Happy July 4th 2026 in celebration of 250 amazing years! Cheers to ten quarters of a century old!! That's a lot of quarters. What a perfect time to dedicate my 2,300th Yelp review to strong feet and great health. Let's move in comfy and supportive shoes! Both my daughters and I were in Las Vegas last weekend. My youngest was complaining about her bunions. I immediately Yelped for shoe shops. It lead us to Foot Solutions. Thanks Yelp! They are a premier foot wellness retail store that offers custom orthotics and insoles plus specialized footwear to help people with relieving pain and improving health. I made a 10:00 AM appointment online. Walk-ins are welcomed as well. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by Jack, the owner. He is a very nice, friendly, and cordial gentleman. This shop was very clean and organized. Felt very inviting and homey. Originally, we came here for my youngest daughter's foot concerns, but I said why not get all of our feet evaluated. Jack was open to helping the 3 of us. He attended to each of us separately. He spent almost 2 hours with us. He first asked where we are experiencing foot pain if any. He then measured our feet. Lastly, he went back to the stock room and came back with shoe options that could help our feet. He was very patient and listened well. He's quite knowledgeable on the anatomy of the foot and the importance of keeping it healthy and strong. After all said and done trying and fitting, we ended up buying 4 pairs of Brooks (2 pairs for moi of course), 5 pairs of orthotics (I needed one for my old Hokas, too), 4 pairs of Oofos sandals, and 2 pairs of toe separators. Yes, it cost a whole lot of moola, but for healthy feet, body, mind, and soul, it was worth every penny! Our feet supports our whole body so we gotta treat it well every day. Our feet are doing much better now! Highly recommend Foot Solutions! Jack at Foot Solutions is a knowledgeable and friendly salesman. He's always there. Jack gets your measurements, listens to your shoe needs and provides a variety of style choices. What else are you looking for? He orders & stocks quality products. I liked a brand & style from Germany called Finn Comfort and Jack ordered them to make it happen! Had to get the euro size right a couple times, so it took several weeks for the eventual shoes to come from Germany. He called me back to let me know to pick them up as soon as they arrived. I was very happy with his customer service, location of the store, hours and knowledge of shoes. You just don't get that kind of knowledgeable & courteous service very often anymore. Great place! The staff is really helpful. My wife has some foot pain so we stopped to get her some shoes insoles.

The owner says that I couldn't walk when I went to his store. Then how did I get there? I walked! And I walked all by myself without a crutch or cane! He said he made me walk naturally and normally again. He took credit for that! He did nothing except hurt me more. How dare he take credit for my hard work and my physical therapist! I was never there 7 times for an hour each time! I went there 3 times one of which was to get my money back which was a struggle to do! He's a liar. And a big one at that! The truth is I purchased my first pair (of five pairs of shoes) from Foot Solutions 13 years ago, but this newest pair was all but brand new. They still smelled new after sitting in my closet so long. The owner did not suggest I contact MBT, nor did he offer a customer service email or phone number. I came up with the idea to contact MBT on my own. Without hesitation they offered me a discount on a direct sale from them. Wow wow wow. After suffering with planters fasciitis for almost a year and seeing two different doctors I walked into Foot Solutions and learned more about my feet and what I needed to be doing to heel them from Sam. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He evaluated my foot and arch and knew exactly what I needed. My feet left happy and I left with hope for the first time in a year. Sam made me promise to come back in 8 weeks and check in to make sure I was making progress. Highly recommend! read more

Update: They did respond to my review with some encouraging words so I private messaged them to see if anything can be worked out. This was last December. Now it's April and still no response from this company. Instead, I went to my nearby podiatrist, they took an impression of my feet and called me about a month later to present these custom insoles that I've been wearing for about 5 weeks now and they're way better than the product I purchased here. What was the cost? $10 copay and insurance took care of the rest. I would avoid gimmicky places like this. read more

