They have a bunch of recurring activity nights like Plant Bingo, Moss N Sip, Succulent Nights, candle-making, open mic nights and more. They also have a really nice space that can be rented for private events. The events are mostly around $40 and can be booked online. Events do sell out! We went for Plant Bingo and had such a fun time! I recommend getting there early to grab a seat. There were four of us, so we got a nice table together. They play 20 rounds, and even if you don't win bingo, you still get a 2-inch plant. I also really liked that they talk about the different plants between rounds. It makes it fun and you actually learn something and add some plants to your "want" list. They had 3 people helping with calling, showing plants and serving food. They have some food and drink options available, or there's a restaurant next door with some really yummy sandwiches. There's also plenty of parking, and surprisingly, there aren't a ton of other stores in the shopping center, so parking was easy. Such a fun ladies' night out and a great place to do something different!

After being a client for almost a year, we were disappointed with how our business relationship ended. Following the departure of the team member in early 2026 who originally established clear expectations; communication declined, scheduled visits became inconsistent, and invoicing and plant care lacked clarity. Our services were terminated with less than seven days' notice, even though there was no contract. We raised our concerns directly with the owner, but the issues were covered by saying 'you get a discount' not a meaningful way to respond in our opinion. We never asked or knew about a discount. Our advice is simple: get all pricing, service expectations, and termination terms in writing. Based on our experience, professionalism, communication, and accountability were lacking, and the way our account was handled left a disappointing final impression.

She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We discussed all of the necessary supplies we would need for tile work and placed the order. Our project manager neglected to tell us prior to ordering that we did not need the thin set but Alyssa assured me that anything that wasn't needed could be returned. I wasn't able to speak to the project manager until the following day and it turns out the thin set was not needed, so I was able to have the order adjusted prior to pick up by our project manager. Alyssa knows her stuff for sure! I asked her honest opinion on grout color choices and she led me in the right direction! We are very thankful for all of her help and guidance and expertise through this journey. When we return to the store for future purchases, we will remember Alyssa for sure. To cancel the thin set from the order prior to pick up, I called this afternoon and spoke with Aidan and Aidan was able to process the return before our pick up and issue a credit to our account. We appreciate both Alyssa and Aiden for their knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction. The Clemens family.

I responded by saying hello and thank you. As usual, the store has so much to browse on, I always start from the left to the right working my way around. That's just to see everything they have to offer. The T-shirt wall is a favorite, there's always something funny to make you laugh. I picked up a couple bundle packages of socks, a couple slime lickers (kiddo's favorite) as I made my way towards the register. Once there, I assume the same female person who greeted me, was now telling me " I need you to stand by the batteries honey!" Like I was standing in the wrong place. I was actually looking to see if the self service registers were available. The clerk was the only person assisting and her current customer was having a payment issue I believe. Meanwhile, a few other customers have now added to the line. The clerk didn't ask for anyone else to come help her, though she didn't seem bothered. The 2 young ladies at the register where doing separate transactions and the clerk was asking for her email to receive a discount. Now, I do get it.. companies want to have a way to increase their profits by sending messages or communications to shoppers. But your line is growing. You're asking for emails, then if you want to purchase a 35 cent reusable bag... the process has turned into an interview at this point. Before they were delivered, we went back several times to look at our trees to make sure they weren't too large for our yard. Our original salesman was no longer working there, and that's when we met Houghton, who just happened to be around. We explained our concerns about the size of the trees, giving him the measurements of our yard space. He confirmed that they would fit. I was still anxious but went with his expertise. Once we got home, Houghton called us and asked if we would like him to come over and check out the yard personally. (I had thought about asking him but felt foolish. He knew I still had doubts). He came to our home and confirmed that they would fit perfectly. The trees were just delivered and planted. (Side note... the trees delivered were the wrong ones. One call to Houghton (it was his day off), and within no time, we had the correct ones delivered.) I cannot say enough about Houghton. He wasn't even the salesman we purchased the trees from, but his customer service, professionalism and personal concern for our perfect experience, went above and beyond! I strongly recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing trees from Moon Nursery.
