I like coming down to Water Street to walk for exercise. It is very safe and peaceful, a wonderful place to go for a walk. Great area to hang out in, day or night. There are lots of places to park. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a few casinos. Come down to Water Street to see what Henderson has to offer. You'll have a great time. You might even learn about Henderson history.

I really love what they've done to this area. I have gone to several events and comedy show in the amphitheater. There are four levels of free parking. Although sometimes I notice if there is an event going on the parking lot gets filled pretty quickly. There is also quite a bit of foot traffic walking to the lifeguard Arena for Hockey. There is a nice big grassy area that I always see kids playing in. I hope the parking continues to be free and the events continue to be awesome.

Waters st during the Winterfest parade.

So if your visiting Vegas this probably won't be too high on your wish list while your in town but if you're a local this area is allgood. Between all the restaurants and breweries. Plus the ice rink and plaza area there is a lot to do for everyone all year long. I've been to several Multicultural festivals but on this night it was the Winterfest parade with stops at the Rainbow casino for a drink and MacKenzie River Pizza inside the lifeguard arena for some dinner. There is so much to do down here and memories waiting to be made.

But it was on the second floor we finally found the food court after 10 minutes roaming around up and down stairs twice. I don't mind but an map would have helped and saves us some time. We we're there for an good deal on T-Mobile Tuesday for 6 wings if you purchase any menu start from $5. App wasn't working right so it took awhile but employee were very polite and patient with me and my husband. We ended up getting spicy original sandwich and my husband got chicken tenders with two biscuits and two sides which was mashed potatoes and rice beans. We ened up getting 6 pieces of Lemon pepper bc we tried other flavors already. It was not bad and I liked that they filled mashed potatoes all the way up like how it was supposed to be. Popeyes at Stephanie st only filled it up half way so I appreciate this location for that. I will be coming back just for some more fried chicken! :) It is so new that they don't even show up on the yelp. My new favorite Popeye location now. Thanks for the free cup! :)

Other than that you have all your anchor stores- Macys, Dillards, Kohls, Dicks and most of the supporting shops such as bath and Body Works, Victorias Secret, and a special shout out to Yankee Candle! I haven't seen another Yankee Candle in town. Also there are countless smaller operations like Coral Gables, various kiosks and eyebrow threading. There IS a Spencer's as well. After listing only SOME of the shops here it puts in perspective just how large this Mall actually is. In addition to the Food Court which many tenants recently moved out, there is a Red Robin attached to the mall. The Brazilian Steakhouse and KBBQ place unfortunately closed. if you explore Mall Ring Circle, there are countless businesses around that too. This Mall gives Fashion Show great competition and puts Boulevard to shame.

Parking here can be a nightmare, but there are quite a few parking spaces. Even if it's super busy, I can always find a spot, even if it means I have to walk a bit farther than I wanted. I like Town Square mostly for the food options. The Yard House here was the only one in town for a while and we loved to go here as a family and there were quite a few work excursions that happened here. We used to go to a bar close to this area too, where they did a lot of industry nights. There are still some really good food and bar options here today. The shopping is pretty good. There are stores here that you might not be able to find in other areas of town. I'm not a big shopper but you can also just window shop like I do, especially if you've just had a big meal and need to do a little La Passeggiata. Some of the shops are expensive, some are not, so there's really something for anyone's budget. I've noticed this place stays pretty clean and there are a good amount of people working to keep it that way. I appreciate that very much.

There's so many great shops here at Green Valley Plaza but yes there is one reason that I'm here and it's Trader Joe's though I did bookmark Mothership Coffee Roastery Bakery little did I know that it was just a couple doors down from Trader Joe's and there's also a Dollar Tree store was here as well so we did a quick peek in to see what they had. With lots of free parking this open air shopping complex is quite busy as many do come here for various reason I also saw Desert Art Supplies which got this crafter curious but didn't have time to check them out unfortunately but did love this location just outside of Henderson it's a bit far than I'd like but a great place for many reasons....shop, eat or just relax. Thank you!

