Very clean and well-run Kohls. I love the ample parking, especially on the side of the building. Ordering online is quick and pick up is ready fast!! They have a numbered order pick up section on the side of the cash registers. Do not go to this store if you would like to be taken care of by security. My car was involved in a hit/run in the parking lot while I was shopping in the store... after 3 days of calling/ waiting to see if they had camera footage ( I had already called the police- who were waiting for instructions to go in once surveillance was ready). Tuesday was the accident, I stopped in on Friday evening to speak with a manager who was a female manager ( ended up being a different person than the initial kind man I spoke to the day of). She wasn't the best delivery as far as letting me know they had footage... rushed and unapologetic. After I called the police back informing them footage was ready. Within an hour they told me cameras are too old/ grainy. Which is unfortunate, but it is what it is. I don't appreciate the lack of follow up from this corporation. Never returning to this location let alone any Kohl's ever again and good luck to anyone who parks there.... You are not protected or respected with either an email/ phone call. read more

Came here with my sister and my kids for some back to school shopping. Been here a few times and every time is awesome! It's never busy any time I've come! The deals are great and people leave you alone to do what you came to do.. and that's to shop. The selection was great for being so close to school starting. This by far is my favorite Kohl's. I would definitely recommend this store if you enjoy being racially profiled and treated like a criminal. I was doing some Christmas shopping with my girlfriend and now I remember why I order online shopping. Since we were buying a fair amount of gifts we took two separate shopping carts. We stopped at the Sephora first because it was right in front of the entrance. My gf grabbed several items put it in her cart and we continued shopping. We walked around the entire store and made our way back up front to check out. We stopped to look at some things in front of the Sephora. This is when the "store leader" Amaly came over to my gf. She asked her if she could hold her Sephora items at the register. We both looked confused and I stepped in. I told her no it's ok we have it. She then asked if she could help check us out. I told her no we were not done and would pay up front. At that point she started to insist. Keep in mind the items we had where out in the open, there where no signs saying those items had to be paid for there, and we had just spent over an hour walking around the store with them. I asked the employee if this was a store policy and why she was walking up to us. She just kept on insisting more aggressively to take the items. At this point she was becoming condescending and It was clear that she thought we were going to steal the items. She didn't walk up to anyone else. Me and my gf being people of color were the only people singled out... i wonder why. It's really sad that we have to go through this when we are spending money in your establishment. Amaly is a disgrace to Kohls, Sephora, and a liability. Her manager Javier really needs to take a look at his staff and do additional training. I'm not much of a shopper @ Kohl's but a few times I've done online orders & come in here to pick them up. I like to shop @ Kohl's when they are having their sales because when they're not their prices are a little bit more money then I want to spend. On my 2nd to last visit I had popped into Sephora to pick up a couple of things & was taken care of by this super, energetic girl. I wish I could remember her name to mention it here but I forgot. Unfortunately she wasn't working on my recent visit here. She happened to talk me into a Kohl's credit card by telling me the pro's to having one & telling me when its best to shop here (their sales). I LOVE the fact that they let you ring up your Kohl's items in here, helps save the wait in their sometimes long lines. I came in here the other day to get my online order. I was surprised I never got a confirmation email telling me it was ready to pick up & give me the bin number so I went to the "online order" desk & was helped by a young, blonde girl who was able to look up my order & tell me what bin it was in. I was a little confused as this process wasn't the same as it was the last time. She told me that they can only store so much stuff in their back room. I was just planning on grabbing my online order & headed home.......well that didn't happen!! LOL They were having a 50% off sale on a bunch of stuff so I went shopping after having to grab a shopping cart. I found some great deals & took care of some Xmas shopping. I had just paid off my Kohl's CC to put a good amount back on it...LOL I do have to return a couple of things that didn't fit and one of the jackets I got I ended up with the wrong size. They always have some good clearance prices on their jewelry. I like how they have plus size clothes since unfort. that's what I fit into these days. :-( Service has always been good, store is nice, clean & organized. Hopefully when I get the chance to stop back in to do my returns I won't spend as much $$$ because I did get a $70 Kohl's cash!!! What a way to lure you back into the store or shop online. I don't mind this store, however, Kohls return process is appalling. You end up losing money, you might as well keep your item. That will save you money. I bought mens slippers with a rather large order. The ultimate cost of the slippers was 50$, they used the current sales price, plus the percentage off at the time of purchase and the full amount of kohls cash used on the full order. I got 19.48$ as the return, and 0.78$ as kohls cash. WTH? I essentially paid them to take the slippers back, then had to turn around and buy new slippers, they didn't have an equal exchange available. If you purchase, don't plan on making an equal return. The Mrs really likes Kohl's. We come here quite often. Between the coupons, Kohl's Cash & their reasonable prices, you can get some really good deals. And, they return Amazon purchases. How convenient! But, we are disappointed