I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and after mentioning that I needed to make an exchange, an associate assisted me right away. She checked her handheld device to see if the item was available in-store. When she found that my size wasn't in stock, she immediately offered to have the replacement shipped to me. The return and reorder were handled quickly at the register, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Even better, I made the exchange on Wednesday and my new shorts arrived by Friday. Excellent customer service and a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.

The store is clean, everything is pretty well-organized, and there isn't too much clutter like at some of the other stores here. The staff are great, too, and are more than willing to help you out when you have a question. I'm gonna keep coming back to this place, no doubt. Now that I'm finally building a respectable wardrobe, this is gonna be my go-to place to really put everything together.

We get a free gift - today, we had a chance to select a large white tote bag with fuschia handles or green handles - and we got one entry blank for a gift card. Guess who's name they called??? Mine! I came to return it, and the lady tells me that it's the wrong receipt. So since I didn't double check the receipt we tried looking it up on different form of payments i.e credit cards and she was not able to find that purchase. I wasted my time trying to return this item unless I wanted store credit. I declined and said I would go back home and find the receipt only to realize after a little investigation that I indeed had the correct receipt all along! Please see photos down below. At this point, I don't even know what to think. Either the people here are genuinely illiterate or just lazy or under trained as a cashier. How do you not recognize that this is the receipt that goes with the garment? I don't think this is rocket science stuff. Not only is the customer service nonexistent at this location at times, but the selection isn't great either. If you can, I would avoid this TJ Maxx and hit up the other ones in town. The people working at this location literally do not know what they are doing. I cannot emphasize that enough. Errrrg.
