So let's define what a Tillys is? It began its inception in Irvine, California! The skate and surf vibes run deep! The organization had a strong sense of pride with its original name as "World of Jeans and Tops!" It's a wild place to get cool jeans and some wicked cool tops. It's for ladies and gents too! The jeans have all sorts of different styles and designs. They stock sizes for all varieties of humans . It's all the brands that are hip in one place. Hurley, Billabong, Dickies, Nike, Vans, and so many others . Now when you see something here it may not be present when you come back . Their products and merchandise changes all the time. They have so many sales. All the time too ! Tillys is brand focused on the youth. They are grabbing the attention of those that skate and wear flannels. They carry so many styles . I love the ideas of their designs and art. Ladies some of the clothing here is so cute . It's probably for our daughters now . Either way come and shop with your children . The company as a whole is not good. I've been to several Tilly locations and they were not helpful. tried to get a backpack today, was upset. No one was there to help. The prices are pretty high, shouldnt cost 30-40 for a shirt ya know? Would not recommend. read more

The hubby needed some new flip flops and he specifically owns Rainbows. Why? Because they last forever as long as a dog doesn't chew them up. The pair he owned prior to - a dog chewing them up was a good 7 years. With not much wear and tear. So I had called this Tilly's to see if they carried Rainbows, especially in the most common size of 10 1/2-11 in mens. I was super shocked that someone answered the phone at 9:15am when store hours clearly stated 10am. I was able to reach someone on the other end, who was able to physically go check to see what they had available. Where I'm going with this review is that I appreciate the "above and beyond" customer service provided at this Tilly's. When we arrived to pick up the flip flops - everyone in the store was super welcoming and even provided us the promotions going on that weekend. The overall layout of the store is clean and organized. Some items I thought were overpriced but other items had great price points. If I wasn't a starving student I would have definitely hit up the S-A-L-E rack! read more

I Returned to this location to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size. I believe a male manager greeted me as I entered the store, he then assisted me. They didn't have the size I needed so he called every Tilly's location in town to see if they might of had the correct size. I appreciate him taking the time and going out of his way to see if other stores had the size I needed. I bought a shirt while I waited as he called around. Came here with my daughter with no intent to buy, just browsing since we were in the area. Although we were not greeted when we walked in that didn't bother me, sometimes I like to shop in peace. The store was organized and clean. Lots of clothing selection. There were other patrons of all ages there. My daughter found a few items and tried them on. The gal at the fitting rooms (yes they allow you to try on clothes during the pandemic which I am happy with) saw us holding clothes and asked if we wanted to get a room started (5 stars to her) she even selected a top for my daughter which I wouldn't have chosen but come to find out was cute on. We waited a few minutes to be rung up even though there was two cashiers but only one was assisting a customer at the time. That is for the 4 stars but overall great experience even with the crazy times we are living in. read more

This knew Tilly's location is way better than the one at Boca Park. Today was my first visit here and I was impressed by the huge selection they carry. The people working here greeted everyone walking through the doors and the store itself seems to be very well stocked and maintained. They have plenty of sizes in stock and their 50% off sale is still going on. I tried a few items on and bought a top and jean shots for $22.00. You can't go wrong with those prices! I walked in here just wanting to try on pair of jeans because I'm in between sizes at most places and I'd like the options they had. I smiled at the girl upfront who did not greet me on my way in and I walked around the store trying to find somebody to let me into a dressing room once I found the desired jeans. One boy walked to the back for a break right passed and didn't ask if I needed help. I stood at the front desk while it seemed to be the manager on the phone. There was no one to ask for help so I just put the product back and walked out. read more

Three stars because this store in neat, clean, and the clothes are cute to look at. Probably not my style of clothes anymore, but there are a lot of cute things for my teenage niece. I've always believed that Tilly's is a bit pricey, and it still is. A simple dress from Roxy is $40. Yikes. Weirdly enough, I only saw two employees and greeted by only one. Isn't there usually an army of employees at Tilly's? The one that greeted us was nice and kindly let us know about their promotions. But being only two employees, the one that helped us got caught up with helping another customer and we had to hunt the other one down to check out. Tilly's has cute sandals and backpacks, though! But I'm not a Tilly's girl anymore, I'll leave the store for the youngins. read more

Let's face it, I'm no longer a 17 year old girl. So this isn't my cup of tea when it comes to shopping. I've outgrown the trend of high waisted shorts and crop tops. I do however love their assortment of sandals. We shop at this location quite often because my BF's favorite brand is sold here. They have plenty of items to choose from that will suit your style. We always find good deals on men's clothing more than women's. The store is easy to shop and the racks aren't over crowded with product. The associates are young, but there are plenty of them around if you need assistance with the fitting room. There are never a lot of people shopping when we visit, so we never have to wait at the register. I don't see myself purchasing any clothing here, but I can see why it's trendy. read more

Recommended. Very clean very organized store. There are stocked well most of the time but there have been times where size is medium and or large couldn't be found. Staffed well, the staff is friendly and a tentative except the redhead younger girl named Elisa. She seems to be bothered every time you ask a question and has a bad attitude. Prices are high, quality is good definitely get on the coupon email list. Plenty of parking. read more

I arrived at the store at 8:45pm to just pick up some hair wax and the store was already locked up. I waited out front for a mins or two. And all the employees were not in sight. Ok I just spent 30minutes shopping and picking things out and a girl started a fitting room for me. When I went to try the items on they couldn't find all the clothes I had picked out. I wasted over 30 minutes of my life because of these idiots. My time is precious I work a lot, I can't afford to waste time like that. This store always has a ton of employees on staff yet they seem to only be good at standing around and talking to each other. So beyond incompetent and everyone seems to just be walking around like chickens with their heads cut off. read more
