I brought my four year old son here for shoes. He needed to use the restroom in emergency, as kids do, and the employees refused to let him use the restroom. They sent my husband to Ulta for their restroom, only for it to be closed. Pretty despicable way to treat your customers. What's the point of selling children's shoes if your store isn't prepared to accommodate the basic needs of the children you're selling them to? Edit: if my son were able to go to the bathroom, that would've given me and my teenager time to look at other shoes. Off Broadway's inhospitable bathroom policy ended up losing them money on a sale. read more

Tyler is the greatest !!! I can never find cute shoes my size but sometimes get lucky with the clearance section here. I needed black flats or heels for an event ASAP. Without me even asking for help, Tyler noticed the type of shoe I was looking for and within minutes, he had found the only 5 1/2 black heels left in the store. They were so affordable too! He provided phenomenal customer service and is so friendly. Thank you Tyler !!! You saved this gal's life hours before her flight. read more

Skip this place. It's not worth the hassle and false advertising. Employee says yes this is buy one get the other half off but then the price is to high? It's literally a scam. We went back in and the lady said well someone told you the wrong thing! I'm sorry lady that someone was you! Complete rip off and they don't honor their advertisements. Go anywhere else but this place. read more

OBS isn't my favorite for she shopping but I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. A pair of rubber nike flip flops at $30 that I can't seem to find anywhere else for some reason. They had all the sizes and I found mine pretty quickly. Friendly employees and somewhat fair prices, you can't go wrong with that. But one thing to keep in mind is that most items sold here isn't real leather, it's mostly manmade materials, which is not my favorite. So for now this joint gets 3 stars. read more

Easy access, easy to work with, great prices and a big selection. If you find the style you're looking for, and they just happen to be out if your size, tell them and they can order and ship it to your house. They also stand behind their products. I found a defect in one if the shoes found after i got home with the shies, it wasn't obvious, I returned the shoes and NO PROBLEM GETTING A REPLACEMENT !!! This is my go to shoe store for dress, casual and athletic shoes. I highly recommend them. read more

I'm fully aware that retail is not an easy job. Especially in Las Vegas. And for that very reason I always give employees the benefit of the doubt. But, when you walk into a store that's listed as being open till 9pm on their website, find a makeshift hours of operation sign saying a whole hour earlier, (i.e. 8pm) and walk in to employees repeatedly telling you they close in 5 minutes when it 12 minutes till the posted closure displayed on the piece of typing paper with scribbles from a Sharpie IM LESS THAN IMPRESSED!! You won't be getting my business if you're so put out you can't help someone whose in dire need of a comfortable pair of shoes for a foot injury. Customer services may not be the focus of most companies but I can promise you I won't give you my hard earned money if your operation is less than professional and more worried about leaving on time than helping a fellow human out!! Peace!! read more

I wasn't expecting to find anything that fit me because I have extra wide feet with a high instep. Store associates walk around tending the store and greeted me; asking if I needed any help. I browsed with my friends. To my surprise they carried New Balance in 4E width... wow. There was a sale at the time, so I was able to get two pairs of sneakers for less than it would have cost me going to an actual NB retail store. One pair I bought on premises, but the other needed to be ordered. The young lady -Andrea- takes care of that at the register. She explained the process. The pair that needed to be ordered was mailed directly to my residence with tracking (no extra charges either). I received my second pair (which was 50% off per sale) within a week. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the process! read more

The customer service at this location is the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. Employees treat this place like they are the owners .They probably hate their job but they also forgot what it means to be a nice human being, and have respect towards others. I'm a business owner myself and I would definitely recommend hiring people that care,.They definitely ruined my day with their attitude, and I was there just to buy some shoes. read more

Worst service ever, no one in the store and they were talking to each other. Asked them for help with kids shoes and they act like they did me a favor plus when I asked to check for other models in the same size they never came back. I end up not buying anything and plan on never coming back. read more

Was sold two left shoes. I ran in and bought a quick pair of loafers on the way to the airport for a vacation. I misplaced the receipt. long story short the manager was less the helpful. The shoes obviously couldn't be worn on vacation. They refused to look up the transaction because I didn't have an account. It's not that hard to do right by the customer but apparently here it is. read more

