PERMANENTLY CLOSED?? Walked by the store tonight 10.26.25 and it looks closed/out of buisness. Windows all blacked out and all signage logos removed. Hope they're relocating elsewhere but who knows? Was my go to spot for Stussy and SB dunks for near 15 years but must confess I didn't shop there much after they couldn't stock/sell Stussy anymore and copping SBs became near impossible with all the reseller douches fucking the game up. Jeff and Hunter ran a good shop for a lot of years. Mandalay location will be missed but I hope you open elsewhere soon. read more

This store is for the REAL sneaker heads and customers. I love how now every sneaker is announced or promoted. They want their real, loyal customers or Vegas visitors to stop by and purchase great drops. I moved from LA 3 years ago, and this has become my favorite sneaker store. The raffles seem pretty fair lately. I've entered a couple drops the last 2 years, and I've won a couple great ones. I just haven't won on super exclusive such as Futura or Verdy... I love stopping by and talking sneakers drop with the employees. They are willing to share what drops they may get, and which ones they are uncertain about. I love the thrill of potential FCFS drops for the last minute inventory. Although they are occasionally too busy to answer the phone, they definitely give great customer service in person. The sneakers and clothes are great value. The price is retail, so every sneaker drop is worth the shop. Lately, they have had a lot of dunk and SB inventory. They do limit 1 newly dropped sneaker per person to increase everyone's chances of getting their personal pair. :) Thanks again Suite160!! I have to update my review of this business. I will no longer support a business that plays favorites and doesn't run a honorable establishment. I would rather drive to LA and support skate shops there than come back here. To not win raffles after supporting the business is fine, but to support a brand with no integrity, poor communication, and poor preparation is a no go for me. They decided to run a FCFS for 64 pairs, had a list of people that had camped out since 10pm the night before and didnt update anyone on their page. Instead had people take time out our day, pay $20 in parking just to see a 100+ people line up for no chance. Absoulutely savage. Never again. read more

I went a couple times in 2023 while in vegas for conferences and they always had a good selection of shoes and nice people to chat up. never entered a raffle so I don't really care, but got my wife a great pair of air max 1's on sale during one of my trips and wouldve gotten another pair had I not just bought other shoes prior in the week. they had some good ones on sale too would definitely go back read more

The only dunk I have ever truly needed I was able to get through them. Their process is fair and consistent and when I lose a raffle, I know it's going to someone who may deserve the shoe more. These store is rigged on shoe raffles! It's always the same people who won the shoe raffles. It's either the owners relatives or friends. If you say something or you're telling the "truth" on thier Instagram page they will blocked you right away. So pathetic! Customer service is also horrible! I saw Money May here!!! I mean not in person, but while I was watching 24/7 on HBO prior to the Cotto Mayweather fight. I figure, if Money May can get his sneaks here, so can I! But, the problem being that they have such a random selection of kicks. I mean, the selection they have is nice, they have some old school sneaks that only a sneakerhead can appreciate, hence the 4 star review. Problem being that it's hit or miss. So, in my case, the 2 times I've been in to the store, they didn't have a great variety and the time I found exactly what I was looking for, they didn't have my size. That's not a bad thing, it's a realistic thing. When you are searching for hard to find sneakers, there are obstacles in place and often frustration sets in, but it's about the journey to find great kicks, not just finding great kicks. read more

For the Air Jordan 1 Shattered Backboard shoes that were suppose to release in store on June 27th, 2015, I personally was told and a store employee left a message on my phone stating that the 1s will be available Saturday at 10am when they open. My friends and family went to the store day of release and they tell all of us that there are no 1s and there never was... Complete and utterly BULL. Ever since I moved to Vegas six years ago I've been buying shoes from here, back when Nike Sb was in it's prime and pink box release's were selling like hotcakes. Being a shoehead, a exclusive shoe store was the first thing I looked for and Suite160 is that place. They don't carry as much as they use to but they do have two locations now, one in Summerlin and the other in The Mandalay Hotel Shops. Other than Nike Sb's they also carry Jordan's and other Nike products. The also carry apparel such as Stussy, Accessories, and New Era hats. Definitely a place to get you sneaker fix. read more

The customer service standards here are laughable. I was sold damaged Stussy sweatpants which I unfortunately didn't notice until I took the tag off. I came back the very next evening and spoke to a gentleman with an afro and glasses and was questioned about why the tags were off. He was very adamant about the "All Sales Are Final" policy on marked down items (even though the sweatpants were defected to begin with). He told me that he didn't want to be a dick, but he can't accept the sweatpants given their policy. Then he said I'd have to come back the following morning to speak to a manager. The next day I came in and spoke to Naomi. I had lost the tag overnight and explained my situation to her. She was very kind and understanding during this exchange with no questions asked. I'm glad she was able to help me and slightly recover for the bad service I experienced the night prior. I was able to exchange the sweatpants for another item, so although so much time was wasted trying to resolve this matter, at least there was a resolution. Ultimately, given this overall experience, I will never give Suite 160 my time or money again. read more
