This Sketchers Warehouse Outlet rocks! My husband and I stopped by Sketchers Warehouse Outlet on a Friday evening to do some holiday shopping. This location is off of the 215/Sahara exit next to Downtown Summerlin. There is an ample amount of parking available. Sketchers is a shoe store that offers a wide range of sneakers for adults and children. There are a variety of different shoe styles from casual, comfort, running, jogging, walking, and so much more. SKETCHERS also offers apparel as well! I noticed there were a lot of warm clothes out, especially for the fall and winter seasons! As soon as my husband and I walked inside the store, we were greeted by one of the team members with a warm "Hello." We browsed through the store looking for some new running shoes for myself. There were so many to choose from! I really liked their Air Cool Memory Foamed shoes! There was a nice sale going on inside Sketchers for the holiday season. I'd also recommend checking out their website to see the most recent promotions for Sketchers! This location had a a lot of inventory, and it was well stocked. **this review is pertaining to customer service ONLY** I had a quick visit on a Friday night around 7:20pm. I bought my mom a pair of walking shoes for her birthday. When I was ready to pay, the skinny White male staff was one of the rudest cashiers I've ever encountered. No greeting when I walked into the store. And when I politely asked him to check me out, he was impatient. He acted like I was a inconvenience to him. I specifically asked for a gift receipt AND asked again when he placed a receipt in my bag. When I got home, NO GIFT receipt found! I went there in early November looking for ankle boots. I was told they have yet to receive their shipment. I wasn't there for anything else. I bought 2 pairs of athletic shoes on 8/19/24. When I was checking out, I asked the salesperson about the return policy. She told me that I can return them if it's within 45 days. I thought that was a nice timeframe so I bought both pairs. What she didn't say anything about is what the salesperson told me today when I tried to return both pairs. They only accept returns for UNWORN shoes. What kind of company expects you to make a determination on something if you're not allowed to even try them out. Their return policy is not only horrible but I really fault the salesperson when I bought the shoes because she said NOTHING about unworn only. If she would have said that then I probably wouldn't have bought them. Terrible customer service! read more

I was in the store with a friend for work shoes and found the pair I needed, the only pair in my size. I wanted to check out the sale rack and needed two hands so I set the box of work shoes down on the rack. After intently examining the sale shoes, I looked over and the box of work shoes was gone. I asked the two salespersons about the missing shoes and got an explanation (several times) about the sales rack and how customers try to switch the shoes and steal them. I assured them I was not there for anything nefarious but was looking for additional shoes (and to give them even more of my money) and got another explanation about shoe thievery. At that point, I was done with whole experience and we left the store. I'll shop the store on Decatur/Charleston instead. My last visit there was pleasantly drama-free. read more

Bryn was very helpful when I was shopping here. She was friendly and went to the back room to look for my size. She deserves an accomodation or some sort of bonus. Bryn deserves 5 stars. The reason I did not rate Skechers (Downtown Summerlin) 5 stars is because the rest of the staff there were totally useless. There were 3-4 other staff there but they did nothing. Not one of them even greeted me nor asked if I needed anything. One staff walked around like a zombie and did not tidy up anything. He did walk around boxes of shoes laying around the store. He didn't pick anything up. The other staff just complained to each other of how horrible their day was going. It was clear they did not want to be there. Great experience. We walked in looking for some fun new shoes, and they were making popcorn right there inside the door. Had to get some of that while we shopped. It was buy one get one half off throughout the store. Yay!!! I found some 'Bobs'. So comfortable, and with each purchase Skechers makes a donation to help save the lives of dogs and cats. Way cool. The only reason why I didn't give this place more stars is because I couldn't find what I wanted. The store was nice, the employees were nice, it was really clean but I was looking for a specific shoe that they didn't have in stores. I was looking for a skid proof waterproof black shoe for my work. After calling on the phone saying that they had many styles, I went in and they didn't have any. While they didn't have any in stores she said they did have a few styles online. I'm just not one of those people who can buy shoes on the internet and have them workout. My wife and I both needed new athletic shoes and we went to Skechers in Downtown Summerlin. We've had them before and we liked them. We walked into the store and there were 4 - 5 employees in and around the checkout area gabbing away. We asked 1 of them where we could find hiking and trail shoes. He pointed to a wall in the back of the store and said "Over there". We had a few questions about the shoes but could not get anyone to help us. Mind you, WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE ENTIRE STORE. We left after 10 - 15 minutes frustrated with the lack of customer service that they showed us. We went 200 yards away to Off Broadway Shoes and had 3 different employees answer our questions and give us helpful information. We bought a few pairs of shoes there (Not Skechers) Never again for Skechers at that location. read more

