were scheduled for Saturday night. We approached the shoe aisle, and this little old lady walks up and asks if we need help. After telling her the style and shoe we're looking for, off she went looking up and down the men's size 10 shelves! She's was quick 'cuz all of a sudden she had 4 shoes for my husband to choose from! Love it! That's what I call service! We then proceeded to the men's clothing and, BOOM there was our little personal shoe shopper to help find a button up for the hubby! Lol. At this point, she really loved her job or had a mini crush on my gorgeous hubby- lmao, but either way, we were thankful for her exceptional customer service. This store is also the cleanest, most organized Nordstrom Rack, I've shopped at... For that, I would definitely consider coming back here for future shopping endeavors. read more

Love this store but there's a 3 hour line since opening from Corona . Trump was right , pent up demand ! Way worse than Christmas .

I think this is one of the best NRs I've been too. Fully stocked with quality clothes of all sizes. Good job NR In Henderson.

This is a great spot for quality fashion without the steep prices. They have a good selection of women's wear well departed separated by categories such as work wear, dresses, petites, plus sizes, and sweaters. There are plenty of helpful workers that are more than happy to help you find what you are looking for and even help you put an outfit together for just about any occasion. The shoe selections are great as well. Brands such as Tory Burch, Michael Kors, and Cole Haan are readily available. Prices, to me, are much more discounted at the store than online. So if you have meaning to buy a snazzy pair of Tory Burch flats, but didn't want to go for broke you should definitely give this place a look. The accessory section is limited, but there is decent variety of purses, clutches, and costume jewelry to get a look together. The necklaces, rings, and bracelets were not your Forever 21 kind of style, neither is the price. I would say it is still very affordable, but the quality makes up for it. There is also a men's section that seemed really popular too. I saw a lot of guys checking out the shirt section and actually heading to the Fitting Room. Style ranges from classic button ups to casual polos and tees. Brand names again line the racks and the prices are well discounted from the suggested retail price you would find at the store. Check out is very efficient as they have mobile registers where they can print you a receipt or just email to you. The best part about this Nordstrom Rack is their quality customer service. They are always smiling and checking to see of you need help. I bought an evening dress one time and they put it on a hanger with the plastic protective cover on it. How nice! For a discount store, it is never messy and always organized. The clothes with correct sizes are where they should be making it less stressful trying to find your size. Shopping can be overwhelming at times, but this place makes it's enjoyable. Highly recommend! read more

Let me start by saying this Nordstrom rack is AHMAZZING!!! I actually live in Summerlin, LV but come to this location to avoid the RUDE, UNHELPFUL, JUDGMENTAL employees at the Summerlin Nordstrom rack. I also come here because the selection is WAY better here. I went there last night & spent close to $700. Never once did I feel uncomfortable, or not welcome. The employees and staff here are very friendly and very helpful. I found some amazing items and am very happy with my purchases. I HANDS DOWN recommend this location over DOWNTOWN SUMMERLIN. However, if you feel like you are in the mood to be JUDGED and NOT HELPED then I hands down recommend going to the DOWNTOWN SUMMERLIN location ! read more

I came in to return something I got online which came in a BIG box. I asked them if I could put the box at the front while I shopped for what I wanted to exchange it for and they told me no, I had to carry it with me.... Talk about terrible customer service?!? So they made me awkwardly carry it around everywhere in the store with me and you could totally see I was struggling. Where is the common courtesy??? read more

Bummer to have to give a sad review, because, I'm usually happy with Nordstrom Rack. Nice employees, good merchandise. So, to cut the bitterness of bad reviews, we'll start with the upside: 5 stars for the deals. The stores have limited selection compared to the website, but its cool to "try before you buy" so-to-say. And, who doesn't love getting a deal on a find? Now, the offputting bit: the staff, who were lead by their arrogant manager were rude on top of rude! Between the store and website, I spent $500 today. First, I put the items I was going to buy in the store down on a counter that no one was using so I could complete my online order. Manager Brandon barked at me that I had to get I line. I explained and he persisted, "ma'am, your not listening, to purchase you have to get in line. The line is over there." Duh....and thats where I'll be when I'm done buying online. Nordstromrack.com is a difficult webite to navigate. I was having trouble inputting a gift card number, so asked for help after getting in line as ordered. Did I get help? No. Was rushed through my in-store purchase with Manager Brandon redirecting my focus by saying, "let's just focus on this...." Like, you're on your own with the website. His staff followed their leader's tone with the rude, curt attitude. Guess what, Mr. Manager, adults don't like to be chastized or redirected as if they are children or bad puppies. I understand that retail is your chosen gig, and that it's a tough gig....all the more reason for you, especially at the management level, to spread cheer in the store. Even if you can't help, it's 1000% more acceptable to say exactly that. Don't try to change the direction to avoid the task. Seriously bad form. read more

