This Dollar Tree is by far the worst one I've been to. It honestly looks like they're trying to shut it down. The shelves were practically empty, no hot glue, no poster boards, nothing I needed for my project. The Halloween section was basically just candy. Even the greeting cards were terrible! Majority felt like construction paper. Every aisle was dirty and half the store looked abandoned. I grabbed a few items that had red dots on them only to find out they were $1.50, not $1.25. At this point, they really need to change the name to "Dollar Twenty-Five and Up Tree." Definitely won't be coming back to this location. read more

Batteries Marked at $1.25 but charged $2.60 with tax. Started to charge $3+ for first battery. Instead of purchasing it, I went back for the $1.25 battery. I was trying to separate me and a customers items because it was close to mines and i tried to grab a divider and she ripped it out my hands. I always love this place! I can always find everything I need. Service is always great and the staff are so nice and helpful. Even if you are in a "long" line, it goes by fast. I noticed that they now have things that are $3 and $5. Only tip I have is to make sure to LOOK at the prices because you could easily mistake a product as being $1 when in fact it is $3 or $5. The cashiers are always so nice and helpful! They greet you and have small talk! The store is always clean and organized! Value is great and also many choices are available! Although the store is well stocked, plenty of items to shop for unfortunately my store visit was very unpleasant. I am recently new to the area from Henderson and wanted to shop today I came into the store. There were no baskets. I asked the team members if there are any baskets available, one of the employees who stood out with Donna, she was extremely rude and said if you don't see any, there aren't any hair, there was a basket in the front of a counter, and I proceeded to remove some of the items out. She then turned around and yelled and said those are our go backs and management will get mad if you use it. I then stated to her well as a guestY I would assume that management will want anyone to shop considering that your salary is paid. Needless to say Donna is extremely irate and very moody. I'm not sure if she's overworked or underpaid, but Donna when you have guests come into the store it is your duty to be polite and welcoming as this is how you feed your family by no means am I angry customer are rude. I just like to be treated how I treat others because of Donna I'm most likely will not be visiting this location and will be telling friends and families to not do so as well. read more

What an absolute garbage experience I had today July 6th, 2019 at noon at this Dollar Tree location. I took an hour lunch to simply purchase around $40 of product for my daughters sweet 16 birthday. First, upon walking into the store, I noticed how horrifically messy this location was and I was also concerned to see only one male cashier with an incredibly long line. Then, I went and got the items for my daughters bday. I had over $30 worth of party supplies that I had to rummage through the piles of trash (the way the store looked, simply heaps and heaps of mess) to find and arrived at the balloons feeling good and calm at 12:21pm. After waiting 15min at the station the now second cashier, that had showed up while I was getting my cart filled, told me to, the "manager" came out of the double window room (where she saw me standing for 15min) and told me if you want to buy balloons you must get inline. I said I apologize but that young lady told me to stand here and she said as rudely as I've been spoken to, that she was going to have to help me then. The nightmarish customer service continued as "the manager" decided to not assist me, opened up a new line and started checking out customers who were grabbing their things and coming to the line and she completely ignored me. I walked out at 12:51 because I simply had to get back to work, I could wait no more, please keep in mind I stood, waiting by the balloons for 30min, before I left. The manager didn't wear a name tag (I tried to look) I will notify corporate though because as a business owner, if any of my employees treated my customers as horribly as this "manager" and her incompetent cashier treated me, I'd need to know. As mentioned earlier, these items were for a sweet 16 and I hope that the employees know their incompetence cost me time with my daughter on this special day. Items, buying things, I can do that anywhere, wasting my time on my daughters birthday, that's what elicited this review and a warning to any that read this: AVOID this location at all costs! The manager is the lowest level of incompetence and her store reflects that. read more

This new Dollar Tree is the cat's meow when it comes to dollar stores in Vegas! This is a new store to the neighborhood and I am excited it is here. Dollar Tree's are already nice dollar stores, but this one is really nice. The aisles are wide and you have room to look around. The merchandise is well organized and easy to see and find what you are looking for. The store itself is really clean and looks great. Many dollar stores look grimy, but not this one! The store is well stocked, but stocked without being messy. Good job Dollar Tree! Now this store sells almost everything. I'll be honest, I don't go for everyday shopping, but I do like this store for several items. I think the best stuff they have is the party supply aisle. They have all sorts of decorations, invites, party handouts, balloons, and other fun party stuff for super cheap and good quality. I have seen the same exact stuff at Party City for double the price. If you are throwing a party, from baby showers, bridal showers, little kid birthdays, or even a luau, check this store out for your decorations. You will definitely save some $$$! So this is an awesome dollar store and one you won't feel yucky in. It is a nice change to many of these types of stores in Vegas. read more