We've been here a few times but I think that we made one purchase up to this point. It's a good size store, rectangle-shaped- it goes pretty deep. It's always clean. The regular selection of shoes are always well-stocked. I just noticed that this store also has handbags (blinders, shoes), located at the front and back. Immediate greetings upon entering. There were other customers shopping. Today the promotion was "Buy one pair, get the second pair at 50% off." I always go straight to the clearance section in the back, but I checked both size 6 and 6.5 to be sure (different brands are different sizes). I saw so many pairs of shoes and boots that I really liked- BOC, Bob's by Skechers, Crocs, Earth, Sofft, & many others. I had decided on two pairs when I learned that the promotion also applied to the clearance shoes. I was trying to focus on sandals that would offer support, something for work and vacation, but didn't look like "old lady" styles (Life is too short for cheap shoes that hurt your feet. - Me). I almost got seduced by the lowest-priced ones ($19.99 & $14.99), but I gotta go with which ones were the best and the ones I loved. I opted for two BOC pairs of sandals. (I can always go back for the boots, haha.) Checkout was pretty good. Nice clerk. Return policy is good. Must have receipt. read more

What a rip off. False advertising. BOGO and 50% on 2nd cheaper pair. Does BOGO mean BUTT OFF - GET OUT? Two $100 PAIRS for $150. Next door offers 60% OFF THAT MEANS $120 FIR TWO PAIRS. I'm not wasting my time or money here. Sorry not this time! read more

She explained to me things then she checked on me when I was walking around to see how I made out then she thanked me when I was leaving this girl is over the top the most incredible employee I have ever experienced in 54 years I wanted to let management know congratulations for hiring her, because she is absolutely a gift for your business. read more

I thought this was Saks related. No such luck. It's just a big shoe store with isles and isles of shoes... yet very few wides so nothing for me. Shoe type for ALL occasions ALL ages. Prices are a little high, but better to buy two pair for the price of one. Was able to find dress shoes by one of my favorite designers Nina, casual slip ons from Steve Madden, and Vans sneakers. Help from Staff was available but unnecessary since the shoe sizes are made available on the racks. They also sell designer bags, socks, jewelry, shoe cleaning products, and hats! My new go to store for shoes! read more

Google said this place closed at 7:30 pm. I walked in at 6:59pm and I had 2 people raise their voices at me from afar AS SOON as I walked in the door saying "nope. we're closed" "we close in 1 minute" "ma'am we're closed." No apology, no customer service. just rudely kicked me out when I drove 30 minutes to get here. Its not my fault they advertised the wrong closing time. won't be coming back here. read more

Oh my.... Off Broadway may have stolen my heart... (I'm sorry for cheating on you, DSW). Conveniently located in Downtown Summerlin, I finally had a chance to mosey over there on my lunch break. Oh boy.. Shoe nirvana! I think DSW may have a bigger selection, but Off Broadway is having a sale on their boots, so my eyes lit up like a kid in a candy store. The standout about Off Broadway, however, was the customer service. Maybe it is because they weren't busy, or they are a new store, but the staff was SO helpful and kind. I was greeted when I walked in, they explained where things were, let me alone for awhile to browse, came to see if I needed any help, checked sizes in the system when I couldn't find something I wanted, explained the shipping options.. It was pretty darn remarkable. The boots I got were great (and on sale), and the clerk who rang me up was similarly friendly and polite. It's probably a bad thing that they are close to my job...Because like Arnold says, "I'll be back!" read more

