Let me say this, you don't have to be a big girl to shop at Lane Bryant! They have some of the cutest accessories, hats, and even glasses over anywhere in the mall! Now with that said, let's get personal! I'm pregnant and the girls are growing like weeds! I went to the infamous VS and was dang near drug out of the dressing room! With nowhere to run I turned to Lane Bryant and they took my girls in like two of their own! I was sized and helped personally until I had the right fit! She even helped me to pick a size I could continue to grow into! Ladies isn't this unheard of ?? After leaving this store I can now walk around with my girls and my head up high! Yesss, thank you Lane Bryant for rescuing me from my sad sad brazier that I walked into the store wearing! Ps sign up for the rewards program I was able to snag $15 off my new cacique brazier, making it a very affordable purchase! Awesome products and customer service! read more

Lane Bryant - Accessories Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

The customer service is not good, only one lady there that has sales Etiquette, the younger ladies are not professional stay behind the desk even when they have no customer. I didn't feel value as a paying customer. This Lane Bryant is lacking friendly employees. read more

This Lane Bryant is really nice. It's spacious and well stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful too. This season's selection wasn't my cup of tea, but that's just personal opinion. It's well laid out and out and it's easy to find things. The one thing I never like at their stores - though I understand why it's done - is that the fitting rooms are locked. Otherwise, this is a great location and I'll come back again for sure. read more

I really like the variety that you can pick from. I do believe they've had some turn over or I come in when the staff is totally different, but I can always find someone friendly and willing to help out.it is good customer service and I enjoy getting that when so few are going to malls anymore and just shop online. read more

I went to exchange items I bought and was instantly greedy with attitude from the cashier. She very rude and said she was not going to finish my transaction. I ask her was she okay, because she is acting off. I was told to leave, get out, get out my store, and than said don't never come back. I did leave and reported this incident to their customer service dept. I left embarrassed with my husband for what just happened and yes I still have the two $58 Bra's that she refused to finish transaction. She was a short lady cashier and said it was her store. Poor service. I will be canceling my lane bryant credit card and will take my business else where. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE AN E-GIFT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY! I received an E-gift card from my daughter. I have an order#... I/we were never sent a barcode to use the gift properly. It has been 9 months. We have spent hours on the phone with customer service to literally get absolutely NO WHERE! I have been a customer for more than 35 years. I am now done! I have submitted for my daughters $$ to be reimbursed. No response from LB of course. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Lane Bryant has always been my go-to when it's come to bras specifically. After dropping into Victoria's Secret and feeling defeated as always that they have not expanded their size range, I was excited to go next door to my safe haven of Lane Bryant. Unfortunately, I do no think this is the case any longer, at least at the Meadows Mall location. I was greeted with a "Hi" by one of the 5 associates behind the counter and they all shortly after continued with their "work". I was a little overwhelmed by the selection of bras available, and I guess I was wrong in thinking that someone would assist me like they during past visits. No one came up to help me, not once, even as I paced back and forth between all the shelves. Finally, I choose a few options but was not feeling great about it and I had to be the one to ask if fitting rooms were available. After trying on many options, I was not pleased and brought all the ones that didn't fit back to the counter so that the associates could restock them. Instead of noticing that clearly nothing was working out, the cashier just grabbed them and said nothing. I saw a rack of "non-wire" bras and also asked an associate how the fit is, and if there is support with these types of bras. All she said was, "it's up to your preference and how you want them to look." I left the store with a lump in my throat and two bras that I'm not sure I even like, and the thought of having to go back to return them is upsetting. I was more disappointed in the fact that this store is supposed to be comforting for women who want to feel normal shopping and I ended up walking out with more anxiety than I did when I left Victoria's Secret. I work in customer service and although I would say I have high standards when it comes to service, this visit didn't even meet the bare minimum. read more

no star i ordered through the store and it should have taken them one week and now it's a month and they lost package now no update and still waiting on my refund and now they are not on sale and no compensation at all. what a shitty customer service. i will find another to to shop at now i will not recommend them no more!!!! read more

This will be the last thing I purchased at lane Bryant  I purchased several bras. My Sister read the size wrong. When trying on braw the tag broke off . Upon returning. I was told that because the tag was off the I was not able to return it.   I lost 46.00 but you lost  a customer.   the lady was rude to me and said to have my sister buy it for getting the wrong size. More to it but not worth continuing when I won't shop any more.. what happens if you try items on in store and tags fall off. I dont trust the changing rooms. I was in lines and not once did lady clean/sanitize counter or charge/scan machine. Did they really sanitize dressing room? read more

Ladies come see Meko! She is real personable with the customers, you can tell its not about the sale its about an experience.

