Happy July 4th 2026 in celebration of 250 amazing years! Cheers to ten quarters of a century old!! That's a lot of quarters. What a perfect time to dedicate my 2,300th Yelp review to strong feet and great health. Let's move in comfy and supportive shoes! Both my daughters and I were in Las Vegas last weekend. My youngest was complaining about her bunions. I immediately Yelped for shoe shops. It lead us to Foot Solutions. Thanks Yelp! They are a premier foot wellness retail store that offers custom orthotics and insoles plus specialized footwear to help people with relieving pain and improving health. I made a 10:00 AM appointment online. Walk-ins are welcomed as well. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by Jack, the owner. He is a very nice, friendly, and cordial gentleman. This shop was very clean and organized. Felt very inviting and homey. Originally, we came here for my youngest daughter's foot concerns, but I said why not get all of our feet evaluated. Jack was open to helping the 3 of us. He attended to each of us separately. He spent almost 2 hours with us. He first asked where we are experiencing foot pain if any. He then measured our feet. Lastly, he went back to the stock room and came back with shoe options that could help our feet. He was very patient and listened well. He's quite knowledgeable on the anatomy of the foot and the importance of keeping it healthy and strong. After all said and done trying and fitting, we ended up buying 4 pairs of Brooks (2 pairs for moi of course), 5 pairs of orthotics (I needed one for my old Hokas, too), 4 pairs of Oofos sandals, and 2 pairs of toe separators. Yes, it cost a whole lot of moola, but for healthy feet, body, mind, and soul, it was worth every penny! Our feet supports our whole body so we gotta treat it well every day. Our feet are doing much better now! Highly recommend Foot Solutions! Thank you so much Jack for your professionalism, wealth of foot knowledge and helpful tips, answering our questions, friendly and courteous manners, patience, and amazing service. My daughters and I are grateful to have found you and your Foot Solutions. We'll be back for more comfy and supportive shoes in the near future. Happy Feet for Happy Life Always! Note on Exchange Policy: "WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS. Merchandise may be EXCHANGED for either different merchandise or for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Must be in original packaging. Custom, worn, or modified merchandise cannot be exchanged." read more

Jack at Foot Solutions is a knowledgeable and friendly salesman. He's always there. Jack gets your measurements, listens to your shoe needs and provides a variety of style choices. What else are you looking for? He orders & stocks quality products. I liked a brand & style from Germany called Finn Comfort and Jack ordered them to make it happen! Had to get the euro size right a couple times, so it took several weeks for the eventual shoes to come from Germany. He called me back to let me know to pick them up as soon as they arrived. I was very happy with his customer service, location of the store, hours and knowledge of shoes. You just don't get that kind of knowledgeable & courteous service very often anymore. Used Apple Pay for the purchase. Thank you Jack! I'll be back for more shoes when the time comes. Foot solutions solves problems! You won't be disappointed. read more

Great place! The staff is really helpful. My wife has some foot pain so we stopped to get her some shoes insoles.

The owner says that I couldn't walk when I went to his store. Then how did I get there? I walked! And I walked all by myself without a crutch or cane! He said he made me walk naturally and normally again. He took credit for that! He did nothing except hurt me more. How dare he take credit for my hard work and my physical therapist! I was never there 7 times for an hour each time! I went there 3 times one of which was to get my money back which was a struggle to do! He's a liar. And a big one at that! Don't trust this guy. read more

Wow wow wow. After suffering with planters fasciitis for almost a year and seeing two different doctors I walked into Foot Solutions and learned more about my feet and what I needed to be doing to heel them from Sam. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He evaluated my foot and arch and knew exactly what I needed. My feet left happy and I left with hope for the first time in a year. Sam made me promise to come back in 8 weeks and check in to make sure I was making progress. Highly recommend! read more

I am on vacation and broke my orthotic shoes. I'm my search for a Pedorthist, I found this store and came here specifically after reading the unreasonable bad review from Laura D. I ended up leaving with 2 pairs. Thanks Jack! See you every time I visit here! read more

The truth is I purchased my first pair (of five pairs of shoes) from Foot Solutions 13 years ago, but this newest pair was all but brand new. They still smelled new after sitting in my closet so long. The owner did not suggest I contact MBT, nor did he offer a customer service email or phone number. I came up with the idea to contact MBT on my own. Without hesitation they offered me a discount on a direct sale from them. They have a huge selection and I found a fabulous pair that I wear often. read more

I still stand behind my prior review 100% in addition to this little update. Come to find out that custom insoles should have a lifespan of about 10 years, because your arch and your feet change over time. Thus that brought me back into Foot Solutions after all these years. Jack, the owner, is still there and as knowledgable, friendly and helpful as ever. What has changed a bit is the technology of scanning your feel for your custom insoles. Which for a person like myself, pushing 50, with an athletic lifestyle, insoles are extending the lifeline of remaining active and vertical. It is worth the $400 price tag to me and I am glad to have Foot Solutions as a resource to keep my active life just that, "active." My focus is always insoles with this store, be it custom or from their pre-made selection from Saluber (which is great insole brand for someone new to the insole world or does not have such a severe foot problem/pain), but they have a good array of shoes designed to support and comfort your feet. The store has a "mom & pop" feel, but don't let that fool you about the knowledge and expertise of the owner Jack. He is worth his salt and I trust him in this department of insoles. Go see him, you won't regret it. read more

