I first heard about CRSVR because I used to follow DJ Vice big time in my college partying days. Way back then, he was partial or full owner, and this sneaker shop has always been here at the Cosmo. Whenever I was walking the strip I'd step in to take a look around, but nothing ever wowed me, as far as their collection of kicks. It just seemed to be general release retail shoes, not many grails or exclusives. But I follow their socials and saw this location was getting a special limited release so I decided to pop in, and luckily they had a few left! It was definitely a score, but I still feel the same about the boutique: it's regular shoes with some t-shirts and whatever. On top of that, when I walked in, three regular dudes looked at me like I was out of place. "Where are the employees?", I thought. Turns out, all three work there lol. Anyways, I don't know how this place still has affords a prime spot inside this swanky casino. But if there's another exclusive release, I know what to expect and will definitely buy! read more

I came here before checking out of The Cosmopolitan because my leggings had a hole in them and I needed to buy new ones due to my refusal to wear pants on the flight home. They had some pretty cute Adidas leggings, which I bought without even trying them on but which ending up being high quality and comfortable. My transaction was quick and simple. I don't understand why this store has such a prime spot in the Cosmopolitan. The shoe selection seemed to basically be the last of new season shoes that no other stores really cared for. The selection itself wasn't nearly as extensive or interesting as any of the normal shoe stores in the Miracle Mile shops. The one staff I encountered was very rude and seemed to be too busy to answer any questions that he didn't know the answer to off the top of his head. I had seen a sneaker book on the online site that was on display in the shop, but when I asked for a price the staff was short with me and gave me an apathetic "not for sale" when he couldn't find a price tag on the book. I would have been more inclined to view and ask about more stock but the staff disappeared to the back and I never got a chance to even ask if they had my size of a shoe I was considering. Note to all: do not DO NOT go to the store after 10pm on wknds cuz it's a biznatch to even enter the store. The lines for Marquee, which are right next to the shop, are crowded and blocking the entrance of Crsvr. It's like you gotta pass Marquee's velvet ropes just to go in... But, I brought guy friends into the store (and they are avid sneakerheads)and they loved the stuff. Especially the new Lebron and Kobe stuff. read more

He was quite and on the humble then.. and as popular a DJ as he is now, he's still the same humble cat we saw growing up. Much success to him and his store. They have a good selection of sneakers and clothing. Good accessories too.. I was able to score some '89 Flights here last summer when the colorway I wanted sold out in LA. They were sneakers I always wanted back when I was younger but the allowance as a kid wasn't covering it. Haha... My friends also scored some '95 Uptempos in the retro'd 3 times color of White/Obsidian. Real Nike basketball heads know... Check out CRSVR when you're in and around The Cosmopolitan. It is quite a small store but the quality of their apparel is top notch, just wish the customer service was better. Customer service is a joke. Wanna be gangsters working with no ambition to help or come up with a solution to please the customer. Went in to buy my fiancé a few items and wasn't told returns aren't allowed. I understand store policies but no one explained to me when I bought the shirts even though the dude behind the counter knew these shirts weren't for me. Fiancé wasn't a fan of the style of shirts so I just said, I would get the money back and let him decide on what he wanted... nope, now I have a gift card for $$$$ and probably won't use it. They didn't mention anything about the store policy and store credit when I was purchasing the item. In case you're slow like me, It is pronounced "crossover." Now, you're in the know! We popped in last night, and I was expecting to see a bunch of sneakers I couldn't afford and a cooler than me sales associate. I was WRONG wrong WrOng! Pretty much every sneaker/show I adored was under $60. Granted, they don't have a boat load of girls' shoes, but I eyed a lovely orange pair of Nikes and a loafer that looks like a Croq, but isnt. I tried that one on, but my husband immediately told me I looked like a boy. Shucks. The sales associate was a chill guy, and I felt totally comfortable browsing about. They had some super soft scarves, mittens and hats for under $30, and a good selection of clothing by The Hundreds, Krew, the new Nike Manny Pacquiao line... okay I don't know a lot about these brands, but if you're into street smart wear, they've got something to keep you lookin' legit. I made it a point to hit up local street wear shops in cities i visit. In Seattle there is Rock paper Scissors and in Vegas there is CRSVR pronounced Cross Over. Place looks like it just opened up recently and it was busy hustle and bustle. It was EDC2011 week end and there was a load of people buying tickets for the event. As you walk in they have the typical Stussy street wear and some other goodies, but what I went there for is a CRSVR logo tee. They had a simple design one which I loved but didn't come in my size. I did then find a CRSVR x The Hundreds colab tee. It wasnt a simple logo t'shirt that im used to wearing BUT it did fit the bill of what I wanted to pick up while in the store. The t-shirt if I recall was $30 but thats how much colab t-shirts go for now a days. Oh, there was this one Filipnio looking sales person guy behind the counter that looked hella angry and didn't want to be there. Homie, if you hate your job and is over it, then you should quit. Try not to be in the store looking all angry and turning your customers off. It would have gotten a a five star, but that guy behind the sales counter just still turns me off till this day thinking about the store. I'll be back though for more CRSVR street gear! read more

