This Bath & Body Works store can be found in the same plaza as Walmart and Firehouse Subs with plenty of parking. I stopped by this location on a Sunday morning, around 10:45 am. I was greeted by a friendly employee upon entering and asked if I need any help and was also informed of the current sale that was going on. The main reason why I came in was to redeem my birthday reward. I tried to redeem my reward online and pick up in store but for some reason the website would not allow me, so I figured it would just be better to come in person instead. I ended up also purchasing a few wallflower refills since they were on sale. It was nice that the store wasn't crowded, although there were a few other customers shopping. I waited in a short line to pay at the back of the store, where the registers are. The employee who rang me up was friendly and placed my items in a paper bag. I did tell the employee of my trouble trying to redeem my birthday reward online. She apologized, even though it was not her fault. She also thanked me for coming in to shop. They always hand us a basket right away, telling us about the current sales and the newest products. So I've frequent this store more then once. I just went here this past Friday for the $9.95 3-wick candle store. Gotta give you guys 5 STARS for having your store hours on your phone message when I called wondering if the store was opened early for the sale. I remember last year a co-worker had told me about the candle sale & how this location was open early for it. Unfortunately the hours on Yelp are for during normal business hours so I was psyched when I called the store & on the recording it stated that it was opened @ 6am so that's where I was headed when I got off of work @ 0730. It's funny because I happened to check out a couple of the Yelp reviews on this store & I read Fran's who mentions how management has gone down hill & that when she was in here the other day that the associates weren't very attentive or professional. She mentioned how they were on their cell phones.....well guess what????? When I walked in I saw a heavier set, younger female on her cell phone texting. She was up in front of the store, my guess is she was suppose to be a greeter but she had something serious going on in her cell phone. She never greated me or anyone else. She would then stick her cell phone back in her back pocket of her jeans. I saw her do this a few times while I was in here shopping around. There was another 1-2 girls up front of the store when I walked in telling the people in front of me the sale specials & I think I heard one tell someone that you were only allowed one candle bag per person??? I really wanted to grab two but didn't because of this. But when I was checking out the lady in front of me had 2 bags full of candles & left with them.......Neither one of those girls greated me when I walked in either. This store didn't get crazy busy when I was in here this time or last year. There were customers in here but it was easy to walk around in here without bumping into everyone. I do have to say I like how they had more than one area with candles. What I didn't like about this is that some of these tables had repeated some of the same scents that were on other tables so I found myself smelling scents I had already smelled & then once you put them in your bag & you stack more on top it's hard to go thru them to make sure you didn't' grab two or more of the same scent. Well guess what?? I actually had 3 of the same scent when I went to go check out.....lol I did take 2 out of 3. I ended up buying 14 candles & LOVE them all BUT I don't want to give any away as gifts, I want them all to myself because I like them all!!! LOL The store was neat & clean. There were several employees working & had 3 girls behind the counter to check everyone out. I was actually surprised that the employees didn't really great everyone or ask people if they were doing OK or needed anything. I did have one girl ask me if I needed something because she saw the worried look on my face.....I was actually in the need of a bathroom & shared that with her in hopes that maybe she would let me sneak back & use theirs but nope, no luck....lol She was upbeat & friendly. I did see two other girls talking to each other & inquiring about how many children the other one had. The chic that checked me out was very go, go, go....she wasn't messing around & was on a mission. She was very particular on how she wanted to go thru my items to check me out. She told me to leave my stuff in my bag as I was starting to take things out. I had some coupons & she pointed out one of them I couldn't use until a certain date which I'm blind without my glasses on with small print so that was good to know. I asked her if she could let me know if I got more then one of the same scent & she was happy to do this. I think her name was Tiffany??? She had asked me if I had the Bath & Body app & I told her "yes" she asked me for a # & I gave her one. I have used 2 different #'s for things like this & never remember which number is the correct #. She didn't say anything after I gave her a number so I assumed it was the correct one but found out it wasn't cause she told me I need to sign up & I was like "I have, I gave you the #" she said nothing came up & I was like "oh, well you didn't tell me that." :-l So once we got that situated she then tells me that the hard coupons I had on hand are also on my app under my acct & was asking me which ones I wanted to use?? I'm like does it matter? If I use the ones on my app can I still use the hard ones at a later date & was told no....so who cares then??? LOL read more

Store: Clean, organized and have a lot of products (no empty shelves) I went around 6pm on a Saturday. Customer Service: Samantha, Danielle and Molly are amazing! Samantha first approached me so I was able to locate the product I want by asking her. She also told me all the deals they have going on. Danielle also walked by, she seemed busy but she still stopped and answered my question (What color of lipgloss looks good on my skin), went to the counter to do her tasks AND came back and asked me what I ended up getting. Molly is my cashier. Even though I ended up just getting 1free item, no purchase (from the coupon I got in the mail), she is very pleasant to talk to. I mentioned to her that they have bad reviews saying rude employees but my experience today is amazing! Molly told me they had a change of management and they are big on helping out customers. Product: I got the Bigelow Magenta Mint Lipgloss. I love it!! It is my first time trying out their lipgloss and I have not worn a lipgloss for a long time. It is tingling mint but without the pain tingling. I love the color on my skin and thank god I asked Danielle what she thinks. I am trying to control myself from buying candles (I did not smell anything because I will get tempted hahaha) because I have a lot at home already. Parking is huge, lots of parking spaces, shares the same parking as Walmart and other stores. Recommended, will be back. read more

