Stopped by Kohl's today and scored some really good deals. They had 50% off select shoes, and honestly the whole store had discounts going on...it's definitely one of those days where it's worth popping in just to browse. If you're not using the app, you're missing out. I stacked a few extra deals and saved even more, which made the trip even better. I also like that there's a Sephora inside. It's not as big as a standalone Sephora, but they still carry a solid variety of popular products... enough to grab your essentials or try something new without making another stop. Customer service was great all around. Employees were friendly, helpful, and everything moved quickly at checkout. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop, which always makes a difference. Had $16 kohls cash, a 30% off coupon, and a bunch of red star clearance clothing for our growing son. Boys clearance was jam-packed. After all of that, it was just over $20. What a steal. Kyle at the Counter was really nice. Also had the self-checkouts there. Dressing room in Mens, no stool or bench in there. Grumpy woman tending to the dressing room. Just adding to our belief that if you do not like people, do not get a job in customer service. You are just spreading negativity. Sorry, just being real. The store was clean. The clearance shoes/ womens was a tight squeeze. Very very narrow. At least the area was organized. Kohl's is a large department store retail chain. This location is in Northwest Las Vegas, Centennial, off of the 215/Durango exit. There is spacious amount of parking available. This specific Kohl's location always has great inventory with well stocked apparel, shoes, home, kitchen, bedding, toys, and much more! There is a Sephora and Amazon drop-off location also inside the Centennial Kohl's. Amazon returns at this location is a breeze! The team members are always helpful. There is a good selection of clearance items too, which is nice! There are great sales, especially during seasonal holidays. I'd highly recommend this Kohl's location if you're looking for clothing deals. Sometimes it does get relatively busy though! read more

Not a fan of Kohl's in any capacity, but this review is strictly for the older lady with the dark hair who does the Amazon returns. She is a total B anytime I have gone there to return stuff, she is the only one who is incredibly rude and condescending. Nobody else who has worked. I was humiliated today trying to spend my hard earned money. I returned an item from Amazon there and I got $5 khols cash and saw a dog sweater near the Amazon stand and decided I was going to buy it. My son has an Amazon account too kids one. And his own debit card. He gets an allowance for his chores. He returned an item for his pet. He got a $5 khols cash too. At the check out a lady named Fatima refused to charge us because we were together. I explained we were together but it teach my son to be independent and she refused and made a bid deal because we both had a coupon. I left my $40 worth of dog sweaters and let my son pay for his items and left completely humiliated. This is why these store don't have customers. read more

Kohl's has made some nice changes, like adding Sephora and Babies 'R' Us. However, combining the return line with the checkout line causes long delays. I waited 15 minutes to return items because the line was full of people checking out. Separating the two lines would make the process much smoother and quicker. read more

I took advantage of the 30% off coupon I received in the mail as well as the $5 kohl's cash rewards. This place reminds me of Mervyns. Did I just age myself? No, but seriously, they have great deals here. Opening up a kohl's charge card gets you even more sweet coupons and earns you faster kohl's cash rewards. The only thing about the rewards is that they expire, so you have to remember to use them. Just like target, you can't come in here and just buy one thing, you end up seeing deals that you can't pass up. read more

