Come here a lot to return Amazon items and never seem to have any luck with buying things, especially shoes! They often don't have my size which is pretty average (8) and when they do, it's obvious they have been worn because the bottoms are very often dirty and black. So if this is simply from people trying them on and walking in the store you need to do something about the carpets. Otherwise, it's gives the impression a large portion of their shoes have been bought and returned. Don't feel the selection is very good here either. More often than not the Amazon return people are friendly but will have an occasional one that doesn't like their job. Convenient place for returns as far as I'm concerned. read more

Came here to do a simple Amazon return and encountered the most unprofessional grumpy old lady by the name of Sydney!!! Her attitude was atrocious and has zero customer service skills! This was my first time visiting this store and wanted to shop after my return but this lady ruined the experience for me... actually the other two young girls who were at the Amazon returns counter weren't great either, when I asked for Sydney's name they acted dumb like they didn't know. This store is a total mess... the only reason for the two stars is because some of the employees are VERY nice (a few of the older ladies aren't very friendly though). Most of this review is for the women's section(s). First, whoever does the buying/merchandising is WAY off with what is in style and trendy. Everything here, outside of the teenybopper, section looks like it was an afterthought. The patterns on most tops are either an ugly floral print or the same purple hues over and over. Second, they NEVER have sizes besides XL, XXL and XXXL. Yeah I know they can order it for me. But I want to try it on first, and why is it that they are ALWAYS out? Again... a problem with the buyer/merchandiser. Third, the organization is horrible. Things are always on the clearance rack that aren't on clearance. Clothes are on hangers that aren't the size that is on the hanger. This isn't a Ross or TJmaxx... I, personally, feel like kohl's is MUCH more pricey... unless you sit and do calculus in order to maximize your coupons and kohl's cash. Lastly, I have a 1 year old, and the kids section is embarrassing. There are hardly any options for 12 month olds, and almost all of them are totally overpriced. This Kohls is smaller than the usual ones in a mall. Since its not attached to a mall its very easy to get in and out. It's in the community of Henderson right off 215/Valle Verde exit. The store has everything you need with regards to clothing. Checking out and customer service lines can be slow but employees are always nice. read more

Sale. Clearance. Did I get every woman's attention? ha ha. I like Kohl's because sometimes you can find a $50 shirt for $5. Of course you have to have patience to go through the clearance and sale racks. There are usually many in each department. I actually like the challenge of finding good deals. It's just sometimes it seems too cluttered and bunched to go through all of the sale items. The shoe department always seems like a disaster area. But they have a great home goods department. Again, there is something always on sale so it makes this girl really happy. The checkouts are ok. Sometimes the lines are a bit long but they seem to move along nicely. This place claims to have affordable, cute clothing. They apparently LOVE sales and there's one going on every weekend it seems. Every time I've been here I've been disappointed. Everything is expensive. Even stuff that's on sale. The perfumes, jewelry, purses, shoes, clothing, housewares - all overpriced. I'd rather go to the mall. I hate malls. That says a lot. The clearance section is hideous and the sizes are hilarious. They would've fit me when I didn't have tits. So...when I was 7. It's not even worth coming in here to find that ONE good item, because it never, ever happens. read more

If you love shopping and finding great deals Kohls fits the bill. I am not a shopper per say, but when I need clothes or housewares I love Kohls. They are always having sales and lots of clearance items for dirt cheap prices. You can usually find coupons for 15 or 20% off as well. The store is well laid out and they have just about everything I ever need in clothing. The shoe department can be a mess and many times is out of my size. Other than that this is my main store for clothing. The checkout lines usually go quickly and the service desk is always willing to help. Their Drive-Up needs to catch up. I was out waiting for over 30 mins. And no one would come with my order. Cars would just show up and were helped before me. I just don't like that I had Return and the lady that helped me didn't tell me no information as she was doing the return after it was done I asked her how much it was she didn't even know the answer. Two ladys in the line urged me to advise the manager. When my wife and I left the store another lady outside said that she told the cashier that her comments were unnecessary. I braved the rain and walked in with my son to check out the new Sephora section. I hadn't had the time before and finally had the time to stop by today. The lady in the Sephora section asked if I needed help and I said no because I already knew what I was looking for. As I was browsing the aisles I noticed she was following us everywhere. She wasn't even trying to be subtle about it. She was skirting around and appearing at the end of every aisle. She made me very uncomfortable and not going to lie, I was offended. I asked her if everything was alright and she gave me some comment that she was new? Which didn't even make sense. I responded that I was just going to leave. I was excited about this collaboration and was going to make a purchase but not after this experience. Unfortunately this is the only location near me with a Sephora and because of this woman I will not be coming back. Just had one of the best customer service experiences. I found a dress that was perfect for the occasion I'm going to tonight but it was in the wrong size. I asked the younger red headed girl working in juniors if she knew if they had the size I was looking for. She scanned my item and said they didn't but the store close had 1 in stock and she would call and ask if they could hold it for me. I'm now on the way to the other store and am so happy to know that my item is waiting there for me. I have been a kohls customer for a few years now. They originally helped me establish credit with a 300 dollar credit line. After working my butt off and eliminating debt, my credit score is now 750. I requested to raise my credit line today and was quite surprised that it was denied after having no balance and a 750 score. So I got frustrated and closed my account. Buyers beware!! read more

