The Customer experience at this Express was fantastic. I had three different team members come up and ask me if I needed any help while shopping at this store! I did find two suits, light pink and a classic gray style available! Both looked fantastic! If you have rewards through Express, using the rewards at this location is a breeze. I used the physical rewards received in the mail with no issues! The store was well organized and the inventory was stocked! Service was fantastic at this location! BEWARE OF BETH, the "Store Manager" - Worst Retail Experience I've Ever Had I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at the Express location in Town Square, entirely due to the behavior of the store manager, BETH. I purchased a coat online that ended up being too big. I initiated a return online and went to this location with the intention of returning and exchanging it for a smaller size, since I truly loved the coat. When I entered the store, there were hardly any employees visible. A couple and I stood at the register for several minutes waiting for assistance because no one was stationed there. Eventually, BETH came over and assisted the couple ahead of me. When it was my turn, I explained that I was there to return and exchange the coat. Without saying much, she inspected the coat. I informed her that I no longer had the tags but did have my receipt and return barcode. I also let her know that I had already called customer service beforehand and was told this would not be an issue. BETH then stated that tags were required to return any clothing item. Immediately after, she accused the coat of having a "food smell" and implied that I had worn it--despite me clearly stating that it had only been tried on once at home. I was genuinely confused and shocked by this accusation, as the coat was never worn and had been hanging in my closet for nearly two weeks. She refused to process the return or exchange, offering no reasonable solution and showing no interest in helping at all. At that point, I asked if there was someone above her that I could speak with. She told me I could call customer service but made it clear she would not allow the return. She pulled up what she claimed were store policies, which later turned out to be incorrect and outdated. I left the store and immediately called customer service from my car--not even because of the coat anymore, but because of how poorly I was treated. Customer service confirmed that tags are NOT required, especially during the holiday season, and that returns are based on the condition of the item. They also informed me that BETH had already contacted them regarding our interaction and deliberately ensured that nothing could be done for me at that location. Customer service even suggested I try another store, stating that it was "probably just the manager not wanting to take it." The next day, I went to the Express location at Fashion Show Mall. The difference was night and day. Angelina, a team member--not even a manager--assisted me immediately, treated me with kindness and professionalism, inspected the coat (which was clearly in perfect condition), and completed the return and exchange in under five minutes. BETH'S attitude, false accusations, and unwillingness to help are the sole reasons I am leaving this review. No customer should be treated this way--especially by someone in a management position. Today, I visited this store to return and repurchase items I bought from their website. The process was a bit complicated due to the rewards involved. However, the staff member with long orange and blond hair (I forgot to ask her name) was incredibly kind and understanding. She quickly grasped what I wanted to do, saving me much time. She had a very positive and warm attitude, which is rare for retail employees. The return and repurchase process was swift and easy. This location has really gone downhill. Stopped by Thursday afternoon to do some shopping, and there were no other customers in the store. The women's area seemed really dark, and there were 2 flickering light bulbs in the center room. There was one employee working, a girl in a neon pink shirt, that was folding clothes near the door. She didn't look up or greet me when I walked in, never said hello or asked if I needed help, even as I was a few feet from her, , and didn't say goodbye when I opened the door to leave. Deanna was just amazing! I don't normally write reviews or feedback, but I wanted to express how much I appreciated the willingness of Deanna to help me throughout my time at the store. She helped me with so many special requests, such as helping me pay part of my balance with a VISA gift card & the rest with my credit card, placing a special order for a suit which it's size wasn't available in store to be shipped to my house with the discount applied, and so she was incredibly kind, sweet, funny, & above all friendly! She also offered to sign me up for the rewards program, which was a much faster process than I had realized! I've been an Express customer for quite a few years now. When visiting Las Vegas this past weekend, my boyfriend and I were browsing through the shops in the square and I walked into this store. It was well put together and didn't look disorganized. Unfortunately, time got away from us and I was going to be late for a Cirque show, so I didn't have time to get back to the hotel to change. I decided to try to find a nice evening outfit at one of the stores. I ran around from Express to H&M to Abercrombie to Hollister and back to Express trying to find something. At my third return to the store, one of the associates, Bet, asked if I needed help. I told her I had my eye on a pale pink side brooch sleeveless dress from the summer sale rack (it was hot and the dress was great for the weather and the brooch added that nice evening touch). But the only size I could find was a Large! I bit the bullet and tried it on anyways, but I couldn't pull it off. I just needed a Medium. When I slumped back out of the dressing room, she asked if it fit. I told her no, but that I was in trouble because I needed an emergency outfit for the show. She immediately jumped into action and searched the back for the right size in the returns, came back and suggested other dresses, and set me up in the fitting room. She was so incredibly helpful and brought some dresses she recommended, and asked me about a two piece. I wasn't thrilled about the idea, because a two piece dress wouldn't be my first choice. I didn't think it would look good on me. She brings the pieces anyways and I try them on for the heck of it. HOLY COW the fit was perfect, the way it wrapped looked like a one piece dress, but there was so much freedom to move my torso without the pieces shifting place. The design was a late summer orange/peach floral with sparkling threads incorporated like pinstripes. The cross front of the top and the small frill at the base of the skirt was so flattering, and the hint of sparkle made it an awesome day to night transition piece. I never would have looked twice at this two piece on the mannequin, but it turned out to be THE dress for me. Bet was so accommodating and supportive, and she saved my whole night. I added a cute pair of heels to match, and she pulled me behind the counter to remove the sensors and tags so she could ring me up and I could wear the outfit right out of the store! I have never had such a boutique experience at a chain like this. She got us squared away and I was able to walk out looking and feeling great, and we were able to Uber to the show and we were RIGHT on time. On the dot. I wouldn't have been able to make it there on time and in the right dress if it wasn't for Bet. She really did go above and beyond. read more

