This is one of the best Miniso stores I've visited between Nevada and California. This Miniso located on Spring Mountain Road carries a wide range of merchandise that other Miniso locations don't carry. They also carry exclusive blind boxes that I have not seen in other Miniso locations. They are fully stocked. Excellent service provided by the staff here. As soon as you walk in the premises, they greet you and welcome you. They also check to see if there is anything you need. The store might seem small at first when looking from the outside. Once you walk in, it is a much bigger space. We prefer this Miniso location than the one in Fashion Show Mall as this store has more of a variety of unique merchandise from different properties than the usual Miniso stores carry. Whenever on this side of town will make it a point to stop by here and stock up on our favorite Miniso merch. We've also informed our social circles about this Miniso location. read more

Everything overpriced. I visited during their first month after they opened, and the store was spacious and easy to shop in. When I came back last week, it looked much more cluttered and unorganized, with merchandise filling almost every available space. The aisles were so crowded that you had to squeeze past other shoppers or wait for someone to move before you could get through. It made the shopping experience frustrating. I also think the cramped layout could make it easier for shoplifting to go unnoticed since someone could easily blend into the crowd and sneak items into their bag without drawing much attention. I hope they reorganize the store because it has become difficult to shop comfortably. read more

I love this place. They have so many options so many things for everyone. You can definitely find a lot of hidden little gems. They have a lot of unboxing things of different characters which I am obsessed. They have a ton of plushy's a ton of face mask or shampoo conditioner. They have so much in here. I love love love love it. The only thing is that it's always crowded so keep that in mind. You cannot take beverage inside however they do have a small table where you can leave your beverage while you shop. Service has always been good at the cash register however I believe you have to buy a bag if you need one so keep that in mind. Ask for value I think they're pretty reasonable in pricing for all objects and things. You might even find some good pricing on certain things. It's always nice to walk around and shop. They have things from Mickey Mouse to Sanrio toy story stitch I mean this is a place for everyone. You definitely need to check it out. You will never get bored as they always keep things up-to-date fresh and there's always new things. read more

I walked in, ready to purchase things as I always do in other Miniso locations as my daughter LOVES their items in here...I RARELY come to this Chinatown location. A lady here told my husband to put his drink at a table, by the front door. Ah, NO. I just lost interest to shop there so I simply said thanks, but no thanks and left. I understand rules, but at least say it without the unnecessary attitude. read more

Stopped by MINISO while searching for the NeeDoh squishies after Google recommended checking them out. They didn't have the item we were looking for, but honestly the store itself was super cute and fun to walk through. They had so many collectible items, cute finds, and little things that made us want to keep browsing every aisle. Even though we didn't find the NeeDoh, we still purchased a bag of Peelerz Mango and a Mario stuffy. We still enjoyed stopping by and will definitely come back again to browse more and maybe even buy something. read more

My first time in a Miniso. I took my niece and her friends. There is so much going on in this store! Lots of cool stuff: character items, skin care, plushies, snacks, t-shirts, toys, blind boxes, and more. Everything is extremely organized and stocked in eye catching displays. Some items seemed reasonably priced when some blind boxes were on the high side, IMO. After talking with my niece, she explained that's the going rate for blind boxes. The cashier who rang me up was very friendly and asked if I wanted to sign up for their rewards program, which so did. I ended up buying some Monchhichi stickers because who doesn't like cute Monchhichi items! My nice and her friends all got Wakuku Blind Boxes, $29.99. They did their unveiling right outside the store. They were all very happy with the ones they got. One girl went back in to buy another. Fun store for browsing and buying. read more

Are looking to brighten your day? Aren't we all? Uplifting, cute, and beautiful! This store evokes all that is necessary to surround yourself with beauty. The twins are addicted to these little blind box figures that they sell. At this Miniso you can actually purchase the ones on display. They just replace the one you want with another one. The staff here are so gently and friendly. They treat the guest with kindness and compassion. Many times we have visited here. The store is so busy and offers so many different kinds of things you never knew existed before. Come and get educated about what's happening to buy in the world. They have a new scent line that they are offering here to purchase. The larger bottles are around $15.00. They smell great. They have been created by local artists from the far East and now are available for purchase. They smell great. Come and check it out. Get mesmerized by the cuteness that's coming out and happy that makes life beautiful. Let the love of life enchant you. read more

We're from Southern California and there's no shortage of Miniso around town. For the most part, they all sell same theme and items that are popular at the moment. In this case, it's Power Puff girls as you walk in the entrance. Miniso fashion was new to me. They had lots of sunglasses for $9.99. The only down fall, since it's Vegas and in the heat, this place had a tough time cranking up the AC and it was so hot humid inside. Place was crowded after school with a bunch of teenagers. The aisles were close to each other and it was hard to get a clear path to pass through. Parking lot is atrocious. We drove round and round several times. This plaza has a lot of cute stores. read more

I come to this miniso often to browse and buy gifts for friends as it is located in Shanghai plaza. They have a wide variety of different products from Sanrio to the miniso collabs such as stitch, Harry Potter, and Winnie the Pooh. The prices are average to that of miniso's everywhere. The store can get busy due to it being in a popular plaza. The only complaint I have is that the employees have never been really helpful when I ask questions or ask for help. Some of them have been quite rude and don't have a good attitude to customers. read more