with some of their changes. I do miss the jewelry section in the store on Valle Verde. It was one of my favorite places for a good last minute gift. They alway had pretty things & I knew I'd find something. It was replaced with a Sephora make-up section & I am helpless in that arena. I'm also disappointed with the loss of the Junior clothing section. Whenever school started, we would take our grandkids there for new outfits. Go straight to the Junior's & the kids could find what they wanted. Now it seems to be scattered throughout the store & we're on a scavenger hunt. And why aren't the purses all in the same place? The Mrs mentioned she liked a particular purse & knowing her birthday was approaching, I listened closely & went to the store. Dang! Purses are everywhere. Some here, VW over there, other brands some place else. Geez, keep 'em together. Help a husband out! I suppose I could go to the store at the Galleria, but this one on Valle Verde is closer. Went to return soma Amazon stuff. The manager was having a conversation with the employee and told him not to take more than 5 returns per person. I had less than 5 but sometimes I have more than 5. This isn't my usual kohls, I was just in this area. My kohls is super accommodating and friendly. So glad this isn't my go to. This review is seriously for the safety measures that they are taking during this time. It is VERY well appreciated. My husband and I haven't really been out to do casually shopping since the pandemic, but he needed some new pants for his med rotations that started this week. We decided to hit up this Khol's which is one of the ones closest to us. Right now, they have you entering and exiting through the doors on the far end of the parking lot, so make sure you park closer to that way. I'm assuming they are just trying to limit foot traffic to one spot. There are signs on the outside doors letting you know that they do expect you to wear a mask. Right when you walk in, we had someone greet us, as well as noticed a really nice hand sanitizing station. The employee let us know that they were sanitizing each cart and that if you wanted some hand sanitizer, you were more than welcome to have some. It was great! Definitely appreciated that. At the checkout stands, they also have markers on the floors as well as a plexiglass between you and the cashier. There were even signs up in line letting you know that you could pay through their app with it being contactless. Super appreciated that. Other than that, they have a great selection of home items, clothes, etc. here. We always get really great friendly service here, too! read more

I really like this Kohl's. I've been coming to this location for some time and they always seem to have a huge variety of items. I've noticed a lot of their stuff is quality, which I appreciate. Sometimes I buy clothes from here and not only do they work with fun people/designers to have cute and modern stuff but like I just said, the quality is very nice. I appreciate being able to wear something for years and not just a few times. My dad loves to buy shoes here because the deals and coupons can't be beat. They also have a day where they give seniors a special discount. Can't go wrong with that. The store itself is laid out well, it's almost always very, very clean and the employees I've encountered over the years have been friendly and helpful. Her name is Amber, and my wife and I walked in, amber greeted us asked us if we needed help. Instead of just pointing to where we needed to go she stopped what she was doing and walked us to the areas we needed to be in. Super helpful and you can tell she cares which that is the rarity. Update: My last review is from 2017 so it's time for an update. I haven't bought any new clothes in such a long time. So long I don't even remember when. I needed some new outfits for an upcoming business conference and I also had some gift cards that I needed to spend (I had one gifted to me from my brother during Christmas 2016! Good thing they never expire). I'm really small so clothes shopping can be a tad difficult. Everything has changed so much since the last time I stepped foot in here. They are currently doing some construction on a new Sephora section in the middle of the store, so it may get loud whenever you're doing your shopping. A little heads up here if your planning to visit this Kohl's in the near future. The store is very clean and they are taking COVID protocols seriously. They had a big bottle of hand sanitizer at checkout, which was a must since you're pretty much touching everything. The lady that checked us out was really nice too. This is my go to Kohl's location. I like that it's right off the freeway. This location also has plenty of parking. I have a Kohls Charge which offers lots of coupons throughout the year. Kohls has a wide variety of products, toys, kitchen, and home decor. I also get a lot of the kids clothes here. In the past month or so I have been taking advantage of the holiday deals combined with Kohl's cash. Usually you spend $50 and you can get $10 Kohl's cash to spend on your next visit. sometimes they even have spend $50 and get $15 Kohl's cash. You can also get $5 Kohl's cash when you order online and pick up in store. Or you can get $5 Kohl's cash if you return something from Amazon in store.. this means something you buy on Amazon not something you bought online at Kohl's. The return counter is towards the back of the store, and the process is pretty quick and easy. I find that I am pretty much always use my Kohl's cash. They have so many different items to choose from. I recently found pickleball koozies which are a great gift for my pickleball family. I also love all the soft blankets they have at great prices. The Cuddl duds brand is awesome. Since I'm ordering online and picking up in store which has a self service, I don't deal with the employees a lot in the store. With my limited experience, they are pretty easy to deal with. Some of them don't quite know how to use the Kohl's app. Connecting gift cards to my wallet in the app and scanning in store doesn't always work. I just shop from the comfort of my home and have the hubby go pick everything up when it's ready. Just note that not every item is available for