Stopped in recently to grab a few bras from the 16.99 sale. Not a planned trip but it worked out. I was able to purchase 5 bras for about roughly $100. Not too bad at all. My Sales Associate Ms. Rosemary was really sweet. She got me resized and was very helpful my entire visit. She even offered to get a style ordered to the store as it wasn't available in my size at the time of shopping. Lane Bryant 517 n Stephanie is the worst store I have ever shopped. Several times the rules change from what makes sense. 1. Spent over 250. In CASH took back 187. For a refund I could only get 50. In cash back even though I paid cash the rest had to go on a store card. 2. Bought a bra,panty and robe, decided I didn't want it took it back not worn the mananger said they would not refund the panties I told her I had not tried them on. Every thing was still in tact. However when I was in the store I was free to try on as many panties as I pleased. Not making sense to me. I'm no longer a customer of Lane Bryant. read more

I went last week to get a pair of work pants. They had a sale going on so I bought 2 pairs 3 bras. I go home try on the pants and realize since I lost weight I don't like the way these r feeling so I tried to exchange them for same pants just diff size and diff cut. The lady at the register said ur gonna be owing money. How I asked when im just exchanging? She said it's a diff cut. That means nothing and plus u don't have the other cut. She's like it doesn't matter. This is the worst store I have ever been too. So now I'm waiting still for my bra and now pants since they want to fuck customers over. Don't shop here!!!! And I forgot to mention I applied for a credit card which I get 20 dollars off ur total. She said u have to be approved right away. The machine said I would be notified if I was approved or rejected. I have never been to this location for Lane Bryant, but it was a great store. Located in a busy upscale area of Henderson in a nice shopping center & easy to drive to. The sales staff Karen and Chaya (sp) were so friendly and helpful. It's nice to actually see quality customer service these days! I got a few items and they had great sales as well. Rosemary is a rude, nasty person with a horrible attitude. I made a phone call to the store to have someone else pick up my order. She was extremely rude and was acting like I was way out of line to call and interrupt her day. So fast forward to my friend going to pick up my order. The super nice lady helping her could not find my order anywhere. She was dumping out boxes and started going through every bin in the alphabet and finally found it under G, which there is not a single G anywhere in my name. I know that's not a retail associates favorite situation but you are open until 8. They had already "cleaned" and closed the dressing rooms so that they could sit there for the last half hour doing nothing. I went with my cousin to the outlet mall to try to get bras and not a single one in the entire store of the options I picked did not fit the ones that are to hook in the front hooked and then popped open and would not rehook and the simply sexy bra when I tried it on even with all the adjustments the bra did not fit my boobs with 3 different styles or more not one fit me. Went to pick up my order and ended up ordering the wrong size and the sales associate "Kimberly" was so rude and kept saying smart remarks as to why I ordered the wrong size.... First smart remark " you probably ordered this size because it is cheaper" I ignored it then she sized me and looked at me in discuss because I ordered a DDD And I sized a 42f! She then had me try on a 42f witch was kinda big so I tell the other lady Amy I think her name was if she can order a 40f because the 42 feels big. Kimberly jumps in the conversation stating she bets I'll be back to return the bras and I Measured a 42 and it will be to small. So I go and try it on again and to me it still fills big and the 40 feels like a better fit. She still going on trying to bet Amy that I'll be back to return it. So now I call home to have my boyfriend check my other bra that I bought from lane Bryant that I liked and asked him the size n he says 40f so I tell Amy again if she can just order my bras a 40f... Amy stated they don't carry that color in that size and here goes Kimberly telling me again why I ordered that size she says " you probably ordered it in that size because you really wanted blue" I said that's not why I ordered it in blue... I thought since I lost some of my baby weight I can go down a size but Kimberly just thought she knew why I ordered everything.... I told Kimberly that she was being rude to me and that I don't like her slick comments and the looks that she was giving me and she wanted to just argue with me so I told Amy to just refund me my things and I'll go somewhere else!!!! I left really upset because when I first spoke with her she was just being rude from the gate ... So I called to get her name with my sister on the phone and the whole time she just talked over me yelling as why I ordered the size I ordered still saying I ordered that size because it was cheaper... I couldn't get a word in so I hung the phone up ! I've never felt like this and it really bothers me that she's in retail because that's not how you treat people and you don't tell them why the bought something! You try to help them and make them want to buy products from your store! The price or the color of the bras weren't even a issue at all... Now I know I'm still the same size so I'll just order them online to my home so I won't have any issues going in this store again !!!! I really enjoy this Lane Bryant because it's not in the mall and the staff is always super friendly. When I needed a new bra the sales girl measured me and helped me finally find the right one. She helped me in and out of every bra. Finally, when I found one she even told we how to get it altered. Soooo nice! They have a great selection of clothes for us plus size girls. I was even able to find a bathing suit from this Lane Bryant this year. Make sure you sign up for their email list. They are always sending me coupons and sales that you might not know about otherwise. Let's face it finding clothes sucks when your a plus size woman, but at least Lane Bryant makes it a little easier. read more