First time at this location, store was remarkably clean, organized, many selections and a miracle the shoes selection was clean. I've been to NR a few times during the past few months and have had a hard time finding anything that was special enough to catch my eye and my wallet. Out of all the jeans they use to carry it seems like in this new location they left out 1/2 of the denim racks making it now super hard to find a decent pair of jeans. So I'd say lately their denim collection from 1 to10 is like a 2... Yikes! Also many of the other items I browsed through such as tops, jackets and shoes seemed thoroughly picked over therefore it was pretty disappointing. I will say that yesterday on my fourth visit of the month I was able to come out of the store with 1 purchase of sterling silver CZ studs that were the perfect size and sparkle for only $9.95. What a great deal! As I browsed their jewelry section they seemed to be well stocked in that area and I was happy to see that. Overall I'd say NR is a hit or miss and you'll have to come by on a bi-weekly to monthly basis due to their stock drastically changing. Good luck shopping peeps! read more

Close where a little everywhere and not very organized but I was the guy that night that got highly fortunate and found a perfect damn good looking pair of jeans and some Stacy Adam dress shoes or boots shall I say that match them perfectly! I really like Nordstrom Rack. It's fun to look around. Some of the prices, especially on the best brands, are really unbeatable. The other day, I got a Kate Spade bangle for less than $20 that I was eyeing online for four times that. Fan-freaking-tastic. Love when that happens. I would LOVE to give this place five stars. But I can't. Sometimes the fitting room staff are really, really crabby. I used to work a fitting room in college. I understand that it can feel like a rat race. I don't see how that affects your ability to smile. And I feel like the lighting in here is funny - the color of the garments I try on always seem to look different on the rack and at home than they do in the actual dressing room. Still, I love NR. I have gotten lots of shoes, handbag, and jewelry deals here. Not as many good clothes finds, but I don't doubt that it's possible. Especially since I'm here a few times a week :) read more

I'm in Vegas for family business. I need shoes. Everyone KNOWS Nordy Rack has great shoes. The prices are right. The selection is huge. Be careful to check your shoe choice for scuffs and dings. Some customers just throw the shoes around. But, I think this is what finding a good deal is all about. It's the thrill of the hunt. I purchased good quality leather suede bootie. It totaled out at $72.00. This store was clean. The customer service was excellent. It's everything you would expect a Nordstrom Rack to be. Edit...same day. I (by absolute chance) just found the same pair of shoes at Burlington Coat Factory on the West Side for $24.00!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, I'm going to Nordy Rack for a return. The return was effortless even without a receipt. read more

Nordstrom Rack - Clean soft suede. Feels like buttah. - Department Stores Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Okay... take my review with a grain of salt since buying at NR is a hunt and if you happen to be in the common sizes that everyone else is.... you might not find anything. However, there are some changes to NR. First and foremost, I originate from Seattle where NR originated. So it's usually difficult to find another NR in the states that can compare mainly because the flagship store sends a lot more good stuff to the ones in the Seattle area. That being said, the Henderson one is friggin' sweet. I guess in the last year or so, they've made a few changes where they now can check you out via portable cust service units and they also have a seamstress on staff that can fix/hem your clothes in an hour if she's there or you can come pick them up. This is a fabulous service since a lot of work clothes require measuring and fitting. If you live close, you can usually find some real gems pretty quickly when new shipments come out. They do reduce price to get rid of inventory, but for designer things like Marc Jacobs and what not, I'd probably snatch it up if it's about 30% off since they're not going to last too much longer. Very few things make it to 75% and are awesome finds but they exist once in a blue moon. Definitely happy that I'm in a city with a decent Rack. Nothing gets a guy giddy like a polka dotted tie. Kidding. Kidding. read more

Nice selection of designer brands, and I've found plenty of items in my size. The shoe selection is also nice, and the clearance prices on shoes can be hard to beat. Located in a corner, next to DSW in a large plaza with plenty of parking. My husband and I stopped by here the day after Christmas to do some shopping (well mostly me doing shopping and my husband poaching off the free WiFi while he waits for me). On this shopping visit, I was able to get some really good deals as I browsed through the racks. But I didn't think the shoe selection, nor the handbag selection on this visit was that good (did not see the high end designer brands that I wanted). I would go to the Downtown Summerlin location for that. Anyways, the employee who helped me with a price adjustment (you have 7 days to make a price adjustment and 90 days to return items by the way) and also rang me up on my new finds was friendly. She also was surprised with the amazing deals I scored myself during their clear the rack clearance (one of my most favorite times to shop at Nordstrom Rack). Will definitely be sure to visit this location again during my next Vegas vacation. read more
