It was one of my typical Target runs for bathroom items ie soap, razors etc. The store was clean as always. In and out all good.

I walked into the clothing section today and it honestly looked like a dumpster fire. Clothes were scattered all over the floor, racks were disorganized, and it felt like no one had touched the area in hours. For a brand like Target that usually prides itself on presentation and its higher ground political position - this was surprisingly bad. It wasn't just a few items out of place -- multiple racks had piles of clothing on the ground and the whole section felt neglected. It made shopping frustrating and unpleasant. Retail can get busy, but basic upkeep should still be happening. This store needs serious attention to floor recovery and management of the apparel department. read more

I was reminded of why I quit going to target when visiting this store location early this morning. The staff is nonexistent. No one to help a disabled person to check out. Only self checks open before 9:00 am. I was told that this is corporates policy. When I asked for help I was told self check out was open. I will stick to another big box store that has hours and extra staff for those who have special needs. I laugh that Target acts like they support all these extra causes but won't hire people to help or show compassion for those who may need an extra hand when shopping or checking out. read more

I'd like to leave this warning to the general public in the area to never mind their new renovation and grocery concept. What an unpleasant shopping experience to have all these team members filling online orders, running back-and-forth and bumping with their trolleys, the lack of customer service was disappointing. The young man seemed like like he hadn't been trained and was uncomfortable with the checkout process so instead of getting the special deals, he miss rang seven items at incorrect prices, when I tried to return them at the customer service desk. I got nothing but attitude from several employees standing around telling me how the person was available or wasn't available or it was a team effort and the poor young lady in front of me had been standing there a while as well. People had discourteous things to say, and it sounded like a bunch of gibberish excuses. All I wanted to do was return it. Finally, I decided that this was going nowhere and halfway through the exit door an elder blonde woman shouted at me something that she could change it now or whatever, she was shouting across the store, multiple team members, at least five of various ages and genders looked upon us like we were some inconvenience. All this was a really unpleasant experience. It left me feeling disrespected as a person, unappreciated as a customer, and they were so easy to offer their disccourteous comments and excuses. I hope to never come here again, and I cannot recommend this business to any one. It was a clear failure on managements part to allow these people to work in the public without being properly trained or coached, it seemed like there's no standard of customer service. It gives no pleasure to write this and I wish it was a positive experience to share, I hope nobody has to endure this waste of time like I did. read more

Was told on late Friday evening at CS by a snide ,ill favored looking woman at the return counter that I could not return a brand new ipad,with a receipt, that was purchased at another nearby location (24 hrs earlier). She brusquely stated "Apple products need to be returned at the original location". I was livid .Nowhere is this posted anywhere. It was late and being pressed to simply return it I sped to the other store. (The LM location was the only one that had this specific one and it was further away). I was also too angry and was going to explode.. Later I looked up and could not find anywhere online where this is the Target policy. I've searched online and it only stipulates a 14 day window...She actually took her pen to point out the location on the receipt, not the actual policy,but condescendingly . This makes 0 sense, because if i opted to have it deliveed same day (for $10) or free, or ordered online in general, I could return it at any Target . This store is very dirty for surrounding multi-million-dollar houses. Target has completely gone downhill. Hire a CEO who is not internal and find someone who truly knows how to fix Target. I prefer going to Target over Walmart any day of the week, not only is not overly crowded but they have much more convenience in their stores. I like the fact that you are not forced to go through self checkout only, I like to have the full shopping experience of not having to bag my own stuff when I have a big shopping list, (whereas the competition doesn't. I also find it very convenient when I only have a few items I need to get, I use the Target app and order ahead and pickup within 2 hours. It's definitely a little pricier than Walmart but the quality and convenience makes it worth it, plus it's close to home. Bonus their carts don't make annoying wobbling sounds, and the carts have a cup holder for your beverage. The cashiers are always friendly as well. read more

