I popped in here for the free Kohl's Cash event and while I only scored a free $5, I still found a couple things to spend it on (and then some). Staff on both floors were friendly, and there were deals to be had. But it was odd to see large chunks of the salesfloor devoid of any merchandise. With the clearance racks unorganized and crammed full, why you wouldn't spread things out more to make it easier to look at the racks and use up the empty space is beyond me.

The employees are friendly and genuinely helpful, sort of like shoe stores used to be back in the day. It's the best of both worlds: excellent service and help when you need it, but also a place that makes it easy to browse and try on shoes at your own pace. The store is always neat, organized, and easy to shop in, making the whole experience a pleasure. Definitely worth a visit if you're hunting for comfort kicks and a stress-free shopping experience.