Was shopping at centennial 7/26/2022, I couldn't believe how long the check out lines were. I asked for them to open up more check outs. The other side was closed I thought for lunchtime. Service desk said that from now on the other side is always going to be closed! Including the DOORS! Totally closed registers & store DOORS. THATS A SAFETY ISSUE! Order by corporate! I came in today as it was convenient to grab some quick joggers for a reasonable price. They were having a flash sale. The store had very long lines and appeared barely any workers. Both sides were open, but not all the registers. The lines were way to long to not accommodate all of the customers. The fitting rooms still had clothes on the benches, and floors. The racks where your able to put the clothes you don't want, were full to the brim. Definitely was not tidy. Other locations I have entertained have not been this unorganized. Sections of the store were not put back together, as clothes were strewn all over. Maybe I came in to this location at the wrong time. I had a nightmare situation with this store. It was my sons birthday and his shoe broke. I didn't feel like driving all the way home so I went in here to buy him shoes. He wanted to get a new outfit too, since he was wearing a bathing suit and tank top. I informed the shoe lady that he was going to wear the shoes and had her throw away the broken shoes. I kept the tags for his shoes and socks. The line was super long and he wanted to wear his outfit, so we went and he put it on and I took the tags off the jeans and the top. We went and got in line and I had nothing but the tags in my hand for everything and his swim trunks. All of a sudden, police walk in and grab me. I ask them what they're doing. They say I'm shoplifting, and this Asian woman walks up and says she's loss prevention and i dressed my son in their clothes and stole shoes and only had one item I planned on paying for obviously. They took me outside in cuffs and stood me in front like a criminal. SO embarrassing and my kids are hysterical. Then the LP lady comes outside and She was so rude. I tell the police to take the tags out of my hand. They look at them and they're for everything he is wearing. I tell them I wasn't paying for the shorts that are from THE GAP, since they don't sell that brand and I tell them that I told the shoe lady what I was doing and she even threw away the broken shoes for me. They inform me that no woman is working that department and would never throw away someone's shoes for them. I describe her and the LP says no one works there by that description. One of the cops says he'll go into the store and look to see if they see her. He comes out in a few minutes and talks to his partner. Then he uncuffs me . the police ask her "are you kidding me with this? She's in line to pay, you acted like she had her kid wearing layers of clothing. And a purse full of merchandise. Unreal." Then he turns to me and says I'm free to go. I pointed out I still hadn't paid and he just repeats himself. So my kids and I go to the car and leave. I got a free outfit, but I would have much rather paid and not gone thru this ordeal. I'll never go back there. read more

First off I'll start by saying that maybe this would have been a 3 star review before the pandemic, but now I'm definitely giving the bare minimum. First, we'll start with the fact that never have the clothes that you want in stock. I'm between a 33-34 waist size. Every time I go in there, it takes me about 30-45 minutes to find something and half the time it's a style that I really don't want but I'll settle for. I asked an associate there about this and she said "it's our most popular size..." Okay I'll accept that answer, but if it's your most popular size, then why wouldn't you overstock that size like every other normal department store so that you can make sure it's 1. Convenient for the customer and 2. Why would you not want to capitalize on the extra profit you can make if you had it in stock? Registers- You have a customer service line for returns and customer service and occasionally purchases depending on business demands. But now because of your so-called CDC guidelines, you have an entire half of the store's registers closed down and only three registers open on the other side. So now the line is even longer and even more frustrating when I get there, just to get a kohl's rewards card shoved down my throat and for The person to have the audacity to tell me that I saved the $40 on the product that you marked up to begin with to make it seem like you're a giving me a discount. Let's talk about the fitting room situation. One lady told me that it's a CDC requirement. Wrong! It's not. It's the decision of the corporation to do so. If you're predominantly clothing (most likely about 80 to 90% of the store is), then why wouldn't you have your fitting rooms open? So now I'm supposed to buy $300 worth of clothes that I need for work or school in hopes that they fit? Go all the way to my house to try them on and find out that they don't fit (possibly), come back to your store and wait in the longest most inconvenient register lines I've ever experienced in my life, just for some lady (who is well beyond her years of technology) to take 20 minutes to figure out how to use the register and return my clothes? Ummm? If you're not gonna have your fitting rooms open, then why do you have several employees just walking around doing nothing but folding a piece of clothing every once in a while, when you have three registers working and a line of about 15 to 20 people at one time. This place is ridiculous and you guys need to get your stuff together. And stop telling customers false information that you're not educated on. read more