Purchased 4 pairs here with my son and daughter on Black Friday weekend. The purchase was a buy one get one at 50% off. The pair i bought hurt my feet and i ended up returning it this past weekend. Store clerk said no return, just exchange or store credit. I then asked what amount my credit would be. $39.99. Fine. I went back and found a pair of black skecher boots, didn't find it in my size. Went to a sales associate who wasn't busy assisting anyone, was told all sizes available are there, didn't offer to check it herself nor did she offer to check if available at other locations. The irony of it was when my husband and I first entered the store with "their" shopping bag in hand, there was an immediate and cold question of "is there anything i can help you with?" while eyeing my bag looking like she couldn't wait.?!? I was stunned, so i calmly said i have a return, to which i was told to fall in line (like i wouldn't know that) and to kindly give me a moment while i locate the receipt in the bag. Anyway, back to the return item. I returned to the counter to request for store credit since they didn't have my size. They were now saying my credit would be reduced from $39.99 to $27+, because the second pair for the BOGO on Black Friday would be charged a full price! I said that makes zero sense since i am NOT getting actual money back, and that it isn't my issue that they don't have my size! I should be credited "the same amount charged for the shoes" from the original transaction! Let's remember I WAS getting another pair, unfortunately, they didn't have my size! I was fuming inside but tried to remain calm while asking my husband, "What should we do? Never return to this store? I feel like this is their way of penalizing a customer for them not having my size?!?!" That's robbery! Ridiculous!! read more

I was in Shoe Heaven!!! Boots, Stilettos, Sandals, Shoes, Flats, Socks....Whatever you need, they got them. They have a large selection of Well Known Brands, and some Not So Well Known Brands. Customer Service is Excellent. The Salespeople were attentive, and asked if we needed help with a shoe size, if there wasn't one available on the floor. I Believe there was a Men's Shoe Section as well, Sorry Guys I was glued to the Women's Side, lol! Off Broadway Shoes is located in Downtown Summerlin, I believe next to Nordstrom Rack. I did find a pair of Summer Sandals, as did my family! I will definitely be back =) read more

I wish I can give them zero stars. I bought a pair of Ugg's for my mom for Christmas. They asked me if I wanted a gift receipt and I said yes. They did not fit well on her feet so I decided to take them back and get my money back so I could get her shoes that felt comfortable for her. They told me that I couldn't get my money back with a gift receipt and when I bought them they didn't give me a regular receipt or even tell me about this policy. I asked for the manager, SARA, and she was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! My husband passed away a few years ago and I had a shirt with a picture with him on it. AS I WAS WALKING OUT SHE SAID " I HOPE YOU GET OVER YOUR GRIEVANCE" Very unprofessional and she should not be working in customer service. read more

I can sum up this store in one word: Selection. Of course, you're not going to find any Carrie Bradshaw worthy shoes here, but you can find a wide range of decently priced boots, sandals, wedges, heels and sneakers for nearly every occasion. That said, I find the store to be a bit hit-or-miss. I love that they generally have sales going on (Buy 1, Get 1 Half-Off, for example) but sometimes I have a hard time finding even one pair that I like, much less two. I usually head straight back to check out their sale section, and I have snagged a few good pairs from there. A pair of Steve Madden flats, some adorable cork and hemp strappy summer wedges and a pair of Bear Claw, fur-lined boots during the winter months. I don't think I've ever paid more than $30 a pair. It's a clean store with friendly sales associates and plenty of stock, they just might not have what you're looking for the day you happen to walk in but that doesn't mean that in a couple they still won't! My advice? Keep checking in. Eventually, you will find the perfect pair...of something! read more

I discovered Off Broadway Shoes in L.A. and have visited it whenever I was there. I was thrilled to find them at Downtown Summerlin! But I'm still nursing my wounds over not finding the navy blue cowboy boot in my size a year ago in L.A., and they sure haven't made an appearance at this new outpost. They have a great selection of shoes and boots in all price ranges. I don't think it's as extensive as DSW, though. Still, it's wonderful to have a big shoe store closer to where I live. They have a fairly generous return policy, 60 days I think. And if you're a guy who wears a very small size shoe, they even have some au courant styles available. I didn't buy anything for myself on this visit, but did manage to find two pairs for my husband, who can NEVER find anything in his size. Not that he ever thinks he needs shoes, but I know better. Nice addition to Downtown Summerlin, across the parking lot from Trader Joe, which means I'll be checking their stock often. read more

great store. many shoe stores will sell you shoes that are 5 years old. NOT HERE. Selection is pretty good, and the store manager is hot.

