So I don't own any cowboy boots...well I didn't until today…read more I wanted to go in to take a look at some boots and my husband "needed" a cowboy hat, he plays in a band that cover country music punk style. So we deduced to stop in. Well finding him a hat was easy, looking for boots in the right size was a little tougher. But in the end we left with a cowboy hat, boots and a new dress! The options are endless! So many boots to choose from and hats too. Right next to where I was trying on all the boots there was a clearance rack and the perfect dress for an upcoming event! Everyone who walked by us made sure we were ok and everyone was friendly! In the end we had 3 people working with us and they were all amazing! I was worried about their commissions because everyone helped. They also offer military and first responder discounts; Hubbs is a disabled vet so we got a little discount too. Great place to shop!

Somebody joined the line behind us, and another open register asks "Are you ready to check out?" But when the person behind us didn't respond, she said "Ugh, I guess not." The girl checking us out laughed with her about it. Sort of rude behavior, and I hope this employee improves her social skills, especially working in the customer service industry.

The two ladies working were nice. One stood at the checkout counter while the other one assisted me. She was very outgoing and helped me find some bottoms to try on- yes the fitting rooms are open. I looked at both sides, regular and petites. The jeans did not fit me. The shorts were way too big for me. I tried on four pieces. Oh well. I'll have to check the other outlet center for the Loft store. The store is very clean. The racks are stocked well, but not smashed in, to where you cannot comfortably check the inventory out. That is one of my pet-peeves, when a store tries to stock everything on the floor. It is a large store. Everything is spaced out very well too. Kudos to the brand for keeping the birthday reward for their members.

The prices here are probably the most expensive of all the outlet stores I have ever visited in NV and CA. The staff here are also quite unhelpful. During my recent visit, the person manning the dressing room really gave everyone an attitude. The only person that was nice and helpful was the store manager, and she was working the checkout line that day. She smiled and asked how we were doing. Something small like that really makes a difference.

I walked in to Shoe Palace and was greeted immediately by a gentleman named Zyaire. Not only did he make himself available for anything that I needed he also assisted me in finding on sale items for my son. When I went to check out, Kennedy was excellent because I noticed that the sale prices were even lower than I thought in advance. I did ask if there were more double sale items and she assisted me in finding the perfect selections for my son. They did not have sizing for my husband. Thank you both Zyaire and Kennefy for an awesome experience and saving me some money at the same time. Overall, I had a great experience and when I am in the need for new Adidas, I will be coming to Shoe Palace downstairs in the Meadows mall