Typical Dollar Store. Very large selection of cards, balloons, party stuff. I love the randomness of the selection. I was able to walk through the entire store without a single word from any employee. :/ We found two things, but decided to wait and go to one that has friendlier people. Fine store, HORRENDOUS WOMAN ON STAFF!! My husband and I went the night before Mother's Day to get my mom a balloon (last minute so it wouldn't deflate). Before we even got to the sidewalk, this employee (older woman) came running to the doors raising her voice at us saying they were closed. I politely said "oh, online it says you close at 10, sorry!" We turned to walk away and she immediately replied "NO!! WE ARE CLOSED!" And I said "that's fine...I just thought you should know that's what it says online." Before I could even finish my sentence, she shut the doors and locked them. I literally could not believe how incredibly rude she was. I get that you're busy and probably had a long day, but I did nothing to you and you were disgusting. BTW, when we got back to our car....it was only 8:57pm. She could have let us get a dumb balloon. She locked the doors before they were technically closed. I wish I knew her name because I'm not the type to leave a bad review, but I just couldn't believe how snippy she was! read more

Not all Dollar Trees are alike. Oh, they're all $1 for everything. But this one seemed smaller, dimmer, and dirtier. But I was able to get a beautiful birthday card from their more recent addition of cards for a buck, alongside their usual 50 cent choices. And summer is officially on its way. Pool noodles are back. Yay! I don't have a pool. I don't even swim in deep water. So why do I need pool noodles? Cut them to fit and they make great boot trees! Good dollar tree. They have a lot to choose from, I like that they have some frozen foods. There is always pretzels, ice cream or other things we like. There pet section is pretty nice too. My dog loves the rope toys. read more

Ok so I leave both great comments and bad comments on yelp... unfortunately this is a bad one. I went to this store worth my 11 month old son after breakfast around 11am on a Tuesday. Got the stuff I wanted and needed to use the restroom (like I want going to make it to another place) haha. It was the grossest bathroom I've ever seen! It literally had 5 toilet paper holders and not 1 had toilet paper. The floor was covered in trash and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months if ever! I get that it's a dollar store and expectations are not all that high but come on! Have some pride in your store! I asked to speak to a manager and she poked her head out of the office clearly speaking on the phone using an ear piece. I asked her if she was going to stay on the phone and she said "yes"... so I told her my complaint about the bathroom and she said "ok ya" and shut the door. Great people skills! Upper management needs to take a look at their staff because judging from the other reviews I read about this place customer service is non existent. read more

Through no fault of the staff here at this store, I can't give the place a very good review. In fact, the staff is excellent. They are all friendly and capable, competently going about their daily duties. But the store is just not stocked the way some other Dollar Tree stores are. Go down the candy aisle and you'll see very little selection. The same in other areas. Also, books are almost never sent to this location. They have the same five or six tired old books sitting on the shelf week after week, with no new stock ever arriving. This is just not one of the better Dollar Tree stores. read more

I have been to a few different dollar trees around town and was never really looking forward to actually go inside - I mean what do you really expect, it's a dollar store. But this one surprised me a lot! It's a very spacious and large dollar tree that was actually clean and organized and you really didn't mind to just stroll around and look for the stuff you need. Now I have to say that I generally admire the persistency of the staff always saying their "welcome to dollar tree" when you enter the store. But in this one they even took the time to actually show you where things were when you asked and made sure you were finding everything ok. They even opened another register because the two ladies in front of me had two full carts and I would have probably had to wait a few minutes! And we know we all appreciate that anytime. This put the dollar store feeling to a whole new level! read more

So 3 minutes ago, I went with my son to get some batteries. My son found a ball not in the right area. Doing what children do he picked up the ball. I told my son to put the ball down. My son asked me can he put the ball where it goes. I allow this because I teach my children to clean up after themselves. I also teach my children that helping others is a great characteristic to have. Doing what a six-year-old boy does, he begins the tosses the ball in the air not too high, less than a minute of having this ball in his hands, he caught the ball wrong & the ball bounces away from him. As he's going to retrieve the ball that barely made it past two aisles, a grouchy sounding unstable creature (for lack of nicer term), announced over the overhead attention Dollar Tree shoppers, keep your children with you and don't let them throw balls in the store. Are you kidding me? I would totally understand if it was doing any real damage like knocking things over or getting in people's way. But this literally happened in less than a minute and a half. I'm in disbelief, it's sad really. I thought I was overreacting it first, feeling this flithy store doesn't deserve my $1.08, but another shopper noticed what just happened and said I can't believe how childish that employee is. She said I'm not buying anything from here and left the store following right behind my son and I. Not saying that my son should have been bouncing the ball in his hands, but that's not how the employee should have addressed this. read more

Nice store in a nice area. Everything was 99 cents as promised. Did not see anything that was over 99cents. The staff were knowledgeable with their items and was kind enough to hand me a cart while I was shopping because I mentioned that my son was heavy( he didn't have to). The store bad generic AND name brand items. Was worth the trip. I bought statwars gift wrap Arizona tea( the big jug that usually costs like 2-3 dollars). I give it a four star for fast friendly and most of the part clean. I recommend this store most def. read more