Not my favorite Kohl's. The customer service at the Durango location is simply lacking. I've been to this location plenty of times, and not once have I been greeted upon entering the store or bid farewell upon exiting. FYI, Kohl's employees are trained and instructed to do this. There seems to be a sort of gloom that has fallen over this store and weighs down heavily on the employees. Eye contact is extremely minimal and getting assistance can be a challenge. If you can, head to the location on Deer Springs instead. Employees are much more helpful and cheerful there! PROS: The Customer Service Desk (Returns) is located at the FRONT of the store! Easy access!! Located in the busy shopping center off Durango and the 215 next to Petsmart, BWW, Cold Stone, Zaba's, and a million other retail/food establishments. CONS: Employees are glum. However, when they have sales, they definitely go big on the their sales. You can find pretty much anything here and the ability to earn Kohl's Cash, a cool and popular incentive for every $100.00 you spend before tax you earned $10.00 in Kohl's Cash toward your next purchase. My family and I are constantly looking for the best bargain especially when you want to stay in fashion without breaking the bank. I get a lot of compliment from people whenever I get something from here. For those not familiar with Kohl's, because in Hawaii there is none and those living under a rock, LoL. I love kohls trust me there's nothing wrong with the product or cashiers. But I often experience this same issue when I do my shopping. I have always noticed this employee being extremely rude and demanding to their employees. I specifically witnessed this extreme rude behavior towards the employees and even seen her roll her eyes at guests when the cashier was trying to resolve a problem. I would never comment on something like this but it is so extreme and repetitive I don't know how she is still there. After the last experience I checked her name tag and it was Cheri. I hope this helps the employees stand up for themselves because I know they want a change as much as I do. It would be such a better environment if this behavior was addressed. read more

I'm not a big Kohl's shopper, but I stop by from time to time to see if I can get my hands on any deals. Sometimes when they have a sale, it tends to be a good one, especially if you have a coupon or spend over $50 to get Kohl's bucks. They also have killer clearance deals if you can find your size...I've even bought clothing marked down 80 or 90% although usually it's more like 50-60%. If you ever come in and they don't have your size or item in stock, you can order through one of their kiosks and they'll ship it directly to you for free. The associates here are also very friendly and helpful; and some of the cashiers will even remind you about coupons, but I seem to always forget to check for coupons before coming in. They also have a great return policy and even if you don't have your receipt, they can still look up your transaction if you used a credit/debit card. I don't know the cause of it but at Kohls on North Durango is bad. They closed one set of doors. I would like to know the purpose behind that. You can only enter/exit from the south doors. The only set of registers open are on the south end of the store. We had one item and the line was from the registers down past the shoes only 3 cashiers. Guessing about 20 plus people in line to go all the way to the back of the store. The powers that be at Kohl's needs to figure this mess out, they are failing miserably. We put the item back and walked out and we were not the only ones. Several others followed. Do better. The employees deserve better as well read more

This review is for the curbside pick up - 5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars! It has been so many years since I have been in this store. I saw an ad for an item that I couldn't live without. I went online to order it and noticed that they now have curbside pick up. Yay! Once I placed my credit card information in, the email confirmation was sent to me with instructions on where to go and what to do once you get there. I clicked on the "I'm Here" option in the email once I arrived. It asks you for your parking spot number (noted on the sign in front of your parking spot) and your vehicle make, model, and color. After I submitted the information, a staff member was right out with my order. He was very pleasant and asked for the name on the order. He remained on the passenger side window so that we could socially distant appropriately. What a fantastic experience! read more

Just an update. We went to Kohl's because we decided to buy a couple of flannel shirts for winter. Little did we know there was a sale on men's clothes, so we ended up getting a dozen shirts, some pants, and a belt between us. When we got to the register, I was a bit confused by what was on sale and what wasn't. A young cashier named "T.J." came to the rescue with the famous Kohl's smile. He quickly went through each item to let us know. We bought everything and everything fits perfectly. Although a young person, T.J. was completely professional, patient, literate, easy to talk to, and clearly loves his job with Kohl's. A complete delight and I wouldn't be surprised if he is a department manager in a very short time. Fantastic! read more

