Upon entering the store the crowd was hard to miss. It was very busy, but there were a lot of sales associates, which kept the busy line moving. The store is bright, but it seems packed with merchandise. It was hard to look through items, because everything seemed to be packed tightly together; especially the clearance items in the back near the fitting rooms. I tried to find items my tween picked out online but it was near impossible. I was able to find cute Disney themed tees as well as cute earrings and jewelry my daughter liked. The store is great for teens to come and spend their allowances and hang out with their friends. The quality of the items is lacking but its cheap so they can easily be replaced. My tween likes it, so I will be back. read more

After reading the majority of reviews posted for this store it comes as no surprise that I'm adding to an already (obviously) hopeless environment. I allowed my daughter and a friend to shop solo, making it an opportunity for them to choose and spend wisely on their own. Only as we left the parking lot did they both report on the rude service they received by the cashier. My daughter simply asked, "Will you have change for a $50?" as is courtesy whenever a large bill will be used to pay for small purchases. Cashier #1160472-mae snidely replied "Of course we do", following it by an intimidating eye roll. I can only assume that this twit of a cashier acted in this fashion because of the lack of adult supervision at the moment. Had I been there I would have asked for her manager and called attention to it. I work part-time as a mystery shopper and I wish so badly this store had been an assignment for me to grade, rate and fail. Attempts at reaching the store via the number listed on the receipt, as well as on their website, were useless. It's as if the phone is placed in some long forgotten dungeon because it rang endlessly for almost five minutes. Again, based on prior complaints I've just read, this review will likely fall onto the eyes and ears of indifferent 'managers'. However, I feel it worth mentioning as a customer. I personally have only entered the store once only to pull a 180 to leave because of how claustrophobic and unorganized this place is. So, unfortunately, although it seems to be a fave spot for my teen she has just learned the old adage of "what you see is what you get". I came in here to buy some Christmas gifts for my brother's stepdaughter. For the most part, it was kind of impossible to find the right thing for her as most of the clothes in here are super tiny. Thankfully, we found something that we thought that she would like. And she did when she opened it up on Christmas morning. :) Also, when you get to checkout, however, they try and sign you up for their credit card. This location is very small and the manager had a chip on her shoulder. Two weeks prior I had purchased a sweater from the store located in the Fashion Show Mall. The sweater was defective. I wore it one time to the office and by the end of the day the waistband band had unraveled leaving a large hole (a bit embarrassing) rather than driving downtown I chose to try the Galleria store. I walked in with my return, with the price tag and my receipt. The manager did not want to give me a refund because the tag was not attached... really? Am I suppose to wear it with the tag on because I know that the product is defective.?? She finally agreed to give me my money back only after telling me that she is doing it this one time as a favor?? WTF?! It's called standing behind your product lady! Customer service 101. I do not recommend this store, it has a small selection and terrible service. read more

I tend to shop at this store for my daughter all the time they have great selection and right price. The biggest complaint I have is their return policy. They have changed their policy by offering refunds with receipt which I appreciate because in the past they only offered store credit. I am complaining because, I bought a denim skirt for my daughter and it ripped in the back by the back pocket, I had all the tags but no receipt and they refused to let us exchange the damaged skirt for something else. We were willing to exchange and spend more but they just kept saying their policy requires a receipt and kept saying that over and over and wouldn't compromise. Now I have a damaged skirt and can't be worn. I am very disappointed with the service. I hope in the future they are willing to bend a little. The company policy should be a guide but always have some room for adjustment. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with F21. And like all F21s, this one is no different. Racks are packed tight with clothing, making it hard to shop. There are random fashion styles that make me question wtf people are wearing these days. Prices are pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for. This particular location has a super friendly staff though. Employees greeted me and asked me if I was doing ok, but weren't super pushy. And when I needed something taken off the wall that was super high up, they seemed pretty happy to help me. I love that this location always has tank tops in every color and super cheap. For $1.90 each, they are good essentials. And once they wear out, I don't feel bad for throwing them out. I'm not too fond with fashion these days since I'm pretty basic and wear a lot of black. However, I will definitely stop in if I'm shopping at the mall. read more