Service? Yeah....good luck with that. When you get help it's great, but finding good help at this location is like playing Marco Polo without any water and without anyone responding back. I go here because of the deals. Sales and Kohl's cash make their usually ridiculous prices a lot more reasonable. Sometimes the inventory here is a mess, perhaps those same people you can't find to help you can't be bothered to stock the place either. And then there's the checkouts which when I go in always seems to have a line. A line that moves S-L-O-W! A line with some nice little old lady wanting to write a check. Or pay with nickels. Or they forgot their Kohl's cash and have to dig through a purse the size of Rhode Island to find it...all while you wait and cool your heels. Oh and one last thing. Getting in and out of the parking lot to get back to the 215 is kind of a pain in the rear. It's definitely bad traffic design on display. Meh. For this place having such bad reviews......it sure was hella busy. The parking lot was a nightmare today, be prepared to park far. Before I went today, I went on their website, and they had a coupon for two amounts. Spend under $100, get 15% off. Spend $100 or more, save 25%.....not bad. When I walked in, the line for the register was curved around into the isles. I saw multiple people with carts, but I couldn't locate them. I found an associate, who had no problem showing me where they are located....where I found one that thankfully had a "stroller" part on the front.....a broken strap, but thankfully, my daughter didn't try to escape. The store was very messy, and picked through, but I think that this is because of the amount of people that were here. I see people saying how "overpriced" things are...Last time I checked, designers like VERA WANG, Jennifer Lopez , Rock & Republic, and Lauren Conrad have always been expensive....However, they had lots of sales today. Many 30-40% off on these brands, making them decent....These brands also had plenty of sizes, ranging from 0-16.....and I didn't have to do any digging for them. The store has plenty of clearance racks that are excessively messy, that I didn't have the patience to go through. They have various trinkets, ornaments, kitchen things, etc. I didn't try anything on or buy today....I wasn't feeling the vibe..because of how busy and chaotic it was.......I don't thrive in those types of environments. Two things I immediately took note of were: 1. This place is HUGE. 2. They're open until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. When we went it was during a pretty large sale - most things seemed to be reduced for 30-50% off their tag prices. I don't know if this is normal or not since I definitely do not frequent Kohl's. The areas of the store were organized and defined in some parts, but in others I felt like it was a total crapshoot. The women's section was especially mished-mashed. They also seem understaffed or poorly organized - there wasn't a lot of people in the store when we were (10pm) but it seemed like there was a consistent line that they kept having to shuffle to different departments to get checked out. Maybe it's because they're painstakingly slow at the checkout... My lady was and I watched two others who weren't much better. Don't have much of a desire to return unless I want to look at dress clothes or something. Even then, I'd much rather go to Target or suck it up and go to the mall. At least I got a pair of hot pink velour pants for $6.00, cotton stretch skirt for $9.00 and FILA exercise/yoga capris for $16.00. That was cool. read more