Big Girls need love (clothes) too! I am not ashamed to be plus size, I just wish there were more options for us! There is nothing wrong with this store, I just never seem to be in the area. I miss the mall location. Everyone is very nice, and they seem to have everything you need (bras, sleepwear, jeans, dresses, shoes, jewelry, etc). The store is well stocked and organized. I recently purchased some items online that were shipped to the store. I paid extra for 2 day shipping, but it look close to 6 days for them to arrive. I paid extra on purpose, because I needed them quickly, and it's disappointing that they didn't arrive as promised. I went in to the store after 3 days, thinking I could pick them up, but they weren't there. The associate told me that she suggests never paying extra for quicker shipping, because it's a rip off and the items never come on time. This would have been good to know in advance. Overall, it's a good location. It always seems to be busy when I am in there, which is good and bad. Good, because I hate crowds. Bad because I don't want them to close and give us even fewer plus size options. Although they offer good deals sometimes, I find their clothes to be pretty over priced. read more

I was disappointed by the customer service or the LACK of customer service I experienced at this Lane Bryant location on Stephanie. My sister & I walked in the store & was never greeted or acknowledged that we were in the store. We were in the store for 20 minutes while 1 LB employee was on the phone while the other was setting up a display. I believe we were the only customers in the entire store that whole time & no one even asked if we needed assistance. And when we were ready to check out, the employee on the phone still didn't greet us but called over the other employee to check us out. I'm used to the great customer service from other LB Stores & was very disappointed in my most recent experience to the point where I'll never shop at that location again. Torrid is 3-4 minutes up the street from this LB store while the Avenue is 10 minutes away. I guess they have a new customer in the 89014 area read more

I just love this location. The last time I was there the woman had no problem helping me helping me pick out bras and the easiest way for me to not have to try on 1000 different bras. I found the style and size I likes the most and she showed me what patterns they had in stock and also what they had online and have them shipped right to my home for me for no extra charge. read more

horrible store card practices. Without autopay options on this store card account, I received no email ( even though signed up ) that I saw, I got no SMS for late fees. Had phone calls from a number I did not recognize and was not identified as comenity or Lane Bryant ( or I would have answered ) . they left no messages . since I get constant calls from telemarketers I screen my calls. Ridiculous and fraudulent practices ( designed to collect late fees and effect my credit report ). Soon as I clear the card I will be canceling and leaving reviews. Even though Lane Bryant no longer offers the spanx cami I was shopping for, my experience was great because of Miko! She was incredibly helpful, friendly and fun. She recommended the spanx with attached pantyhose and when I expressed concern about getting a run in such an expensive item, she described the best way to put them on. She also helped me to find accessories and lingerie for an outfit I was trying to put together and I ended up looking and feeling great in it at an event. I felt like I was shopping with a friend. She was absolutely wonderful and I hope she's there the next time I shop. read more
