We're from Southern California and there's no shortage of Miniso around town. For the most part, they all sell same theme and items that are popular at the moment. In this case, it's Power Puff girls as you walk in the entrance. Miniso fashion was new to me. They had lots of sunglasses for $9.99. The only down fall, since it's Vegas and in the heat, this place had a tough time cranking up the AC and it was so hot humid inside. Place was crowded after school with a bunch of teenagers. The aisles were close to each other and it was hard to get a clear path to pass through. Parking lot is atrocious. We drove round and round several times. I come to this miniso often to browse and buy gifts for friends as it is located in Shanghai plaza. They have a wide variety of different products from Sanrio to the miniso collabs such as stitch, Harry Potter, and Winnie the Pooh. The prices are average to that of miniso's everywhere. The store can get busy due to it being in a popular plaza. The only complaint I have is that the employees have never been really helpful when I ask questions or ask for help. Some of them have been quite rude and don't have a good attitude to customers. read more

Happy place as it's filled with various goods for every room in your home and personal space including your car which all are the cutest and can brighten your world. This location is located in Chinatown which has transformed into a community with each block is home to various Asian businesses is quite impressive and was delighted to find Miniso on the ground floor of Shanghai Plaza which seems to be the more popular gathering place understandable so with places like Miniso. Shop is quite small which makes it challenging to shop with so many doing so, though is very clean and organized and are filled with every type of characters both asian like BT21, Doraemon to Disney and Sanrio as we all have our favorites it's nice to find a place that has it all. Items for your home, kitchen, car accessories, stationaries and beauty items which I found some hair clips deals some blind boxes are just some of the items found here. MINISO // CHINATOWN CUTE little novelty store. They finally have NEW SANRIO merch in stores. It's always packed and busy in this plaza so best of luck finally parking. Store is always clean and stocked. Staff is friendly. Great spot to take the kids. There's something for everyone here. Highly recommend. This place is located in the Shanghai Plaza. Lots of free parking spaces however parking can get crazy at peak eating times as there is several good eating places in this plaza. They have cool Asian things from stuff animals like the kind you can use as a pillow. The better half bought some cute stationary stuff like pencils, pens, and stationary. They have Marvel, Pokémon, Minions, Mikey Mouse, branded items like key chains, stationary, Lego like product as well. Shopping in Chinatown, Las Vegas, Nevada... I was showing my friends the Shanghai Plaza and saw Miniso. We don't have any of these stores in Hawaii, so I wanted them to check it out. As soon as we entered, I saw the Hello Kitty neck pillows and light pink plastic organizers. Ooh! The plushies, floor mats, house slippers, hand cream, etc. had Sanrio characters on them! I also saw Pikachu, Stitch, Lotso and others... then - I saw Brown, Cony, Sally, and Choco from Line Friends! I NEEDED the Cony diffuser! The cashier said there was an unopened box in the back, but she was so busy with a long line of customers. My friend asked the male sales associate, but he couldn't find it. I decided to stand in line with the display. When I got to the front of the line, the male cashier was going to find the UPC code on the opened Cony diffuser, but the female cashier told him where to find the pink box in the back. Most recently, I came in having problems with my Miniso account and she provided me with a solution right away. She was very informative and I felt valued as a guest. Miniso is such a fun store and I try to visit one in every city I go. This particular location was smaller in size than others and currently moving inventory around and creating a new display for scented diffuser sticks. Things were a little out of place, but they had a good amount of Sanrio items dedicated to Cinnamaroll, My Melody, Pompompurin, and some blind boxes. They had some skin care items, hair accessories, plushies, some Snoopy, Winnie The Pooh, We Bare Bears, Kirby, and Super Mario. If you have not been to a strip mall in Chinatown, be prepared for limited parking. If you visit during peak hours, people will be fighting for a parking spot. read more

Went to this store today with my son, as we walked down the isle, a girls mini jewel kit fell off the floor and a sales lady Naomi came to me telling me I need to pay for the jewel kit. Claiming that she saw me touching it and drop it, Literally lying to herself! She claimed my son touched it, she has the nerve to tell me that SHE SAW EVERYTHING WHICH SHE WASNT THERE IN THE FIRST Place. What kind of customer service where the actual associate accused customers, I told her to look at the camera and she literally told me she saw me. Like I said I was with my son, and he knows not to touch girls jewel bags, he is 6. So Naomi proceeded to embarrasses me infront of the customers claiming that I touched the merch & let it fall where I DID NOT! She forced me to pay $15! Located in one of the new plazas, Miniso sells a lot of adorable items for mainly teens and young adults. They have a ton of new Hello Kitty items if you are a fan of that and also different products for your face and your household. I like how now they have snacks to buy as well. So if you want cute items and some interesting snacks this is a place to come by. read more

Myself and my family shop here pretty much every weekend. The customer service reps are always friendly and helpful. Chow is extremely nice and always assists us with finding items and will check stock whenever asked or find out if an item will be back in the store. Never have had any issues here and love coming to the store to shop or just browse. Chow remembers and speaks to us every time we come in and so do most of the other reps as well. This is one of my favorite places to shop because of the friendly service and they have a variety of items to choose from. read more

They have items ranging from surprise Hello Kitty sushi plushies to makeup and laundry organizers! They also have an adorable Disney line, which features canvas bags, plushies, keychains, etc. I adore getting office supplies here, as many of the items are aesthetically pleasing and functional! I always get compliments from the things I buy here. I recently bought an Uzui keychain that now hangs in my car, and it's exactly as pictured! If you find yourself wandering about the Shanghai plaza, stop in. Asked for stuffies but they gave one person 4 instead of equally giving others a chance for one

There was a makeup item marked as 4.99 and when I paid for it, it was 13.99. Manager said that they cannot refund or exchange and for me to use my common sense that it's not 13.99. I didn't even leave the store and they said they cannot exchange or refund. How the hell am I supposed to know that marked the shelf wrongly. I do not work there. Chaw, a young Asian manager, clearly do not know how to handle situation like this and was not respectful at all when he said for me to use my common sense. I will not go here again. I almost walked right past it because there isn't much in the front of the store and no real store window advertising anything but once h walk in it's like a squish mellow heaven! 7-1-2021 Whenever I had a flight out of JFK I'd have to step into the Miniso there. Quality items like good fine tip pens, chic items for omiyage that were easy to buy and add to your carry on luggage. At this miniso the workers were friendly, cute items BUT everything I picked up to check the price had a cancer alert label. Sad. Items were mainly made and geared for young children. Scary if toddlers stick it in their mouths or sleep with a toy with that cancer producing agent. I told hubs let's go cuz I would not buy anything from here for the kiddies. read more
