We came here after visiting Downtown Summerlin this past sunday, on Mother's Day. Hope all you moms had a nice day! I'm not always looking for clothing, but I wanted some separates for work- something that would go with skirts and shorts, so I tried on six items. I found three here! Only checked out the short sleeve tops and the clearance tops. I also checked out the bags- nothing dazzled here, luggage, the beauty department- the clearance was very small and the shoes- the selection of shoes in size 6.5 is terrible. I usually check out the food too, but I forgot to check it out. I was actually happy about finding three tops, all three different brands, Nicole Miller, C & C. Two were solid colors, and one printed leaves one, a kind of tropical looking print, which was linen. The fit was very important, the comfortable feeling fabric, and the overall quality was also important. read more

As we entered the store, a young lady, wearing a mask & gloves, brought a cart over, saying she had cleaned it. Which I liked. The store was clean & bright with wide aisles. Signage on the floor clearly indicated the direction of travel, to help with the virus protocol. The shelves were pretty well organized & they had a wide selection of clothing on display. After meandering through the store, we ended up buying a few items. Checkout was slow, only two registers were open & the line was fairly long. read more

This used to be my favorite Marshals. Not anymore. The selection and service is just not there like it used to be. Their shoe selection used to be quite large, organized and easily viewable at shoulder level, displayed shoe with the sized boxes below. Now it's less rows, higher racks separated by size, no boxes, making it less easy to view or find your size. The purse selection does not seem as varied or designer as it once was. This past week alone I had two issues with customer service. Management does not care about a customer's time or seem to make the best decisions to keep them coming back. As far as selection and quality goes I think the better option has become TJ Maxx Homegoods, which is just an exit away. This Marshals' location is starting to look like a Ross. read more

It's usually not that busy at this location. The prices used to be a lot better. I always go mainly in the beauty area, there used to be a girl working with lots of tattoos, she was always so helpful and friendly, I haven't seen her in awhile. I'm tired of being asked about the credit card over and over again. 5% is really not much to me for saving. read more

The Marshall's Department Store in Summerlin (on Charleston Blvd.) is clean, well lighted, has ample parking, with adequate merchandise. There are a few bare spots on the shelves, but we can overlook this considering it's January 6, just after Christmas and New Year's. The store is extraordinarily pandemic friendly, with multiple employees at the front entrance with masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. If anyone has read my quick review, please note that all employees at Marshall's wear gloves, which I mistakingly didn't enter correctly on the questionnaire. The floor personnel is inadequate, but those working are wearing gloves while straightening up stock. When I got to the checkout area, there were a dozen people in line. There were only two cashiers, and one was so slow that she appeared as if she had two speeds, slow and stop. Three other cashiers were fiddling about not doing much of anything other than giggling amongst each other. After 10 minutes of waiting one of the cashiers walked away and left only one person to deal with the ten remaining people in line. After another five minutes or so, I left the line and walked out without making a purchase. Still, nine people remained in the line; this is not what I would consider good customer service or good business practice. read more

I shop here approximately once every other month. I'm mostly interested in cookware, bakeware and other household items. It's hit and miss based on what I'm looking for or if I just happen to find something interesting enough to purchase. It's been consistently well organized and clean. Typically busy when I've gone there and check out time is reasonable (sometimes a line especially during Holidays). It's A-ok in a good way. read more

I just moved to Vegas from California and this is Absolutely most AH-mazing Marshall's I've ever been in! Are you kidding right now about the Designer Brands?! Just the shoe Dept alone: Michael Kors, Coach, Kate Spade, Steve Madden, Calvin Klein and every Italian designer you can think of--it's insane!! They even have even better brands behind the counter! The cashier showed me a $3000 Yves St. Laurent handbag--WOW!! She told me that their store and the Marshall's on the Strip probably get the most high-end merchandise in the co-No doubt! I read in a magazine that French women go to the store with a purpose and a plan, and that American women shop spontaneously...well that's because French women probably have smaller closets?! This is the store to frequent if you're a Marshalls regular. Location, location, location. You won't find items strewn about like at some Marshall's who shall remain nameless. I've not been too excited about the selection recently but there are still great buys to be found, try the designer selection handbags or clearance lingerie! They seem to have more clearance items in multiple departments recently also. If you wear a size 11 shoe womens or higher, Marshalls is one of the few places I've seen thsese sizes. read more

Marshalls offers some designer brands at discount prices. These brands can be factory seconds, past seasons, or just an overproduced piece. Marshalls also offers shoes and house/kitchen/bedroom products at discounted prices as well. They even have competitive discounts on small electronics (ex. headphones, iPhone cases) and even coffee. This Marshalls located in the Canyon Pointe shopping district is smaller than most other locations in town. I felt somewhat crammed for space as I made my way through most of the store. The selection was exactly the same as all other locations. I would even go as far as saying the selection was lacking in comparison. However, the store was well-kept and clean. I bought an electronic device from this place. Brought it home, used it without having to charge it. When the battery died, I plugged it in to charge, and guess what?? It would not charge. I tried returning it but lost the receipt. They would not allow a return because it was over $200???? They didn't even try to look up the purchase with my debit card. Said they couldn't give store credit all because of the amount. Did I mention the price tag with their name on it was still on the box? I don't get it. read more