No longer a fan of this place. Overpriced shoes is the name of their game. I found their sneaker collection to be mediocre at best. Their customer service isn't very good either. Purchased some Nike Air Max's back in January, they didn't fit so I returned them and got something else plus a store credit. They only give you a store credit, no refund, and they give you a receipt for the store credit. Went back and they would not let me redeem it. The Cosmopolitan is a beautiful hotel, but I am never going back to this place, it's simply a tourist trap, you will pay far more than you should. Stay away! Or better yet go to UNDFTD on Harmon and Swenson, next to the Hard Rock I can recommend them. read more

Some places are hungry for your business this place could care less. It's always the same terrible customer service here. I walk in and the guy is at the register with an employee and they are talking and starring at the screen as if I didn't exist. I look around in the glass case which is right in front of them and neither one bothered to ask if I was interested in a particular product. Nothing! They just starred at the screen. It was only me in the store too. I found my product with no help from them and got some shoe cleaner which is big in the Sneakerhead world. These were gifts and I didn't mind the bad customer service since I knew what I wanted, but I wouldn't buy crap from this store otherwise. To compare, I went to DNA 2050 and Stitched- both next door and they were more than helpful, informative and welcoming. Stitched has a bad ass selection of Creative Reactions too. read more

Yesterday (4/4/2013) was the first time that I ordered products from CRSVR over the phone, but was not my first purchase with the shop. Every single time that I make my way to CRSVR it is always a great experience. The staff is not only welcoming and attentive, but also extremely knowledgable about the products that they carry. When I called to place my order I had the benefit of speaking with Jordan. He was extremely patient with me in my search for a particular pair of shoes. Ultimately, Jordan went above and beyond the (normal) service expectation when he called me when the product was available in the inventory! I never knew about this shop until i was walking around with ym family in the Cosmo and say the big The Hundreds neoon sign at the wall a almost had a heart attack. I ran to the store and was like a kid in a candy store. I saw they had an exclusive collab tee with The Hundreds and quickly picked it up and asked for my size. After browisng for about 15 more minutes I walked out with 5 new t shirts. This store is incredible, and the service was awesome to read more

This store is great for everyone looking for The Hundreds, Stussy, Diamonds, snapbacks, etc. However if you're small in clothing, expect to be disappointed. If you're a large or an XL this might be the place for you. As a ShoeHead, I have to say I was disappointed. Nothing you can't find out of a footlocker. read more

Although I've never been to the actual store. I made a purchase over phone. A man by the name of Ryan helped me. He was excellent. I ordered the Nike Air Max 90 OG over the phone on a Saturday night and received that following Wednesday. I live in Virginia. He was very thorough and called me with updates thru the process. Went into this location to purchase a shirt for a pool party. The representative who helped me sold me a xl shirt and when I asked him the size he lied and said it was a small but it was a new style of long shirt. I was in a rush to get in and out so I took it. When I got back home I realized it was an xl. Also I left my sunglasses inside of there on the counter and went back literally 2-3 mins later and my glasses were missing and no one else was in the store. The rep stated they were not left there but I guarantee if the owner checks the cameras on Saturday August 27 around 12-2 he will see one of the store reps taking my sunglasses. It's a sad day when you give a store your money and all they do is lie and steal from you. Would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family. I've manage multiple high end retail stores and I've never seen a worse sales person in my life. We walked in there and no customers were in there I asked a guy a question about one of the shoes that was in the display box he was condescending and then we walked around looked at some other shoes and not once did he ask me if I needed help or if I'd like to try something on little did he know I had $2000 cash in my pocket I was ready to spend money but will go somewhere else. I'm a guest at the cosmopolitan and have been many times before I've always had great service here I have never had service as terrible as that guy if I owned this place I'd seriously consider firing him. This happened today April 24th at around 11:30 am. I even picked up a shoe and verbal said I really like these and kind of looked over at the guy he just sat there doing nothing at that point I decided I'll take my business elsewhere hopefully next time I'm in town this guy's not working and I'll give you guys another chance But really disappointed in the lack of effort this guy game. If this guy worked for me I'd have a serious conversation on how to sale and if he cant do that I would cut ties with him there's plenty of good people out there that could easily capitalize on customers. read more
