This is a great big Nordstrom rack room with lots of free parking. Not much of the parking is out of the sun, so be prepared to walk across the steaming asphalt parking lot Once inside, it's a nice cool environment with lots of mens wear women's wear and children's wear. They had a particularly nice selection of princess dresses to adorn girls for Easter.. There were also a lot of colorful and cute purses for Easter wear. Probably their best stocked item are shoes and there were lots and lots of shoes to choose from in all sizes, from casual to dressing.. I scored a beautiful faux leather skirt and a bold printed pair of Palazzo pants to replace some of my favorite black-and-white striped pants, so it was a win-win situation for me! I managed to walk in, browse the entire store without not one associate speaking to me. No one said hi or asked if I needed any help. I walked past and encountered the same employee on 3 different occasions throughout the store and only received looks. I mainly shop Nordstrom online but was in the area and wanted to see what I could find. Store was okay not as many options as opposed to online, not surprised. I love Nordstrom Rack. This location is new to the area, and not too far from the DTS location. I'm not a big fan of this Rainbow shopping center, but sometimes it's more convenient than the summerlin traffic. Good selection of purses. Not many sunglasses in the off-season. Always ample parking and never too busy. I found a great selection of Dr Martens and Skims this recent visit. Also Birkenstocks priced very similarly to full value. Lots of clearance items in between seasons. They never seem to have as many items though as Summerlin. Overall, I find better items and deals in the Summerlin location, but this is a decent option in a pinch. read more

Note this review is about the online store/shopping experience rather than the brick and mortar store here at "Best in the West" but still kudos is given where due. I needed some items from a national men's brand to replace some worn out items and strangely enough, Nordstroms seems to be the only store that carries what I want. Thankfully the online store carries the same. I had debated going to the brick and mortar store but I think I'm in my pre-black Friday avoid all in person shopping if I can mode. Since what I was looking for was purchased before I was confident that ordering on line without trying on would be ok.... So bright and early this AM with my faithful pooch and cuppa joe at my side, I rubbed a few more microns of plastic on the 'ol' credit card and ordered my items... easy peasy to move through the menu, finalize my purchase and get confirmatory email. I guess my only negative is the shipping charge (free if over 89.00) and since my purchase was a little less, I had to pay. It wasn't worth purchasing more to get "free" shipping. But all in all, a decent experience. read more

I went a few weeks ago! I was greeted upon arrival by security which was cool. I stood over checking out the fragrances I saw that some were locked up which is expected these days. I actually needed assistance but there was no one who I could identify that worked there. I saw a lady over by the clothes for a while but no one asked me did I need help! I saw a few fragrances that caught my eye but again I didn't see anyone that could really help me! I left and went to 3 nearby stores. The prices were very good at NR but I wasn't feeling the vibe as identifying if a person could help me or were their just regular people. I came back to the store to look at the fragrances again but again no one helped! There were 2 ladies walking past no acknowledgment no anything I stood there! One of the ladies turned around and asked did I need help I reluctantly agreed. The other lady said she would help! I almost left again because that wasn't acceptable. The lady who helped me actually said "oh that's you"! I asked "what's me" she said that she smelled my perfume in the store and I smelled very good like something that her boss wears! So we start talking about that and she checked me out! If I didn't really need the 2 fragrances that I purchased because I was pressed for time due to Valentine's Day for loved ones. I wouldn't have purchased them at all. Please do better NR associates with acknowledging your customers at this location! read more

I've visit the Rack several times a month in search of deals and moreover men's dress shirts and the like. What started as a promising treasure trove of deals has turned into looking for monumental challenge. Either the secret is out or those deals are no longer here. While there are still all sorts of designer deals for women and other items, my luck has run out. read more

Not a lot of plus sizes. I'm always disappointed at Nordstrom Rack. My husband had more success, finding a few shirts and shoes. I tend to do better at TJ Max and Marshalls. read more

I've been dying to visit this NR store since it opened. Very small store. Much much smaller than the Summerlin and Henderson stores. They only had a few clearance racks. I guess that's normal since it just opened. I did see a nice Mark Jacobs bag on the mannequin. I also spotted a white leather Michael Kors bag and a straw Tory Burch bag. Since I was in and out, none of the staff really even acknowledged me. Oh well! The kids section on the left side of the store seemed very, very small. The shoe section is in the back like most of the Nordstrom Racks have it set up. I looked very quickly but I was unable to find the women's lingerie section. I always find good deals here, not only with clothes but with purses and wallets too. Sometimes I find home items but the selection is small for that. They actually have a large selection of name brand shoes here too. read more

We love Nordstrom rack back in Cali, that's why when they built one closer to us we're so ecstatic. They have a lot of sale esp with the shoes that we love like ON shoes etc. Shoutout to ALEXUS the employee that was super nice, so professional and very patient. Glad another location opened up and selection of items is great BUT.... Customer service need be better. Employees should really wear something more noticeable than just regular clothing with a small name tag. It was very difficult to find assistance. Waited a long time to even look at a pair of sunglasses. Also, they were not very friendly and felt like I was stopping them from a smoke break. (It reeked) The other location is better. read more

Nice to have a closer Nordie option. Size of store is about average for Rack locations. They took over the old Steinmart location so no more huge empty space in best in the west. Store is pretty well organized. Staff I can't say much they really did not interact with me during the couple visit i have had since opening. This could be improved upon most Nordie locations including the Rack are usually pretty friendly and attentive to customers. Selection in ladies seemed pretty good as well as in shoes. However, Kids and home were smaller than most stores. Did not look in mens so sorry no notes there. Accessories i would say smaller than most but overall good experience and ill be back. read more

I cant tell you how excited I was that a new nordstrom rack was opening in LV. The other two locations are subpar as far as inventory and especially in regards to customer service! This is the best Nordstrom Rack in Las Vegas! From the full designer section, not just one rack, to the amazing customer service, this is the go to Rack! I find great jeans and lovely designer tops everything I go. They're so new there's not much clearance but they do seem to mark inventory down pretty quickly which is GREAT! I went the week after they opened in June and by July, pieces in the designer section were already on clearance. Love it! The cashiers were super unprofessional and bickering back and forth about how one took a longer break than usual and how a supervisor should've been there if they needed help. Once the bickering stopped and we were helped, I couldn't help but to smell a strong odor of marijuana from the cashier. And not the type of smell like "oh they smoke in their off time." They only have one small rack of plus size women's wear with with black and grey v neck t-shirts on it. The other stuff looks like they took whatever from where ever and put it on the racks. I was very disappointed. read more

Love this store for all my makeup and beauty needs, black hair included! This NR location is rivaling Sephora and Ulta. They have all the newest viral tiktok items and more. Love their array of what they have in the store. Very new and now and not outdated. Their XL home candles are only $16 and don't give me a headache. Their sheet sets are amazing and their diffuser reeds are great for a super low price. The staff here is SUPER nice and helpful too. I'll definitely be back! read more