This Particular Marshall's is not like the rest. It has name brands that you won't find at other marshals, with the exception of the one on Las Vegas Blvd. but let's be real, what local wants to go to Las Vegas Blvd to shop unless they absolutely have to. It's clean, not overly cluttered so easier to shop the racks, and lots of home items. I found a set of 8 Kate Space dishes for $7 a piece normal $25. They have slot of great gift items as well. Any easy place to pop in and out of if you need to find a gift last minute. read more

Marshalls I love you. It is impossible to not find a bunch of awesome rare items here. Need a dog t shirt? Dog bed? Rainbow colored rug? Pack of 10 nail polishes? Yoga mats? Treats, chocolates, coffee? You got it here! Not only are the employees super-duper nice but so are the shoppers! I once had a lady follow me around giving me advice on what looked nice on me. Overall there is a lot of cool people and stuff here and everything is priced very fair. Some of the dog toys I found here are so unusual. A duck that looks and quacks like a duck. Five bucks. I could swear I've written reviews for Marshall's in the past. Well, maybe it was a different branch. On my way to Red Rock for my freebie weekend prize (yeah, right, as long as I spend at least $5), I stopped at Marshall's to pick up a yoga mat. They had a decent selection ranging in price from $10-15, based on thickness. And while I was there, who could resist a pair of Sam Edelman shortie boots, especially since they had fringes and were reduced by a 1/3? And a recycled glass holder for $4, for the bamboo plant I'm desperately trying to salvage with rocks and water? Prices aren't often cheap. The upscale $100+ handbags are now tethered with cords that you can pull out to check out the bag, along with a button to press if you want a salesperson to release it so you can buy it. A neat system to prevent theft, it will work fine as long as there are sufficient employees on the floor to help. Though I didn't need an expensive handbag, I was surprised and pleased to see that there were more salespeople visible and walking around than Macy's, Kohl's Sears and Ross combined. But that would be an easy record to beat, since those stores no longer seem to remember that concept. The one thing that really pissed me off was the inability to take the cart out of the store. It locks as soon as you push it through the first set of exit doors. A salesperson said that this is Clark County regulations. Really????? How come BB&B and Ross - and all supermarkets - have their carts lined up outside the stores or in the parking lots? This is a major inconvenience for anyone with a full wagon, seniors, or the handicapped. Just on principle I may insist on someone carrying my packages to my car next time I shop here. Large and well-stocked and yet I can't say I'm a huge fan of this Marshall's. On the few times I've visited, the shopping experience is hit or miss. I have yet to find anything I actually want to purchase here, but like most Marshall's location their selection is eclectic and relatively inexpensive, carrying some of the higher end brands compared to their competitors. read more

9 times out of 10 I walk out of this store buying something, that's probably the reason why my husband hates it when I want to go here lol Their shelves are always fully stocked, I can (almost) always find my size, and the wait while you're in line is not a painful process... This one has good stock, but it's a bit messy. I've been a few times and it just has stuff on the floor at the end of the night. They overstock the shelves which makes it hard to even browse womens clothing, but it may payoff with finding a nice treasure. The accessories, purses and shoes, are particularly noteworthy. Lots more designer purses at great prices. I find more housewares type items about equal in all the Marshalls. Customer service is just okay here. They seem understaffed at times since it seems there is always a wait at the register with only one or two (somehow often slow) people checking people out. Good stuff, but someplace where you need time and patience for the deal. read more

I've never been a big Marshall's fan until my boss' wife kept coming in with cute purses. I asked her where and she said Marshall's. I was on the hunt for this one Nicole Lee handbag...unfortunately I was unable to find it. Luckily for me, my boss' wife ended up seeing it again at a different Marshall's. I ended up getting the bag for 40 bucks! They have a lot of cute purses and shoes. I didn't pay attention to the clothes, but you might have to do a bit of digging in order to find what you are looking for. read more

Ever since I started earning my own $$$, cheap, high quality clothes has been on my new search list--and Marshalls has made the cut!! Clothes do range in price depending on the brand, but most stay under a budget of $20! Summerlin Marshalls is actually my favorite out of all the ones in town. They offer the best and cutest and most updated products! Plus, they don't sell just clothes either--shoes, perfume, luggage, bags..even candy!! They have a wide variety of items, you just have to keep both eyes open ;) Also, Marshalls does have a rewards and a credit card program. The only issue I have with shopping here is that it can get really unorganized and confusing I love Marshalls so much, all of their clothes are basically in my closet! read more

One of the larger and nicer Marshall's stores I've been to and possibly the cleanest one in town. They offer name brand and designer clothing at pricing much below standard retail and I love shopping here because there are usually good deals to be found, especially in the clearance section if you can find your size. Notable features of this store include a large shoe and home selection, as well as plenty of cell phone accessories, and in the men's section there are a decent selection of suits, dress shirts and ties. There was a pretty decent line going at the register when I walked in but it was gone by the time I was ready to check out, so the employees here are pretty efficient. We used to live in the area and now occassionally stop by whenever we're in the area because of the variety of items and size of store here compared to other locations. read more