Many of my clothes are bought from forever 21 either online or in-store. (1) its affordable and cheap though the quality isnt that great it is what you pay for. (2) It has a great selection: I love how they have casual and formal clothes and even basics clothing. They have accessories, shoes, flats, hats, purses, and belts. I love how their store isnt so huge nor small & the store is always very neat and the workers are always willing to help you out. I have received many compliments of the clothes I wear and they always wonder where I have bought my clothes and I tell them "forever21." You can find rings, necklaces, and earrings for under $3. Most of the bracelets are about $3 or more and they do have a cute selection of accessories! I love it and sometimes you just have to chose wisely what looks cheap and what you can do to make it look more expensive. I never bought any shoes or flats there, from what I have seen nothing they have is my style. However, there were a couple of times where I feel like the clothes they carry looks trashy and all torn up & im like wth? Also, where everything was sparkly and nothing they had was grabbing my attention that I had to stop shopping at F21 for a while. LOL. Overall though, I do love shopping at forever21 and I would shop here until the day I think it no longer has my style of clothing. read more

Called to have them check for a dress, salesperson said he would call back, he didn't. Six hours later I call again and ask again. The sales girl found the dress in the computer system, saying they had 5 in stock. When I asked her to go find it to make sure she insisted there was no need and that she would have it on hold when I came in. 30 min later after a drive over from The strip, she says they don't actually have it. Buyer beware. Do NOT purchase anything from them unless you are certain you want it. Or else you can't return it except for store credit. In essence, once they have your money, it's gone. We ordered something online for my daughter and the items didn't fit, so we tried to take them back to this local store, tags still attached and all. Crazy idea, right? Even the customer service rep on the phone said the same thing. Well, only for store credit there. Need to pay for return shipping to get actual refund. I then contacted customer service and sadly, this is there policy. They tried to tell me bricks and mortar stores are separate entities, but that's honestly not the customer's concern. I've been to this store twice before but didn't buy anything. The customer service here is really bad! My pockets were burning so after leaving Charlotte Russe and Wet Seal I decided maybe I'll find something cute in here. This store was messsy which is understandable being that it's the end of the day but no this store looked like it was hit by a hurricane!! Clothes, racks and jewelry was all over the floor. The girl in the fitting room was not a happy camper. I mean she looked like she would have rather been anywhere but work. She had no smile no enthusiasm whatsoever. Let me say their dressing rooms dont have doors but curtains?? That makes me uncomfortable trying items on when someone can just walk in.....Yes I ended up buying all my items. 5 stars because they had just what I needed to. I went to another location and a much bigger store and they didn't have that particular style. I came in here automatically thinking they didn't either BUT once I walked in, the lady who greeted me helped me right away and found it on the wall. Now the second thought going through my mind they didn't have the size BUT they did and it was the last one! I was so happy, it made my day. So, I shopped around and 2 other workers were attentive but not overly hovering. Now it was time to pay. The store manager who helped me was such a sweetheart. That was the best service I've had in a forever 21, maybe because the workers were mature, friendly, the store manager was there, or because they just opened. Regardless, I left their doors happy and satisfied. I also got these 2 jersey sleek dresses for 9.90 a piece and I totally love it for the simplicity, fit, and price. I want more colors than just blk and gray. I'll have to check another location . read more

A Hollister Wannabe..... I know a lot of you girlie girls really like Forever 21. And, yes, I am a dad and I should not be liking it. However, I liked the idea, just not the execution. 1. Cool - to have a store focused on modern and basic trendy clothing at a very reasonable price is an awesome idea that F21 has got down to a science. 2. Quality - Not sure of the quality as it seems that everything there is what you pay for. In fact , for the costume jewelry we bought, the first several were broken. The 10.50 jeans seem cheaply made and the nondescript converse look-a-likes look like copies. Overall, I would say reasonable quality. You get what you pay for. 3. Selection - Here, I am not sure how they do their sizing. Shirts and Hanger items are squished into the racks so tight it is difficult to hunt for sizes. 4. Service - I am not sure they practice this effectively. no one focused own really helping us and trust me, seeing me at the store you would think I needed some kind of help - stat! 5. Service - At the store for 45 minutes tried on 8 items and did not get to one store clerk. Not one acknowledgement, Nada. I say, there are better places to go....but this place is SPECIAL !!! read more

