This can be very frustrating because depending on the item, material, style, etc., the sizes are always different. Since I had to guess what sizes to order, there were a few returns or exchanges that had to be done. The staff at this store have always been friendly and helpful. Even if I just stop in to do a return, they have always been nice about it and were able to assist with ordering another size or color. I have bought a few accessories at this location, but I'm hoping to actually see more of their online "top rated" items in store so I can actually try them on. Recently I went in for a few exchanges for quality reasons & I was helped by Shayla she did not give me a hard time at all about my exchanges, even helped me pick out the new items to try on. This is probably the biggest, nicest, and most well staffed lululemon store I've been to, and it's definitely the best in the Vegas area. The store is always clean, well organized and easy to shop. They have tons of employees, or educators as lululemon calls them, on hand to assist you in finding products and/or answering your questions. Sure, their clothes are pricey but they are so comfortable, stylish, and most importantly they're really good quality and will last you for years as long as you take care of them! Always hang dry!! If you're in between sizes, don't forget that lululemon will provide free alterations for any of their products, no receipt required! They will be able to tell if it's one of their products! Alterations usually take about 5 to 7 days before you can pick them up, since they're sent offsite. If you're a runner, don't forget to come by on Wednesday evenings at 6 PM for run club! The manager and the staff are horrible, especially the blonde manager who threatened to call security when I specifically came in with a damaged legging that hasn't even been bought for a year, including with a receipt and she still gave me attitude and told me not to yell at her when I never raised my voice once absolutely insane would not recommend going there. I absolutely hate this location, every time I walk in I feel like a baby dear in a lions den. The staff is outrageously rude and frankly just mean. They give you dirty looks while you're shopping and made me feel like no matter what I was doing, it was wrong. (I literally was just looking at stuff not even touching it) It's unfortunate that this is my local location, but I would much rather go to one of the strip locations than have to go here ever again. I also have had this conversation with many friends that feel the same way. The manager (I confirmed with her that she was in fact the Store Manager) was also unkind at the register to my friend that owns a yoga studio and told her she wouldn't be able to apply for their Sweat Collective in store and shooed us away to take the next guest. Want to share my wonderful experience with the store and specifically the store manager. I visited the store on 1/21/24 approximately 3pm. I had a shoe return and an alteration request for a broken zipper on a jacket. At first the associate who assisted me gave push back regarding my shoe return. The store manager was called over and accommodated the request due to inconsistency with the online 30 day trial return policy for shoes. I was very grateful, then proceeded to ask for repair on a zipper, the associate stated policy had changed and I could contact corporate for the request. I understood but disappointed because I had gone to the store during Christmas and was told they could do it but it was taking 6-8 weeks. She advised I come back after Christmas, which I did. I proceeded to look around the store one last time then leave. The store manager must have noticed my disappointment because she came up to me and had a solution. Let's just say I left that store with a customer experience story I'll never forget. I'm so thankful and will continue to be a loyal customer to this location. You know, for all the love for Lululemon, I was really really disappointed as a first time customer and someone whom prefers their competitor, Nike. I received a tagged, brand new gift that I have not worn or touched because it's hideous. Unfortunately the buyer never gave me a gift receipt and I'd prefer not to ask for one as I don't want them to know I hate it. I visit the store to inquire about exchanging... w/o a gift receipt, of course. I'm immediately given a disgusted "we need to verify this was actually purchased, you could have stolen this" look. I'm then asked to provide the buyers phone number. I look in my purse and realize I left my phone in the car. One would think that upon seeing this sweater is brand new and I'm not a Lulu customer, I would be extended a courtesy but no, I'm told to keep the sweater or return to my car in the 107 Vegas heat to get my phone. So, I do. I return, provide the info and then am told the sweater was purchased in April which means it's past the exchange date. Again, terrible service and first impression. I would have given the store/brand one star but the sales assc gives me a card and tells me to call their GEC line as they might be able to help. Thanks for making me work Lulu. And the most ironic part of this all is the quote on the back of the card (see pic)... I guess friends/customers aren't really more important than money. I'll stick with Nike. read more

This company is a rip off. I had purchased a $50 Gift Card for a family member. When she went to make a purchase in the Summerlin Store she was advised that there was a zero balance. I contacted the customer service for the company and was only advised that someone had compromised the card with an online purchase a couple days after the card was purchased at a grocery store. They would not reimburse me for the fraudulent act or issue another card. They only advised me to report the loss to the local police. Credit Card Companies, Banks and many Gift Cards are reimbursed to the victim under fraudulent use, but not this company. They lost six customers because of this bad company policy. read more

Two years ago I visited this location and had a disappointing experience. In spite of my previous experience, I decided to give them another chance. Disappointed again!!! Customer service was non-existing both times. Several employees saw me and did not acknowledge me. The entire time I was in the store, I wasn't acknowledged at all. However, they had time to discuss lunch choices, who was or was not good looking, school break plans, and sharing their opinions of customers without discretion and within hearing distance. This is my favorite Lululemon store in town. I've rarely bought clothes from any other store for the past 6 years (at least). They have workout gear, dresses, sweaters, tunics and stuff you can wear to work (depending on the season). They now have APL shoes too to match your Lululemon outfits! But hold on before you get super excited. They only carry a limited number of shoes just so you can try them on for sizing - once you know your size, they can order them for you and have them shipped to your home (no instant gratification, I know). Pro tip: whatever size you wear in Nike (shoes) will be the same size for APL. If you're a big fitness junkie, you know Lululemon has good quality items that last for years. I still have the very first set of Lulus I bought from years ago and they still look and fit great. They host yoga and running events. Pro tip: visit their social media page for events, sales, etc. Reading the negative reviews, I'm a bit confused - are we talking about the same store? Never have I ever in the many times I've been here have I been treated rudely. Customer service is very subjective. I don't like being asked a hundred times if I'm finding everything ok by the same person but does it happen? Yes, but not at this store and I love it. I like to be left alone and be in the zone when I'm shopping. If I need something, I ask. If I need to try something on, I ask for a fitting room. It's that simple. My daughter received some leggings for Christmas from her friend who goes to college out of state. The legging are to big and she wanted to EXCHANGE them for a smaller size. The leggings are unworn and still has the tags attached. She went in to EXCHANGE and because she did not have proof of purchase she was denied. This return policy is absurd and unreasonable. Nike's loss is Lululemon's gain. When its marketing strategy employed one of the most divisive figures in America (Colin Kirkpatrick), Nike alienated about half the population. Sports (and its requisite apparel) should unite people, not divide them. Seeing this train-wreck of a strategy, I have slowly been gravitating towards Lululemon and now buy almost all of my sports apparel here. Their clothes are comfortable, stylish and very high quality. I won't ever wear anything else ! that being said my experience here was not up to par. the woman treated me very rude, I don't want to assume however I believe it was because I was dressed in sweat pants and a sweatshirt. I had just opened my online order and it was a align onesie ! still had tags on it and all. she said "we can't take this back, it's dirty and covered in hair ". I asked her to show me where it was dirty because I hadn't even worn it... I do have a husky so his hair is always everywhere but I honestly wasn't seeing where it was "covered" in hair. she treated me awfully and made me not want to come back to that store.
