The store is inside of the Caesar's palace shopping mall. It's a really big store with a lot of great sneakers and cool cultural stuff. An amazing system to view there inventory, you just scan the QR code and it shows you the size and price. The service was pretty good from the guys at the front door to the attendants inside helping find stuff and answer questions. My only issue is this place is super overpriced like many resellers. Now they do have some serious heat on the shelves and inside the center display case. Pretty much every hype shoe you can think of like the red October's, kaws 4s, ton of supreme collabs, ton of off white collabs, rare dunks, Dior Jordan's and many more. Phenomenal shoe store with an unrivaled selection. Chances are you will find shoes here that you won't find anywhere else. Wide selection of shoes but TERRIBLE SERVICE I waited 20 minutes to be helped after I hunted someone down because no one offered to help or assist me. I told the girl exactly what I wanted and it took her 30 minutes just to get me shoes! Then I waited in line for another 30 minutes! I was SHOOK at how bad the customer service was. They only had 1 cashier closing and 15 people in line. The owners were actually there until 9pm but after they left it became a disaster. If it wasn't Christmas time I would've left but here I am putting up with the crappy service because of necessity. Super upset at this place. I liked my sales person until it was time to check out. I bought one pair of shoes roughly $1500. But was charged $2014.00. While shopping with my son, I also find a pair of shoes i lied, but they were too small, however they had my size at another store. When i checked out I was told the shoes I liked are also be charged on my card but I have to go to another location to pick them up. I am beyond short for time due to traveling out of Vegas, however,I make my way to the other location, took an hour to walk there due to the formula 1 mess. When i get to the other location The sales people can't find the shoe. Then once found the shoes doesn't fit me, but I'm told at that time all sales are final and I can't get a refund or exchange. This should have been told to me from the start. I felt forced to pay for shoes that I didn't even get to try on yet. I should have just said no, but I was not told I couldn't get a refund if they didn't fit. So I force myself to like them and take them because I am beyond over it. I get my receipt out and notice that I was also charged a surcharge of $58.00 (3%) surcharge. I guess because I used my credit card???? I was never offered the option to pay cash. To make matters worse. I paid $390 plus a surcharge for shoes I could have gotten on Goat for $160. To anyone who's considering shopping there make sure you know you're stuff before going and buying anything. Ended up buying two pairs of shoes, one for me, one for my husband. Mine costed less than retail, and my husbands shoes costed slightly more- but at the same price as stockx. With stockx we'd have to pay $25 shipping to Alaska, plus fees, and wait 2-4 weeks. Staff was helpful, quick to grab the shoes we chose, and super nice. I would be careful here. I am a local and have enjoyed shopping here a few times. I get on the strip, it's a fun experience....i have bought a few Jordan's, off white varying versions and dunks etc for my kids over the last few years. I get their needs to be a profit thats part of it. The last few times I double checked listing prices online and still made my purchases even though it was a bit higher for the experience. My last transaction was 1/9/24 w my 16 year old son. I trusted and did not check online prices nor did I double check the shoes in the box after we selected them and paid for them. We bought a couple pairs of off whites and Oreo Jordans. We ended up paying $10K when bill should have been around $5K at max even with a profit of 30% for them. Thats not even the worst part. When we were trying on the shoes they were brand new. Never worn. When at checkout the salesperson opened the box, they looked the same. When we got home the off whites were in good condition but definitely not brand new not worn. Totally my fault, I should have trusted yet verified and on me. I've purchased two pairs of shoes from them in the past. I knowingly pay an inflated price at UN because I'd rather have them now instead of waiting on shipping from Goat or StockX. With that said, I visited the store on 6/11 to buy a pair of shoes they had listed in-stock on their site. When I got to the store, I was helped by an employee who also said they had the shoe I was looking for at the same price listed online. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes and was informed they didn't have the exact shoe I saw listed on the site. They literally brought out the exact same pair of shoes I was attempting to buy, but now the price was $80 more than the listed price. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP HERE. Because that store is in a high traffic mall with people visiting from all over, they massively inflate the prices. Visiting from California, this place looked like it had some fun options for shoes. We took our children in to see what treasures we could find in a glamorous store. Within just a few minutes, the music playing over the loudspeaker became vulgar and disgusting. We left immediately. The song lyrics included multiple F-bombs, talk of promiscuous women, and drugs. You have to be over 16 to watch movies with this type of R-rated content at theaters, but this store posed a complete disregard for basic values and civility. The mall itself looks like it's dying. Only a few stores here at the mall. Not sure if the mall is either being demolished or being renovated. The UN store itself is pretty dope. Wall to wall of shoes and street wear will make most Hypebeast weak in the knees. Just before entering there are a few Keymaster games you can press your luck on to get some expensive pairs of kicks. Was really hoping to see Jaysee doing a review in-store but it looks like he was out traveling. Service here is a little slow. Took them a good ten minutes for some one to greet us and help us out. I stopped in just the other day to take a look. I wasn't sure what to expect. I definitely was interested in their snack bar area. I thought those novelty ice cream sandwiches and Popsicles were awesome. I didn't have a chance to purchase one but that was only because I was so distracted by the huge display of kicks on the opposite wall. I can really appreciate that they don't display the same shoe in the same color way and in the same styles over and over and over and over and over again. Instead you can simply walk up to one of the store associates and they can check using a mobile device to see what sizes are available. I also like that the shoe prices aren't listed in their bottoms. The way I see it, The prices of shoes changes based on availability and popularity, simple supply and demand. So rather than a set super inflated price, I can only hope these are priced accordingly. Upstairs there are a few games, pinball games and a few giving you a shot at snagging a pair of new kicks. Located within Caesars Forum Shops not too far from Nike is this newer Urban Necessities shop that's pretty popular on YouTube. The owner gets all different types of sneakers available, they're wrapped up on the wall and you scan the QR code to see what they have available and for the price. Then the workers go and get the shoes for you. It's a 2 story store and on the ground floor they have all the shoes, clothes, and even an ice cream shop, reminds me of KITH. But the owners dog is named Billi and he's like the mascot. They have frozen yogurt with toppings, I wanted one of the ice cream bars, I got the cookie/Oreo one and they cut it up into pieces, pretty easy to eat. On the top floor they have a barber and tattoo shop along with a raffle shoe game kind of thing. It's a pretty hip spot and they have a variety of shoes/sneakers. If you love shoes, this is an incredible shoe store to visit. The story behind the person who created it is even more interesting and amazing. (And the owner walked right by me and thanked me for coming in at one point, but I didn't realize that he was the owner.) I am not a shoe collector but a friend of mine is, so we visited this store and he was in heaven. All of the items in the store have QR codes that you scan to find the price. The prices range from a couple hundred dollars to $50,000 or more. Even if you are not a shoe connoisseur, this is a really cool stop and you should check it out! They have a huge selection of shoes and I was greeted immediately by a really nice salesperson, Les. He was totally patient with me as I tried on several pairs of shoes. Because it was 1st time buying AJ1's he also pointed out the cool ones! I was happy with the 2 pairs that I purchased. The only downside was that I couldn't try on the shoes so I suggest that you know your size before purchasing anything. After returning home I realized that the shoes were too small. I tried purchasing some limited edition Eggo shoes on their website but when I got to the shipping part of the checkout, no prices would show and it said they do not ship to my address.
