The BEST Macy's in town all around! Their selection of anything is HUGE and fantastic. I have been coming here for over a decade and this place never disappoints. If you need something specific, chances are this place has it. I think the service here is hit or miss, but it's often busy so I can look past that. I will say, the ladies working the formal dress area were great this last weekend and definitely made our shopping experience fun and welcoming. I had the BEST experience at Macy's at Fashion Show while shopping for dinner dresses for an upcoming cruise. Carrie was absolutely amazing and helped me pick out the perfect dresses to try on. She was so patient, attentive, and made the whole experience feel fun and stress free. Octavio, one of the stylists, was also incredible. He so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They both made me feel like a true princess! I could tell they really cared about helping me. I was also thrilled that I was able to get BOTH dresses altered the same day, which honestly blew me away. I'm over the moon with the service I received. Date of visit: September 8, 2025 We rarely come into this particular store--despite our many visits to the Fashion Show Mall--because of the separate Men's store on the other side of the mall, but we really should make this more of a destination for our visits as it is definitely one of the better Macy's stores around. A highlight is the Backstage area, and as per many Macy's locations, the employees are nonexistent, but there was a lot here to look at and overall the store was in really good shape. We will make sure not to sleep on this location on our next visit to Vegas. read more

And if you like department stores, this Macy's at Fashion Show Mall is one of the bigger and better ones. I felt the men's section was huge in comparison to many other Macy's I've been too. As a Buzz Club member, I'm used to high end shopping. And there's nothing worse than finding something you like, but they only have one of them. This store seemed to have shirts in multiple sizes which was awesome. I usually have to find something I like, try on some ugly POS to see if it fits, then order online. But here, I actually made an in-store purchase. If you find you didn't pack something nice for dinner at Fatburger or spilled vomit on your only dress shirt, then head here for a suitable replacement. You'll surely find something! read more

I normally don't shop at my local Macy's...no reason just haven't but when I'm trying to get mom's mental flow when it's at a dead shop as she hates to do the work of searching thought that Macy's would have something for her. This location is at the Fashion Show Mall right on the Las Vegas Strip which has lots of free parking already has me getting up bright and early for this retail therapy day got to work throwing options on her overwhelmed face. Perhaps the segmented sections having it all divided by the designers annoys me but as we walked from one section to another all for women's yet are similar selections and same at the same time is probably the reason it's not my favorite place. Somehow we did manage to find an item to be used as a outerwear which was on sale and ended up to be additional 40% off brought back the joy in shopping with this amazing deal. Got a Jo Malone perfume over the Macy's Northridge the full set. (7/4/25) Disappointed due to they gave me samples and they said same Jo Malone but when I asked the Nordstrom Topanga to check the item the representative said it's fake Jo Malone. So I retuned the whole perfume. Very shock why would they do that such a thing. Not ever again will trust Macy's perfume department. read more

What a disappointing experience this was today. Barely any staff to help, and if you don't need help but want to buy, no one around to take your money. I DID manage to buy shoes, but we couldn't buy makeup and clothing couldn't be tried on, so I pray it doesn't need to be returned because I don't fancy waiting another half hour to be rung up. Stock levels in some departments looked low and I just didn't get a great vibe from here at all. Such a shame this isn't the fun, bustling department store it once used to be. read more

Macy's "WorryNoMore" service warranty. I don't recommend purchasing this warranty. I've submitted my claim for my for my damaged couch twice and both times were denied. Pet damage claim is one of the coverage but the warranty have made excuses to exclude my claim. I highly recommend to read the "fine print" before purchasing the service. I will never purchase this "WorryNoMore" service and don't recommend to anyone who owns a pet at home. It is a "scam" and another way for Macy's to rob your money. Shame on you Macy's! If I could leave zero stars, I would. My family and I visited this store hoping to buy some new perfumes, only to be met with a shocking level of rudeness. A sales associate lady with black and grey hair was assisting a customer nearby, while my family member, who had not been helped at all since we arrived, politely asked her where to find a specific perfume. To clarify, the sales rep and the other customer weren't engaged in conversation when my family member asked the question. Although the customer had walked away, to my surprise, the sales associate turned to us and, in an unprofessional tone, said something along the lines of, "See what you did? I just lost a customer because of you." I was stunned by her response, which was not only rude but entirely uncalled for. She never apologized, and after such an unpleasant encounter, we decided to walk away and seek help from another associate. To top it all off, there was another customer who left the store without any assistance, as none of the staff seemed interested in helping her either. This was incredibly disappointing and frustrating to witness. Do yourself a favor--do not come to this location. read more

I love shopping at this location coz it's a bigger store and has great variety. Went to look for a suit for hubby. We were so lucky to find the style specialist Anthony. He took my husband's measurements and recommended the appropriate size. They didn't have the right size pant so he recommended the in house tailor to help customize the right length. Macys has some markdowns like no one else . I ordered a Moroccan pouf online it was $78 from Walmart and it was only the cover . I was walking through macys and spotted the same thing for $19 on markdown ! They always have coupons on the app and their credit card services will call you if there's a problem with your autopay rather than just letting late fees rack up . I love Macy's and I know they had a real rough patch during Covid but I hope they stay up and running . read more