I still stand behind my prior review 100% in addition to this little update. Come to find out that custom insoles should have a lifespan of about 10 years, because your arch and your feet change over time. Thus that brought me back into Foot Solutions after all these years. Jack, the owner, is still there and as knowledgable, friendly and helpful as ever. What has changed a bit is the technology of scanning your feel for your custom insoles. Which for a person like myself, pushing 50, with an athletic lifestyle, insoles are extending the lifeline of remaining active and vertical. It is worth the $400 price tag to me and I am glad to have Foot Solutions as a resource to keep my active life just that, "active." My focus is always insoles with this store, be it custom or from their pre-made selection from Saluber (which is great insole brand for someone new to the insole world or does not have such a severe foot problem/pain), but they have a good array of shoes designed to support and comfort your feet. The store has a "mom & pop" feel, but don't let that fool you about the knowledge and expertise of the owner Jack. He is worth his salt and I trust him in this department of insoles. Living out of state and visiting Vegas, I researched various ortho shoe stores. I loved the foot solutions website and reviews. The site says, "refunds or exchanges within 30 days". I chose new shoes and orthotics. He said wear them one half an hour first day and add another half an hour everyday for about 15 days. The orthotics caused too much pain and I wanted to return them. I got out my receipt which says,"store credit or exchange only within 7 days." I was at the 15 day point, beyond the store 7 days but under the website 30 days. Shocked!! I called headquarters many times for several weeks. They claim that the 30 day policy is for the website only sales. No where on their website does it say, "website only"!!!!! I chose foot solutions because of the 30 day refund. From their website I had clicked on "see the store page" and nothing is different. I would not had bought them if it were only 7 days! Headquarters says "that store is an independent franchise". Therefore, they can set their own policies. I have no problem with different policies if that is clearly communicated. I regret not looking at the receipt which was placed in the bag at the point of sale. I am very disappointed with headquarters, they are throwing this back on me, hoping I will give up. They are not pro active in trying to solve this issue. They are hiding behind the statement "independent franchise", leaving me stuck between poorly communicated corporate and local policy. Customer service doesn't stop at the register but continues through any issues after the sale. It is only 149.99 plus tax and they even get the product back. Otherwise, the Vegas store is a good store. read more

We shop here once in a while for sports or work shoes. It's a small store with high quality brand footwear with the prices to match! Saving grace is once in a while we receive postcards in the mail offering pretty good discounts on their products. They offer orthopedic devices and really wide width shoes. It's worth a visit if you need "specialty" shoes and value quality footwear. You will find a lot of sport shoes, work shoes, some sandals, some formal shoes. read more

I am newer to this area and wasn't sure where to go and stumbled upon this place just a mile from my home - so lucky! I have a leg length discrepancy that has caused me back pain and recurring issues my whole life. I had orthotics but was years overdue for a reevaluation and new inserts. Once again, Jack was invaluable in finding my "foot solution." I'm relatively new to wearing leg braces, and three months ago, he helped me find my first pair of shoes to wear with them. I was impressed with the fact that the owner of the store works in the store and was the person who waited on me. He gave me many options, took a lot of time with me to explain things and let me try several pairs of shoes. He was never impatient or never made me feel rushed. He ordered shoes for me for work because they didn't carry them in my size. He ordered 2 different sizes just in case, and I was so glad he did because I ended up buying the extra pair that was a half size smaller. Tony really assisted my son with buying shoes and an arch support for a price we could afford. We couldn't afford a full price set of work shoes, so he found us a pair of clearance shoes for $29.99! Plus, they would have been exactly the same type of shoes we would have needed anyway (all black, nonslip sole). We will need to come back in, as the lowest-cost arch supports don't appear to be working the best, but Tony told us in advance that this might be the case. So this didn't come as a surprise. Just paid a visit to Foot Solutions to find the perfect shoe and orthotics to help alleviate plantar fasciitis/heel spur pain. I can honestly say, I have never experienced the level of great customer service as I did here. Tony helped me out and took his time to assess my needs, recommended the best products, and even show me exercises to help treat my pain. I swear, I probably don't even get half the amount of time and attention at the doctor's office! Even after the store quickly filled with other customers, he and the other associate working addressed the customers for waiting and continued providing 100% great customer service until we were through. I have sciatica and am currently looking into the potential reality of having a bulging disc, so I realised that I had to bite the bullet and start wearing better quality shoes! Tony was very attentive and helpful, and made sure that my preferences as well as my needs were met.