I coach football at a local high school here in Vegas and shopping at Kohl's is very similar to that. If you have a good game plan and get prepared you'll do well. If you just wing it, you'll be sorry. Gameplanning to go to Kohl's is serious business. First, make a list of exactly what you need. Then, one must go online and find 15-30 percent off coupons then see if there is any Kohl's cash in the wallet. Maybe a gift card or discount card in the mail. Once you have that, then you can enter the store. The "sales" seem to be some major mathematical formula to always make more money for Kohl's and brainwash the shopper into thinking they have saved more than they actually did. The only way to actually take advantage of their "sales" is to have the 15-30 percent off coupons and even then your savings are still debatable. If you simply just wander in and shop, you will get reamed! The prices are really high but they make you feel better by listing a "regular price" then butter you up with the "Kohl's" price. I still have yet to see a pack of Hanes underwear for a regular price of $45 in any store in America. Anyway, Kohl's isn't that bad if you come prepared but every time I do, I ask myself if it was worth it. I wish they just had low prices so we wouldn't have to work so hard to get the prices down. Horrible customer service. I've been shopping at Kohl's since 2008. Especially during Christmas time. But today they made me reconsider doing business with them. Kohl's located at Green Valley,Henderson NV 89014 has two lines: one for online pickup and one for returns. I was there 11/07/2020 at 12:18pm. I was standing in return line because I got the wrong size clothes for my husband and I noticed that they are only taking people from online pickup line. I asked them why they where doing that and why would you even have two lines if you're only going to be helping online pickup customers. On my question I was told that:"Online pickup customers are their priority", so basically I'm not a their priority at all because I'm returning . That is not the way anyone should be treated. I'm dealing with customers all day every day and would never tell one of them that they are less important that the other one. If It was an option they would have 0 stars on this review. read more

The worst customer experience I've ever had in my life ! This lady with black hair probably in her 50's was absolutely rude , argumentative and aggressive in her attitude. I think I may WANT to like Kohl's more than I actually do. This particular location is really close to my apartment, so I come here all the time when I'm bored. I admit it, I even have a Kohl's card. Another confession...we got my engagement ring at Kohl's. On Black Friday. Yeah, we're hardcore like that. It's shiny and pretty and I love it. I know that's odd, but I don't care. Ahem. Back on topic. This location is usually a bit disheveled. If I need assistance of some kind, it's really hard to find someone to ask. When I finally DO find someone, I usually feel as though I've inconvenienced them... lots of huffing and buffing... you know how it goes. As a person in my mid-twenties, the clothes here leave something to be desired. The juniors section would be okay if I was about ten years younger, but now it's just inappropriate. I become disturbed when I see ladies old enough to be my mother pawing through the racks with their crusty mitts. There should be an alarm that goes off when an age-spotted hand touches a pair of hip-huggers. Red alert... red FREAKING alert. It's not cute and hip, it's just sad. We went here because my friend wanted to spend her Kohl's cash. I ended up buying an air fryer. This transaction went south at the checkout when the cashier was determined to make her quota of folks signing up for a Kohl's ridiciulous interest rate credit card. She was insistent and loud "Don't you want to save 35% on your purchase today?" etc. If they can give those sorts of discounts for signing up for their rip-off credit card, why are their non-sale prices so high? I repeatedly refused, pointing out that I hadn't been in a Kohl's in years before that day. I come to this location somewhat often and their service is always friendly and textbook. However, this last visit will stay in my mind. So after dropping a shitload of money on getting my car fixed, I remembered I had some Kohl's coupons that my mom had given me since she's so loving. I immediately sought to shop away the stress and I had some great finds. I then came across the Men's Basics section and saw some nice-looking Jockey midway briefs on the mannequin displays. I was keen to have them, especially since they were pretty. I'll post a pic. Simple yet eye-catching colors and design are what appeal to me, and this had me lusting after them. I know this is escalating quickly and that's a lot to say about briefs, but I really wanted them. Anyway, after searching the entire Jockey section, I couldn't find those specific colors in that specific midway design and I was getting frustrated. I soon asked for assistance since I was having no luck and David came to my aid. He, as any associate would do in any retail outlet, looked in the same places I had looked just moments before and found nothing. He asked his coworker who dressed the display if the three briefs I was drooling over came from the same pack- they did. So that was good news. I told him I was looking for a size medium and he checked the briefs on the mannequins- they were all medium. So the worst-case scenario was that I could just take them from the mannequins, which was a little desperate...which I was. Of course, he went to the back to see if they were in stock, which they weren't since they were apparently on clearance, and he was more than happy to check online but they weren't even showing up on the website. So from there, without hesitating, he got the briefs off of the mannequin butts for me and rolled them up for me. On top of that, he gave me an extra 15% off since they were worn by the mannequins first.