I was shopping for some shoes and have never had better customer service. There was a person helping search for sizes in the shoe section that was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Although I wasn't able to find shoes in my size, at the front desk I was helped by Kim H, who called various stores and looked online to try to find the pair. Kohl's has everything from jewelry to clothes to picture frames to curtains. That's what makes Kohl's such a good place to shop when you can usually get everything in one trip. Kohl's has really nice clothing at moderate prices. The thing that really puts Kohl's over the top is the great coupons you receive if you have a Kohl's charge card. I heard they let you combine multiple coupons and they frequently give out Kohl's cash ($10 to spend for every $50 you spend). I do like their return/exchange policy. I like coming to this location because the racks are always pretty organized and I don't have to scavenge around too hard looking for the size. Check out the clearance racks and sale signs throughout the store. The store is always clean and well-stocked and checkout is a breeze. read more

I've been a Kohl's customer since the business started many years ago. I've always had great experiences at this location. I'm always finding great deals and I don't have a hard time finding the sizes I need. The one time I couldn't find what I needed, an associate was quick to help me use the online kiosk to order it to my home. I would, however, just recommend using your smartphone or computer at home if you need to do this as the kiosk is finicky. Overall, this is one of my favorite department stores and they can usually beat some things on Amazon in terms of price. read more

I came here yesterday to exchange for the same boots I bought less than a month ago. Victoria helped me and she was excellent. She had an associate in the shoes dept to get another pair, but they didn't have the right size. Victoria didn't mind checking other stores to see they have them available in the right size. She called the 215/Flamingo one and put a pair on hold for me. Victoria was pleasant, kind, and friendly. The only downside during my visit last time was the manager. The manager, Chris, could have been a little more pleasant when Victoria asked her a question for me about ordering the shoes online and having them delivered to their store since they didn't have the same size in store. I'm not a regular Kohl's shopper. I find the women's clothing section too disorganized and overstocked with merchandise and not in a good way. It reminds me of Mervyn's before it closed. There is so many rounders and racks of clothes and I just don't have the personality or patience to search for things like that. I was in the store this past weekend because I received $6 free and I had a %15 off coupon. I remember when the coupons used to be $10. When I receive these I usually just head to the home section for a candle or picture frame. On this day I just bought a shirt. I think the regular price on the shirt was $34 on sale for $19 and with my discount I paid about $13. And that's where I have a problem with Kohls. No way should the shirt I bought have ever been $34 in the first place. Kohl's is not worth shopping unless you have a coupon or coupons to stack. I will admit I have found items online, namely small electronics, previous model, for example, that when stacked with coupons are a great deal. I've never had any issues with customer service, although this visit I never saw an associate until time of check out. And Kohl's does have a generous return policy. read more

This review is for this store, specifically. Wow, where to even begin. My mother ordered me a lovely 11-piece cookware set from Kohls.com for an early Christmas gift. This is the store that packed and shipped it to us. And whomever did so, should be fired. To begin with, when we opened the box our cookware set came in, it was simply hastily bubbled wrapped and thrown in. It was not in its original box, and was clearly the floor model. It was littered with fingerprints, had scratches galore, and had dust and dirt inside the pots and pans. In the time of covid, the last thing you want is a frequently touched floor model. Especially when you paid for brand new! Then the real kicker came. I began to unpack everything fully to see the extent of this atrocity. And apparently whomever packed this lacks the ability to count. This was an eleven piece cookware set. 11. And the number of pieces I received? Seven. 7. No one thought to freaking count? Someone honestly thought this was okay? They even had two packing invoices in the box that cleared marked the contents as an "11 piece cookware set." It was absolutely disgusting. Thank God Kohls.com customer service went above and beyond to make it right. But the person at this store that did this? Clearly incompetent and lacking in any kind of intelligence. read more
