First, the parking garage has several elevator banks with total of six elevators. One full bank in inoperative, two elevators that went to the walkway, where the only way to ground level is escalators, and the UP escalator was broken, and one elevator that went inoperative while at the outlet store. As a wheelchair patron, I had to go several places just as work around to get to the car to the stores. This is unacceptable, driving a trying to dodge traffic and going extremely out of the way to get from the garage to the stores is difficult for a wheelchair patrons! The extra star is ONLY because for the excellent customer service received from the employees of the stores!

They buy your items and offer cash or you can opt to use the credit towards your purchase. (*NOTE: They do not buy maternity clothes, but they do purchase some maternity items). Nearly all my son's clothes, toys, equipment, and books are from this store and they have bought nearly everything I've brought in to sell. I have found multiple items that were new in box, or clothes that still had tags and paid less than retail - such a great value for our budget!

While some designs were not available (when the tees go on sale, they get snapped up quickly), he was able to select what he wanted the most, which were primarily, sharks. And the answer is...slightly. The store is definitely in better shape and much more organized. But while the ones in Wisconsin were cluttered and ramshackle, this location is sparse, with some shelves nearly empty. Also disappointing was that some marked down merchandise such as tumblers were clearly defective and should have been disposed of instead of marked down. All that being said, I did get a great deal on a paper towel holder (despite HomeGoods having zero such items at their location) and a cup for my mom. I'm not likely to run out and stop here again but if I was in the area with time to kill, I might consider it.

Earlier this month I went it to purchase two gift cards: one for a newborn girl and one for a little toddler girl. I noticed that the store only had two types of cards on display: one that was gender neutral and one for little boys. I would've purchased the gender neutral card, but both were going to the same family and I didn't want the parents to be confused about which card went to which little cousin. I asked the manager if they had any other designs to choose from and without hesitation she enthusiastically searched around until she found two brand new designs - one of a little toddler girl and one with cutesy zoo animals. They were perfect! The manager and the sale associates on the floor were a welcoming crew and I left the store eager to return :)