I have been going to this Target for 10 plus years as my family lives near the area. This is my go to Target. For the most part, I have always enjoyed my Target runs. Especially when I get "mom time" to myself. However, I've noticed that the dynamic with the workers has changed over the years. Most are kind, however, I've noticed a little bit of a change. On my visit yesterday, 11/25, I decided to look for honey. (Which I usually get at Trader Joe's or elsewhere) So I was really analyzing the small section I came across with honey and only saw one type. The female worker that was stocking the shelves was kinda enough to say, "there is another aisle, G14, with more honey." To which I jokingly said, "You understood the assignment." Truly the assignment was that I'm looking for a variety of honey options. As I began to walk away, she proceeds to say, "Yes, the other aisle with honey is what you want! All the cheap stuff is over there." Awkward! And I chose as a poised person, to just walk away. Perhaps there was no harm intended. However, I would advise as I have been trained for many years as a luxury product specialist/Realtor, etc- NEVER assume what someone's pockets are! NEVER judge based on someone's exterior. (I just so happened to dress casually yesterday, which is a rarity for me.) I didn't care about the price of the honey. What I care about is good quality and healthy foods for my family. So after reviewing aisle G14, I went back to the aisle where I originally was and picked up the honey I truly needed and wanted- organic, raw and unfiltered! read more

Tonight we craved steaks. All of our shopping these days is via Doordash. We looked at steak prices from Vons, Albertsons and Sprouts before selecting two ribeye steaks from Target. We couldn't believe how thick and big the steaks were. We decided to split a steak and save the other for dinner later this week. The steak was very tender and an excellent pick. Remodeling, everything is disorganized and the associates are not very helpful. Avoid this store until they have finished the remodel.

This Target is your standard Target. It's clean, well stocked, and has a Starbucks. At the time of writing this it hasn't been remodeled yet, which means it still has magazines (yay). The new remodels don't. But I'm sure it's only a matter of time... The plaza has a lot of space parking. There's also a Sprouts in this plaza too, so you can get extra grocery shopping done if you need it. Getting out is kind of a pain if you need to make a left on Green Valley, but making a right is as easy as pie. This is my preferred Target since it's closest to the house. The next closest is Eastern which is way too chaotic (and no magazines). read more

There was an old white woman working the register very much rude, I'm assuming she was upset because I wanted her to bag my items. She began slamming my things on the counter after bagging them: breathing loudly & rolling her eyes. The staff here are truly and genuinely nice. They truly care. Appreciate the staff here, since when you are looking for something they can aid you in finding what "you need or desire!" In this store employees are actually on the floor working and stocking the shelves with what they have to keep customers coming back! It's a week before our trip to Mt Charleston and were in the store shopping for camping supplies. We brought that list too; with all sorts of odds and ends. As we make our way around the store a cart goes by and we both burst out in a laugh so hard it hurts. A red target shopping cart goes by with a hugs bull dog in it. This lovable pup is the new spokesperson for Target. For he has been cooped up inside for over a year due to COVID restrictions. He has been locked away so long that he can no longer walk distances of ten feet or so. From the couch to the bowl, and back again! Feel sorry for this puppy. Target is right on the mark with one stop shopping for the most part. The stores are clean and ready for your business. Get out and shop again, it's after COVID. The challenges of us all being behind closed doors is going to make us forget we as humans need to be among other individuals doing our daily normal. Target provides a space that is clean and comfortable for us to come out of our houses and shop again. I never wanted anyone to "shop for me," but during the "mandated lockdown," we had no choice. You have a choice now. Target is on mark for all your needs. I thought I had already reviewed this Target, but apparently I guess not. This Target is closest to my house, so I stopped by to pick up gifts/prizes for my office holiday party before heading home from work. With a packed parking lot, I was prepared for Target to be packed with last minute holiday shoppers and ridiculously long checkout lines, but it actually wasn't all that busy. The store is clean, neatly stocked and they have almost everything you can imagine available, ranging from kitchen appliances to toys to clothing. I was aiming for gifts and prizes at less than $25, so I mostly browsed the clearance sections and got my hands on whatever I could find and what I think my coworkers would like. Checking out was a fast and easy process. I was helped by Felisha (sp?), who was very friendly and prompt. I bought a candle, a snow globe, and a coffee mug, and she made sure that they had extra packaging in it so they didn't break. I rarely shop at Target, but I'll come back again for my holiday and/or gift needs! read more