Cuteness overload... What is Miniso? Happy place as it's filled with various goods for every room in your home and personal space including your car which all are the cutest and can brighten your world. This location is located in Chinatown which has transformed into a community with each block is home to various Asian businesses is quite impressive and was delighted to find Miniso on the ground floor of Shanghai Plaza which seems to be the more popular gathering place understandable so with places like Miniso. Shop is quite small which makes it challenging to shop with so many doing so, though is very clean and organized and are filled with every type of characters both asian like BT21, Doraemon to Disney and Sanrio as we all have our favorites it's nice to find a place that has it all. Items for your home, kitchen, car accessories, stationaries and beauty items which I found some hair clips deals some blind boxes are just some of the items found here. Staff does seem to be busy checking out the long lines of customers but are fast and efficient. Thank you! read more

I don't blame it on the specific store . The employees were nice . It's just the fact that they just recently changed their Birthday Gift option . From February of 2025 up until March you were able to get a free gift of up to 25 $ , now you have to spend 40 $ or more to get only 20 % off , how pitiful considering how much money they already make .. read more

Great shop with an assortment of goods from hello kitty, play mobile to Disney items. And yummy snacks

Shopping in Chinatown, Las Vegas, Nevada... I was showing my friends the Shanghai Plaza and saw Miniso. We don't have any of these stores in Hawaii, so I wanted them to check it out. As soon as we entered, I saw the Hello Kitty neck pillows and light pink plastic organizers. Ooh! The plushies, floor mats, house slippers, hand cream, etc. had Sanrio characters on them! I also saw Pikachu, Stitch, Lotso and others... then - I saw Brown, Cony, Sally, and Choco from Line Friends! I NEEDED the Cony diffuser! The cashier said there was an unopened box in the back, but she was so busy with a long line of customers. My friend asked the male sales associate, but he couldn't find it. I decided to stand in line with the display. When I got to the front of the line, the male cashier was going to find the UPC code on the opened Cony diffuser, but the female cashier told him where to find the pink box in the back. He returned with the new Cony diffuser in the box! I was so happy!!! Cony is my favorite Line Friends character! She's the cute white bunny! Watch her on Netflix: "Brown and Friends"! read more

Miniso is such a fun store and I try to visit one in every city I go. This particular location was smaller in size than others and currently moving inventory around and creating a new display for scented diffuser sticks. Things were a little out of place, but they had a good amount of Sanrio items dedicated to Cinnamaroll, My Melody, Pompompurin, and some blind boxes. They had some skin care items, hair accessories, plushies, some Snoopy, Winnie The Pooh, We Bare Bears, Kirby, and Super Mario. If you have not been to a strip mall in Chinatown, be prepared for limited parking. If you visit during peak hours, people will be fighting for a parking spot. read more

Located in one of the new plazas, Miniso sells a lot of adorable items for mainly teens and young adults. So if you want cute items and some interesting snacks this is a place to come by. read more

Went to this store today with my son, as we walked down the isle, a girls mini jewel kit fell off the floor and a sales lady Naomi came to me telling me I need to pay for the jewel kit. Claiming that she saw me touching it and drop it, Literally lying to herself! She claimed my son touched it, she has the nerve to tell me that SHE SAW EVERYTHING WHICH SHE WASNT THERE IN THE FIRST Place. What kind of customer service where the actual associate accused customers, I told her to look at the camera and she literally told me she saw me. Like I said I was with my son, and he knows not to touch girls jewel bags, he is 6. So Naomi proceeded to embarrasses me infront of the customers claiming that I touched the merch & let it fall where I DID NOT! She forced me to pay $15! I'd say be careful who you hire, cuz Naomi is definitely a liability! read more

If you are ever in the Shang hai plaza in China town and you enjoy cuteness overloads check this store out! I almost walked right past it because there isn't much in the front of the store and no real store window advertising anything but once h walk in it's like a squish mellow heaven! I took my sister and mom here and boy did we enjoy looking around at all the cute things. If you love hello kitty and remember Sanrio stores this is what this reminded me of! But there's much more than that it's a mix of K- pop & Japanese vibes and i there were lots of teens and adults enjoying it! Definitely worth stopping by! read more

This Miniso location has the best customer service. I've been here multiple times and Kaylee has always been so kind and helpful. Most recently, I came in having problems with my Miniso account and she provided me with a solution right away. She was very informative and I felt valued as a guest. Her vibes are amazing every time and this is the only location I visit because of the great customer service she has provided and continues to provide. Thank you Kaylee! read more

Cute store. Nice selection of plushies. Definitely recommend to stop in here. Parking is tough.

Everyone was kind and helpful. My little n me had a great time in there. She got some Cinnamaroll cuteness and we grabbed a few snacks.

Myself and my family shop here pretty much every weekend. The customer service reps are always friendly and helpful. Chow is extremely nice and always assists us with finding items and will check stock whenever asked or find out if an item will be back in the store. Never have had any issues here and love coming to the store to shop or just browse. Chow remembers and speaks to us every time we come in and so do most of the other reps as well.