I recent made a visit to store #2026 located inside the Walmart shopping center on Sunset and Marks. I made a rather large return. The manager Lauren exceptionally patient and took the time explained the return/exchange process. Her personality shines through, she is a kind, funny and organized manager. The store is well maintained and I am not surprised to see a plethora of satisfied customers. It also was refreshing to see the team work that transpired naturally between the staff. This allowed for speedy transactions. Wonderful staff and an excellent store are an obvious reflection of her leadership but the store itself well rounded shopping experience. The Marks Street location is the absolute worst Bath & Body Works I have ever been to! No one greeted me when I entered the store, and I was ignored the entire time I was shopping for items. Not one single worker asked if I needed help finding anything, or if I knew about the sales going on in the store, although they greeted and helped the other customers who came in after me. I have never experienced that before! All the Bath & Body Works I have been to ( in multiple states) has always been super friendly and helpful--not this one! I will never shop at this location ever again, and I advise other shoppers to avoid this location if you can. read more

I live in the Southwest but both the Town Square and Downtown Summerlin plus online we're out of the fabulous Tea Tree Peppermint shower gel. I was able to get the lotion online. Whenever I need to find something this is my go to store....they always, so far, have what I want. So, I called on Saturday, January 11, 2020 and Sydney was kind enough to look and low and behold they had. She put them up for me and I went in. I bought a bunch of more stuff from her. She is one of the best customer service people in the valley...yes she is!!! Smells lovely and beautiful in here! This location of Bath and Body Works has been a good one to me. The size is a little bit smaller than other locations I've frequented. The parking lot is also a bit hectic with Wal-Mart next door. But their service is still excellent. The employees are always so helpful. I love their variety of scents for women and men. Well, I used to love Bath and Body Works until a recent visit. The staff is always friendly. There's no problem there. But I don't like the changes. I don't like that they carry Victoria's Secret ANYTHING. The new design of their products is cheap-looking. It looks like some Wal-mart brand (which is next door, coincidentally). I don't want to pay $12 for a crappy bottle of body mist with NO oils in it whatsoever so the scent will be gone in 20 minutes. Even the old scents smell different to me. They discontinued some of my favorite scents and came up with these new, nasty old granny scents. I just went to the mall and got the mix-n-match Victoria's Secret stuff for $30. 6 for $30! And they smell better, too! No point in wasting your time here. read more

What can you say about Bath & Body Works? This location used to be small but due to some construction it is now a full size store. I like their body lotions but my main reason for visiting is their wallflowers. There are some great scents, Heirloom Apple and Pumpkin Marshmallow Vanilla are fantastic! You can smell them all through the house! The employees at this location are friendly without being overbearing. They know their stuff and if you ask a question they are knowledgeable about the products and scents. It's close to Walmart but far enough away so you don't get into all that bogged down parking. There's usually upfront parking fairly close to the store. I love this location and will continue to use it whenever possible and whenever they send me coupons! This location has gone down hill within the past two years. They have all new management there and I don't know what it is but it's not the bath and body works I used to know. I used to walk in and be greeted with a warm welcome and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Now when I come in nobody greats me and I go my entire shopping trip with not one person coming to help. There are at least 5 workers in the store, but not one can ask if I'm doing okay? They are all too busy talking amongst each other or standing around on their cell phones. The old management would NEVER let this slide. Also while I was in, the blonde, a bit bigger, gentleman employee left his place up front so he could open the door and use his vape pen. VERY unprofessional. The store is also a lot dirtier. The white ledges and counters in the store are so dirty and covered in black marks and just dusty. Everything is completely unorganized too and the product just looks messy. I tried to find wallflowers, but was unable to with how disastrous it all was. There were fragrances all over the place and nothing was matched up or in the right place. I tried to use the tester candles, but there were probably only 4 out there that matched the correct fragrance. This store and it's workers are an embarrassment now. Rude workers and a filthy store! They need to hire new management or get the old manager back. read more

I didn't even know this store was here and I needed candles. The staff is really helpful almost obnoxious helpful, but I was in a good mood this day so it didn't bother me. The staff did not take it personally when I said the smell of their store makes me want to throw up and their lotions make my skin itch. Nope, they just laughed and continued to help me. It's all about the candles. Though they discontinued my favorite Bamboo scent I am now feelin' the Beach Grass. Do beaches even have grass? Also a fan of the silver candle holders for the 3 wicks for only ten bucks. 3 STARS because some of your candles are alright and I do dig the foaming hand soaps. This is one of my favorite locations to stop in to when I need to restock my lotions, soaps and hand sanitizers. The employees greet you when you walk in the door, ask if there is anything you are looking for and tell you about new products and promotions. They don't linger of follow you around they just tell ya what you need to know and keep it moving. One thing that makes me uncomfortable when I am in a store is feeling like someone is following and watching me the whole time waiting for you to pick up something so they can tell you about it. The store was well stocked and clean and the sales reps were well groomed. I had a coupon and was short 3 dollars in items to use coupon and she told me to check clearance because there were plenty of things there I could get without taking me way over what I needed. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, which is fine as there was a new hire being trained. However I came in today with a purpose as I was reminded via email that my free item upto a $16.50 value was expiring today. I went up to the register with my items and showed her my barcode she said oh the app can't be used in store, sorry. I showed her right on the page that it can be used in store and he again said no and said I could buy online... which would cause me to pay shipping. Then she tells me I can buy online and pick up at another store since that also don't offer that service there. It's very upsetting that this store is around the corner from my house but they done seem to offer anything to their customers to want to shop there. I even asked the girl to call corporate to make the code work and she said she couldn't. Since she clearly didn't care about my issue I walked out with none of my items. Needless to say I won't be back to this location or maybe even any location if they can't honor their own rewards for their customers. read more
