Same shoe, but one of them was way bigger than the size 7 she paid for. That's not a "preference issue," that's a quality control failure. We called the store within the SAME HOUR of purchase to explain the situation and asked if we could simply exchange the ONE incorrect shoe for the correct size. Their response? "No, sorry, all sales are final." Let's be very clear: "All sales are final" should NOT apply when THE STORE MADE THE MISTAKE. It is literally their responsibility to check the box before selling it. Instead, we were told tough luck and sent on our way with a useless mismatched pair of shoes. It honestly feels like the "all sales are final" policy exists because they already know their products and checks are sloppy. We didn't change our mind. We didn't damage anything. We were sold a defective product and denied basic customer service. So now we're out $50 for one wearable shoe thanks for that. If you shop here, check the box before you leave, because once you walk out the door, they clearly don't care what MISTAKE THEY made.

When we reached the front register, there was an employee with the phone to his ear, but we never heard him utter a word as we stood there for what felt like 1 to 2 extremely long minutes. Once I realized he wasn't going to acknowledge us. I asked him "who do I speak to for assistance". He then said he would help when he finishes up, because he's currently on the phone with a customer. In which I replied OK, I just needed to know who to speak to, because I don't know what's going on here. Right after telling him that a third employee came from the back of the store and immediately assisted us. After we complete our transaction, that same (on the phone) employee did tell me and the rest of my party to have a great day as if to make up for the lack of customer service we received upon our arrival. Some might consider it to be too little too late, but I can somewhat appreciate the gesture, so I replied "likewise"... Better late than never, I guess. As far as the store goes everything was neatly organized, and fully stocked with an extensive inventory to choose from. After this visit, I decided to download the app so I can accumulate points.