Taylor immediately greeted us as we were looking at blouses and she found out what we were looking for, from there she was on the hunt for the dress slacks we wanted in a couple different styles as we continued to look at the great selection of blouses. She was our own personal shopper. Great customer service. We got everything we needed for my daughters job interview and were gone...so we thought but walking out noticed the men's and had to continue to shop for my husband where I found 2 great pairs of jeans and beautiful button down shirts for men and picked up a couple of those as well. I found the quality of the clothes great, a bit pricey but if you look great and you feel good, hey isn't it worth it? It was for us. I shop at Express regularly and the past two times I have come to the Town Square location I have left in a bad mood. The first time the "manager" was arguing with me about my coupon and then ended up acting like a child and gave it to me as he should after arguing with me for 15 minutes. He walked away and didn't say a word and passed it off to his cashier. I'm a manager and this is unacceptable behavior. What's the point of being a manager if you're going to give your customer attitude. He was an African American man and I believe he was bald. Then today I come to return jeans and it takes 3 people to figure it out saying that there is no activity on my credit card. I pay my credit card off every month I know this is not the case. Then we agree on a store exchange. I select a dress I want however the dress I want they only have one in my size and it has a snag on it. They tell me that we can't order it online because I can't do a store exchange with an online purchase. I understand policies and procedures but it's not my problem that your merchandise is not in a condition to be sold. I am a manager at a front desk. I make exceptions everyday with each of my guests - this issue could have been easily resolved if they were able to make an exception but now they're calling around to the other stores in the area making my life 10x harder. Christian and another female were the ones who were "helping" me with this I will NOT be back to this location and highly recommend doing the same. Shouldn't there be some sort of video entitled "How not to put your foot in your mouth" or "How to be tactful" that every employee must watch before they start in the retail industry? You'll never catch me rocking something that I needed spanx and a day of starvation to fit in. I wanted to try on a dress but they didn't have my size. Took the only size they had (small) to the dressing room and asked the employee if they had it in a medium. She replied, "why, they didn't have a size large on the rack?" I envisioned choking her with the size small dress and instead replied that I was sure I was a medium. But seriously, come on lady. You're no fool. You're a woman. And you understand that women are sensitive about their bodies and weight, no matter what they look like. Was the comment really necessary? How about a "I'll check for you" or "we only have whatever's left on the rack"?? All's well that end's well. Granted I was going to the gym after, so I was in gym clothes, tennis shoes and no makeup. All the employees I walked by just looked at me like I didn't belong there. And not even a hello from any of them. Totally unacceptable!!! I've been in retail management for years and you have to say hello to everyone no matter what they look like. And what is up with the clothing selection in here? What happened to the simple business casual they used to carry? Now everything is loud and obnoxious. Holy Bejeesus they were having a HUGE sale yesterday. John did a great job setting me up with a fitting room and checked up occasionally to ask about fitting and if there are any other colors i was interested in. Then he disappeared for a bit. Turns out he was helping my buddy with a shirt. This Express store didn't carry the size he was interested in so John called up a few other locations, tracked down the size and color at the Fashion Show Mall location and had them hold it till we got there. I love Express. I have an Express card, and I use it often. However, I won't be returning to THIS particular Express. I guess I've reached that magical age when you buy multiples of things you like. I always used to make fun of my mom for owning a particular cardigan in every color imaginable, but if I find something I like these days, I must have every possible variety. I guess it's true when they say all women eventually become their mothers. Anyway, I found a dress at Express a few weeks ago that I LOVE. My fiancé usually doesn't notice what I'm wearing, but this particular dress turned his head, which is a good sign. I knew that it was made in a couple of other colors, so he suggested we get another one. We headed back to this Express to get it, and I didn't even think about the fact that I was wearing the original dress at the time. When I entered the store, I passed by four associates who all started snickering at me and rolling their eyes. I felt very self-conscious - I didn't realize why they were doing it at first - but I went ahead and grabbed what I needed. When I walked up to the register, I was greeted by one of the snickering sales associates. She immediately said (in a condescending fashion), "hey, nice dress...", then proceeded to laugh at me with another sales associate and shake her head. Red-faced, I proceeded to explain about how much I loved that particular dress and just HAD to have another color, blah, blah, blah... but I was humiliated. If someone returns to your store wearing something you carry, you should feel glad that they are funding your paycheck. Instead, I was made to feel embarrassed and silly. During the entire transaction, they were laughing AT me, not WITH me... because I wasn't laughing. My fiance got so angry that he had to leave the store before I finished checking out or he would have gone off. I SHOULD have walked out, but I wanted that dress very badly. Unfortunately, now when I wear that dress, it has bad associations attached to it. If an Express manager reads this, you absolutely NEED to speak to your sales associates about respecting their customers. You have lost one because of their ineptitude and lack of class. read more

It was my birthday and one night out with my husband. He agreed to go to Express so I could use my $40 credit for being my birthday month. They continued to tell me they could not find the credit even though I was holding it my hand. The cashier was rude and arrogant acting like she did not care. They had a promotion going on buy one at full price and get the second for $19.90. Since my second item was already $19.90 (no discount) they would not do anything extra so I asked to use my coupon and she rolled her eyes and said no. I have never been treated like this and it completely ruined my night. I will never go back to that location strictly based on customer service. read more

Plus the staff is wonderful - they always find new items for me to spend my money on. I had such a fantastic experience in this Express! I was looking for flare jeans as I saw in my e mail they are finally back in their stores (leggings and slim jeans are not for me). I was greeted right away and the team member that was folding was so kind and helpful. She really took time to see that I had the right size and was very personable.