Update: They did respond to my review with some encouraging words so I private messaged them to see if anything can be worked out. This was last December. Now it's April and still no response from this company. Instead, I went to my nearby podiatrist, they took an impression of my feet and called me about a month later to present these custom insoles that I've been wearing for about 5 weeks now and they're way better than the product I purchased here. What was the cost? $10 copay and insurance took care of the rest. I would avoid gimmicky places like this. read more

Great store and service by Carlos!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Walked in and he recommended a pair of shoes for workouts and all discomfort is gone thanks so much!!!!! read more

Amazing Customer service we were there on 4/6/24 because my husband has neuropathy & drop foot. They took the time to listen to what he needs & why his regular shoes don't work. Measured his feet & brought out the 3 best options They spent quality time with us to make sure we got him the right pair of shoes read more

The orthotics are keeping my feet and back happy. Yay! Next time I'm shopping for sandals and a new pair of Brooks Ghost.

Living out of state and visiting Vegas, I researched various ortho shoe stores. I loved the foot solutions website and reviews. The site says, "refunds or exchanges within 30 days". I chose new shoes and orthotics. He said wear them one half an hour first day and add another half an hour everyday for about 15 days. The orthotics caused too much pain and I wanted to return them. I got out my receipt which says,"store credit or exchange only within 7 days." I was at the 15 day point, beyond the store 7 days but under the website 30 days. Shocked!! I called headquarters many times for several weeks. They claim that the 30 day policy is for the website only sales. No where on their website does it say, "website only"!!!!! I chose foot solutions because of the 30 day refund. From their website I had clicked on "see the store page" and nothing is different. I would not had bought them if it were only 7 days! Headquarters says "that store is an independent franchise". Therefore, they can set their own policies. I have no problem with different policies if that is clearly communicated. I regret not looking at the receipt which was placed in the bag at the point of sale. I am very disappointed with headquarters, they are throwing this back on me, hoping I will give up. They are not pro active in trying to solve this issue. They are hiding behind the statement "independent franchise", leaving me stuck between poorly communicated corporate and local policy. Customer service doesn't stop at the register but continues through any issues after the sale. It is only 149.99 plus tax and they even get the product back. Otherwise, the Vegas store is a good store. read more

Such great custom insoles for any kind of shoe you may want it in. Jack is awesome! He can definitely fix sore feet and help with loads of issues when it comes to your feet. He carries a great selection of orthopedic shoes and even does custom insoles. I've gotten two pairs of custom insoles, and he also helps me with any modifications I need. He's a great man who truly cares about helping you with problems. He's also patient and just provides great customer service. I'm a repeat customer for a reason. Give Foot solutions a shot, you will definitely be happy with the decision read more

So far I've been wearing my medical grade orthotic inserts and wearing my oofos sandals and it has helped tremendously. I was in so much pain after being on my feet for 12 hours at work. Now I don't have discomfort from plantar fasciitis. I have the foot solutions to thank for that! read more

My aunt and I went to Foot Solutions on Rampart today and Sam Ahmed was the most helpful. We have flat feet and he knew exactly what our feet needed. He was so patient and knowledgeable! He brought out so many pairs of shoes for us to try on with the same enthusiasm and smile as when we first walked into the store! His passion and belief on how important correct footwear is contagious! We walked out with 5 pairs of shoes and we are so happy with the products and the exceptional service that Sam provided! We will definitely come back again! Thank you so much for the boutique shopping experience Sam! read more

At a time where most people would rather complain, I would like to give a "high complement" to Foot Solutions and the manager Jack Crowder. Who went out of his way, to take good care of me. Such a kind and professional gentleman. I have been trying for so long and have been to those so called "feet people" . But now, I feel like I've hit the jackpot because he solved my problem. My feet never felt so good! Jack "{Your the best!") Sincerely, David Iannaci P.S. I dictated this to my wife who was with me thru the whole process. read more

First time here. Went here cause the only store that carries the shoes I really wanted-- GDefy ION walking shoes. They got my size too. Guy who helped us (didn't get his name), was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back here again in the future. read more

We shop here once in a while for sports or work shoes. It's a small store with high quality brand footwear with the prices to match! Saving grace is once in a while we receive postcards in the mail offering pretty good discounts on their products. They offer orthopedic devices and really wide width shoes. It's worth a visit if you need "specialty" shoes and value quality footwear. You will find a lot of sport shoes, work shoes, some sandals, some formal shoes. read more