Coming into the store a friend and I thought it would be just like every other Forever 21 store we've been to. We made our purchases and out we went. After going to a few other stores in Galleria, my friend decided she didn't want the lingerie she purchased from there anymore because we found a better deal somewhere else. We figured since the receipt didn't state anything about lingerie (only sale merchandise and jewelry were FINAL sale) and we were just there 15 minutes ago, we decided to go back. After waiting over 15 minutes in the long line to talk to the cashier, Nathaniel, called over (whom we assume was the manager) and were told that lingerie usually cannot be returned but that she would allow it this time (exchange for credit/clothing) because we were just in the store for the purchase. We were just thankful that they allowed this. So we quickly grabbed a few shirts to cover the cost and walked back to the register. But as we approached, Nathaniel, with a smirk on his face, told us we would have to go back into the long line. We waited again for over 15 minutes just for him to exchange our things. I write this because I feel that customer service is incredibly important to a consumer and being in the marketing field in my own profession, I found this incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every store that knows and understands consumers, show gratitude and kindness. They allow loyal customers to return back without the wait. We will not be returning back to this store and would rather make our purchases somewhere else closer and more friendly, even if it costs more to go there. read more

Wow...reading the previous posts I guess I shouldn't feel singled out since we are all complaining pretty much about the same thing. I bought some clothing at the Fashion Show Mall Forever 21 on 3/2/2019 of which 3 of the items I went and returned yesterday at this location inside Galleria. OMG the store manager Martha is terribly rude. The whole interaction ever since she approached me was horrible. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she was mad for whatever reason. Based on the previous posts it almost seems like she is personally offended when someone attempts to return something. I was 2 days over the 30 day policy, so the girl at the register, Alejandra had to call her to get an override. I greeted Martha and got no response. She said to me that next time I had to be on time because she couldn't be doing overrides like this all the time. She was very rude about it but I kept quiet because I didn't want her to change her mind about giving me my refund. As soon as she keyed whatever it was on the computer she very rudely asked " anything else" I said no and she just walked away. For being a store manager at a retail store inside of a mall, she was very sloppy with her appearance. Someone needs to talk to her about fixing her attitude and appearance. seemed like she had just rolled out of bed. Will not be shopping at this location anymore. I'd rather shop online. read more

Went to the store to return some things that didn't fit. It was 4 days after my receipt expired so i expected either an exchange or a merchandise credit. I was told that i was not allowed to return anything bc my 30 days were past, and that there computer system wouldn't even allow them to return it. So i said ok I'll call customer service. Meanwhile i called fashion show location and spoke with a manger there and was told that was incorrect that i could return the items as long as it's an exchange. And when i called customer service i was told the same thing. So basically they are making there own rules in that store that aren't corporate rules. read more

I like the clothing at F21. Affordable & lots of styles to choose from, even though hither quality isn't anything to brag about. I will NEVER order online because of bad experience, bad customer service, and bad reputation, but I will go to the store. The F21 stores are usually ALWAYS disorganized and the employees aren't the most friendly, they'll help if they are asked but rarely they'll come up to you to ask if you need help with anything. Returns can be a pain sometimes but it's Okay. All in all the store isn't bad, the prices are affordable, and I can usually always find something to buy when I go in there. read more

My sister loves Forever 21 so a lot of the time I am dragged by force to shop with her. The Galleria is her favorite and mine by far out of all the malls in Henderson and Las Vegas. The reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because we were treated like crap! So I swear this isn't one of those reviews where someone is overreacting to a misunderstanding! When I walked in I got the stink eye from this lady who was attending the shoe area. She looked at me as if I was a walking turd! I checked my clothes to see if I was dirty or something but tried to shrug it off. I am a pretty level headed person but this lady was really pissing me off. So my sister was trying on shoes and she fell in love with multiple pairs. When she was asking the lady for her size the lady would come back with a size too big or an old pair. She was socializing with other girls and giving them her undivided attention when they clearly stated they had no money and no intention on buying anything. She looked so eager to try to fit in with them that she just ignored my sister who is a paying customer. I felt the customer service was horrible and indeed she was a bit racist. She had made several comments to us saying if we were aware of the price and that she was not a Spanish speaker. Seriously what the French?? Overall the shoes were cute and we left with some goodies but I felt so mistreated...of course I didn't make a scene or anything because that's not me but I put this store on my list.