Went to Skechers to look for a pair of slip-ons for my hubby. He wears a very small size, and pickings are always slim. Two guys were working there - both of their shirts said they were managers. The one closer to me was high up on a ladder, but came down more than once to help. I found what I needed, but couldn't resist buying two pairs for myself., too. The shoes are more fun and fashionable than I thought. I only went because Howie Long might have been there...the reason for the 5 star rating is Quinton Scott. I would go back, based only on his service. He walked us to the shoes we asked about. Only employee in the store and he acknowledged everyone who came in. When the sale was final, this fine gentleman walked the bag around the register and handed it to me. Who does that anymore? I really like Sketchers shoes, so I was happy to see that a store has opened up in Downtown Summerlin. I went in today while they were having a sale and bought a pair of boots I liked. The only thing that ruined my experience here was the rude employee working the cash register. (Looking at my receipt and it said she was cashier 55310.) Don't ask me how I did it....but somehow I walked out of here with three pairs of kids light up shoes for less than $35. This is the newest Skecher's store in the valley. It is clean and well organized. Customer service was my biggest issue at this location. We had a warm greeting by the cashier but that was about it. We were on our own for our entire shopping experience. What a shame! This was a mid afternoon day and several employees were going in and out of the back room however no one came by to check even our child's shoe size. This is in Downtown Summerlin. In order to be successful they will have to change their mindset and take care of their customer's. I am happy I scored such a great deal. This is Skechers newest addition to Vegas, located in downtown Summerlin. The store was very clean, and we were greeted immediately upon entering. That was really where the customer service ended, until we got to the registers. I tried on 10 different pairs of shoes and not once was I approached to ask if I needed assistance, or to answer any questions. As luck would have it, it was the last two pairs of shoes I ended up getting. One thing I really like about Skechers is they have several choices / styles of shoe in a wide width. Most shoe stores, or department stores that carry shoes, are lacking in this area, which sucks when you wear a wider shoe. I was also impressed by this locations range of work shoes, which I will be coming back to purchase in the near future. They offer many different styles of slip resistant, as well as steel toed work shoes / boots. When we checked out the salesperson wasn't very friendly, and granted, I was only spending $90.00, but I like a little more friendliness when I'm spending money in your store. Though it wasn't her fault, there was a problem with the registers that delayed our departure, which almost caused us to be late picking up our order at Olive Garden. I hope to add some stars to this review on subsequent visits here, if the service level steps up. read more

I was there today around noon looking for new pair of shoes as I wore mine into the ground! They had a lot of new styles to choose from. The store had about six customers at the time. There were two young men working there helping customers. These guys were friendly and helpful and besides taking care of all of us customers, they were working on the stock. I went down every single aisle and was having a bit of a time trying to find a pair that fit well. One of the men went out of his way to go and find a foot sizer to help me so that I might be able to find the right size. This was a great idea except that depending on the style of shoe, they fit me differently. A while later the other man came over and asked if I was doing all right and then went to see if they had a certain size for me in the back. Well they had a wonderful assortment of shoes, this is just one of those times where they didn't have my size in the shoes I wanted. The man called another store and had them verify that they did have the shoes and have them held for me and I went and picked them up. This review is for the customer service I received at the store. (There was a young girl working there and while both men were busy running the register, she was just standing there so maybe she was being trained and then she was asking for the bathroom key so these guys were on their own when it came to helping customers. Even though I didn't buy any shoes from them today, these guys went out of their way to make sure that I had a great shopping experience and was able to get a pair of sketchers today at another store. It's the Sunday before school starts this fall and we are in search of new shoes. Skechers in Downtown Summerlin opened at 11:00 AM today and they were ready for us. Hot popcorn was popped and the aroma whirled through the air. A Buy One Get One (BOGO) 50% off sale is available today. This evening, my friend and I were shopping in this Skecher's store in Summerlin Downtown. I highly recommend this store. We basically shopped the clearance racks, and the sales were fantastic. In addition Bradley came by several times offering to help us. He was knowledgeable about the shoes, offered suggestions, and then allowed us time to consider our choices. When we checked out Bradley informed us about their program, discounts, and asked if we were AARP/Seniors. He explained the benefit of their "reward" card, and I signed up (ONLY requires an e-mail address). Upon leaving I asked about their sale on socks. Bradley was able to explain the unique features of the socks and how durable they are. We were both impressed with the excellent customer service, as well as the availability of shoes and styles that they carry. We bought four pair of shoes and what a savings!