Wow. I don't know if it's just this location or if it's the Lane Bryant brand overall, but what a huge disappointment. Selection is extremely limited, with very few items over size 22, and zero selection of pants for short/petite. Fabric quality and craftsmanship of clothing has also gone downhill. Lane Bryant used to be my "go to" option, but I guess not anymore. read more

Has no intention on buying much other than one blouse but how did one spend $190? Tamiko! As soon as we stepped into the store she greeted us with a genuine welcome and smile. Offered to help us to shop. Didnt think we needed any help. " Just looking." I soon found myself gravitating to her as soon as I asked her about a type of blouse I was looking for. She wasnt pushy by no means. Very helpful, courteous and you can tell she really wants to help make the shopping experience a positive one. I opened a credit card to save $20 and darn scanner would not read the barcode. It took her a while and was very patient and made it happen. Will be back in Sept! If I owned a business, I would definitely hire her :) read more

I'm a regular Lane Bryant shopper. When they have items I like, I stock up because you never know when they will change stock and you won't be able to find those perfect cargo pants again. I prefer the jeans from Avenue to this place, but you can occasionally find decent jeans here. A recurring flaw with the Lane Bryant clothing line is this tendency to pepper clothing with glittery stuff, beads and busy patterns that look horrible on big girls. What the hell is that about, anyway? I'm also not a fan of putting 'skinny jeans' on clearly not skinny bodies. Give me a boot cut or a wide leg pant so that the thigh and butt aren't so clearly defined as massive. Hey, I can say it, I'm talking about myself here. That being said, when they have good casual wear, I'm all over it. I dropped $400 on this trip, and I love everything I picked up. From cargo pants to linen trousers and a couple of lightweight cargo type jackets that I am completely in love with. Staff at this store were amazingly helpful. I asked about the linen pants in a different color and they checked the back to see if they had them (they didn't) but they did get in a new jacket that matched the pants I was going to buy already and it was shown to me to see if I wanted it (none of the jackets had been put out on the floor yet). Kim, in particular, was a superstar. If I lived in Las Vegas, I would make this particular store a regular stop just because of Kim and the other associates who were all super friendly and helpful. How refreshing. read more

I went in to pick up an online order and waited at the counter for 10 minutes even though I was the only customer in the store. The 2 girls that should have been working were too busy talking to another employee that was in visiting on her day off. Must be nice to get paid to ignore customers while doing absolutely nothing; thanks for wasting my time. read more

I was here yesterday to get a bathing suit. Not only was this place beautiful the staff was amazing. I told one lady Meko my name and suddenly another lady (I didn't get a chance to get her name) checked on me and used my name. I thought that was so cool. I'm in Vegas on vacation so to be met with so much hospitality was really cool for me. Meko is someone I'll never forget. She was so charismatic, informative, relatable, and helpful. Pretty much everything you can ask for in customer service. Please bring her to NY to help out some of those ladies. Lol read more

Take it from this fat girl... This store is for the casual business woman...unlike Torrid where they have the "junior" look... Lane bryant Is Defiantly for the GROWN & SEXY!!! The have awsome Bra's...pricey but hey i'd pay anything for a good fit for my girls, if you know what I mean!! read more

I was on the hunt for a royal blue dress for an upcoming trip and stopped into this location. I did not find the royal blue dress, however, Meko found me a super cute dress that I could use as an alternative as the color was close and it's the end of the season for dresses. Browsed more, and after about an hour, Meko helped us with another dress, two strapless bras, and a long sleeve shirt! If you're struggling with the proper support in your bras, go see Meko! She is amazing at what she does and the entire staff is super helpful and friendly! Despite a longer drive, this will be my new preferred location. read more

This is like the older womans Torrid, which is good for older women I guess. I've shopped here before in Colorado and I sometimes find sales. This time around I found thins bra thing for 7$ half off so it was 3$. The other clearance stuff was like 20-60$!! I know fatties need more material to make clothes, but seriously. Why do they have to charge an arm and a leg for clothes? Paying 69.50$ for a pair of jeans is no bueno! Someone really needs to build a store were people who donesnt have 150$ to spend on a shirt and 1 pair of pants can shop. This place SURE isnt it! Also, just because I'm fat DOESNT mean my thighs are the size of a Buick! It also doesnt mean that my crotch hangs down to my knees!! So why the eff are the zippers soooooooooooooo long?! Once again, I'll stick to Ross and Old Navy... MUCH CHEAPER and Ross actually sells LB unsold out of season crap. read more

