We were in the area, yesterday, and checked out three stores here. This was the last one, and I am so glad that we did. Hubby was on the hunt for more Squatch goodies- his current obssession, while I was checking out the Beauty Department, for K-beauty goods. I had to do a huge overhaul with my beauty routine since I am experiencing acne and blemishes and I am in my 50s. I got rid of the older stuff, so I needed some new beauty items. Some items from Sephora were too harsh for my sensitive skin, and Philosophy Purity Made Simple cleanser seems to not be so good for my current skin care needs. My needs are: sensitive skin, dry skin, acne, brightening, and anti-aging. My ideal was to find clean beauty by Korean skin care companies. Well, I was there for a long time, because I needed to read the labels, compare the items, and make sure that the item was inside the box. TIP: Make sure that you check to make sure that the product is inside of the box. I missed out on a couple of things that were marked down. That was a waste of money. There are some shady people out there. There were a lot of items in the Clearance section, so I was checking almost everything out. But I found some winners yesterday. All marked down too. When you are a busy mom with a budget, this is important! I must mention that TJ Maxx/ Marshalls is my favorite store. This location is probably in the Top 5 of most visited, for our family. read more

I haven't been here in a while and forgot how much I enjoy pursuing this place, especially around the holidays. They have a ton of Christmas gifts for all ages, adorable decorations, and a great pet section. They even get lots of cute Christmas sweaters. Their kitchen area also has some unique finds like pasta from Italy, fancy olives, coffee syrups, etc. it's a great place to find a gift for others or yourself. Service was friendly and the value for what you get is good. Much better than Ross in my opinion. You never know what you're going to find here so check back often for new things. :) read more

I went in with a friend and we've been there a lot of times, but this last time we went, we were immediately followed by associates. We did nothing but walk in and had associates tailing us, and not even discreetly. The loss prevention person followed us from the front all the way to the back of the store. We saw him specifically three times within the span of five minutes in different parts of the back of the store. I am not aware if this was racial profiling (though we're both very obviously hispanic and most of the workers who followed us were white), but if you are hispanic, be cautious when shopping there. read more

During my last visit, I noticed a few things that prompted my question to the cashier. They confirmed that this store was being prepped for a refresh / remodel. In Las Vegas, this is my preferred Marshall's store. It is always clean and well stocked. I don't think it needs a remodel, per se. This was my first time stopping into this store location. Upon entering we were greeted nicely by the security. There was a lot of options from many name brands for all your personal to household needs. The prices were not bad either. I went for some facial creams. I found everything I was looking for and more. The store and even the store bathrooms were clean!! Big plus for me with that. All the store clerks were amazing with amazing customer service. Ms Janet was exceptional and such a beautiful spirit as well. I wasn't able to do the store survey online. For I was having technical difficulties. I wish I was able to. For I wanted to give Ms Janet a review there as well. We appreciate her and Marshalls for making a quick stop at the store. A pleasant experience. I will definitely be back for my anti aging creams. My last review and experience was taken down because I had the audacity to say that the morbidly obese clowns who were changing their shirts with the new shirts in the middle of the aisle were morbidly obese. It wasn't an insult so much as an accurate description of their body type and my experience at this location. No employee ever said anything to these fools the entire time. Why would anyone want to deal with this nonsense when you just want to shop for clothes? I'm sure this will get taken down too but that is pretty ridiculous. Morbidly obese people exist in this world and that is just fine. Nothing but love, baby. Just don't rip your shirt off in the middle of a Marshalls and start trying sh*t on randomly. Probably the most well-stocked Marshalls we've ever seen. So many items on the shelves! Prices are fair, only saw few clearance tags. Very little Christmas holiday items left on sale, obviously (when we came in mid-January). Seeing a few Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day already. The store is neat and organized. The Arroyo Crossing shopping center was unusually crowded yesterday. It looks like people are beginning to venture out from a year-long hibernation due to COVID-19. We went into several stores, including this Marshalls Department Store. We had just come from TJ Maxx and HomeGoods on Warm Springs Road. The same company also owns these stores. I found that Marshalls is a smaller version of the abovementioned combined stores. If I had my druthers, I would instead go to the "joined" TJ Maxx and HomeGoods stores and have a much greater selection than coming to this Marshalls and finding less selection and cheaper looking goods. I feel very sad and disappointed. Yesterday, at around 6:30 pm on September 14, I was shopping at Marshalls. I walked through the Beauty department and was slipped by a large pool of soap on the floor. My knees and hands were injured. At that time, I knelt on the ground and couldn't get up. The customers next to me all came to help, very heartwarming. One of their managers, a woman, immediately ordered the employees to clean the floor instead of checking my injuries. After reminding other customers, they brought me tissues and band-aids. And asked me to write down what happened. The indifference of the business is very different from the enthusiastic help of other customers. Today I received neither a call from an insurance company nor a store. Whether the service is good or not is invisible under normal circumstances. Only if there is an accident, will it be seen whether the merchant puts the customer first. I am a loyal customer of Marshalls, but yesterday's consumer experience hurt me physically and emotionally. The whole thing is really bad. read more