And a shopping center that I often call home is Green Valley Parkway at the southeast corner of Sunset Road and Green Valley Parkway.   Although I never checked into the shopping center itself, there have been high check-in counts at a handful of the businesses in the center. The proceeding list names many of the shopping center's businesses along with my Yelp check-ins and ratings when applicable. This discludes my visits before Yelp and when I passed over checking in. This list is evidence that I have been to Green Valley Plaza over 123 times. Some Businesses/my check-ins/My ratings. Weiss Deli/many visits/Have yet to review. The following two paragraphs discuss Green Valley Plaza's thumb's up: positives and boos: negatives. The thumb's ups:   Based on the previous graph, my conclusion is that this is a convenient one-stop shopping center where the cumulative reviews average 3.7 stars. At this time the center is 100% leased. Owing to the scarcity of stores in the vicinity of Green Valley at Warm Springs, it provides much needed services and stores to the area. Boos (Negatives)   In similar style to several shopping plazas, this one suffers from the similar challenges of a cramped parking lot and exits leading to busy thoroughfares. This parking lot is so cramped and busy that I will park by the adjacent Check City or near the Sunset Road bus stop. In my opinion, the stores facing Green Valley Parkway are a no-go parking zone. Traffic exiting onto Green Valley Parkway often creates a traffic backup blocking these parking spots. This leads to the stress and risk of exiting the center. Exiting onto Green Valley Parkway is a mess because of the one stop light and people trying to exit from businesses that are supposed to be in & out like Subway and Green Valley Grocery. Exiting onto Sunset Road is just as bad. A stop light is nonexistent. And thanks to traffic engineers eliminating a traffic lane for an underused bike lane, it is often an excruciating wait to turn right. And to safely get onto westbound Sunset Road requires a right turn on Athenian then a u-turn to turn left with the assistance of a stop light.   Panhandling is another issue. It is my observation that the Green Valley Parkway facing businesses get the majority of the panhandling. In conclusion:   Green Valley Plaza has been one of my home plazas for the past several years. In addition to providing vital business and services for locals, it also has destination ones such as Mothership, Trader Joe's, Desert Art Supplies, and Weiss Deli. With that said it is guaranteed that I will be back.

Who just wants to have fun! Let's go to the mall!!…read more I remember when I was younger it was let's hit the mall for fun times. Then as my children were growing up we gathered at the mall too. Then the stimulation of the mall went away. The stores had nothing new and fresh. Now after visiting the mall in the last year, Fashion show has started to become different and offer more opportunities to have fun with those around you . They inspire one's imagination with small road trip displays that drag your imagination into perspective. Did you know that you can visit the North Pole? Right from Vegas? Even see Santa? An individual can even phone Santa from a playful private pay phone. No quarters needed! The possibilities here at Fashion Show are unbelievable. Take photo by the tree. The reindeer were unable for this trip. After all that fun at the North Pole, what did you truly come for? What are you looking for you will find it here? They offer the major stores: Neiman, Saks, Nordstrom's, and Macys for all those fabulous designer items. If it's that turquoise box your seeking Tiffany's is here too. They even have new toys stores to keep the little ones busy. Come and build that new magical friend at Build A Bear and enchant it and bring it to life with your magic. It's a beautiful enchanting experience for the whole family, no matter what your age. After all that shopping and having fun it's time to grab a bite to eat. Let's decide where to eat there are so many epic places and options. You can have things like pizza or choose to eat higher class. The choices are endless . My favorite little alcove is inside Neiman Marcus . The restaurant has it all. You have drinks, great eats, perfect service and views of all around the strip . What's not to love? The themed restaurant inside Neiman Marcus has winged butterflies. Let's see what we can find perfects a pinch of sparkling joy too! Shall we continue!

I second Nijole T.'s review for the LV NORTH Premium Outlets…read more This outlet store is way better than the SOUTH location. Easy Parking. However ... paying $5.00 for parking no matter what I find extremely off-putting. The Simon Shops Network wants you to come to their outlets and empty your wallet ... but they insist on charging you $5.00 no matter how long you're there ? That's insulting. This location has a good mix of low end, mid and high end shops. Good variety. Well Done. I wanted to go to the Converse Store, Sketchers & Vans ... however ... I didn't find any shoes that fit my criteria. I'm looking for ultra light, low flat sole , comfortable walking shoes .... I don't see anything like this in stores only online.. . Also ... I wasn't planning on buying anything but Vercini sucked me into their store with their flashy displays ... this store sells clothing that suits my friend Jason L. To A "Tee". Those glittery club driven shirts, tops and T's is signature Las Vegas party scene ... and although most people probably wouldn't look good in this clothing ... it actually looks great on him ... You have to be extra great at parking garage parking. I get to park for free because I'm a local but I don't agree that non-locals should pay $5. to park at a mall. Today I saw THREE escalators that were closed and not turned on with "Caution Tape or Signs" around them. The first one I noticed is the main one on the second level that gets you from the garage over the traffic to the mall. Then I saw two others that were down and also at least one elevator. We had a dangerous walk to get to the mall because of this. Also a dangerous walk back to get to the parking garage. Other than that- What's here are very high end mostly women's clothes and woman's accessories. High end watches, at least one menswear shop with a Alice Cooper and Kiss theme inside. Casual food choices and a few chains. Maybe one ramen shop. To bad about Sachs off the Fifth. They just announced all their stores are closing. This location is over half empty already. On the bright side I did get a much needed shiny new purse.
