If you're not using the app, you're missing out. I stacked a few extra deals and saved even more, which made the trip even better. I also like that there's a Sephora inside. It's not as big as a standalone Sephora, but they still carry a solid variety of popular products... enough to grab your essentials or try something new without making another stop. Customer service was great all around. Employees were friendly, helpful, and everything moved quickly at checkout. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop, which always makes a difference. Overall, a really good shopping experience with great value. Definitely a good day to shop if you're looking to save some money!

Kyle at the Counter was really nice. Also had the self-checkouts there. Dressing room in Mens, no stool or bench in there. Grumpy woman tending to the dressing room. Just adding to our belief that if you do not like people, do not get a job in customer service. You are just spreading negativity. Sorry, just being real. The store was clean. The clearance shoes/ womens was a tight squeeze. Very very narrow. At least the area was organized. We have visited a few other times and this store has a good amount of red star clearance.

The store was clean, the shelves were perfect, and the aisles were wide enough for the carts. It was a really good experience and I recommend this store. It's convenient and reliable for the basics, but if you're looking for a specific specialty item...like I was....you may want to check inventory ahead of time or visit during slower hours. Unfortunately, they didn't have the item I came for, but the experience was still positive.

Everything was clean and well lit. I ended up walking around for 45 minutes just strolling through aisles and looking at all the new merch and new grocery foods they now carry. However, I was there to return something I bought that was the wrong size. To my surprise, the customer service area was dark and no one was there. No sign was posted indicating hours and oh my goodness, it is a 24-hour store. I flagged a worker down who said they closed customer service because "everyone called in sick". It was 4pm. And then, reluctantly, because I was the only one there and looked confused, she said she would help me. Don't get me wrong, I was grateful to get the return processed. And as she was helping me, three more customers lined up. My recommendation, if staff is truly that low, please give the customer an alternative--go to the register and they will process the return. Also, the self check out registers were all closed. I love the new layout and displays, but Walmart, please allow your management staff the flexibility to change a process when something like this happens.

Great deals: consistently low prices compared to other retail chains--perfect for bargain shoppers. Huge selection: clothes, home goods, pet accessories--it's easy to find unexpected treasures. Customer service is hit-or-miss: some experiences are rushed or indifferent, and employees are under pressure to move quickly. Long checkout and fitting room waits: lines build up fast -- only a couple of cashiers or dressing rooms open on busy days. Receipt-check annoyance: security/staff often double-check receipts, leaving some customers feeling frustrated, especially since they literally watch you be checked out. If you enjoy a treasure-hunt shopping vibe and can tolerate a bit of chaos during peak hours, this Ross delivers solid prices and selection. One of the aisles was mostly blocked while an employee was stocking shelves and talking with another employee. I politely said "excuse me" before passing through, and the employee immediately seemed upset and told me "what's your problem, just go around" because she was working. I responded that we were shopping, and the interaction escalated from there. What bothered me most was being called "entitled" in front of my child. The situation became uncomfortable enough that we left the store without purchasing anything, and my daughter was very disappointed. I later found out the employee involved was the store manager, named DAL which honestly made the experience even more disappointing.