I really like this target, it's super convenient from where I live. There is another in the area on Eastern, but this one is much less chaotic. The weekends are understandably busy, but if you opt to go immediately when they open... it's not too terrible. My only issue is that I wish more registers were open. When a register is open, there's a high possibility that you'll have to wait behind someone with a copious amount of paper coupons, which creates delays. Cant beat the convenience though! read more

Now this is Target that I remember. Very bright, wide aisles, clean & neat. Friendly, smiling employees. Heading home from an eye appointment & a nice lunch & the Mrs wanted to stop in here for a quick look. This store is located off S Green Valley Pky & W Horizon Ridge Pky. It shares parking with Staples, Petco & others. However, the parking lot is nice & clean. Items are easy to find, large signs showing what you can locate in an area. I like that, no wandering around trying to find an item. A snack bar & a Starbucks are right up front. Checkout was quick, thanks to a nice lady who let us cut in front of her. We only had 3 items & she had quite a bit more. Only 2 checkouts open though. Again, this store, like so many others is relying on the self-check our lanes. It is a bit of a drive from our home, but I'm pretty sure we'll be back often. I like this store. read more

This Target is located in a great shopping center. I came in for two things: Milani foundation and Elf eyebrow pencil. The foundation was $9 and no luck on the color I needed for the eyebrow pencil so I ended up getting another brand. Of course you never leave Target with only the things you have on your list. LOL I found two tank tops I liked and headed to Self Checkout. Here's where the 4/5 stars comes from. No wait. I just walked up to a register and began scanning my items. I bagged the 4 items and walked out of the store. When I got home the tank tops both had a sensor still attached to them. I didn't notice this while in the store. Kind of my fault but also, Target's. Target, you really need to have a message come up on the check out monitor and not let payment go through until the sensor is off a piece of clothing. This has happened before when I didn't go through self checkout. I got home and a sensor was on a piece of clothing. Ugh. Now I can't wear the tank until I go back to Target and have them take off the sensors. read more

who doesn't love TARGET?! i know i do lol. as much i love coming to the store i wish sometimes there is a bigger selection with furniture and electronics. other than that i enjoy the deals all the time! i'm always looking for ways to get gift cards with my purchases so that way i can save of the gift cards for days i want to spend so much without feeling guilty at all haha. overall, with saving GC this year i would like to say i was able to save about $400 in GC by xmas! if i were to go back and not spend the others from the beginning of this year i feel like i would've had more to be honest. C'mon we all know that whenever we are asked which department store we would rather visit you're more than likely going to mention Target as your top choice. Every Target I have visited and espicially this one, all share the same consistency in terms of cleanliness and ample room in which ever corner you turn into. I have never had a bad experience in any of their stores and I can always expect to find the things that I need at a pretty reasonable price or at least be walking out with an additional item that I did not even inted to purchase prior to walking in lol. I like that this Target has a Starbucks in there which I thought was a pretty good move on Target, grab your caffeine and spend hours jittered out looking at everything! Overall, very clean and organized and checking out was a breeze, I will definitely be thinking of Target whenever I need any homegoods. read more

Just take my money!!!!!!!! Target is my happy place! I love how they have promotions, especially on baby items. I love their Cartwheel app that saves me even more money. I love the Target debit card that saves me 5% on every purchase. Although there is another Target closer to my home, I'd much rather come to this location. First off, they have a Starbucks inside to help me fuel up for my shopping trips. The employees are much nicer here. If I have a return to do at customer service, the employees aren't rude about it. The layout of this store is much more organized and the items I need are always in stock. I've never had to wait long at the register since they always have more than 2 open. Target on Blue Diamond is relatively large. Has curbside pick-up, plenty of parking, and clean facility. I had a great experience with curbside pick up, I wanted to get a deal on the 12 pack sodas, which I had purchased only one pack at full price, and guest services was very friendly and let me get promo, even though I had already bought and took home one of the packs, and didn't make me bring it back to get promo. This is what customer service should be! They were attentive and didn't make it seem that they hated to be there, as compared to other Targets I've been to. read more
