I came to buy 1 item to get cash back, to tip the barbershop . the MANAGER ROXANNA has no idea what customer service is, I don't know who even hired people like this. She yelled at me saying I cannot get cash back because they didn't had the cash. (This was after she charged me) very disrespectful said , we are not a bank! Worst store manager, extremely IGNORANT. Almost forgot to drop by last night. And this store was on the way, from all of our errands- Bank, Dutch Bros, Smith's, Burlington, TJ Maxx/Home Goods, the Library. We found a bunch of items, which were hard to find, 72 count wipes for sensitive skin, Bite Buddy Venom Tool, Black Picture Frame, 5 x 7, Teat Tree Face Wash, all of those items were $1.25 each. I had been to Dollar Tree in the past, so I found the nearest one by using my Yelp app. The prices seem reasonable and the service is usually efficient! I not only found artificial flowers, but I also found reading glasses, and seasonal items for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, and even Easter! I got some Easter table covers, a Peeps blanket, and a Valentine's teddy bear decoration! I bought enough to fit my luggage! Haha! I feel prepared now! read more

Came by here an hour before closing, and no customers were in the store other than half dozen of staff members. They were mostly standing around and some actually were stocking up the store. I asked one of the managers about a price on an item and she was obviously not too busy to talk to her colleagues. I expect more from a manager and from this account don't recommend if you need help looking for a particular item or pricing. Very lazy staff. read more

As we were walking in a woman was walking out, she said the store was very empty and dirty, she'd never shop there again. We went in anyway, omg ... I was in shock to see how filthy the store is, they haven't cleaned those floors in months , trash everywhere , bare shelves , they spread stuff around to make it look full. This is my favorite dollar store.. mainly because everything is really $1 or under.. unlike the 99 cents store. The store is clean and I mainly shop for seasonal decor like fall, Easter, Halloween, July 4th. I also like getting greeting cards and gift bags, no one beats their price. They also carry helium balloons for different occasions, so much cheaper than getting it at other grocery stores or party city. The only problem is long check out lines.. wish they had more staff for checkout. read more

All good things come to an end... This used to be my favorite location however when attempting to shop there 06/26/24, I left empty handed and went to Walmart instead. The only coffee was now $5, along with several other items I usually got for 1.25 were now either $3, $5 or the isle were bare. So many bare isles as the store removed a majority of the 1.25 items to make way for only higher priced off brand junk. In addition a male store employee who was not paying attention backed into me and gave me a dirty look- even though he was at fault. I still said pardon but apparently he wasn't taught manners. I guess the wonderful days of getting necessities at a discount are gone. Too bad 99 cent store closed too because now many people have no options. It's just a pity. read more

Went to shop at the dollar tree to shop but realized after I got there I had to use the restroom. Asked a worker who was stocking the freezer for a key I think his name was James very polite and nice man. He told me I could get the key from the registers so I proceeded to go asked for the key there. A lady I think her name was Brittney she was African American and there is a reason I'm saying this. Anyway she was very mean rude unpleasant all of the above, well anyway she told me no I couldn't use the restroom there to go across the way to a restaurant called freeze or something like that. Anyway I said well the manager always lets me use the restroom and I told her that but she did care. I told her I had a medical condition and needed to use it but she said she did care she said she was the manager and that was that. I was very nice said ok and was in awe about what just happened. Very upset so I called the store and reported her and want her name to call corporate. The manager that answered the phone was very professional opps forgot her name sorry. But what a pleasure to take to her that said she was going to talk to her because it was not right. I thanked her and told her I'm a very nice person I'm not a Karen to complain about something like this. She said by talking to me she could tell. That day I went to another dollar tree and it was a very pleasant shopping experience. The manager there was very nice and I tlod her what just happened and she the one that said that not right and I should report it because if it happened to me who else has Brittney done pthis too. I felt like Brittney was pulling a race card on me because I'm white. If she was busy she could have politely said can you wait a few while I finish up with a customer but none of that happened and she really has no excuse for her actions if she is a store manager bottom line. read more

The manager, however, has no personality and acts like she is either doing you a favor by answering a question or could care less about the people who shop there. For a DT, this location looks still new, clean and has the standard great selection of budget friendly fun items. Lines went smoothly. Noted is that the patrons, parking and general area feels clean and safe this visit. Other locations can be a little more seedy or messy. read more

