Although I really appreciate Alan for taking ownership of the situation for my online pick up order taking longer than 2 hrs, as a customer I'm extremely upset with Footlocker. From being promised my online order would be ready in 2 hrs, if I didn't call the store my online order would have never been fulfilled to being antagonized by an employee when walking in to pick up my order. When I called i asked for an update on my order, provided all my information then without notice London picks up the phone, another person in the store who I then had to repeat the same information. London tells me to call customer service tell them to fulfill the order & tell customer service to call the store. Without telling me, London handled the phone over to someone else as I was in the middle of asking the store to call customer service to get an update on my order. ALAN then called customer service, saved the day & advised my order was ready for pick up. When I went to pick up my order, I asked if the person helping me was Alan, he said yes. I then asked who was London (just to note for reference) Alan gestured the woman behind him & stated her, London then became aggressive asking me why multiple times as I ignored her & continued to speak with Alan & advised I didn't have any malicious intentions I just wanted to put a face to the name. I finally acknowledged & advised I just wanted to know due to our previous interaction on how she passed the phone in the middle of me talking then in a condescending way she said "well you got your shoes babes....". After her being aggressive with me in person & making me uncomfortable to shop in that store I decided this is incident should be shared. read more

Clean floors and nice workers got greeted twice and was told about the sales I only went in to see what sizes they have for preschool size not a lot of options right now but def a lot of options for big kids, women and men read more

We've visited this location a couple of times while shopping DTS. This Footlocker is always clean, employees are pretty professional & chill. I've had to flag employees down for help, but they aren't hard to find. They do offer a standard military discount. During checkout, sometimes they let you know of promotions they have on any items you're buying. Last time I was there, I'd grabbed a pair of socks & found out they were buy one get one 1/2. The cashier was very sweet. This spot is typically busy on the weekends. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a foot locker. We were not welcomed in 4 employees including the "manager" not helping customers standing around.we were never asked if we needed help finding a size or looking at a shoe so we got in line with the one cashier who had been ringing up a customer for the entire time we were in the store. While waiting In line for 10 minutes manager continued to joke around with girl on shift seemed to be flirting but nonetheless we could've been helped. After waiting about 10 minutes the cashier finally asked another worker to help us at another register. When the girl flirting responded "were they even ready" while still standing in line it was then a guy standing back stepped up and said he would help us checkout. Maybe I just came at a bad time or maybe they should train better who knows ! read more

Great store and very large, I hadn't been in a Footlocker in years and had to look twice to see if I was in one. Large selection of ugly shoes but the bf wanted to check them out. There was 1 pair that was nice actually lol. Staff doesn't bother you unless you ask for help so that's nice, I hate when people are pushy. Large clothing department too. read more

Footlocker has been my store for years and they have variety of different shoes. I am big fan of Nike Airmax plus sneakers. The footlocker has it all, the store I like to go is at Downtown Summerlin. The staff are friendly and they make my shopping experience easy. They got sneakers for everybody's taste and they also have sale on certain models. My shoes were originally $160 when I looked at them last week, when I came in yesterday they were $130, so go in there you might save few bucks. read more

Stopped in here today to see if they had a pair of Nikes my husband has been wanting. Figured I'd surprise him for Christmas. Upon entering, We were greeted by a nice young lady welcoming us to the store. My Mom wandered off while I looked at the Nike wall. Didn't see the shoe I was looking for... No other employees in the store on the floor asked me if I needed help. I was clearly staring at the wall. By this time I was already irritated by a horrible customer service experience in another DTS store we visited just prior to here, so I stood there a bit longer now just to see if someone might ask if i needed help; ya know to prove a point to myself. Still nope. They did however proceed to help themselves to conversational gossip amongst themselves. I left the store still $200 more in my pocket than I expected to leave with. By the way I was at this store a week prior to today to. Same customer service experience. Sad. read more

Employees were attentive and knowledgeable about the type of sneakers we were looking for. They showed us what they had and even made some suggestions that we might be interested in. Not as much of a variety as in the past, but that may be a decision that corporate made. I prefer this location, as opposed to going to the mall with more traffic and people. read more

The music was so ignorant and insulting I had to stand outside while I was waiting for the guy to see if he had my shoe size (spoiler alert they didn't) aside from this when I walked in I got an immediate headache from the loud blasting music as if I was in the WORST 18+ rap club. " b this b that I'm going to f this chick and that chick I got my gun blah blah blah" this is what I heard upon walking in. Just absolutely ignorant music that should NOT be playing in ANY establishment (well maybe a strip club). The employees there were also too busy dancing to even help me. I had to practically shout over the music to get someone's attention. It's so sad the society we live in today that allows this behavior and music in the work place. To make it worse this is what I least expected to occur in Summerlin. Not only that but after leaving with a headache they didn't even have sizes and the selection was just utter garbage. I'm furious that I lost about 1,000 brain cells upon entering. Never again. My head still hurts. This was Feb. 16,2021 around 6:15pm. Isaiah was amazing...wanted my son to have an in store experience as opposed to an online experience. He got his foot sized, was able to try on several different shoes and ultimately we bought a pair Nike Air Force.. as we were checking out, I discovered that Isaiah was the store manager, and it was great to know he was leading such a good team. The staff is rude, uninterested and only see you as a dollar sign. I went in look for a pair of shoes, they didn't have my size; fair enough. Before I could ask for another style, the employee walked away. I tried to ask another employee for help and walked away. The other employee, saw me obviously disgruntled, tried to help me, but again didn't have my sign. He then passed me off to another associate at the register, saying "Hey, you want a sale!" Trying to have her help me out. At that point, I realized I'm just a commission sale and was clearly unwelcomed unless I was going to spend money. Employees ignored us when we got there acting like we had corona virus or something as two white girls walked in helped them right away as I need help with a shoe size, I literally had to wave someone down to help me, how sad people judge people now these days when they don't even know a person. They have a huge selection and they have a lot of more variety color-wise of the usual brands. read more

All the employees are very helpfull and respectfull, quick to help and answer any questions. Not much variety of shoes but crazy i always come to find the shoes im looking for and in my size ‍‍. Have always been treated well at this location, will keep coming here as long as the service stays the same. The staff seemed unmotivated and I had to walk around with a display shoe to get somebody to retrieve my size. The store is run by unmotivated millenials. Of course, they didn't have my shoe size. I had to order my size at the counter but could barely hear myself speak because the mumble rap is played so loudly. I was told that my shoes would take 3-5 business days to arrive and that I would be contacted. After day 6, I called the 800 number and discovered my shoes were delivered within 2 days but nobody called me. The customer service was terrible at this location. We walked in and there were 5 workers who didn't say anything to us. I was waiting at the shoe wall to be helped. Finally, I asked the guy closest to me for a shoe. He turned to the other two male workers and said hey can you get this size? Both of the guys didn't seem to want to help us at all and it was like we were inconveniencing them. One of the guys was messing around on his cell phone which I find to be extremely poor customer service. At this point I was so annoyed and we decided to do our business elsewhere. read more