Walked in looking for 6 inch all black heels with an ankle strap. Wandered around the store for half an hour with no assistance offered. Walked out. Wasn't greeted at all although there were reps walking all around the store. Won't be returning. read more

My wife and I walked into the store yesterday. I was masked but my wife had forgotten to wear hers. We were greeted by a shrill voice from about 100 feet away demanding that she put on her mask. As my wife opened her purse to get her mask out, this person stood about 15 feet away and watched to make sure her demands were being met. At which point I commented that it wasn't necessary for her to make sure the mask was being put on. She responded with the Governor's mandate speech to which I responded I didn't need to hear it. Her answer was, and I quote, "you don't need to shop here, either." I told her she was absolutely right. And my wife and I turned and left the store. I wonder how the store manager would feel about her chasing customers off like that. Worse yet, she may have been the manager. Which really makes me question the judgement of someone who let this person work in a customer service environment. read more

I have to admit when it comes to shoe stores, I am totally biased. Since I work for a major online shoe retailer, I feel like I am a huge cheater whenever I go to a brick and mortar shoe store! Every once in awhile I will venture in to see how a particular brand fits or looks, but I never buy. Off Broadway is fairly small and doesn't have much variety. The prices are high and even their clearance section wasn't a very good bargain. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly! If you don't like to buy your footwear online, I suppose it's just as good as any other brick & mortar shoe store out there. I feel guilty even reviewing another shoe retailer! read more

My boyfriend and I decided to stop in here after having a bad experience at another store. He was looking for work boots. He found a pair immediately that he really liked. Their current sale is buy one one half off. So we decided to grab a pair of shoes for our son. The pair he wanted was not available in his size. After verifying this with the cashier, she quickly checked online and found they were available online. She offered to order them for us and have them mailed to our house. Wow! This is how customer service should be!! I thanked her a few times and was told of course and with a smile! We will definitely return here instead of the other store from now on! read more

I've only been in this store twice. Both times, I had similar experiences - in that I had only been shopping for 15 minutes, yet had 4 different sales people asked me if everything was okay. We're all different, and I don't need or want this type of attention or "help". Really, just let me shop in peace. If I need help, I'll find you. I realize employees are told to make sure customers know you're there, as well as look for shoplifters. But 4 interruptions in 15 minutes? Also, don't yell after me as I'm walking (running) out the door and say, "have a great day ma'am". read more

Walked in tried on some boots. Was never greeted, never helped. Actually a sales associate walked right pass me to ask another lady if she needed help. After the woman said no, the sales associate again walked directly pass me, like right in my face. Idk I think the associates here are racially biased. The don't seem to be interested helping the minority customers. This experience put a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return. read more

I truly hope that if the manager of this store ever finds herself in a situation where she can avoid some unnecessary embarrassment by simply being able to access a restroom that someone will make an exception for her unlike she did for my young daughter today. It's a restroom and she is a small child that, yes, in the midst of being excited about a pair of new shoes waited a bit too long to say she needed a restroom but seriously, it's a public store you could have taken the opportunity to be helpful and do the right thing. Your logic that she couldn't use it cause then you would have to allow everyone else to use it as well was absurd .. the store was empty! Plus, in the time you took to explain the ridiculous reason she couldn't use it to me she could have been done and out of your hair and you might have felt good for helping a child who needed it. read more

Always clean, very nice staff and great prices perfect for any occasion personal or gifts

We went here about a week or so ago for the first time because we heard about their BOGO sale & the hubby wanted some new work out shoes. We walked in about 5 of us. My husband was trying on a pair of shoes when I noticed a sales associate standing behind us, maybe just a few feet away DEAD ON STARING. Her & another associate who kept walking by I'm assuming thought we were trying to steal shoes. First of all, I used to work retail & I know how it goes. Never have I ever disrespected customers like how we were disrespected. 1. We were not stealing, & 2. If you suspect a customer of stealing which you can be wrong like in our instance; you go up to them and act like you're helping them so that they know you're watching them instead of making innocent customers feel uncomfortable. This idiot employee was so unprofessional. We ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes & that was definitely our first and last time at this store. read more