I've been to this Marshalls location a good amount. They could work on their organization and cleanliness. I always see items in the wrong section, clothes on the floor, and marks/stains all around the store. Also, there is no way of telling what carts are used or dirty because no one is their to monitor the carts nor clean them. The customers are rude and impolite. So if you could, I would suggest going during the slower hours of their day. As for the associates, they are usually on the quiet side but still helpful. read more

I could spend all day shopping on Bastille Day (today). I skulk around marvelling at all the French themed stuff I could buy. But then there's food. I may currently be banned from buying candles, jewelry, or accessories but not comestibles. But I am prudent. If it says organic, brown, seeds or nut...then it's permissible. I pass by the cocktail jelly bellies in mint mojito, passion midori & mouthwatering cosmo along with the Harry and David moose crunch. I see organic mixers but don't need any. We already have chia seeds. Yep, time for organic brown rice ramen cakes plus a giant dole of organic sunflower seeds. Maybe even try them together. Stopped in there during my lunch hour to browse and possibly get a few things; I noticed this older Hawaiian-looking dude seemed to be lurking everywhere I went. First, it was in the shoe department and noticed he was in a different aisle but like was staying kind of parallel to me and just to see if I was right in thinking he is a weirdo, I took a few steps backward and so did he. So at that point, I'm totally watching him be a creep. I walked into the beauty department and he walks in and is pretending to read a "push here for customer service" button sign for a little too long and was looking at it like he was intently reading it. And I confronted him and asked why he is following me around lurking and that he is a weirdo and this dude raised his voice saying he wasn't following me, etc. What was interesting was after that he wasn't really lurking too much and when I went to go pay for what I needed had been in the checkout line with nothing and then did an about-face and walked back through the store. I told the cashier about this dude being hella creepy and the kid just shrugged and that was it. So I guess that type of behavior is ok today? But had I been the one creeping and lurking someone for sure would have said something or asked me to leave. My conclusion is that its ok for Older creepy ass dudes to walk around stores lurking and following a woman around so that if an employee actually did/does say something then it could result in a discrimination lawsuit because creepy dude may feel his civil rights were abused? This is the place I go to when I have a random hour to kill and I love how organized this Marshall is so kudos to the staff! Maybe because I'm married but I will usually go to the home section 1st and I like how they have it all section and nothing on the floor and everything is not cluttered. The Marshall is beside bed bath and beyond and it's on the edge of the plaza. It's across the street from Walmart and sams club. Parking space is quite big and if you don't want to go through the hustle and bustle of rainbow Avenue you could go towards the back road that leads to Buffalo Drive. There are some constructions right now it's hard to see at night so be careful. read more

I have been to this location 10-12 different times. We have always found something to add to our home. The have some unique Kitchen items to Halloween costumes for your dog. We just got two of the cutest costumes for a 2 dogs just a couple of weeks ago. We have found some really nice imported glassware to add nice accents to our home. The service is always good and the staff is friendly and helpful. To me Marshall's is much nicer than Ross. They have better items and they keep their store better organized. After I paid, I picked up the bag from the counter and left, only to notice when I got home that I am missing half of my purchase. When I called I have been told to come pick them up so I have explained I cannot do that and requested to have them delivered. After being refused delivery, I was bounced around to end up speaking to Brandon, the store manager...after i asked for him to do right by me, he said he doesn't want to and if i want my items to come pick them up myself. Having recently discovered that all my emailed receipts could not be found due to network issue's taking place with it's organization. This made my exchange or return, extremely difficult and disheartening. I had purchased over $300 of merchandise previously for the holidays. I pleaded with the associates who we're trying to help me but no resolve. Finally, Lisa Reyes, the coordinator came to my rescue. She was kind and apologetic to what was taking place. She took control of the situation and helped me with courteous disposition and addressed my concerns. Because of the network issues, she was not able to give me a refund, but assisted with doing what was necessary to offer help and understanding. I would like to give recognition to Lisa for showing that she genuinely cared and empathized with my frustration. Because of Lisa Reye's ability and compassion, I will shop at this location more frequently regardless the 12 miles away from my home. Furthermore, her customer care was impressive and I felt fortunate that she was working the day of my extensive shopping day. In conclusion... please fix the email receipts not being received. It's very unfortunate that all the Marshall's locations are having this issue. We want to continue to trust it's system and efficient running corporation. read more

This location is going to be the death of me because I absolutely LOVE this store. I can be found here almost once a week and always seem to find something for myself or someone else. This location is excellent in organizing and displaying their clothes and keeping Top Brands like Free People and French Connection separate from their usual array. They are also excellent about making sure the size hangers and the garments match and that they remain in the appropriate sections of the store with clear and accurate size dividers. From clothes to shoes to purses to cell phone accessories, kitchenware, baking aprons, seasonal decor, candles, cables, workout attire and even PJs basically everything I own comes from Marshall's and I can always count on this location to provide me with a quick and easy shopping experience. I also commend them on their exceptionally clean dressing rooms. The attendants are rigorous about ensuring the garment count staying consistent into and out of the rooms, but this also means I've never seen a stray item ever inside! With my TJ Maxx/Marshalls/HomeGoods credit card I get $10 shopping credit for every $250 I spend in store with a single point everywhere else I use it, so now it's like I shop here for free - a dangerous mindset indeed! read more
