The owner is rude & stale, never smiles... I've done a lot of shopping here throughout the years, however they advertise as a buy sell trade store.... I've only actually been able to buy. I've brought brand new sp5der hoodies, Jordan's, Nikes, AntiSocialClub, Supreme, & Bape... they always have some reason they pass & make no offers not even store credit. I took my items to Waves 3 buildings down & they gave me almost what I had paid for it. My guess is that they've gone so mainstream the don't care about the frequent flyers & loyal shoppers... not even about the product because the hoodie I brought was NWT, JUST RELEASED but too small for me... I came here with a recommendation from another seller. I had 2 shoes that I was wanting to sell. I went in and the few guys that was cleaning and prepping the shoes to be on display were the first ones to greet me and tell me all about the store. He pointed me to where I could get my shoes to be sold. I went towards the back and another guy barely looked at the shoes and said "naw, not today." We were told from another store that are able to buy off shoes so my wife brought in some jordan 3s GS which hardly worn but sadly got turned away and said come back another day. had a bad experience in the galleria mall branch a few months back, bought a nike dunk, gave us 2 different version of the item, one made from indonesia and 1 from somewhere else which made the item not identical pair. ask for refund since it was their fault for not checking "new" items as the same pair. showed us they did a refund but money never came back to my account had to go to the store at least 3 times to get money back but wont do so, had to get refund through my bank coz clearly they dont have an intention of giving my money back. check ur items bfore leaving the store and just pay cash coz they dont know how to deal with debit/credit cards. read more
