i can say after going to another dollar tree, i love going to this dollar tree it is always the same cashier whenever i go in her name is lexy she's amazing I've been going to this store for the last 4 months and whenever i go in she is always talking to the customers, she's a very happy and bubbly person she tries to get through the customers as fast as she can when the line is long. my experience at this store is always amazing, the employees and managers are amazing velma and jonathan as well i also think they should give the cashiers more credit because in this generation everyone walks around with a bad attitude. read more

On our most recent outing we have had to get things to decorate the memorial tree. No matter what type of year, recently it was the Christmas season they had all things to make the tree look stunning. The store is well stocked and the different varieties of objects and trinkets is well stocked. The store offers so many different options for different things we need. Come to the Dollar Store and leave with half of the store . You will remember what you need. Most definitely! The service is slow here, but efficient. You know, I never really was a big fan of Dollar tree, until the first time I went there. They pretty much have everything you could need to outfit your apartment or restock on cleaning supplies. Dollar tree by and large is a great place to pick up sundry items and snacks. In fact, the snack aisle is actually pretty impressive. If you don't have a lot of cash and you want something sweet to munch on, this place has you. Probably the biggest hidden gem in the store is the frozen food section. They have everything from waffles, ice cream, treats, frozen pizzas, and just about anything else you could want. When you don't have a lot of cash and you're hungry. This is the place to go. Another good thing about this place is they always have plenty of wrapping paper. Whether it's Christmas, or birthdays, this place has gotten more than enough stuff at really cheap price. Why would you spend a lot of money on Christmas wrap? Anyway? It's just going to get torn off and thrown away. Dollar tree is a must for your Christmas wrapping duties. Bottom line? Dollar tree is Dollar tree. Is it the most wonderful place? I've shopped? No, not at all, but is it the most affordable place I've shopped? Yes absolutely. Service has definitely improved and with the rising prices, they have definitely increased the selection, although I'm not a fan of the rising prices. It used to be that you went to dollar tree and you knew you were getting a good deal now some items are cheaper at Walmart or target. That being said the store looks really clean. Store was a little haphazardly & unorganized but i was able to find what i was looking for so that was a plus! I asked for assistance and team members were pleasant in spite of how busy they were. This store can be a hit or miss. I went in today (08/01/2024) @ 1424 & was actually impressed with how the store looked. Shelves were fully stocked & there weren't a bunch of boxes in the aisles. I went in to get some plastic cable ties & was successful in finding them. Of course I ended up getting more things...lol Kimberly was the cashier & she was very nice. But be careful when the cashier rings you up & keep an eye on the price & products that get scanned. She had accidentally scanned the lady before me three times for a product she only had one of. I had grabbed a medium size cherry deodorizer spray that rang up for $4.00 when it wasn't listed on the shelf for $4.00, not her fault. Then the lady behind me had Reese's peanut butter cups that she had grabbed & rang it up in my order as it had fallen on top of the customer divider piece. She acknowledged her mistakes without an attitude which was nice because no one is perfect. I do have to say that I've been more unimpressed with this location then impressed due to there always being a lot of empty shelves, unorganized & messy shelves & tons of boxes in the aisle making it difficult to get thru. Unfortunately it's close to home. I don't like how they changed their hours to now open @ 9am & not 8am. Glad today was a better visit for me! read more

This location is one of the largest closest to me and seems to be getting better at improving their stock. It used to be that you'd see full boxes all over the aisles and the shelves were disorganized and full of trash. This seems to be improving as you can now see 5-6 employees at any given time stocking the shelves, however with that, service has gone downhill. They only ever have one cashier which results in a line of more than 5 people all times of the day. The cashier today, Sabrina, was especially unimpressive as she essentially snapped at every customer to unload their basket, put it away, hand her the dividers etc. This was very alarming as a lot of these tasks seem to happen naturally but she took on the role of a drill sergeant instead of leading with customer service first. Hopefully they can find a balance between stocking and service because leaving it the way it is, isn't going well. read more