Uchenna was awesome!!! Me and mom came here to shop for some new clothes for her new job and she made the whole experience so great. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone!! Really great staff. read more

Lane Bryant - My new sandals. - Accessories Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I get married in 3 weeks and know I had to go get a new strapless bra but was leaving it till last minute. I had gone to a few store including VS and no luck, they gave me these bras that made my boobs look terrible. Oh let me add I've lost 120 pounds so my new body is still foreign to me. Right before walking into lane Bryant I cried a little outside and my fiancé calmed me down so we decided to walk in. BEST DECISION EVER! Meko was there and I shared that I needed a bra but my girls look sad and I'm dreading wearing a strapless bra. She assured me she will find the right one for me. All the other places must not know how to do a fitting correctly because she said a size and based on what other stores had told me I thought it wouldn't work. But it did! And my boobs looked great with a strapless bra! Thank you so much you made this so easy for me. read more

I have to give a huge shout out to Meko. She is the absolute best!!! I will follow her to whatever store she goes to. I've lost a lot of weight recently and was having a lot of problems finding a bra that fit right. I had purchased 3 other bras at a different location and had to return all 3 of them, lets just say I had a meltdown when the last one came in the mail and I had to return it. So I decided to take it to Meko. I had seen her 6 months ago and she fitted me for a bra then so I decided to go back. BEST decision ever! I walked out with 2 bras that fit perfect and a smile on my face. Thanks Meko. I will see you in 6 months for my fitting :) read more

This is my favorite LB store in Vegas. The best selection and the most friendliest, helpful, knowledgeable employees work there. I love going during the LB women's dollars and during their coupon discount as that is very helpful to have when buying clothes from there since it can get a bit pricey. But I always say quality is always worth it! Not too happy with the spring collection but I am hoping the Summer collection makes up for it as usually their Summer line is the best! Thank you :) read more

They're so far from helpful, it's ridiculous. You'll walk in and everyone's behind the cash register talking. No greeting and no help. The clothes are also extremely expensive. But they're decent quality and their bras are MAGIC. The price and bad customer service give it a 3. read more

Bummed out they were short on my bra size, but, I placed an online order at the register and I'll be getting it soon enough. Fingers crossed. read more

Wow. Amazing. I came in yesterday to simply get a pair of work jeans. The lady helping me (I think her name is Miko or something like that) was extremely helpful. She helped me pick out a outfit for my anniversary coming up as well. Extremely nice. I don't mind the prices because I know the quality. I will definitely be back. read more

These ladies are AMAZING. Meko and Kelly are so helpful and sweet. You should come and see them.

I buy all my bras here. Miko and her staff are just incredible. So helpful and friendly. Once, I spent $300 on new bras and found a $75 off a $250 purchase coupon at home, took it back to the store and they still honored it. read more

Meko at this store is beyond amazing! I've come in few times for a couple different occasions and she's always right there to help. She knows my measurements without actually measuring me and it's always perfect. She fitted me for a new bra and it was amazing. I love Lane Bryant but let's be real I come here for Meko. She gives no judgement and is totally helpful. All stores need someone like her!!! read more

As a new Lane Bryant card holder I have to already cancel my card. I get 2!! email ads everyday and when I called to pay my card off they said if I paid over the phone not only would there be an additional $9 fee, but I would have to pay by check. If I pay online there's no fee, but still only by check. If I wanted to use a debit card I have to go into a store. This is extremely inconvenient. It's 2017 and I never use my checkbook so I never carry it around. Why the $9 fee to pay a bill? Their clothes are way overpriced too so I don't think I'll miss anything. read more

Even though Lane Bryant no longer offers the spanx cami I was shopping for, my experience was great because of Miko! She was incredibly helpful, friendly and fun. She recommended the spanx with attached pantyhose and when I expressed concern about getting a run in such an expensive item, she described the best way to put them on. She also helped me to find accessories and lingerie for an outfit I was trying to put together and I ended up looking and feeling great in it at an event. I felt like I was shopping with a friend. She was absolutely wonderful and I hope she's there the next time I shop. read more