Nell, our salesperson was excellent, along with everyone that helps in the shoe department. One lady in cosmetics was rude & more concerned w/ putting her own make-up on. She was even dressed like as customer, but obviously wasn't went I asked for help. Didn't get her name, but she was from NY, black long hair. I had $15 off $40 & a 25% off coupon, $200 gift card. The coupons only work w/ gift cards or Macy's Credit cards, which the earlier lady didn't explain. However, Nell in the Free People area did. Also when you donate $3 to the Military charity you get 25% off... select brands is the catch. None of these coupons worked with Free People, only discounted items, not original prices of certain brands. Very confusing. Overall, I do think that we have the best, cleanest, even the restrooms & a wonderful selections of clothing, shoes & make-up, than any other Macy's. read more

Being a Las Vegas resident, we try and avoid the strip as much as possible and do most of our shopping elsewhere. Even though the Fashion Mall is the largest and most pleasant mall in Las Vegas, it's always been our belief that it tends to be, shall we say, slightly overpriced for the sake of tourism. It's also almost always overcrowded and difficult to find convenient parking. Because of the pandemic, we thought, why not do some window shopping here. The first store we entered was Macy's. Having been to the Macy's in Henderson and Summerlin countless times, we weren't expecting much of a difference except for the prices, were we wrong. This store (actually both stores, men's and women's) are much larger than what we're familiar with. As a result, the merchandise is distinctly different and more fashionable than the other local Macy's. We could immediately see the difference in fashion, maybe to attract the tourism trade. Still, the prices and sale items were similar to the other Las Vegas and Henderson locations we shop. Hopefully, this isn't just a result of the pandemic. Very weird and disappointing customer service. My grandmother had purchased a suit jacket which was quite bulky and heavy. We went to check-out at the bottom level of Macy's but they didn't have any large bags downstairs to put the vest in so the lady helping us just put it in a plastic garment bag which was perfectly fine. It did seem uncomfortable to hand carry by the hanger though, so I told my grandmother let's go upstairs to see if they carry large bags. When we got upstairs, we were greeted by two women one of whom was already obnoxious by the time we got to the counter. I had politely asked if they carried any of those large cardboard bags first but was quickly rushed off and said it was only for Christmas time. Okay no problem at all just give me a large sized PLASTIC bag and we could head out. My grandmother had also stated that she didn't want to be dragging the garment around since she's a small petite lady and it was quite long. The obnoxious woman (she also had a heavy accent so it was difficult to understand her) then took the garment bag by the bottom and tied it to the top of the hanger and expected us to just walk out with it looking the way it did. We've even asked a couple of times too for just a large bag before she decided to grab it by the bottom and tie it by the hanger. It was awkward and I didn't want to continue asking for help by this woman because she was already annoying me. We said thank you for the "help" and left to another counter. Seriously, all this hassle just for a large bag. Like do y'all not carry any for larger items? Her responses were very unprofessional and made it seem like we were asking for a lot! She couldn't care less to try and help us with our one simple request. The ladies from the other counter though were very sweet and gave us a large bag without any problems. That's all I wanted. I am extremely disappointed in the way Macys has handled my shipments. I recently moved and bought all new bedding, pillows, sheets, comforts everything needed to do two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ralph Lauren towels, pillows, Nautica comforts, everything. However, after dealing with customer service, it has been a nightmare. I first did the online chat, supposedly with a real person, they shipped only one set of my sheets, but said they shipped both. After the chat, they credited me for a comfort set but that's not what I was referring to. I then called, got someone in the Philippines who didn't understand me. The said they would look into it. I received an email from Macys and they said my dispute wasn't going to happen. I then called back a day later, asked to speak to someone in the US, they transferred me. During that call, I explained that it wasn't the comfort set but the sheets I was missing, I then had to purchase the comfort set again since they credited me for that which again, I wasn't referring to. They then said they will fix it, I'll get an email and it would be fixed. No email, it hasn't been fixed, I paid for a sheet set that I never received and zero communication since. I will never buy anything from Macys in the future as you can't get someone on the phone without losing your mind in the process. Then when you do, they don't speak English, they are in another country and have no clue what you are talking about. Companies need to pay more, hire real people and stop with all the automated stuff that never gets the result. These companies all want to save money by outsourcing to places where it's cheaper and then forget about you. They got my money and I didn't get my sheets. The CEO should call customer service and see what actually happens but instead, they collect their millions in pay to do a horrible job. Never again. read more

I came to purchase a nice dress while here in Las Vegas and had to find the customer service ladies. Macys needs to fire the old women who don't want to work. 3 older women with accents just hiding behind the high end dresses. They didn't acknowledge me or any other ladies that were in the area looking for clothes. I stood at the register for 10 minutes and then I had to go on the other side of the building to get help.