This place is so great! Jack, the owner, was really friendly and helpful and asked all the right questions to make sure the solution he came up with was right for me! I am newer to this area and wasn't sure where to go and stumbled upon this place just a mile from my home - so lucky! I have a leg length discrepancy that has caused me back pain and recurring issues my whole life. I had orthotics but was years overdue for a reevaluation and new inserts. I have to say this place and the people there exceeded all expectations! I had no trouble explaining my need for a lift in my left shoe and am a few weeks into using the new inserts now and they are exactly what I was hoping for! Thank you, Jack! read more

I am so glad I discovered Foot Solutions in Summerlin! All these years I have wasted thousands of dollars on cute shoes & sandals that actually ruined my feet! I found sandals that support my flat feet & give lift to my arch. Thanks to JACK for taking the time to show me different solutions to my foot problem. If you have problems with your feet that lead to aches & pain; waste no time and see JACK at Foot Solutions located on Lake Mead & Rampart. read more

A++++ Loved the customer service at this local place! We felt 100 percent confident in the recommendations for sandals and inserts!

Outstanding service! The owner and his staff are exceptionally well trained in the feet. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and was referred there. They hooked me up with exactly what I needed and my feet are the best feet I've had in all my life because of the insoles and shoes. Today I saw an employee and even after all this time he remembered me! Your feet will feel awesome after a visit here and surely you will meet new friends. read more

Nice place and really helpful. They found my sons pair of shoes and inserts that helped his feet and back feel much better.

The only place I will buy shoes from here on out. I got some shows from here today that help with lower back pain, and plantars. The owner is very knowledgeable. The other gentleman working was as well. They also have some sandals I loved called oofos. Just wish they had more sizes in the shiny black. They were about $60. Shoes I bought were about $220. Inserts were $39. Well worth it. Wide variety of price ranges. Love love love. More info/relief received from this shoe shop than the doctor. Thank you for the time, enthusiasm, relief, and help! read more

Once again, Jack was invaluable in finding my "foot solution." I'm relatively new to wearing leg braces, and three months ago, he helped me find my first pair of shoes to wear with them. This will be my first summer with the leg braces, and I was worried i wouldn't be able to find sandals that would accommodate them. Just as before, the very first pair of shoes he recommended were literally a perfect fit. For me, the confidence and comfort these shoes are providing me have contributed to my success in becoming more mobile. I can't thank Jack enough for his professionalism, his knowledge, and his kind attention. read more

Everyone there is always professional and attentive. I don't mind waiting because they give you their full attention and truly care about your feet. I used to purchase the braces they sell online but order the human touch that the team provides. Please visit if you want some good feeling shoes (no Louboutins here). read more

Very helpful, super friendly and accommodating. They were patient and let me take my time, ask questions and gave plenty of advice and suggestions. My feet are happy too :) definitely recommend! read more

I was impressed with the fact that the owner of the store works in the store and was the person who waited on me. He gave me many options, took a lot of time with me to explain things and let me try several pairs of shoes. He was never impatient or never made me feel rushed. He ordered shoes for me for work because they didn't carry them in my size. He ordered 2 different sizes just in case, and I was so glad he did because I ended up buying the extra pair that was a half size smaller. Very happy with the customer service and the Oofos and telics I purchased for my plantar fasciitis. I am telling all of my coworkers about this stote. read more

Tony really assisted my son with buying shoes and an arch support for a price we could afford. We couldn't afford a full price set of work shoes, so he found us a pair of clearance shoes for $29.99! Plus, they would have been exactly the same type of shoes we would have needed anyway (all black, nonslip sole). We will need to come back in, as the lowest-cost arch supports don't appear to be working the best, but Tony told us in advance that this might be the case. So this didn't come as a surprise. This store, judging by my experience and by the other reviews here, really seems to have the best interest of the customer first. read more

Just paid a visit to Foot Solutions to find the perfect shoe and orthotics to help alleviate plantar fasciitis/heel spur pain. I can honestly say, I have never experienced the level of great customer service as I did here. Tony helped me out and took his time to assess my needs, recommended the best products, and even show me exercises to help treat my pain. I swear, I probably don't even get half the amount of time and attention at the doctor's office! Even after the store quickly filled with other customers, he and the other associate working addressed the customers for waiting and continued providing 100% great customer service until we were through. Left with one pair of Oofos flip flops (AMAZING) and had them order me another shoe. So happy with my experience and cannot wait to pay a visit to them soon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

The employees are always very knowledgeable and helpful. The sites are great and have changed the quality of my life. Make sure you save up a little dough first as the shoes are a little pricey: $59 and up. But they are total game changers! read more

I have sciatica and am currently looking into the potential reality of having a bulging disc, so I realised that I had to bite the bullet and start wearing better quality shoes! Tony was very attentive and helpful, and made sure that my preferences as well as my needs were met. I'm definitely coming in again soon for another pair of work shoes read more