Many things can be found at Dollar Tree.  My recent discount adventure was for some baking items.  Pretty much got what I was looking for and more.  Betty Crocker kitchen utensils are sold here.  Each product came with a recipe on the cardboard attached to it - bonus!  Was able to get both a cookie tray and oven safe parchment paper that comes in 10 sheets.  And then, upon browsing they have a cute section for garden items.  In memory of one of my late my best friend, I got some chimes for my balcony: a pink flower and purple butterfly (her favorite colors). This is one of the ideal places I hit up during the holidays for gift boxes, gift tissue and tags, ribbons, tape, wrappers, gift bags.  People should learn too, all that party or picnic stuff you end up tossing in the trash; just get em here.  The table covers, plastic utensils, plates, napkins, party hats and favors.  It'll all soon turn into junk so buy affordable.  They've got cute designs and colors. read more

Great place for seasonal decor for just about any season or holiday. They also have just about anything else as well and for a dollar an item, you can't beat that. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. We've gotten party supplies, simple toiletries and school supplies from here and it's easier than having to go to larger store like Walmart. The quality of some products are questionable but it's a dollar so you get what you pay for. read more

What a joke this location is. It's small aisles and annoying carts with 15ft PVC piping poles on them. I had 4 items I wanted and got in the line. People were trying to get in line any which way because "social distancing" has gotten people confused. The lady 2 ahead of me literally had 100+ items - they called for back up AFTER they were finished with her and AFTER people realized there were 2 lines for the open registers and not one. And the girl at the registered called everyone "Hun" - it's not endearing, it's annoying. Don't call me hun or babe. I only went here because it's next door to my gym and I thought it would be a quick 5 minutes -- took 20minutes. The manager was needed up front and she just left afterwards yelling up to call for backup...why didn't YOU JUST HELP!?! Go to another Dollar Tree - or 99¢ store if possible. I love this place! I often forget to check in, but I can say I go here several times a month. Everything in the store is $1.00 or less. So it's a very affordable place to buy things for many occasions! They carry a wide variety of products. It's a great place for college kids or bachelors to shop. Because they have gardening items, dishes, silverware, glassware, kitchen gadgets, holiday decorations for all seasons, greeting cards, wrapping material, tools, toys, cleaning material, food, herbs and spices, canned products, and anything else you're looking for! I buy a lot of my herbs and spices there, and I also stop by for things I need for work. The staff is always very helpful, and friendly. They make the shopping experience much more enjoyable. The store is always very clean and organized! I can spend an hour walking through the store! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. read more

So much for threes a crowd. There are twenty people in line and one check out going. Woman checking out says no one in the building besides her can ring. So we are all stuck on Née Years Eve having to wait for the lone checkout person. I've been in this store numerous times and the checkout people are always nice and friendly. This dollar tree is really good with some nice inventory. It was well stocked on a Saturday morning but it sure was busy. I was lucky to be able to go in and get out but behind me in line were 8 people in the only open lane. I would not have been happy if I was the last person in that line. I would've given this place a lower rating due to understaffing but it was so nice inside that I can ignore it. They had a really great selection of kitchen items and decoration/party supplies that I just had a great time while here. The price really is amazing for what you get. I ended up picking streamers, party bags, tissue paper, kitchen towels, sink cleaner and other random things all of which were easy to find in this store. Great spot and well kept. read more

A good sized Dollar Tree with a somewhat vast inventory of products If you go to DT like I do - to buy candy and search for things to repurpose through DIY, I have found most of what I need here. Seasonal products are also aplenty and the store is clean, clear and the layout makes it easy to navigate. The only issue I've found is that despite the large selection of balloons available to choose from, they don't have a massive amount actually available for purchase, which can lead to a sometimes deflated customer (pun intended!). I witnessed a cashier get abused today and get called racial slurs while management did not defend the cashier who was verbally abused. Honestly it's disappointing to see that a worker like this person is going through a hell of a time to even make a living during this pandemic that they must deal with those who can not respect these workers and not receive proper support. Whoever that cashier was I hope they are okay. They really need to remove that manager for poor care towards their staff. Let's specify further: I saw and heard the couple call the cashier a slur in front of the manager, who did nothing mind you, and allowed the cashier to be verbally abused. She seemed more concerned about the couple buying their items rather than the safety of the cashier. I also witnessed the couple hurting the cashier's hand while they laughed about it. read more

I love Dollar Tree and this is a particularly good location with plenty of selection and organized shelves. On this particular shopping trip, I was looking for decorations and other items for a baby shower I am hosting for a friend. I was able to find all sorts of paper plates, plastic silverware, decorations, gift bags, prizes, candy and serving platters. They have all the same stuff you'd find at any other Dollar Tree, but I found the inventory and cleanliness to make my shopping trip more enjoyable and conclave owner than usual. read more

With all the new changes in the stores you guys need to learn how to properly check people out. Stood in line for over 15 minutes because three of your employees were standing around. Finally get to the front of the line and another cashier decided to open and what does she do? She just flickers her light and does a wave, but DIDNT CALL FOR THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE!! And what do you know? The man standing behind me rudely cuts in front of me and doesn't even bother offering me to go first. PLEASE train your cashiers to call for the next person or grab the next person in line so this doesn't happen again. It literally takes three seconds of training. read more

