We called the store within the SAME HOUR of purchase to explain the situation and asked if we could simply exchange the ONE incorrect shoe for the correct size. Their response? "No, sorry, all sales are final." Let's be very clear: "All sales are final" should NOT apply when THE STORE MADE THE MISTAKE. It is literally their responsibility to check the box before selling it. Instead, we were told tough luck and sent on our way with a useless mismatched pair of shoes. It honestly feels like the "all sales are final" policy exists because they already know their products and checks are sloppy. We didn't change our mind. We didn't damage anything. We were sold a defective product and denied basic customer service. So now we're out $50 for one wearable shoe thanks for that. If you shop here, check the box before you leave, because once you walk out the door, they clearly don't care what MISTAKE THEY made.

The actual clothing is great because it is decent quality and tends to be flattering to all shapes and sizes. The styles are more on the conservative side, but are still cute.