pickup. So be ready to spend $50 to receive free shipping or pay the $8.95 shipping fee. I've been shopping at kohl's for years now. They literally have everything. My clothing style has changed through the years but I can count on kohl's to have what I'm looking for. And with hubby and 2 kids to shop for now, I know I can find styles for them as well. They also have bedding, kitchen stuff, jewelry, shoes and toys. The store is easy to navigate and pricing is pretty clear. I would just advise to stay away during holiday times because it can get very disorganized and people turn into greedy, rude arseholes. Keep an eye out for sales and don't forget they reward you for shopping. They offer Kohl's cash to use towards future purchases. So if you know how to shop correctly, you can score things for free or pretty close to it. During Black Friday, I purchased a pair of Adidas and Nike running shoes and a Nike Golf shirt all for around $110. That's a score in itself. But from that purchase, I got back $30 kohl's cash. I then used that towards my purchase of 100 Starbucks k-cup coffee pods and only paid $20 out of pocket. Total score on my end!! I finally get to the front and they tell me that Amazon returns are hidden in the very back of the store. So I go all the way back there, another long line. My turn takes not even kidding 30 seconds. People who shop here are the most difficult people, and the service is always so rude. This is why I'll never shop at any location. And curse Amazon for forcing people to come here at all. read more

I was happily browsing and trying on different fashions. I enjoy just looking and thinking about what's available for future gifts. I shopped at Kohl's several times before I decided to post this review, hoping my experience would improve. Sadly, it only got worse. Kohls is a shopping nightmare geographically. None of their products are located where they should be. For example, running shoes and socks are at opposite sides of the store from each other. Customer service representatives are as scarce as the dinosaurs. When you check out, you are lucky to get two cashiers moving the line. Without a map, your typical visit to Kohls will run you no less than 30 minutes. read more

I am extremely upset. I have been waiting for 30 minutes with the manager, Vincent Shaw. He just left me standing there and treated me extremely rude in front of guests; treating me like I stole something because I had the wrong gift receipt. I explained in detail this was a gift . My daughter was told she could get a check in the mail. What the heck? She is here visiting from Hawaii and you're going to not let her enjoy her gift? We even explained ...we are top of the line KOHLS credit card holders and still no service. All she wanted was an even exchange or gift card. He called me an asshole and walked away saying he could not deal with this! Yes, that is correct... he called me an asshole :( He was being so rude that my daughter started to record him and I have proof of him calling me names and then trying to back peddle. I am beyond shocked. I have been a good customer for many years. I am even wearing a beautiful Kohl's dress while shopping. Finally, I spoke with a higher manager (which I asked Vincent for earlier) and she heard me out and gladly returned my item and rectified the situation. I can't remember her name but it was something like "Norma" or "Irma" and she really turned everything around. We went here for the second time, this past black friday shopping day. We were able to get a bunch of things for a steal- most were christmas gifts, oh, and kohl's cash was $15.00 instead of the regular $10.00 promotion for every $50.00 you spend. It was busy, but not as crowded as the nellis location for Black Friday. (My MIL went to the nellis one thanksgiving night and people were fighting over carts!) Generally, the same set-up as the rest of the stores with the exception of the one inside the Galleria Mall- a two story one. Good sales- especially when you check the clearance racks (the signs said 70% off), use the coupons, use your kohl's credit card, & get your kohl's cash, too- there is a specific time frame BTW. I love sales and I always try to use coupons, in general. Small aisles- not really ideal when one is pushing a stroller and funny shaped carts to boot. The helpful thing was the price scanner- some promotions were not clear, so we wanted to double-check. Checkout was speedy, and the cashier was nice. This is a clean location, the sales racks were in order, and no trash was scattered about, either. Pretty civil customer base. Besides checking out kids clothing, toys, lingerie, and women's, don't forget to check the gift card section in the front, too. The Christmas section is always interesting to browse- lots of nice ornaments here. The Fine jewelry (gemstone/silver) prices were pretty good, too. Never Ever again will I shop here, one person for returning merchandise . I spoke with the manager and he said that's all the employees he had he had everyone busy but it seems to me that if one person on a register only has four people and another one has zero people and another one has 20 then there should be a reconfiguration! Managers seem to want to use cOVID-19 as an excuse for poor service and this is just another reason that I do most of my shopping online. While returning the item the cashier wanted to refund me less money than what the item cost. Really someone needs to go back to school to learn basic math. A few days later we had to pick up an item that was ordered on line. I received an email that my purchase items were ready to be picked up. Again I had to wait for 30 minutes to pick up the items that were purchased. No one knew where the items were that i purchased, when the items were bought to customer service so they could be checked out, the scanner did not work. Really the Kohls in Henderson sucks. She is absolutely perfect for the new Sephora store, as you can tell she loves makeup and helping people! I met her back when she worked at Ulta and she even remembers the products that we bought back about 4 years ago. Come on! She's amazing I've been going to this Kohls for a long time and a lot of the workers have a very rude attitude and are not good with customers.