Unfortunately, this place delivered what I can only explain as a bizarre checkout experience...The person ahead of me had many items but apparently not the cash to purchase them (except one). So I was drawn into some weird register malfunction explanation which I did not care to be a part of. Talk about messed up customer service. If you open another register then proper retail associate etiquette says you take the next person in line and move everyone else over to the new register keeping the same order. This is where I go to get a nice birthday card for fifty cents - and wind up spending $15 bucks! What an array of things you never thought you needed, don't really need at all, but end up buying because, hey, it's just a dollar. Why pay Walmart's exorbitant prices :) for things like flashcards, kindergarten alphabet and math practice books, manila mailing envelopes, candle holders, no-name food, and holiday junk? Confession: I just sold a bud vase on EBay I bought a couple of years ago at Dollar Tree, and reaped a 100% profit. While you can find pretty much the same stock at all Dollar Tree branches coast to coast, some are better than others. Example: a few that take credit cards don't accept MasterCard, just Visa. Why? I have no clue. All DTs are corporate-owned, so it makes no sense. And I've just noticed that the greeting cards now have two price points: there's a new collection of classier cards that cost a buck each. My main gripe with Dollar Tree is that 99.999% of all merchandise is Made in China. I think it used to be 100%, until the toothpaste scandal hit. Now toothpaste may be the ONLY thing that isn't. But I think it's made in Canada ;) read more

Love the things I find here. You def can shop here for anything on a budget. I can make you a cake, progresso dinner, decorate your place for a party, read a book and give you your birthday card all from this place. One stop, all for your needs things. Most are great find but others are cheap, break easily. On the positive I've found things I love here that are great snacks for my toddler who seems to always be hungry. Off the top of my head I will mention stuff; Books, cards, t.p, plates, silverware, frozen foods, soups, toys, Christmas stocking stuffers, candy galore, drinks, sunglasses, wipes, hair supplies, tools, locks, gift bags for every occasion, cleaning supplies, etc etc. boom! Wow, I've never been to such a friendly dollar store before! They actually greet you on the way in! After stopping at the dollar tree in the shopping center off S Rainbow, and the 99 cent store there as well, my girlfriend and I were desperate for a better place. Those two were just disgusting, like gross enough to not want to shop there. This one on the other hand, was bigger than the other dollar tree, and a heck of a lot cleaner and more organized. It was easy to see why too! There were tons of employees, and every single one was super friendly and offering help. The selection was also fantastic. We found everything we wanted and even some more (inevitable when things cost a dollar). The kicker was that when we got to the line, there were about 4 people that were lined up at the one open register... They immediately opened a second register, and took us right away. This place is run really well, has great employees, and has all the selection I could want from a dollar store. Only one I'm going to from now on! read more

I frequent a lot of Dollar Tree stores around Vegas and this one is the road less traveled, despite being only minutes from home. It's pretty cool. The upkeep of the store is pretty good. Never messy and very organized. The only downside to this location is that it seems they never get anything new. When I visit other locations, I always come across something new and different. When I come here, it's the same stuff. I tend to come to this one if I am on a mission, know exactly what I want and remember seeing it there once upon a time. But, in it's defense, I can say that I went today for a picture frame, walked out with about $15 worth of stuff! read more

I like this store. I shop here pretty regularly. I always check out the books first, sometimes find a treasure. Food items are what you would expect from a dollar store. But among the junk food there can be found some surprisingly high quality products. Back on the east coast, where I came from, there were a number of dollar stores to choose from. I was surprised to find that, in Vegas, there seems to be only Dollar Tree. But then, there's really no need for more. Dollar Tree meets all your dollar store needs. It's all there. This particular Dollar Tree is a nice example of the chain-store overall. While all the stores are essentially the same, not all are as well kept. This location is well stocked and always clean. Shop til you drop!! LOL! Sooo my son and I love to go here because theres sooo many treasures you can find for a buck! His favorites are the cheap, gonna break in 2 days, toys! They have a wide variety of children's toys and BOOKS! What I love is that they have a lot of educational flash cards, coloring books, and materials teachers can use!! In addition to toys, books, and personal hygiene crap they also have plate-ware! I dig the clear bowls and square plates and they have them here for one 1$ each!! SCORE!! I bought like 5 of each and they are still going strong!! They have other plates and cups with designs which is rad! I also hit up the cutlery, although not the best itll do for a dollar!! We also just sometimes come here to spend 5$ and just buy fun things, my son enjoys the outing with me : ) The cashier is a Lakers fan(Go Nuggets!!) and whenever I go in we talk about basketball!