Why is this location so nasty? Go to the one that took over the 99 Cents Only Store on Eastern and Warm Springs. It's so much better! I didn't factor this part into the review because the associates don't control it, but they open at 9AM, a full hour after all the other locations open during the week. I pulled up at 8:40 hoping to wander around before grabbing my PetSmart order, only to notice the sign on the door said 9AM and people were waiting outside. Once it hit 9, they still didn't unlock the doors. It took another 5 minutes and some teenagers banging on the door for them to open. When we got inside, it was a disaster. Piles of hair and debris where someone was sweeping but didn't finish. Customer go-backs and merchandising supplies all over the holiday area. It was a hot mess. It seems the shelves and aisles are either empty with big gaps or crammed full of boxes that haven't been opened and carts waiting to be unloaded. The floor was filthy. Annoyingly, they had a few things their website said were sold out and were sold out of the things they said they would have in stock. Once I got my items, there was no one at the checkout. I had to stand there for a few minutes before someone came to ring me up. It seems like they're really suffering from a lack of staffing or labor hours at this location. With the location on Eastern and Warm Springs being so big and organized, I don't see a reason to come here again. read more

I really like this location of Dollar Tree. It's close to our house they have a lotta good items at very good prices. Often times they're out of the thing that I went there to buy, but I always find something else that I didn't really need but seems like a good idea at the time. If only they could keep hot sauce and jalapeños in stock I would be super totally pleased and give them five stars. However, this was the only place I could find TP during the pandemic, so major props for that! read more

The customer service was terrible and so infuriated with the manager/employee on duty in morning around 10am on February 26, 2025. I had to use the bathroom urgently, they looked at me funny and said we don't allow customers to use the bathroom only employees that I have to walk to Michael's to use their bathroom. I understand but have some decency to care for the customers. read more

I don't care what people say, but I LOVE dollar tree. Especially this one!!!!!!! Here are some reasons why: 1. Since it's newer, it's still clean and organized. I really hope it stays this way. 2. The arts and crafts section is fire!!!!!! You can see in my pictures how neat and fully stocked it is. You can get all your art supplies here. From paint, to glitter, to construction paper, to aprons, they have it all. 3. I buy all my gift bags, gift wrap, tissue paper and greeting cards here. I honestly hate paying a ton of money on that kind of stuff since it all gets thrown away anyway. 4. They actually have other name brand things here. Kleenex, Tupperware, Lysol, etc. 5. And don't forget they sell Mylar balloons!! The 2 things keeping me from giving a glowing 5 star review? The lines at the cash register are atrocious at times. This one is specifically for the manager, Melissa. I have been looking for something specific for weeks. I was looking for a specific candle holder that I cleared out of two stores. I've been searching for these specific candleholders for weeks with no luck. I went to at least eight different dollar trees in the area. I spoke to several other managers and other associates and nobody was able to help me locate more of these candleholders , Actually, nobody offered to help me locate them Or was able to tell me when they would be in stock again. Honestly none of the other stores bothered even trying. However, I found melissa helping associates with something and she was clearly very busy but she was able to help me find the sku for what I needed wanted, called several stores in to locate what I needed. She she told me she found them, she gave me a high five and told me exactly where to go. I don't know if I could ask for better service. She might have saved my big party. read more

This location opened on 5/28/21 - I came in on the Monday after that and it was still very well stocked and clean! The customer service was great, my cashier was so sweet and friendly. The store itself seems bigger than the others in the area, they had a wide variety of the usual things you would find at the Dollar Tree. Glad they opened one in this shopping center! read more

I've been in here multiple times, and there are always carts with boxes in the aisle that have yet to be stocked. What is on the shelves is in utter chaos. The staff are not friendly in my experience. I've had 3 interactions with 3 different staff members in which I had a question or needed something, and I was treated like I was a burden. I have walked out and left my purchases behind twice out of frustration in being unable to get down the aisles due to the loaded stocking carts. I understand the store is understaffed, but I don't believe that justifies that element. With the price increases coming up, I'm really hoping staffing improves. read more

This is one of the best and cleanest I've ever been to. They have a lot of inventory that some locations don't have. I've always appreciate dollar tree as when I first got out of HS and live by myself they were the bomb. Practically filled up my kitchen at a fraction of a cost. I'm always a big supporter of DT and I still enjoy going in there. Sometimes I can find some weird hard to find items. read more

I was standing in line as the cashier turned away to grab another customers items to bring to her register, when she turned back around she told me "she was going to ring the other people up" and" I told her I was standing here as she turned away "and she continued to tell me that I wasn't standing in line and then told her "I'm not going to agree with you please just ring up my items", I bought up 4 pickles but noticed on was open I informed her that "I only want 3 and I brought the forth one up because it was spilling on the flood" she ended up ringing up all 4 and I told her again "I only want 3 the last pickle you ring up is open" she than got loud and told me "you didn't say that" I said I did you were to busy trying to argue with me about not seeing me standing in line.
