This shop is located In downtown summerlin. Easy street parking or there's a few parking lots or garage that are close by that you can park at. I don't shop here too often, but when I do I find certain pieces that I actually really like. This store gives me more "raver" and prom vibes more than anything. Their clothes run smaller they're more so fitted for juniors also mentioned by the associates. Associates were welcoming and helpful. Some items I will say are a bit pricy for what they are but some are affordable. Just depends on the material and such. They have a whole fitting room in the back of the store but they block it off completely. But they do have 3 stalls available if you need to try anything on. The line was very long at the time for me. Make sure to ask about return and exchange policies some items are FINAL!! read more

When shopping I asked the sales associate the price of a pair of pants with a red line through the price tag. She told me "anything with a red line is $10." After checking out, I noticed we were charged $26.94 for the pants. I returned to the store & asked the associate why we were charged that price & she said it's 50% off. I reminded her when I gave her the pants & asked for a price, she told me, "Anything with a red line is $10." She just looked at me & repeated they were 50% off. At this point I told her "so you misinformed me?" She said nothing. The only sign posted on the sale rack said "extra 50%off". When I asked her what it was an extra 50% off what? She looked at me slow to respond then said "the original price" as if asking me a question. Needless to say, I was not impressed with a sales associate who not only misinforms customers, but then does not honor prices they quote! I WILL be following up with their management! read more

God I love this clothing store! This location is located at Downtown Summerlin. I don't do a whole lot of shopping in person anymore unless its a special occasion. Needed a dress for an event so I stopped in here because I know they have beautiful, great quality dresses for not too expensive! I came in on a random Tuesday in the morning. To my surprise, they were open before 11am! Love that. There were a couple girls in there working and they welcomed me as soon as I walked in. I walked around and grabbed a few things to try on. They helped me get a room and whatnot, too. The girls working were super friendly. I ended up getting a few things. I also love that they have a lot of the things you need to wear under your dress, too, like pasties and spanx and things like that. So nice not having to go somewhere else for that crap. Being a girl is hard... Definitely will be back and can't recommend this place enough for beautiful dresses for that special occasion, like a holiday party or NYE! The manager April and Marisol are so great and understanding. My little sister got a prom dress here two days ago, but when she got home she didn't love it as much. I called and asked if she would be able to exchange if she found something else and April agreed to make an exception and do an exchange since she's never worn it and it was brand new with tags and all. We came in tonight and were able to find an absolutely gorgeous replacement and she is so so happy and glowing. Had an absolute blast shopping at this location. Was greeted by associate Kailene who had such a warm personality and guided me throughout the store to view items I was interested in shopping for. Her teammate, Julianna, then proceeded to help with getting my clothes fitted and rang both my mom and I. She informed me of the rewards program that we can sign up for and was so kind and patient with our questions. Just overall a wonderful experience! I gave it 3 stars solely because I like the clothes but the customer service is horrible. Kadence made sure to try to rush everyone out at 7 pm, a whole hour before closing. She was visibly upset the whole time and it seemed like every little thing ticked her off. Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way, is that she asked me for my email and name before starting the transaction. Seems like she signed me up for a rewards program without asking for my consent. Other than the customer service, I will say if you like clubbing clothes they are an option. Just be aware of the subpar service. I for one will steer away when possible. read more

There was a line of 5 people to try items on, we asked to use the other dressing rooms that were closed toward the back but we're not able to because she was on lunch. It is a Saturday during dress shopping season, figure out your business. We left and you missed out on a few hundred dollar sale. Returned 2 items and only got refunded for 1 item. Called customer service and the manager charged me again $89.33 when I explained to her that I returned the items at the store and I have the receipts to prove it and only got a refund for 1 of the items. The store clerk stated there's nothing she can do. On top of Klarna is still waiting for them to notify them of the returned items. Until they notify Klarna, my return is still pending and will get charge again for the items I no longer have. I returned the items back on December 3rd. I purchased those items in November 27th. I called and they said the manager will give me a call back the next day and they will give me my refund. No one called. So I tried reaching out again and the manager was not available. I emailed them twice and no one has gotten back to me regarding my refund. read more

Shopping with my teenage daughter is a struggle, so it was so nice that Kadence was such a huge help to us. She suggested a few dresses for my incredibly picky daughter to try on, which was so nice because they were things that my daughter wouldn't necessarily pick out herself. I was very thankful for Kadence. She looked very young, but worked her rump off to make sure everyone's needs were met. The manager and entire staff here is so friendly! I needed to buy a dress for a formal event & they even helped me to pick one out. The problem was that their formalwear was final sale. Garbage customer service. Girls will stand behind the register gf gossipping and talking about personal drama, their bf, their dog, and assorted complaints that they have to make any effort.. Treated me awful simply for exchanging a size. The item was really delicate and she was dragging it all over the stapler, the scanner and i asked her to please be careful, she then got irritated more and it got caught on her keys. Horrible employment. The website clearly states that the store opens at 11am. Sign at the front of the store states 11am open. Tell me why there was a group of us standing there at 1145am, still waiting for doors to open. Staff is literally standing there and staring at us, not acknowledging anybody, nor answering phone calls, nor even giving any explanation as to why they kept the doors locked 45 MINUTES past opening, and probably even longer. I would like you to give recognition to Kui, you have a real winner on your team, she is absolutely an amazing employee and represents your company well!!! Being in management myself, we don't usually get a lot of positive feedback or recognition however, when I come across an employee with exceptional customer service, I have to ensure, she is recognized!!! I originally came in on 9/2 and purchased a homecoming dress for my daughter, it need to be altered, we took it to be altered but found out it wasn't gonna work out the way we hoped, so back to the store we go. We came back on 9/12 and Kui did the refund. Kui then started asking her what she liked and started showing different dresses, my daughter tried on about 20 more dresses, Kui was back and forth with us and other customers, answering phones, processing exchanges, working the register, checking other stores for dresses and calling stores to find the perfect dress to make sure my daughter got the dress she wanted. So I bought a dress and I fell in love. As I am walking out to my car to send a pic of my dress to a friend I found it on their store website for $30 dollars less than the original sale price in store. I immediately turn back and ask if I am able to return to where they said no. I understand the label of the dress says no returns however I literally just paid for it. Instead of offering me other options or price adjustment I was just told there was nothing to do. Not even store credit or exchange and pick up some different items, nothing. So now I have a nice dress that I paid too much for and a bad taste in my mouth whenever i speak of this stores customer service. read more

I received great customer service at this store location. An associate named Ashley assisted me in ordering an item that was not available in-store. Shortly after I completed my shopping I noticed my wedding ring was missing. Ashley and Stefani Balderas asked for my information just in case it was located. I have been shopping at this location since it opened and had yet to receive great service, until I met ANNIE! She made my daughter feel like a princess. My daughter is in middle school and has insecurities about her weight and she did not want a dress at all. Annie and another girl (can't think of her name but she was shorter and had long dark hair) picked out dresses and put us in the fitting rooms towards the back of the store so we had privacy together. Annie listened to everything my daughter DID NOT want and brought her options that made her very comfortable. Typically you don't even get talked to when you enter this location and there was just an energy with Annie there. I asked her if she was the Store Manager and she smiled and then what she said back to me I will always remember..."Currently yes I am but regardless of my title it was an honor to make your daughter feel special." Right away we were greeted by two different girls. I dont know if she could see the confused look on my face but Melissa, i think she is the general manager, came over to see if we needed help. I let her know the situation and she said she got it. She took my sister and about 10 minutes later she was smiling and found a dress.
