They have a huge selection of nice dresses, and customers can also order from their catalogs or other designers. The owner, Claudia, is really helpful and knowledgeable about her job. The store is nice and clean and orderly. They do charge $15 for trying on three dresses; and the $15 will be reimbursed if a purchase is made. I would say it's pretty fair because there is some amount of wear and tear to the fancy dresses with sequins and beads, and often times fitting requires help from Claudia. I picked three dresses and she did let me try a few more that she recommended without charging extra. Prices are reasonable and ordering a new dress was easy and painless. Claudia never tried to talk me into taking the floor sample even though it was my size. The new dress arrived on time. I look forward to wearing my beautiful dress, and next time I need another dress for a special occasion, I know where I will be looking. I do highly recommend Believe Boutique.

Let them pick a few options for you. These dresses look way different on than what they look on hanging on the hanger. He always goes back on his word. He tried to make me wear a dress shirt that was a 4xl. It looked like it was a sheet from a king size bed and didn't want to fix it. MAKE SURE ITS ALL IN WRITING. He will also won't take responsibility for their mistakes. We had a pant that was to tight on one of the males in my daughters court, so he says let me take a little bit off the string to open it up but he cut the main stitch and 10 minutes before the performance the pant opened up. My mother had to sew it back together. When we told him about it, he said he never did that. There was 3 people who seen him do it. He continued to say "oh well you should have brought it to me to fix." And "the kid should have got a bigger size. It's not my fault" I freakin lost it. He is a POS of a human. I purchased my dress and veil in August 2024 (for a November 2025 wedding) and received word well ahead of schedule in December 2024/ January 2025 that everything had arrived. The team had no problem with me visiting the shop in February to try everything on and ensure everything we ordered arrived as expected. The team was accommodating throughout the entire process. In late September 2025 we began the fitting process. I purchased a size 18 dress and then ended up losing weight resulting in needing my dress to be more in the size 10/12 realm. From the jump, the alterations team was remarkably kind and helpful. They answered all our questions. They reassured us anything we desired could be done and that they had recently altered the same dress, so they were seasoned veterans. We came back for a couple follow up appointments, each time the dress getting closer to the final perfect fit. Despite needing to make some major alterations due to the weight loss, all the alterations cost us under $400 for a dress we originally spent $1600+ on, which felt so reasonable to me, especially for their exceptional quality of work.
